We know they have musical chairs in the Devildom. There’s a FabSnap where Mammon, Levi, & Belphie play it to decide who has to take out the trash.

That means that Diavolo doesn’t know what musical chairs is because he grew up lonely & friendless. ☹️

Who is to blame for this? Barbatos? Mephisto? I feel like one of them should’ve played musical chairs with lil Dia at some point.

Okay so this is just crack but I couldn’t stop thinking about that post that points out Dream likes to make himself AT LEAST one to two inches taller than people he’s with except Lucien. (Also what a petty petty power move it’s so funny I can never unknow this. Why is he Like That)

What if he starts doing that with Hob after they get together. Just subtly and slowly shrinking himself until he’s like an inch shorter. But he does it slowly because he doesn’t want Hob to question him about it. Hob either assumes it’s Dreams eldritch nonsense or notices immediately because of all the changes Dream has ever made to his outfit, hair, ect his height has never changed. Hob decides not to say anything as Dreams forehead is now always within reach for kisses.

i love aang for his silliness, kindness, and bubbly approach to most things. he’s such a beam of sunshine, a literal figure of hope with a whopping ton of charisma and an adorable smile. but one of the things i love most about him is his anger.

his anger is sometimes overlooked because he doesn’t approach it in the same way other characters do. zuko and katara wear their anger prominently, and it’s clear that many of their actions are motivated by it. whereas aang’s anger is very internal and masked, but is also so present in him. obviously, the avatar state makes his anger and grief clear as day, but that’s pretty characteristic of the avatar state and it’s something aang has to work toward controlling. when he’s in his normal-conscious self, his anger is sitting beneath the surface, overshadowed by his smile and surprising wisdom.

and this kid has a lot to be fucking angry about, yet he works toward keeping it from exploding externally because he knows that, as the avatar, that can be dangerous not just for him but for others. and he’s motivated by the want to keep his air nomadic views alive by keeping the peace regardless of his internal conflicts. aang is not a violent person and his anger is not violent, but it is still so prominently there and i love watching it. not because i enjoy seeing him unhappy—that’d be insane—but because i appreciate how his emotions regarding the genocide of his people and the expectations set upon him as a 12 year old avatar are written into his character. he’s so complex and his anger can be so overlooked sometimes. yes, he is peaceful person but he is also so angry! and that’s okay. he’s a human who’s lost so much in (from his perspective) such a short amount of time. he’s angry!

Sometimes I really long to see some card art where the characters don’t look like they’re chiseled out of stone.

Like give me strong man weight lifter Diavolo with a round belly & juicy tits. Give me awkward lanky Levi and dad bod Lucifer. Give me sweet soft Asmo, renaissance painting style. I want perfectly average Solomon, covered in pact marks but otherwise just normal. I want old man Barb with crows feet and a little belly from eating too many pastries.

I know we would never get such official art and I absolutely headcanon them however I like. But I sometimes think about it when so much of the official art is all abs all the time!

And of course I worship the artists who draw the characters with different body types. You are doing the real work 🫡
