"whiskers," minho says, pulling your gaze away from the laptop in front of you.

you roll your eyes half-heartedly, though you do put the device to the side to give minho your undivided attention. he's looking at you expectantly but patiently, like he's just asking you to give him a little love.

this isn't something that you've always liked about yourself, your whisker dimples as the internet has so lovingly deemed them these days. they would come out when you smile, or when your face twists into an unpleasant scowl. as a kid, people often found it odd how you had dimples so high up in your cheeks when others had them around their smile lines. you always felt a little different, a little weird whenever someone pointed this out even if it was only in harmless fun.

when minho first became aware of it, he was absolutely fascinated. he'd made you laugh so hard that you couldn't contain the bright grin that spread across your face as complete and utter joy took over you. you were clutching his arm, giggling at the story he was telling you when the dimples showed themselves, the cute indentations settling on top of your cheeks as if they were the physical manifestation of the happiness you felt inside.

you remember what minho did. he had cupped your face gently in his hands, then traced the soft lines with his fingers as he marveled at you. "you look like a cat," he had said, and you didn't really know what to make of it. it was so early in your relationship that you weren't sure if he was complimenting you or making fun of you like the others had.

but then the stars in his eyes twinkled a little brighter, the delighted quirk of his lips expressing his wonder better than words could. he had kissed you right there, softer and sweeter than he ever did in the short time that you had known each other back then, and you quickly learned that oh, maybe this little detail about yourself that you were embarrassed of your whole life was a good thing after all.

you still don't know the reason minho likes them so much. to you, they've always been something to ignore as best as you can, something to not draw attention to because you don't want people to highlight that maybe you're a little different from everybody else.

even as you sit here, years later with the love of your life who's got a very particular request for you, you're still not entirely sure why he's obsessed with your odd dimples enough to want to see them almost every day. it's a mystery to you and yet, it makes you feel all warm and bubbly inside whenever he sends this simple demand your way.

you adhere to his request nonetheless. when the dimples appear, you watch as a smile blooms on his face, growing bigger and bigger until it makes his eyes crinkle. like an instant boost of serotonin, you think.

minho traces them with gentle fingers, gazing at you in awe as if it's the first time he's seeing you like this. when he leans closer, you can't help but meet him halfway until his lips are tentatively brushing your cheeks. you can't help your own smile either, when it deepens and only accentuates the small moon-shaped dents which he kisses. five times on each side, and then he's peppering kisses all over your face while you laugh and accept the sudden burst of love.

sometimes he calls them whiskers, sometimes he calls them moons.

Lurking for love? More like lurking for LORE

Hi everyone! Just two days ago, I made some interesting discoveries about LFL by just digging around the website

I'm not sure if anyone else found this out so that's why I'm going to be sharing what I found because it's very interesting

This post is going to be pretty long lol and full of my rambling. If you're interested, please take a read! Do note that English isn't my first language so I may express myself a bit weird 😭

Also IK the screenshots are pretty shitty but I'm lazy oops

To start, I have a habit of checking the sinistershrike website along with the LFL itch.io game page. Why? Well I just like looking if there are any new updates (and its my hyperfixtation so I'm constantly looking for new content)-

And I noticed that on the sinistershrike website there was a new update which some of you may or may not saw.

In summary, the game is getting custom music, prounouns are getting removed so MC is going to be gender neutral and getting called only by their name and most interesting of all: a new main character is getting added, and they're going to be dateable!

Pretty interesting, right? I immediately got curious on who that character might be since they're going to cause drama and more mysteries.

But wait! I'm still not done, hehe

Afterwards, I was just randomly looking at Jacob Alden pics thru google. Again, why? Well, I don't know either lol. It's just a habit that I do when I'm bored and sometimes when I'm lucky, I come across new things.

And this time I was lucky!

So I scrolled down to the end of the results and I saw this post which caught my eye:

What's so interesting about it? Well the fact that the creators website is linked to it. Curious, I clicked on the link and was suprised at what I saw.

(Mind you I still dont know if I'm an idiot just finding this out or not...)

Basically, it's a site containing all info about Jacob! I got really excited when I saw it bc I LOVE learning all the facts about my favourite characters and finding new official content!

When I finished looking through it I noticed two things:

1. The website adress (is that what it's called? Im sorry english isn't my first language)

So when you look at the website adress you can notice how it's linked (basically an extension) to the creators webiste which is: sinistershrike.neocities.org

The thing is; you can't open Jacobs page on the creators site. Like yes, there is a tab which says CHARACTERS but if you click on it you'll get nothing but a scary looking Jacob. Which means to get to this page you have to type the adress in yourself.

So I'm assuming the creator is purposefully hiding this Jacob page (maybe because he wants to finish pages for all characters and more)

2. At the end of the page, you have links to other characters made by the creator.

Not just lurking for love, but other ocs made by him!

Though, if you click on them, you'll get nothing. Maybe they're still being made? I'm not sure.

Now, when you look at the characters for LFL, it's very interesting because we now have info on Sarah's last name AND... an unknown character? Noah Vega.

At first, I was stunned. Who could this character be? Then I went back to the creators website and remembered the mention of a new character, can you see where I'm going?

Noah Vega must be the new character! He was never mentioned before; neither in the game nor in the creators deleted blogs.

And pretty quickly I found proof which helped my theory (I SOUND SO DUMB OMG)

Now going back to the website adress thing.

So I concluded that the Jacob website is hidden from the main website for an reason, hence you can only acess it by finding it yourself. I decided to mess around with the website adress a bit, to see if I could find any more extensions/links.

I started by putting different names in the adress. I tried out: Austin, Sarah, Cedric and Alfred but they didn't lead or anything.

BUT

The only name which lead to an extension was Noah. And holy shit-

I'm finding it hard to express how shocked I was at this discovery

This is a pretty big lore drop imo! So his website shows a pinboard with various notes.

And with these notes we can conclude two things:

1. He has an gambling addiction

2. He is investigating Jacob

He definitely an detective trying to solve an old murder case involved with Jacob. Hence why the mention that the new character will add more drama and mystery to the game.

The three murdered highschoolers must be his old friends mentioned in the game: Steve, Monty and Kenny. Which he claims that they haven't talked since highschool. In reality, they were murdered by him for reasons that are unknown for now.

Some thoughts for my Hantengu x Tanjiro modern AU 🥺🥺

I have so many thoughts but im too impatient to write fanfiction and i just wanna air out my ideas lol and waiting for me to draw a comic for it also gonna take awhile so ill just write it down here! I might draw a comic based on this in the future but we'll see!

They met when Hantengu stumbled upon Tanjiro's bakery. The bakery is not new just that Hantengu never takes the route that pass the bakery on his way home lol

it was a love at first sight 🥺 on Hantengu's end that is lol. Tanjiro thought he was a creepy oldman that loitered outside his bakery 😂

Their first meeting

oki u guys remember how Tan didn't smell Hantengu's demonic scent?? i wanna add that here (?) but in this scenario Tanjiro just can't guess how Hantengu is feeling which fascinated him. he always have the advantage of knowing how people feel from their scent but Hantengu doesn't emit any of that or if he does it hard to tell.

this does take place in an omegaverse and Tanjiro is an omega while Hantengu is a beta. but that doesn't stop Tan to be able to scent people's emotion Hanchan just built different

Hantengu only comes in if he saw Tan behind the cashier, Tan's siblings noticed this and call Hanchan his secret admirer lol

on a slow day Tan decided to confront Hantengu about his weird behaviour but Han ran and stopped coming for weeks

one day Han came back on a busy time, Tan noticed him and told him to wait for him outside. almost an hour later Tan finally came out and apologized for making him wait this long in the cold 😂 But Han said that its alright. Tan offered to treat him food and they went to an oden stall

The whole time its just Tan talking LOL Hanchan's too flustered to say anything. Tan told him that he seems lonely that's why he doesn't feel angry or annoyed that Han do that just weird. this is where they start their friendship. every few days they went to eat at a stall and its either Tan or Han that pays but mostly Tan.. idk i feel like Han the type to take any advantage on getting free food LOL

ofc they got closer and Han start to talk alot more then one thing leads to another and they are dating (?) yes Tan asked how old Hantengu is and was surprised that he's only 40 😂 Han said he has a skin condition that made him look older than he should

i know Hantengu was the one in love(?) at first but it was Tan that confessed and ask him out. Tan was waiting but Hantengu never did so one day Tan brought him to a fancy restaurant and asked him out lol

Han was super insecure at first cause on top of dating someone younger he's not exactly good looking, but Tan just told him to stop insulting his bf. i like to think that Tan helped him to be more confident :D

in one of their midnight hangouts(?) Han mention that he mostly buy food from the convenience store so it's a nice change of pace to eat out like this. Tan was very disraught hearing this so he told Han to drop by his bakery before work so he can take a homemade lunch box to eat and not long after they start dating Tanjiro came to his house to cook dinner. This time Hantengu insist to pay for the groceries lol

idk why but i headcanon Hantengu's favorite food is karaage lol it reminds him of his late father. he's a busy man so he have no time to cook but he ocassionaly prep karaage for Hantengu to eat. One time when Tanjiro cooks him karaage he cried while eating it lol. they eat karaage for a whole week after that

Hantengu gave him a spare key to his apartment so Tan don't have to wait for him to get in. Tan also start doing chores around his house and found lots of Hanchan's hidden secret… his laundry 🤢

The first time Tanjiro helped do Hantengu's laundry he was baffled cause there were so many ruined socks and underwear that he still wore. so he told him to throw them all away and they went to a department store to buy new pairs. Tanjiro even offered to buy it for him 😂

Hantengu is an only child, his parents already passed away when he met Tanjiro. His mom died when he was young while his dad died later from a work accident

Tanjiro's family never expect Tanjiro to be dating Hantengu. it was a shock when Tanjiro said they are going out now. They thought Tanjiro was just being nice to this weird oldman 😂

His mom was against their realtionship. on top of the age gap he just look sketchy 😂 But his dad said that they should trust Tanjiro and just let them be

i changed their age here.. Kyo and Tan were childhood friends so they knew each other or a long time and their family are close too. it devastated both family when they broke up. The reason? who knows (i haven't decided yet)

Tanjiro like to sleepover at Hantengu's place. its a nice change of pace from how hectic his house is 😂

One day when Tanjiro sleeps over at his house Hantengu woke up realising how happy he is and saw so many things have changed for the better ever since he go out with Tanjiro. When they were eating breakfast that Tanjiro made he just blurts out asking Tan to marry him. Then Tan chokes on his food (he said yes)

Tan was just surprised Han proposed to him, he thought he'll be the one who's gonna propose lol

Now Hanchan gotta charmed the whole family to accept him (?)

Tanjiro knows about Hantengu's parents so they went on a trip to go to his family grave to pay a visit :D They also met a few distant relatives of Hanchan.

this is how the meeting between Hantengu and Tanjiro's parents went

Because Tanjiro will be inheriting the family bakery, Hantengu changed his surname to Kamado. so legally his name is Kamado Urami but Tanjiro still calls him Hanchan 🥺. Yes in this AU Hantengu's name was Hantengu Urami lol

their nickname for each other is Hanchan and Tantan

Tanjiro said Hanchan so much that their kids firstword is "Hantan" (MUAHHAHA don't worry guys it's actually just a baby talk cause babies have a hard time pronouncing "chan" ☝🤓)

their wedding is not that grand they just invite family and friends. Hantengu invites his boss and some of his co workers lol. they need em to shut up about Hantengu finding a bf/gf this way they'll stop. they have their suspicion about Han's love life but they never expect to received a wedding invitation lol

speaking of Hantengu's job.. canonically he is known to be really good at infiltrating according to Muzan at least lol. so i made him be a data analyst in this AU lol idk smtg to do with data 😭 he could be a government spy but that'd be too cool for this hantengu 😂

i said that Tanjiro gonna inherit the bakery right? well too bad... it didn't happen when they found out they gonna have a quadruplets 😂 so the bakery goes to Nezuko. Tanjiro helped out later on when the kids start middle school.

Hantengu and kidoairakuzou by some miracle (me LOL) shares the same birthday. so it was a really hectic day for Tanjiro every year. Tanjiro likes to celebrate a quiet bday at night for Hantengu tho. sometimes with a small personal birthday cake or leftover cakes 😂

Okay let me explain a bit. "There Goes the Groom" is basically the opposite of "Here Comes the Bride" and obviously we don't even want to consider Chim running out of the wedding so scratch that off your lists.

Another way that can be taken is like the other play on words "There Goes the Neighborhood" where something/one moves in and it's so bad that it's making everything worse just by being there, so I guess that could be interpreted by either Chim's dad being there and stressing him out so much he wants to leave for some space, or it could be the Buckley parents being horrible people and Chim wants to leave for some air (also when I say leave I mean like step outside or go for a quick walk, not leaving Maddie). While on the walk he notices someone is hurt in a car accident and goes to help only for them to come to and drive off all crazy like that one scene in season I can't remember where Buck had to chase them down on a bike-

In the movie there's a shit ton of money buried in the basement of this house that was stolen from a mafia casino or something like that (it's been a bit since I've watched it lol) and a bunch of people are trying to get to it! You know what made me think of this???

And then because it's in police custody, there could be a race to break into the police station to see who can unlock the box and see what's inside first without getting caught! I don't know about y'all but those lights and that ceiling in the first pic make me think of the evidence room in a police station lmao. This could be a super fun episode guys omg!!!!

Oh my fucking god it's actually starting to make sense (or maybe the dumbass glasses are still halfway on) because in this pic (moreso the second one but they came together so you get both):

It looks like they were moving stuff out of the destroyed house, hence why the chair is out on the front lawn, and as they get to the basement, destroyed from the jet, that's when they find the random locked box that goes into police custody because the officers don't know what's in it. Drugs? Weapons? A bomb? Nuke launch codes?? ... Money? 👀✨

And because there's paperwork that needs to be done and phone calls that need to be made before they can even look inside the box, that's when people start to guess about what's inside

This pic could be Ravi pitching the idea to Buck and Eddie for the three of them to go see what's in the box for themselves which could lead to Buddie leading him away and definitely asking him in private, "Are you saying you want to break into the police station and snoop around in their evidence just to see what's in a random box we found?"

And Ravi goes, "Yeah, don't you?"

And Buck goes, "You do realize how dangerous that is right? Breaking into a police station with officers everywhere?"

And Eddie goes, "Not to mention the box should still be locked. What's your plan then?"

And it goes back and forth and Ravi slowly convinces them to join him and help him out. Insert shenanigans and a lot of distractions and close calls before they finally get to the now unlocked box that's!!!...

But how could it be empty? They heard stuff rustling around in it when they found it and moved it out of the basement. That's when the show can do the fun thing they do where they go back and tell the story!!!

But where does the groom part come in? Idk maybe it was Chim's bachelor party but because of the jet crashing it was an all hands on deck where firefighters who didn't have a shift had to come in to help? Or maybe they were planning the bachelor party but plans keep getting interrupted with calls. Who knows? We certainly won't until May 2nd lol

Maybe the whole breaking into the police station was Chim just joking around about how it could be money and they could use it to help pay for the wedding, and then Ravi took the idea and actually did it with Buck and Eddie. I have no idea! But I do know, this has the potential to be a really fun episode. The first on the new network!

And by fun episodes I mean like Oceans 9-1-1, Jinx, Treasure Hunt, Brawl in Cell Block 9-1-1, Cursed. Episodes you're watching and can feel yourself getting invested or just having a good time (I wanna say the full moon episode and Karma's a bitch from season 1 but I didn't like the cheating Hen storyline or Abby's character. Why start off the show with one of your married lesbians cheating on the other? Also I just didn't like Abby's character lmao)

The cruise ship disaster is gonna take 3 episodes and while I'm sure there's gonna be fun moments, it's mostly gonna be drama focused with trying to make sure Bobby and Athena are safe. Then we got episode 100 the Buck musical extravaganza 🤡 but because it's the 100th episode I won't count it cause people expect it to be fun (or full of pain, who knows with this show) and then there's "You Don't Know Me"... I doubt we're gonna be having fun.

Anyway those are my thoughts! Dumbass glasses are being safely stored away until next time✨ (along with my clown makeup 🤡) And again, if Episode 6 isn't exactly like how I said, word for word, then literally unwatchable 😤

My reasoning for loving him so much stems from Season 2 Part 1 so I can't fully explain

BUT

I can tell you some things that they show doesn't tell (I think):

Geo says that he's a Munch with the color of a Geckle but it's not true; he's half and half

If you didn't notice but only his left ear was pierced; a sign in the Gay community to other gays that you are gay back when being public about it was frowned upon

The man who wrote the episode "Land of Lost Things" and created Geo (I think he made the character) is gay himself! So in a way, Geo is a self-insert character

I am Aromantic. I just don't feel the need or want to have a romantic relationship. And that seems to have stepped over into the media I watch. I don't ship. I'm slightly romantic repulsed. I don't actively hate it, I just don't like it. I'm fine with canon ships like Jaya or Lumity (from Owl House (plz watch it)).

But something about Geo and Cole. Something about how they interact in Season 2 that just.........AUGHAUGHGHHAHG!!!!!!! It awoken something in me. I feel warm inside!!!! I found myself grinning ear to ear.

It could just be the fantastic writing, but it's so much more. The ship for Geo and Cole is called LostShipping and/or Geode. The fanbase kind of goes back and forth. I don't mind either.

I'm still aro, and I still cringe inside at most romance. But Geode is the one exception and the whole #savemyboycole thing is really dumb

And yeah......there are ppl who are NOT happy about Geo and Cole. They're not even actually together yet some ppl on Twitter are pissy. They HAAAAATE Geo! It's stupid. First off, it's a lego. Second, it's a kids show. Calm down. It's not that bad/important. Some ppl see Cole as Gay (me) and others see him as straight. Both are fine. Both are cool. He's still the same guy.

Oh, and there's no minifig for Geo. I think it's bc of his hair. They don't have like a set piece of it or something.....eh....just make a plushie of him (and of Cole plzzzzzzzzzz) I'd buy 500 if they did honestly

And now that you've met him.....I am safe to change my pfp to GEO!!!!!!!! (I also LOVE his outfit so much!!!! I want it)

I totally remember the gay ear piercing thing! My cousin and uncle were double and triple checking when they got their ears pierced that they didn't get the wrong ear. And that was in the early 2000s. It's amazing what's changed in 20 years. (Note: this is not the cousin who got married in Malaysia last year. This is his older brother, the extreme goth who hosts the Halloween Birthday Party every year. The 1 where my sister pumped me up to do this.)

It's extremely rare to see a queer couple that is Comfortable and just Exists. With Geo and Cole, it feels natural and unforced. And I'm very glad for that. It's probably why shipping them feels... nice.

I'm guessing the #savemyboycole thing is connected to chriscreator0 somehow?

A characters sexuality or gender doesn't change who they are as a person, and I wish people who criticize media for including queer characters were more willing to understand that. Just bc something about them is revealed doesn't mean they still aren't the character that they liked.

Justice for Geo! We deserve an official minifig or plush of our pretty guy! I will shake my fist at LEGO until something is done for him.

Thanks for the ask, and it's a long one! Nice for a change. Let's see...

- Jonny 2x4 - one of the characters I'm guilty of neglecting... But I think he's a fun, quirky kid (even when he's supposed to be annoying). I remember when I first watched Dear Ed (where he got in a fight with Plank) the scene at the playground made me sad for him. It seems to me there's not much Jonny fanart here on tumblr compared to how Plank and him are considered icons of the show elsewhere. That's probably what makes some like me less interested in the character... I hardly react to pics of real Plank IRL, sorry Plank fans 😅

- Sarah - she's fun... c'mon! Again, non-tumblr fans are on a different planet, the hate boners people have for a 6-7(?) year-old character are entertaining... for a while. I love that she's actually intimidating and strong, she ain't just bark and no bite, another less slapstick-focused show would have handled her differently. A lot of people cheer for the scene where Ed shouts at her in Little Ed Blue, cause they want to see her get "just desserts", but I never care about that, I like her for the rabid little princess she is lol. I also like people's headcanons of her treating her brother better as she grows up, and hopefully escaping the unhealthy favoritism from her parents.

- Jimmy -  even more than Sarah, the hate he sometimes gets is really tedious to me... he's always entertaining, especially his "theatre kid" moments, and his squeaky voice borders on "dog frequencies" sometimes haha. The only thing I've found slightly odd is maybe his flaws and negative traits (spoiled, Sarah always has his back, secretly a cunning little bastard) are sometimes given a free pass just because he's queer-coded, maybe? This only ever bothered me exclusively in relation to someone like Kevin being written off instead, but this my own bias, just a lighthearted observation (for real tho please tell me if this is a dumb reasoning)

- Nazz - she's the nicest and most well-adjusted "normal" kid around (if you ask me kevin ain't normal haha), but had an unfortunate starting point of "girl all the boys have a crush on", which she was never developed out of, or at least not nearly enough as she should have been. I've read something about the writers struggling to figure out what to do with her, maybe? Can't remember. Some people point out her hidden intelligence, but I think it would also be interesting to explore her negative traits, mainly I see her as slightly two-faced/flighty when it comes to how she interacts with the Eds.

Kevin - oh boy, my sense of this character is probably so skewed... The one character I used to get upset and annoyed about like an idiot, in regards to other people's takes and such, sometimes I resent the fact I ever got fixated on the character... why??? Help 🤣 I guess what torments me is that the viewer was never really meant to like him or find him interesting in any way? and doing otherwise is just a case of "fandom brainrot", I dunno what others think 😵‍💫 His jerk/bully role is definitely handled in more interesting ways than other shows would, there's enough meat to the character I guess it's possible to be invested in headcanons/developments. (or so I convince myself...)

Without getting too rambling, let's just say I love him as much as I'd find it entertaining to see him get incinerated by a flamethrower lmao.

Rolf - my other favorite ofc, and a much more pleasant one lol. Nothing embarrassing about loving this character, for sure. In fact I'm probably guilty of not seeing his flaws, but I guess he can be arrogant, and violent/gross with his traditions, when he could learn to be lenient considering how he's treated with a fair amount of tolerance by the cul-de-sac. But in the end he's just a kid trying to get used to a new land and culture.

Kanker sisters - I never thought much about Lee but my eyes have been opened by the implication that being the oldest one in a tough family/social background kinda excuses a lot of her behavior... But others can analyse this better than me.

I think Marie is the unfortunate middle sister who maybe had the least distinct personality? (beyond her aesthetic hinting at her being a punk chick), thankfully she's got plenty fans (btw her being underdeveloped is more food for thought for marie x nazz/nazzarie 👀...). I haven't got much to say unfortunately, other than my first eene ship was eddmarie exactly because of Marie development.

I'm guilty of seeing May as the most innocent one (certainly thanks to that bit where she cries in Hanky Panky Hullabaloo) and the only Kanker I'm keen on shipping with an Ed (the Ed).

Bro? - well... He serves his purpose haha. And he's got an interesting aesthetic. I do like people being invested in the character and even liking him or imagining a more redemptive interpretation of him. OOOOGH NONNY, YOU'VE UNLOCKED MY SECRET LOVE!!!!! i've been a dragon girlie since i was VERY young and found my first Anne McCaffrey Pern book in a charity shop! i was so obsessed with Pern, post Sonic and Redwall it (and dragons in general) was my biggest special interest! one of my prized possessions was the Dragonlover's Guide to Pern (a not very lore-accurate book but a beautiful one nonetheless) and i used to draw dragons all the time from it!

i had dragon art on my walls, postcards and prints and pics i drew myself; i have a shit ton of dragon figures - especially Myth and Magics which are very 80s-90s now, but i love them so much still (my fave is possibly the Firstborn because it's a wizard holding up a TINY BABY NEW HATCHED DRAGON!!!!), and then i have another beautiful fave which i think is a Tudor Mint Age of Dragons, but i'm not quite sure cos it's hard to track down info on them, but either way he's green and elegant and beautiful!!

Hello Anon, thank you for the feedback. I did write before about who Gen is an incarnation of and who Jared is as well. I believe that even tough the mythologies aren't correct as far as divine match pairings go, it is worth mentioning here I think Jared is trying to come off as this super supportive husband when the two secretly can't stand each other. Between all of this and his flirty behavior towards fans, especially coming from a friend who went to the Nashcon and a few others in the past who made some very interesting observations (ex. has been a little more friendly and flirty than in the past, notices the women who have more cleavage, Jensen was talking to him for a few min before autos began at Nashcon longer than usual [you okay there, Jared?], etc.), I believe that Jared deep down believes his real love is out there somewhere and that she's gonna be waiting in line for him at a con for an autograph or photo op. Jared just wants to be genuinely loved and adored, Gen just wants his money. He is also 100% scared of being alone. I swear to you it goes back to that palm reading he got and where he said while talking about it he half expects his love life to get screwed up (right around when Sandy and him broke up, and right before him and Gen met). Also did Gen REALLY post that dildo photo by mistake Anon? I think we both know the answer to that one LOL!

Us women tend to be more "logical" about how we fall in love, whereas men are more emotional. Of course this is just a general rule here but it's also true that many times over, women are who ask for a divorce initially more often then men overwhelmingly so too. I feel like women have more of a checkbox with love (money/job, stability, sense of humor, intelligence, generosity, values, etc. while men are more about if she's cute, they can have good conversations, things like that. There are multiple reasons why women are said to initiate divorce more which has proven over several decades to be consistently true but the point is, I think that this also means women check out of marriages more. Even though Gen is scared of losing her following 'cause she decided it was a genius idea to sell the crunchy, homestead mom image with her TOWWN "organization", she does not genuinely love Jared. She loves his wallet and the prestige that comes with being his wife. Commonly cited reasons for divorce are as follows:

I highlighted the ones I could see being potentially relevant with Jared and Gen being marital issues. I can't seem to count how many supplements are in this woman's body but I am struggling at this point to see how she could be missing anything to make her not want sex. I also decided to go look up the whole Community Property (Texas being one) versus Equitable Distribution State (such as Connecticut) as one of my besties decided to look into this about Danneel and Jensen. I found this tidbit interesting about Texas being a Community Property Jurisdiction state:

One thing that's interesting about the state I live in that's not a thing in Texas is the said waiting period. In Texas it's 60 days. In my state however, because North Carolina only permits no fault divorces, which require a 1 year separation at least. Here's something also interesting about no fault divorces in Texas:

No-fault divorces in Texas can be faster and less expensive than a “fault” divorce because there are no allegations of marital wrongdoing to resolve. In Texas, there are two types of no-fault divorce: (1) a divorce based on insupportability and (2) a divorce based on living apart for at least three years. A divorce based on insupportability does not require you to prove that your spouse did something wrong—you just need to show that the marriage is “insupportable” because of discord or conflict between you and your spouse that can't be resolved. Keep in mind that you don’t need to provide evidence of irreconcilable discord or conflict. I suppose I'm sharing this stuff here because I sometimes wonder if they actually even sleep under the same roof anymore (Jared in guest house Gen in main house kind of deal). Someone brought up a very interesting point on one of my last posts about how Jared is signing up for more foreign cons and how it seems both Jared and Jensen feel like they're "guests" in their own homes. I believe Jared has been starting to catch onto this in more recent years and it's been a very painful awakening process for him. From stuff I recall also being told in PMs and also as I speculated in the past from divination readings, I believe that Jared and Gen are quietly "separated" but are trying to maintain their faux happily married public image for some weird reason.

WELL. It happened because I found out I was shit at writing. I'd been abroad for three months and it was mental (not really in a good way) and I was like, 'this is the book I've been wanting to write'. So I came home and started to write it and, dear God, it was terrible. Not too long after that I discovered fandom and saw some fan fiction for the first time. And some of it was SO GOOD, which I wasn't aware could be possible with fanfic (lol, right?) So I got absorbed in that and one day thought, 'well, maybe I should try because I already know these characters and it'll be good practice so I can learn to write my own stuff well'.

It's the only time he's ever really felt fear and he hates that he caved into it, given how Sherlock wasted years of his life on drugs and then became mostly ordinary.

I guess that's not really a pairing thing. So...in a world where Jim and Sherlock date or spend time together domestically, they frequently fight over food. Jim doesn't care about it but people have to eat, so he's going to eat well. Sherlock's diet of takeaways and beans on toast is unbearable. In the end, he forces Sherlock to learn to cook (by telling him it's entirely beyond his talents and 'yes, this is the most basic reverse psychology darling, but also, it's completely true') and Sherlock is so annoyed at not being able to tell what he means he becomes an amazing chef. And enjoys it. It's basically chemistry when it comes down to it.

My Pipe Collection

No one will remember that I said this because it was ages ago and only one person replied to it, but the reason I like drawing Kaiju with a pipe is because I collect them irl! Fun times :D Anyway, thought it would be fun to show off my pipe collection and share a bit about them. Without further adue: First off, the first pipe I ever got! This style of pipe with the long stem is called a "Churchwarden". This is aesthetically my favorite type of pipe because it reminds me of Gandalf, and I absolutely love anything with wizard vibes. I also really like the name for it. What makes this pipe nice is that the longer stem allows the smoke to cool more before it reaches your mouth, so it's easier to avoid getting tongue-bite with it (a sort of feeling of having burned your tongue a bit; it often happens if the tobacco gets too hot). The main drawback is that, because the bowl is further from your nose, you can't really smell the tobacco as much, which is a bummer because I think the scent is one of the many reasons I enjoy pipes. (If you've smelled cigarette smoke and not pipe smoke, I assure you that pipe smoke smells more pleasant; there's not any chemical additives in pipe tobacco and they burn a little cooler I think. But it's also kind of subjective, anyway.)

(That bit of metal sticking off the front isn't part of the pipe, it's my pipe tamper, which I just used to prop the pipe up with; you'll notice it in a few of the other pics because I don't have a proper pipe stand :')) Don't know the company that made this one, but it's probably the most expensive pipe I have (it was about $80). I remember the day I bought it; I went to a cigar shop shortly after I turned 18 (which was then the legal smoking age in my state). There was a bunch of old guys with big beards sitting around a table and playing poker. Scrawny 18-year-old me felt very out of place, but the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. I picked this pipe because it was the cheapest one they had at the time. I have since found cheaper ones, but I suppose they only had pricy ones at that store.

These next two I shall present together, as they're both from the same company; these are Missouri Meerschaum pipes! It's a nice company because all their pipes are turbo-cheap (these were each about $10). The corn cob pipe is a classic, often sported by popeye and random famers! I like the corncob because it's lighter than my other pipes, so it's a good "walking around" pipe since I can hold it with just my teeth easier, rather than having to hold it in my hand as much. I think the other is called an "apple pipe", lol. Not much to say about it. It's nice, I suppose.

I don't like the stem color on these; the transparent orange just looks out of place to me. You can buy replacement stems, though, and I plan to get a couple black ones at some point. I bought the corn cob from Amazon and the Apple from Missouri Meerschaum's website. I am docking points from these two because they're a bit of a pain to clean. Where a better-made pipe will be completely smooth inside, you can see the stem in these ones is clearly just jammed into the side. Tobacco gets stuck in the little gaps around it and it can be a tad annoying to clean out as a result lol.

(Corn cob pipe is on the right; did my best to show what i was talking about but it was hard to get good lighting. You can *kind of* see it though) Next up, this pipe shape is called a "Diplomat" I think. This was the third pipe I bought, and I got it off of Amazon. If you look closely you can see it has "Free Boy" inscribed on it. For the brief period where I had a fellow pipe smoker living down the road from me, he poked fun at me for it because it sounded kind of funny (and I agree with this assessment lol)

Not a whole whole lot else to say about it. Some pipes let you use filters in them. You'll find debate on pipe forums over weather it's better with or without them; I always use a filter in my pipes that allow it because it's supposed to get rid of some of the tar and other nasty stuff that comes in tobacco. Some folks claim that filters remove the flavor but I haven't personally noticed a difference. The Free Boy pipe requires these big fancy filters; there's some kind of pellets inside it so it rattles if you shake it. Shown compared to the filters I use in my Missouri Meerschaum pipes (the longer filter), which are just some kind of rolled-up paper-y material.

And that just leaves my clay pipes! I absolutely love these things. I wasn't too interested in clay pipes at first, but wanted to get one after watching a video that talked about the history of clay pipes. I found it really fascinating; I didn't expect to actually enjoy using it, but I thought it would be neat to have in my collection as a cool novelty. After trying it out, though, it became one of my favorite pipes! For some reason I find these are easier to pack right and keep lit than my other pipes, and I really love how small and lightweight they are. I liked that first one so much that I got a second; it's cool because it looks like an eagle claw! :D I find them really easy to clean, too. I've been told that you can apparently "deep clean" a clay pipe by tossing it in the oven and heating it up for a while. I have never tried this but can share the results if I ever do (I probably won't tho ngl). Both of these were purchased from a website called PipesAndCigars, which has since been my go-to site for these sorts of things. For some reason every package I've gotten from that site came with like four coupons for other things, including Doordash and some kind of wine-store site, none of which I ever use, lol.

I have all sorts of fun facts about clay pipes I could rattle off but I will spare you that and maybe save them for a future post. For now I'll say this: the biggest drawback on these is that I have to resist the urge to bite down on the stem. Besides the fact that it feels unpleasant (go bite a rock sometime if you're curious how it feels), it's really bad for your teeth. Fun fact: a large amount of skulls from Victorian-era England have giant gaping holes between the teeth from where people were biting down on their clay pipes. I do not want tooth-holes so I just hold these with my hands. The bowls occasionally get too hot to hold so you have to hold them by the stem sometimes, though. Which isn't a huge deal but feels a bit wrong to me for some reason. Ah well. Anyway, that about does it for my pipe collection. I'm eyeing another churchwarden pipe made entirely out of wood as one of the next ones to get. Oh I would love to know his random opinions and his belief systems. I think he would find it amusing that we have looked up his astrological chart to the best of our abilities. Like he would definitely think "wow thats extensive" but he wouldn't make fun of it like some guys do.

So I know like very rudimentary Spanish that I learned because of my job. I got so often mistaken as some type of latin or hispanic person that it was easier to learn enough Spanish to get by and guests were always so understanding. "Oh she can understand us but it's hard for her to reply." I want to learn more Spanish but I don't have the time right now. I wish I could read his book but a translation isn't out yet.

As a filipino I feel like there will be a lot for me to relate to in the book considering the rampant colorism in all parts of Asia. Filipinos are often referred to as the 'Mexicans' of Asia. Which is weird but also fitting. What snippets of translation I've seen have been so interesting though.

Harry's Style Evolution (by an actual stylist) Part 3: Fine Line Era! Part 1 of 2*

Hi hi hi. First of all thanks for all the love on Part 1 and Part 2 which are linked. I highly recommend reading them first as I'll be referencing some of his past style.

This one took me so long to do because Harry's Fine Line era is when he really develops the personal style that he's now known for, and I have LITERALLY SO MUCH TO SAY. So without further ado!

*LOL I HIT PIC LIMIT before we even got to 2020. This is officially HS Style part 3 but Part 1 of 2 for the Fine Line Era.

We left off in 2018, Harry was still touring his first album and was dating Camille Rowe (as far we know) who was beginning to influence his style.

After Live on Tour ends there's a period where we don't see him for a bit. Later we'll learn that him and Camille have broken up, and he jets off to Japan for some much needed hermit time.

2019

January, Harry's spotted in Japan. He rings in the new year with a ragtag batch of famous people that are for some reason all in Japan at the same time.

Here we see the debut of the custom gold Gucci rings that will become a staple for him (they retail at $470 each incase you were wondering.) We also see him in some Gucci jeans, and this vintage army jacket that I still have dreams about.

By March he's back in London and we get some more hints of his evolving personal style. He's back in jeans but he's over the black skinny's he previously coveted instead opting for a light wash straight leg. He wears this Raf Simmons jumper I'm obsessed with an looks oh-so-cozy. We'll also see the athletic outfits that he still wears today.

Also in March he introduced, and preforms with, Stevie Nicks as she's inducted into the Rock n Roll hall of fame.

He wears a gorgeous blue Gucci suit with white Gucci boots. We'll actually see him in this exact same Blue suit later in an ad campaign for Gucci for their Fall 2019 collection. (P.S. his hair is so delicious here I love this length on him.)

The next time we publicly see Harold is in May for the MET GALA! Y'all do not understand how hard I screamed in my living room when I found out he was going to be one of the chairs.

I do remember being slightly disappointed with Harry's gala fit at the time. I wanted it a little campier and brighter, but as his style has evolved into the Harry's House era (we will get there when we get there lol.) I feel like in retrospect I can appreciate her much better.

She was delicate, she was sexy, and she was camp and queer in a much subtler way. The pearl earring really was everything not to mention the way he looks in the sheer black. YUM!

For the after party H changes into another Gucci ensemble which is very camp in an Orville Redenbacher way. He Gucci drop cross earring is a slay.

Also in May Harry attends his first (can you believe it?) Gucci show and wears one of my FAVORITE outfits he's ever worn.

It's head to toe Gucci of course, but the white suit with the white tank underneath it. Paired with pink sunglasses and pink soft loafers and a WICKER bag! Honey, THIS is styling!

He looks like he's about to ask if I wanna do a bump in the bathroom and my answer is YES!

Harry started working with Harry Lambert towards the end of his time in 1D, and so it's safe to assume that Lambert also had something to do with this outfit (and every other outfit he wears during this era.) How we fell from grace I still can't place in my head.

Anyway we also see his soon-to-be signature Fine Line pink and blue forever nails.

In August and September he appears on a myriad of Magazine covers. Most notably Rolling Stone, but my personal favorite The Face.

So what if I think about his photos for The Face in the night time sometimes, what're you gonna do sue me?!

Left he wears Bode shorts, middle a Gucci shirt and right a gorgeous Martine Rose jacket that he pairs with acid wash jeans.

In October the music video for Lights Up drops out of no where (fun fact when it dropped I was drunk in a club and went in the bathroom to watch it, when I woke up the next day I thought I'd dreamed the whole thing.

The Lights Up MV features a variety of looks. Including what will become the official Fine Line outfit: suspenders over an open shirt with high waisted trousers. This graphic is from Harry Fashion Archive which I did get a lot of these pics from so go check them out.

In November Fine Line the album is officially announced! (See how much there is to cover! We haven't even gotten to album release yet!)

On the cover Harry wears a custom Gucci ensemble of an open shirt, suspenders, and high waisted pants. Featuring Tom Walker's hand in a Gucci glove.

In November he hosts and is the musical guest on SNL where we get some great looks.

He preforms the soon-to-be smash hit Watermelon Sugar for the first time in a custom Watermelon-coloured Gucci suit. He also preforms Lights Up in a sequin Gucci suit.

On the show he wears another Gucci suit from their Spring/Summer collection (left). This look (right) is another all time favorite outfit of mine. A custom Bode shirt jacket paired with the iconic Christopher Kane "Sex" shirt, and brown Gucci trousers. This is another example of styling at its finest.

Off the show he wears a few sweater vests, most popular of which is this one by Lavin (left.) At a Spotify party for his album in December he will wear another Lavin piece, this time a cardigan, paired with baggy chinos and vans and the soon to infamous pearl necklace.

A few more fashion moments happen in December. He collaborates with Alessandro Michele for the first time to create this limited edition "Fine Line" t-shirt (left) that retails for $75. (Did anyone actually buy these?) He also goes through a Marc Jacobs sweater/shirt kick seen here on the Ellen show (right) but he wears them a few more times as well.

If you're ever bored I highly suggest you dive into them because there are some gems out there (my favorite being a photo of Mirko with ice cream on his face and someone photshopped a dick in his hand to replace the ice cream cone he was licking. And I can't remember if it was from Taz or Johnny, but one of them has their whole ass on display on their account!)

Do you have a lot of different farms in stardew valley or go very long with just one? Also if you have different farms do you do any challenges or goals to keep it varied?

I have over 1,600 hours and have had over 15+ farms in Stardew Valley, and I tend to get bored around the year 3/4 mark, so I've never made it to year 5 in any of them. I started playing in 2016.

I played the first 10 or so without any mods at all, and most of my farms happened before the Ginger Island update, and things like that. Farms 10-13 had some cosmetic and quality of life mods (i.e. mods that let me know when I had hugged a chicken, so I didn't go and accidentally hug it again, and the 'No Children Ever' mod - the BEST - no kids, and don't even get asked to have them, perfect), and farms 14 and 15 actually have some 'cheat' mods to make it easier to play and more relaxing (instant catch for the fish, instant kill for the enemies).

I don't really have any obvious challenges or goals because I like to relax when I play it, so there's no point in making it harder for myself, right? It's very easy for me to max out all my skills to 10 before the end of year 1 for example (I'm usually level 5/6 on fishing with zero mods before the end of Spring, year 1), and usually all I need before the end of year 2 are the rest of the artefacts (I will have all the fish / crops / Community Centre etc.)

I'm not a hardcore min-maxer, but I do lean towards efficiency and low-key min-maxing, which means by the time money is pouring in, I'm ready to restart, because my favourite part of the game is starting to get all my goals. By the time I can sell my Iridium bars in stacks of 100 because I just have too many, I don't really see the point anymore, lol.

The game has actually changed a fair bit since I started playing it, we have a lot more quality of life changes now. There are new crops. There's new buildings. There's new farm animals. There's new scenes with the NPCs. The maple syrup bear, lmao. The little notes and magnifying glass. I've thought a little about trying Stardew Valley Expanded (a mod) but realistically what happens is I play for a little while quite intensely, and then I get bored and forget, and then I come back an old farm and can't remember what my routine was, so I just start a new farm. I'm actually in a 'I should probably update my mods and start a new farm' right now. So I haven't played Stardew Valley in a while.

I'm at the point where I've deleted quite a few of my farms, because I know I'll never go back to them, though I still have around 8 in the list.

I've never played multiplayer because I can't stand it (not being able to pause ruins the whole game for me), and I've only ever married/bonded to four candidates! Sebastian, Alex, Elliott and Krobus. I'm good at giving advice to newbies and even 'mid-tier newbies' (i.e. those who have only completed one farm and have about 60 hours under them), and otherwise just want people to enjoy the game and make it enjoyable for them. Stardew Valley is one of the best games to mod for your comfort (or challenge), and folks who can make the most of it should feel free to without guilt.

I've seen on YouTube some of the challenges people come up with - no farming for 100 days, no leaving the farm for 100 days, no talking to NPCs for 100 days, and so on. Idk, that's not really my thing. If I want to stress myself out, I'll just play Elden Ring or something.

I miss playing my Dreanei Shaman, but WoW just hasn't been the same the past few expansions. The community I remember is pretty much dead. The game itself is focused on endgame raiding and Mythic plus. I prefer the story and the leveling experience. If you can't tell by the character screen image, I'm what's known as an altoholic. Each and every character I made had their own story. I never really roleplayed with any, but I did enjoy using emotes and having fun running content with friends. My friends list is now full of 'Last online X years ago'.

I've hopped across a few different MMO's, but still haven't found what I miss. I enjoy connecting with people online. Anxiety makes it difficult to connect with people for extended periods of time on a physical level, but online I open up. Anxiety still holds me back from trying new things at first (new things scary!), but after thinking about it (and prepping myself to do it), I usually find it's not so bad. My brain just gets intimidated.

Look at me ramble (yes, I am a rambler if you don't already know that by now lol). No idea where I'm going with any of this. I guess just wanted to share a part of me 🤷
