Sure! I'm happy to answer some questions!

I think with the addition of a visual medium it would most definitely be significantly easier, yes.

Well, I can't say for sure. I could explain for hours about how mainstream media forces a creative to conform their work within often-times hostile parameters. Nevertheless, I'd be blessed with the opportunity to try. That being said, I have a lot more creative freedom here on Youtube than anywhere else, at least by my standards.

I think it's very important. Conveying enough emotion without the added visuals means that it is ALL DOWN to vocal performance.

I am typically the primary voice, yes, but I must admit this is a very difficult question. I love to write stories of scifi and fantasy, I love to take concepts and ideas, pieces of dialogue and conveyed emotion and put them into an all expansive list of things to try, but I personally love bringing those emotions and ideas out myself. I find it fun! I suppose...I wouldn't! Writing is fun, don't get me wrong, but being able to perform it is part of my joy in creating what I make. If I stopped doing one, I'd have to find it elsewhere and that would take me away from doing the other thing.

I like to believe that, yes. It only makes sense that the writer knows the exact feeling to convey in a script, but you could call me vain for that if you like lol!

Listener characters are the bane of my existence lol! Okay, that was too dramatic. It's very difficult to write a character that doesn't talk, but represents...basically everyone! How do you compensate for that? And echoing dialogue is not something people do on a regular basis. No one talks like that, but we need to in order to get across what the listener is thinking at any given time, because if you don't, everyone is confused. It's quite frustrating and a hell of a dilemma in the scripting process.

Well, like I said earlier, I have to try and accommodate for everyone which is a challenge all on its own. It's VERY easy for the listener to become a talking head and I try my best to avoid it. Alas, I imagine even the greatest xlistener writer has fallen into that trap lol

No, it is not. I like 2D animation and RPGs.

Money? Budget? A lot more emphasis on visuals? When you start out as a content creator, you start with nothing and are tasked with making something, but with mainstream media, the network hands you a budget to make something. Granted those things might not be great given the parameters of the network, but hey! At least you can say you made something!

Very much so, yes. Zed is directly related to my insecurities and fears of not being enough as a person. Makkaro is related to my need for a work/life balance so that I might enjoy the little things while still giving my all. Albus is a toxic form of what I wanted to be when I grew up, a man who can fight through anything, but inside is deeply broken. Yargwynn is my running away from my problems in hopes that it'll all just go away. Mortallous is those problems always chasing me, always catching up. One day, I will tell a story of Zed realizing who he wants to be. That story will show that the man I really want to be, is myself. I will no longer be Good Boy Audios, but Good Man Audios. Yeah, it's cheesy as fuck, but hey, I like cheese.

Muichiro I think is definitely the type to be into slasher flims, despite his young age. He'd probably indulge in the scream series. I'd also like to think he likes traditional Japanese horror, more specifically the Japanese version of the movie "The Ring".

Sanemi is definitely the same way as Muichiro... minus "The Ring". Although I think he'd prefer the movie "Saw" over anything else. Anything with blood and gore he just loves, given he has a lotttt of rage.

Mitsuri is definitely not a horror freak. But put a horror-comedy movie in front of her and she's hooked. With that said she's definitely interested in the "Scary Movie" series. You know, the series where they make fun of famous scary movies? Yeah, Mitsuri loves that stuff.

Obanai, naturally, will love whatever Mitsuri likes. He gets a good laugh out of the Scary Movie series anyways. But his personal preference would be movies like "Centipede" and "Anaconda." He just likes animals, especially creepy crawlies, and of course snakes. So I feel like he'd naturally take a liking to these movies.

I think Gyomei is definitely into religious horror. Movies like "The Exorcist" or maybe even "Ouijia" interest him. He likes to understand the psychology behind demonic possession and just the supernatural overall.

Shinobu... oh God. She'd probably be into something like "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" or "The Purge". I feel like if she didn't hold back at all she'd kill anything/anyone, and everything/everyone in sight. Plus, given her humor I feel like those movies would match her unhinged side.

Rengoku might be into films that have to do with haunted objects, occasionally enjoying a good religious horror movie like Gyomei. Movies like the "Annabelle" series and "Childsplay" really interest him. It's astonishing to him how objects can become insanely haunted to the point of causing poltergeist activity. And of course he likes movies like "The Exorcist" and "The Nun" much like Gyomei.

Tengen doesn't really like horror movies, but he gets a good thrill watching a TV show like "dead files" or "ghost adventures". He likes to watch it with his wives, despite Suma chickening out about halfway through an episode lol. Regardless though he just finds it to be, in his eyes, pretty flashy to know that people will actually go out of their way to investigate all of these places. Mainly to prove to people that ghosts and demons do indeed exist. Be it through science or experience, he's interested in it all.

Giyuu isn't very picky when it comes to horror movies. Frankly I don't think he even likes them at all. The only time he'll watch one is when he's around Shinobu, and even then he'll still cringe at what she likes in that regard. However, I think he'd get a pretty big knack out of a psychological thriller. So movies like the "Predator" series, the "Paranormal Activity " series, and the movie "The Prodigy" are just some of his favorites.

Last Song: well I've been listening to a Playlist while I've been Working on this so I'll hand you Two: started writing to Sleep Walking Orchestra (Bump of Chicken) and ended on Nonsense Bungaku (Eve)! Both are solid imho hahaha. The first is the opening to the Dungeon Meshi anime (very solid and fun show. Oooo you want to watch it so bad) and the 2nd is the Result of me going on an Eve deep dive a couple months back lol

Favorite Color: I'm fond of actually. A Lot of shades of blue tbh! Aquamarine, Peacock Green/Teal, and Indigo are some particular shades that come to mind. I also love Raspberry/Wine red!

Last Book: hmmm let's see the last time I read A Book was Little Thieves by Margaret Owen! It's a retelling of the fairy tale The Goose Girl from the perspective of the maid who stole the princess's identity and its hella good if you like that good good folk fantasy magic!

Last Movie: uhhhHHHHH I Think??? It was Your Name? No wait it was Astro Boy (2009) with a friend of mine because we were reminiscing about nostalgia and realised we both remembered watching and enjoying it but not remembering Anything about the plot lmao. The pacing was like 500 mph but the animation aged pretty darn well! Storywise Defo had potential and I'm always a sucker for taking the sand a story was made of and seeing what kinds of castles could have been built

Last TV Show: Pluto on Netflix. Oh my god. Just watched Ep 6 last night and I'm ready to Not Be Normal (have not been normal since ep 1 but that's besides the point). Defo the kind of show that is to be Savored I Don't recommend binge watching it space out those 8 1 hr long eps so you can properly appreciate and process it. It's good I highly recommend it if you're into a good sci fi fantasy! How many sad dads can a singular mini series have. The answer is Yes

Sweet/Spicy/Savory: I tend to prefer Sweet>Savory>Spicy! I Do have A Spice Tolerance to some extent, but if given the choice I tend to prefer it light! (My Sweet tolerance is actually pretty pitiful but that doesn't stop me from eyeing all the pretty cakes and candies LMAO)

Relationship Status: I have Two Hands and I'm using them both for tax fraud >:'D

I'm a big fan of the Tangled series' animation style too! I'll admit by saying that it may not as appealing looking in comparison to shows like Gravity Falls & Owl House, but being a huge fan of the Disney animation studio films, the art style in the series works very well for me. I'm hoping they'll continue to use that art style for their upcoming Tiana & Moana series.

It's ironic that you mention Gravity Falls, because that's a show whose style actually was an acquired taste for me. When I began watching it for the first time, I did not like the art style going in. That's right; I used to be a "bean mouth" hater. Obviously this was like 10 years ago and I grew to like it eventually (and become more open-minded on art in general), but even now I wouldn't say the style is amazing or anything, and I certainly wouldn't say it's better than Tangled's. The animation itself is very high quality, and the backgrounds are gorgeous and really bring out the atmosphere the show is aiming for. It's undeniably a very good-looking show; I just prefer big colored eyes over tiny black dot eyes, I guess.

And like...as much as I now disagree with what I thought of the style back in 2012, I think it's good to remind myself that I did hold that opinion and I almost didn't watch the show because of it. I almost missed out on Gravity Falls because I didn't like how it looked. I'm so glad I gave it a chance anyway because it ended up being an amazing experience that I'll look back on fondly for the rest of my life. It just goes to show that I shouldn't be so quick to dismiss an animated series just for its visual style.

Now, The Owl House definitely has a style that appeals more to my personal tastes. I feel like if it came out 10 years ago, I probably would've been less hesitant to watch it than Gravity Falls. Back in 2019, while the cartoon community was raving over Amphibia - a show I was pretty "meh" on at the time - this was the "Gravity Falls successor" show I was really looking forward to (it's probably my biggest "I liked it before it was cool" flex lol), and I really do think that was not only because of the premise and setting seeming more interesting to me, but because of the art style being a bit more distinct from Gravity Falls'. That's not even to mention how great the animation is in the show. I'd probably rank it right below Tangled in terms of my favorite DTVA visuals.

When it comes to how Tiana and Moana will be animated...eh, I don't know. Part of me would be happy to see them take inspiration from Tangled because it's a style that I love so much, but another part of me likes that it's a style unique to Tangled that gives the series its own identity and doesn't really want it just copy-and-pasted onto other Disney Princess shows. I know Disney Princess properties borrowing heavily from each other's styles is nothing new, but still, they don't have to all look alike, y'know? That said, I certainly can't see myself complaining if they did decide to make them look similar to Tangled. I kind of doubt Tiana will get this treatment since The Princess and the Frog is already a 2D-animated property, but I can see Moana potentially going this route (unless they decide to take the path of "noticeably lower quality 3D", which I would be a bit disappointed by). I guess it partially depends on whether the animation for these shows will be done at WDAS or outsourced to another studio like Mercury, which I haven't seen any confirmation for, but...I'm assuming it will probably be outsourced since that's what Disney usually does for their animated TV shows. I haven't been following the updates that closely though. It'll be easier to form an opinion when they get closer to release, but regardless, I am looking forward to these shows.

Anyway...yup, I am a Tangled series art and animation lover through and through. It was the right call to go for a unique style instead of trying to replicate the movie's or even a more traditional WDAS style. It's so pleasing to look at and I will always be salty that Disney never gave us an art book or at least a physical version of Rapunzel's journal.

hello! I would like to request a haikyuu matchup please :D (I apologize in advance if I write too much aksjk hopefully it'll make it easier to match me up?)

1) I'm a straight female and use she/her pronouns

2) I'm about 5'6", have straight brown hair (my friend says it looks orange-ish in the sunlight??), brown eyes, and I've been told that I'm kinda pale (but unfortunately flush easily lol).

As for things that make me stand out, I have patches of eczema littered all over my skin. I have a few on my hands and wrists and even though ik they're not a good thing and of course would much prefer not having eczema, I kinda like that it makes me unique. I also have round glasses (my eyesight is extremely bad ㅠㅠ), wear a lot of black, and recently have been wearing this tan overcoat everytime I go out bc it's big and comfy. oh, and I've always loved black low-top converse!

I'm overweight so I'm kinda insecure about my physical appearance, but I've been dealing with it for so long that ig I've come to terms with it and have just accepted that this is how I am (but I have been trying to exercise... >_>)

3) I'm a gemini, istp-t, and enneagram type 5. I think I treat people how they treat me; if someone doesn't talk to me, I probably won't talk to them unless necessary, and if someone is very friendly and nice to me, I'll be a bit more open and talk more. I'm usually pretty reserved and go with the flow, but around people I'm more comfortable with I can be very sarcastic and playful. I'm kinda a mom/therapist friend. I'm very lazy and an expert procrastinater (I do what's necessary in the most efficient way possible, unless it's something that I enjoy).

Some things I enjoy: cooking & baking, arts & crafts, reading, sketching, 80s music, watching anime/tv/movies (especially crime, mystery, and thriller), and photography (as far as taking scenic photos with my phone goes lmao). idk if this counts as interests, but I'm planning on majoring in business administration and accounting. and as for my clothing style, I currently dress for comfort bc I'm always inside, but if I get a chance to redo my wardrobe I'd like to dress in a style more like dark academia/comfy casual? 4) I'm pretty sure my love language is physical touch, but I also really enjoy receiving spontaneous gifts or stuff I've been wanting (and money lmao I'm a big saver)! I've never been in a relationship, but I know I would definitely have to be friends with someone before even considering a serious romantic relationship, so I would ideally be comfortable around them already. I have a tendency to bottle up my emotions and I'm honestly a bit of a tsundere, so I think I might be shy in voicing my wants/initiating things. as for my type, I would prefer someone tall, mature but able to be playful and can take a joke (I sometimes use "idiot" as a term of endearment sksj I can be kinda mean sometimes tbh), patient since I'll take a while to open up, and ideally ambitious and willing to take initiative (bonus points if they're able to keep up with my sarcastic banter!)

5) I definitely like to sleep in, but if I need to wake up early and I can do so relatively easily. ig you could say I'm more of a night owl. I'm in a constant state of tiredness (possibly fatigued but idk) lol. I could technically live without music but would 100% prefer not to. my favorite song is "eyes without a face" by billy idol. I've never really thought about what my ideal first date would be, but I would like if it was well thought out and personal instead of the typical movie and dinner I suppose.

Hello there! I'd like to request a paid pokemon team description if you please! I had previously sent in the ask for the free one but changed my mind and decided to pay for one instead. Hopefully that's alright. Lol. So where to start. I'm a 21 year old female Leo. Personality wise, I would basically boil it down to, I’m an amiable introvert. I’ve always been really shy and quiet around strangers, maybe even a bit cautious of friendships as I’ve had too many experiences in the past of (1/?)

toxic friends. However, once I perceive a person to be real and genuine, I can open up to them easily, becoming who I truly am around them: fun-loving, excitable and talkative. I have MBTI personality type INFP also known as The Mediator, which makes sense as I'm definitely the peacekeeping type. In my small group of friends, I'm basically the one who keeps them from getting into fights with each other or other people. I'm also the one who diffuses situations. I myself dislike conflict and (2/?) will do everything in my power to actively ignore it, which may be one of my downfalls. For more positive traits, I have a high level of patience, meaning that I won’t give up on people easily even if everyone else has. I’m also very nurturing towards the people I love. I love raising people up and giving them all the support and affection I can. I’m definitely a hugger. However, more negative traits include my stubbornness and pride. These two go hand in hand really. I pride myself in my (3/?) ability to lead and keep a cool and level head when stuff hits the fan but sometimes even a situation can be too much for me and I’ll quickly begin to crumble. However, in an effort to still appear as the cool, kind leader everyone looks up to, I’ll straight up lie about how I really feel and oftentimes will refuse help. This isn’t just with feelings either. It’s with anything from homework to projects, etc. It’s probably worth mentioning that I can also be incredibly lazy sometimes. My (4/?) bursts of hardworking spirit can often be met with equally long periods of me just going, “Meh…” My hobbies and interests include my top three: Drawing, writing and playing video games. I draw mostly cartoon looking things with maybe a dash of anime sprinkled in there. There’s definitely a lot of video game fan art in there too. When it comes to my writing, I generally like to write a lot of fanfiction (the non-cringy sort. lol.) about different video games and of course, I write my own (5/?) do, so much so that sometimes the story never even gets written. My favorite kinds of video games range from adorable friendly things to horrifying video games. Things like RPGs, strategy, action, horror, etc. I don’t have any consoles so I mostly play PC and mobile games. My top three favorite franchises are Pokemon, Animal Crossing and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I also enjoy Minecraft, Destiny 2 and Tomb Raider. I’ve also been playing Pokemon since Generation 2 with my first game (6/?) Pokemon Silver. Other things I love include baking, reading (especially history), movies (love studio ghibli, anime, horror, action, thriller, comedy, etc.), TV shows about true crime, history and the paranormal. Speaking of, I'm a huge fan of the paranormal and come from a family of people spiritually sensitive to those sorts of things. I also love animes like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Hetalia and My Hero Academia. My favorite music includes hardstyle, edm, pop, 80’s/90’s hits, etc. (7/?) My favorite artists consist of Gorillaz, Melanie Martinez, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, etc. I also love going on hikes, swimming and just getting to experience nature. I will admit, I’m a kid who loves to snooze. Sometimes when there’s nothing else left to do, nothing’s better than curling up in bed with the blinds closed and room freezing cold with a warm blanket. I think the reason why is because I’m a vivid dreamer. Most of my inspiration comes from the things I dream up of and my dreams (8/?) always provide me with what may not be obtainable in real life. I’m currently going to school to become a preschool, elementary school or daycare teacher. I’m glad knowing that someday, I could make a difference in a child’s life with my kindness. I love Pokemon because it's given me a sense of joy all these years later after initially discovering it as a child. It's the one thing that had always stuck. Because of your early life consisting of brave trainers venturing here to seek these legendary pokemon, and people fighting over the right to study and unearth these pokemon, you came to realize that you prefer to stay out of the mess most of the time and sometimes help people stuck within it. Tbh (this may be biased) but I think the Gotham tv show is literally the best dc comics adaptation of anything ever! it is superior to all thier shows movies animations and the arrowverse at least in my books lol

Omg YES about Gotham! I 1000% agree! Im also biased cause its what got me into batman, again like exactly a year ago! It got me into the world like no other media of dc had before!(well, Shazam did, i guess tech thats the start of my interest in dc/first time i read the comics, but gotham is what really got me into this spiral). I hate how much hate it gets, like yeah its not perfect and they took creative liberties obviously, but i 100% agree that its the best adoption of DC yet! 100%! Its so nice to see the characters and rogues fleshed out more. I feel like it successfully did what Nolan tried to do in terms of making it dark and realistic, but in a way that was more accurate and true to the comics! I wish it wasn’t canceled so early and thus the last season had to be so rushed :(

Oh my gosh, that would seriously be the PERFECT end to batman and joker story in this universe omg. Amen about all that! And like it would hopefully show Jason how much he cares? ahaha yes riddler is my fav! (my header gave it away didn’t it xD) I love most Riddlers but ESPECIALLY gotham riddler, Ed is like one of my fav character of all time. Oooh, I don’t know central city rogues all that well(well, way more than Metropolis rogues, I know so little about superman world), like I know some from the first 3 and a half seasons of the flash (I watched a couple years ago but got busy with school and couldn’t keep up and just never caught up/didnt have motivation to finish(plus i forgot so much id have to rewatch everything again), but I saw they finally just introduced Bart Allen, so I have have to randomly jump back in for a bit cause Bart is one of my favsss), and the ones in the cartoons and stuff

Ha! true, i dont mind it when its for character development or if I happen to be super into the ship(like Nygmakins in Gotham omg, I know they are super unpopular but they are like one of my OTPs omg), I feel like it has to be balanced right/not too much focus on the drama of the relationship over everything else. Like a minor subplot is good but don’t make it the focus of the show. And yeah , supergirl never appealed to me cause of that reason! i like drama and not JUST action (I like psychological drama, as long as there is comfort to follow xD) but yea i get what u mean by too much relationship focus . I think, for the most part, Gotham did that pretty well.

YEAHH i love that! something not too too elaborate or unnecessary, but also comforting and perfect. that is super fast omg, i love that feeling when you can just fly through chapters and chapters. yeah!! reading 12 books over 3 days,, i miss that so much. i love the internet, and i love having friends who i can talk to without meeting in person, but that does mean that most of my time isn't spent reading like it used to be.

i'd say that yeah, i do romanticize things. i think it's both a good thing and a bad. sometimes, it feels so amazing to imagine that you're in a coming of age movie, or that something small is going to change your life forever, and really lay into it just because it makes you feel whole atm. on the other hand, i feel like i romanticize things that are not so healthy either. not sleeping enough is definitely a main one for me, or overworking. and logically it's not, but the feeling of being awake in the dead of night, or staying up to watch that one last episode of a tv show is unmatchable. favorite books would probably be trc as a series (i feel like i've mentioned those books a lot sjdlkfj) and the magnus chase books. also !! six of crows. favorite shows; jatp (obviously) and tua. there's definitely more that i cannot remember for the life of me, whoops. and yes! i love hoodies. i need all of the hoodies, even though i have enough already.
