WHO WAS JOHNATHAN AFTON?

William's firstborn. Little rockstar of a child. Was always sort of a bully, but never pushed it too far. He was a happy boy who liked music and dancing and Hot Wheels, and especially playing with his friends. He yearned for his fathers attention, the kind he used to get when it was just him, but- everyone knew who his favorite was. He loved both his brother, sister and "cousin" greatly, and began to act out when the people closest to him began to disappear.

Where did he go?

If you ask his father, he left the day of his youngest sons incident, and was replaced by something diabolical, as "Johnny would never do that." And, truthfully, Johnny never meant to.

He only wanted to lift Michael up to see Fredbear. With so many kids having the same goal though, one of them pushed too much- and they never fessed up. She never got the chance too.

Where is he now?

Foxy the Pirate! Foxy was always his favorite, so William felt he had to do his firstborn that much justice, despite the circumstances. William had always felt jealous of Michael after the bite. He forgot all and everything that had happened before. Forgot he even had a brother, or a sister, or a "cousin or uncle." Oh how lucky is he, to be free of that grief.

Johnny loves his father no longer. The love he once had is now replaced with the brightest, hottest rage anyone could ever feel. He hardly even remembers his family aside from him. It's why Michael takes such caution when working in that specific building, as he knows Johnny doesn't see him. He sees their father. He just isn't sure which animatronic is him- as, neither does Henry.

If William never hurt Johnny, where would he be as a grown up?

Somewhere far away in a band! A charming young man who is still a bully, through and through. Cares greatly for Michael and takes his place as Henry's assistant. In some cases, personal AU, he becomes the "Pigman of Freddy's" after being caught and scooped by Ennard- not having the speed and agility that Michael has, to escape that eventual situation. With his body falling apart, kids hear of a monster entering and leaving Freddy's when the place closes for the night. A silly urban legend of sorts, that is actually true- only, it's just some rotting musician.

THE DEVIL WEARS THE SPRING BONNIE SUIT ― PROLOGUE

 13th November 1993

       EMILIA EMILY slammed her fists against the steering wheel, which caused her father to jump at her outburst.

       "I don't know if I can keep this up. We keep hitting roadblock after roadblock and every dead-end there is!" She let out a loud sigh as she took the key from the ignition.

       "Sweetheart, I think you're suffering from burnout," Henry told his daughter and she groaned at his words.

       "I know and I can't stop everything to handle my burnout. I'm lead detective on this case for a reason," Emilia answered her father once she took a minute to collect herself in order to not yell at him.

       "I wouldn't expect you to, however, I think that you need a break. Even an hour off would help, Emma," he patted her forearm and she leaned back in her seat, silent.

       "I thought I was here to work, not take a break," she laughed after a second and Henry smiled, happy to know she found him unconventionally funny.

       "Everyone needs a break every now and then," he shrugged and got out of the car, Emilia following him.

       When Emilia made eye contact with the two men her father told her were her co-workers, she felt a wave of nostalgia hit her.

         "I can't believe my little girl's going to prom," Henry smiled as he hugged Emilia to his chest. He mock wiped tears away as she laughed.

        "Come on, Dad, Nate's here. You're going to walk me out, right?" Emilia held onto her father's arm with a smile.

        "Yeah, I still can't believe William let him borrow the car. The William I know wouldn't do that."

         "Maybe he's growing on William," Emilia shrugged as they went through the front door and down the driveway.

        She gasped when she saw her boyfriend in his suit, his mullet replaced with a nice trim. Looking past Johnathan, she saw William sitting in the passenger seat.

        "Oh brother," she muttered, not bothering to care if her father overheard her or not.

        "Will, what the hell are you doing?" Henry asked as he let go of Emilia so that she could go to Johnathan.

        "What do you mean? I'm their chaperone," William leaned out the window and sent a wink to Emilia, who shivered.

        "They don't need a chaperone," Henry sighed as he shook his head at the absurdity of the situation.

        "Yes, they do. Do you want to be a grandfather too early?" William raised an eyebrow at Henry, who stared back at him, brows furrowed.

        "Excuse me? What exactly are you trying to imply?!" Henry looked shocked by the audacity William had to say such things.

        "I'm just saying that neither of them are as innocent as you think. You're favouring Emilia too much, the moment you turn your back, the innocent facade falls away," William explained, Henry looked like he was going to say something, but he decided to hold his tongue.

        "What the hell?" Johnathan said as he had been listening to the two adults' arguments. "Why the fuck would you say that, Dad?"

        "Because I know how teenagers are. How do you think you were born?" Emilia and Johnathan both made a face at that, and Henry decided to usher the couple over to his daughter's car.

        He tossed Emilia the keys from his back pocket.

       "You two go ahead, I can handle William. Go have the time of your lives," Henry smiled at the teenagers, who gave Henry silent grateful looks, not knowing exactly what to say.

       "John. . .Johnathan?!" Emilia's eyebrows furrowed together as the younger man turned to see who was speaking, "Oh my god! Michael!?"

       "Emilia. . . ??" Michael gaped and she swiftly made her way over to him.

       "It's really you! It's. . . really, really you!" Michael wrapped his arms around her, which she reciprocated.

       "I've missed you so much, I haven't seen you since. . . well, you know," Emilia explained vaguely and Michael nodded in understanding, but he had no clue what she was referring to.

       "Hey, what about me?" Johnathan laughed as Emilia let go of Michael and jumped at Johnathan for a hug as well.

       "I'm sorry about how things ended," Emilia began, but Johnathan stopped her short.

       "Don't worry about it, we were both just stupid teenagers," Johnathan smiled

       "It was shitty of me to do-" "No, we were both at fault," Johnathan cut her off, seeming to have ended that conversation.

       "Well, what're you doing here then?" Michael asked as Emilia smiled at him, her heart fluttering in her chest.

       "I'm here to work as a night guard for my dad," Emilia gestured to Henry, who had been watching the interactions between the young adults with a smile on his face.

       "Yes, but I see you've figured out who your shifts will be with. Would you and Johnathan mind showing her to it? I have to go get Sam from Jen," Henry reminded his daughter, who gave him her usual smile that could make him feel a little bit better, even on days when he missed her younger sister.

       "Sure, Henry. It gives us more time to spend with her," Michael grinned as he pulled Emilia to his side in a hug, then let her go so that she could make her way over to her father.

       "You'll have your entire shifts to do that. Goodbye, Emma," Henry placed a kiss on her head like he used to when she was little. She handed him the car keys and he left through the front double doors.

      Emilia turned to Michael and Johnathan with a laugh, "Well, since that's that. . . do you suppose you two could show me around? I haven't been here since Dad opened the place. . ."

      "Of course we will, but first, I want to know what you were talking about earlier with Nate. What happened between you two?"

      "Oh, uhm. . ." Emilia looked at Johnathan, who looked back at her, uncomfortable with the situation.

      "We dated when we were younger," Johnathan told his younger brother and ruffled the taller boy's hair.

      "You did!? Why can't I remember any of that?" Michael raised an eyebrow at the pair.

     "It was before the accident, Mike," Johnathan spoke up before an uncomfortable silence could settle between the three of them.

     "Oh, that explains why I can't remember," Michael smacked his forehead and his curly hair was pulled back by his hair, which showed off the large scar.

     Emilia's eyes met the scar and looked back down at Michael's eyes, a sad smile upon her face.

     "Could I talk to you alone for a minute? It's kind of important," Emilia turned to Johnathan and he led her away from Michael.

     "I'm not trying to bombard you with questions, but how? How is Mike still here, Nate? You have to know something. Please, I just- I don't understand," Emilia covered her face with her hands after she stopped her rambling. "I saw him die, I had his blood and brain matter all over me. Explain right now."

     "I don't know a lot, but William put him back together," Johnathan replied and Emilia furrowed her brows.

     "How did he get away with it?! There was a funeral, Nate! He couldn't have made a fake body for the casket," Emilia threw up her hands and Johnathan put his hand out to her.

     "I think he did," Johnathan shrugged, like William's advancements in animatronic-related robotics was common knowledge.

     "God, the hope in my heart that Michael lived burned out a long time ago. I still can't believe that he's not himself, but he's here. . ." Emilia rubbed her arms as she looked up at Johnathan.

      "Hey, s'alright, Em," Johnathan pulled her to his chest and it felt like old times when they used to sneak around when William was around; kissing behind open menus, taking breaks at the same time to be together, Henry being the only one to know, among other things.

     "It's not though," Emilia hid her face in his neck and Johnathan laughed wryly.

     "Nothing new when it comes to my family, is it?" Johnathan commented as they both pulled away to look at one another.

     Emilia rolled her eyes and they walked back to Michael, who looked between the pair curiously, then he asked, "What was that about?"

     "Just asked Nate some questions to catch up with him," Emilia answered him- it wasn't completely a  lie, she did want to catch up with Johnathan.

     "Oh," Michael stared at Emilia, looking for dishonesty in her eyes and not finding anything, "okay then. You ready for the first shift then?"

     "I don't know what I'm getting myself into, do I?" Emilia groaned, Johnathan and Michael bumping her shoulders on either side.

     "Nope!" Michael laughed as he swatted his older brother. Emilia had a feeling something was going to happen.

Five Nights at Freddy's AU Timeline

Please remember that this isn't canon, I just wanted to make a timeline for my FNaF alternate universe timeline.

Jan. 11th, 1945 – Henry Iris Emily was born, the only child of his parents. His father was a businessman and his mother was a housewife, who became a factory worker not too long after his birth.

Apr. 15th, 1945 – William David Afton-Miller was born. William and his sister had their last names hyphenated, due to their parents indecisiveness. His father is a businessman who was a colleague of Henry’s father, while his mother is the first local black woman to begin modeling in Hurricane, Utah at the time.

Sept. 1st, 1946 – Sidney Margaret Harris was born. Her mother was a housewife and her father was a businessman.

Oct. 29th, 1947 – Caroline Lillian Schmidt was born as an only child. Her mother was a teacher and her father was in an executive position for a secretary for a well-known company.

Jul. 8th, 1947 – Clairissa Diana Hart was born. She was the youngest of her two siblings: Lucille and Kenneth. Her mother was a nurse, while her father was a mechanic.

Aug. 7th, 1950 – William Afton and Henry Emily became (almost) lifelong best friends when they started kindergarten.

May 31st, 1963 – William Afton and Henry Emily graduated together from high school and with that, they went off to college with a shared dream: a family restaurant with costumed, entertaining robots.

Nov. 5th, 1966 – Henry Emily married a law major, Sidney Harris, with William Afton as his best man.

Dec. 19th, 1966 – Johnathan William Schmidt-Afton was born out of wedlock, which caused William to promptly marry his mother, Caroline Schmidt.

Apr. 15th, 1968 – Emilia Veronica Emily was born to Henry and Sidney. From the moment Henry held her, he knew she was going to do great things when she got older.

May 25th, 1968 – Michael Elijah Afton-Schmidt was born. He had a fraternal twin sister who ended up dying during their birth.

Jun. 11th, 1973 – Henry made a deal with William where they combined their failing businesses and created FazBear Entertainment and Fredbear’s Family Diner. The business almost immediately thrives with the skills they each provided from their previous failing ones.

August 15th, 1975 — William’s first wife and the mother of Johnathan and Michael, Caroline, commits suicide. 

Mar. 10th, 1978 – Elizabeth Diana Afton-Hart was born to William and his one-night-stand, Clairissa. 

May 13th, 1980 – Samuel and Charlotte are born. Henry, Sidney, and Emilia all adore the twins. William, however, notices Henry’s motivation for their shared company strayed more towards his children. His jealousy took over.

Apr. 15th, 1983 – Charlotte was locked out of the diner by a group of older children that bullied her. William took the chance to lead her around the back of the restaurant under the guise he’d let her back in through the backdoor. Emilia witnessed her younger sister’s murder… and it was on her sixteenth birthday.

Mar. 10th, 1983 – Elizabeth went to see Circus Baby when William told her not to. She was pulled into Baby’s stomach hatch, where she survived until William knowingly had Baby and the rest of the animatronics scooped. 

May 25th, 1983 – Michael was killed by his older brother, Johnathan, after he begged him to believe him about him witnessing Elizabeth’s death. Johnathan, in retaliation for not believing his younger brother, forced his friends to go along with his plan to shove Michael’s head in Fredbear’s mouth, where the mechanics of it included spring locks. His excessive crying triggered said jaw mechanics and snapped off Michael’s frontal lobe.

Some time in 1985 – William, after losing Michael and Elizabeth in brutal ways, decides to go after Michael’s friends that were at his party and didn’t bother to help him when he was calling out to them. He killed Cindy Mackenzie, Alanna, Lisa, Ron, and Jacob-– Gabriel, Susie, Cassidy, Jeremy, and Fritz witnessed the aforementioned kids’ murders, so they too were murdered by William Afton.

Nov.13th, 1993 – Emilia went undercover as a night guard at the 1990s Freddy’s location to investigate the 1985 Missing Children Incident. She met Johnathan, her ex-boyfriend, and Michael, who she thought was dead. She later finds out that he’s a human android, like her sister Charlie. 

Some time in 1995 – Events of The Silver Eyes happen, but including Emilia. 

Feb. 12th, 1998 – Michael and Emilia get married so that when he’s ‘sleeping’ (a.k.a powered off), she can perform maintenance on him to make sure he doesn’t malfunction and have what she went through with Charlie(Bot) happen to her again.

Proteus are the species that can shapeshift into any animal or mindless monsters. They are hunted to almost extinction because people believe all of them are evil. 

eldritch entities are power beings that come in different shapes and sizes.

Watchers are a group of eldritch entities from different worlds. They travel to different worlds using a portal with a mirror. They live in a pocket dimension that they made. It has a huge library where they keep all their stories. They try not to get involved themself.

The eldritch entities of the world are mindless and feed on fear.

Enhanced meaning has power that come from from soul.All Humans are Enhanced and it rare for other species to be Enhanced.

Hybrid are anyone with mix species

Magic is an unpredictable force, inherently wild in nature, and it inherently opposes attempts to control it.

Berry Fruit: Enhanced Proteus with pyrokinesis powers. He mostly stays hidden from the world. He have been running from hunters for all his life. In his actual appearance he look like a human and have fluffy brown hair Age 19

Reese Afton: Renards She likes to steal stuff and ran from home when she was sixteen. She has brown with black stripes fur all over her body and tail. Have sharp claws Age 19

Galena Hope: Enhanced Human with the ability to heal anyone with her hand. Will heal anyone for a price. She has black hair. Age 20

Johnathan: Watcher with purple wings and have other world magic.  Age ??? Have dark purple wings. He is tasked to capture the stories around him and send them back to the library.

If the born you come across is a Proteus. They are to be killed on sight, due to their dangerous abilities. The bounty price of their body are 20k gold each.

Due to the hunting and killing of Proteus they have been put on the Endangered list. In accordance with other kingdoms (including our two neighboring kingdoms and our territory Norvil) bounties on innocent Proteus are to be voided and banned immediately, unless we want to start a war on Proteus ethics.

Proteus are Critically Endangered,  only one Proteus known to still exist.

The king has set a bounty for the last Proteus, wanted alive dew to the agreement they made with neighboring kingdoms. Not much is known about this Proteus, only that they are Enhanced with pyrokinesis, but extreme caution must be taken for every hunter planning to take on the bounty - 1M gold.

Berry remembered when he was younger and he lost his parents to group of hunters. One of the hunters says as he shape shifts in rabbit and hides in a burrow. that he will get eaten by a coyote. Before his dad die he told him “Run, little one”

Talking about Henry and William again because I can't get enough of these idiots, nor their fallout!

Henry was such a fool for that man. He believed all the way up until he couldn't deny it anymore that William was a good person. Why? Because "he knows him." The "real him!" He insists !!

Even when he discovered his daughter, deceased, behind all that.. Garbage. He was STILL fighting with himself, trying to convince him it wasn't true. Trying to keep that one good thing he has left. Why though? Why'd he try so hard to protect his image of Will?

Because that's the same man he harassed on the daily, asking him to say water bottle several times a day. That's the same man who would sing with him, loudly, in the car. Same man who was there the day of his daughters birth, and vice versa. Same man who was there the day of his wedding, and his finalized divorce. Same man he comforted during his late-wife's funeral, and daughters 6 years later. Same man who would take little Charlie on his family-oriented trips like she was his own. Same man who did everything for him, and vice versa.

They built their lives together. In a world that was so scary and new, they found each other and guided one another through the hardships. They would never hurt each other. So was the idea.

But then, there he is, standing in the Afton family home's doorway, kicking this best friend of his into the wall in front of his children. It was only Johnathan's panic that put an end to it, the way he scooped up little Michael and fled. He fled from him. That kind of pain rivaled Charlie's absence.

Henry now sports a scar on his knuckle from where he cut himself on his once-upon-a-time bestie's tooth. William harbors evil, terrible feelings regarding this loss. The fact that, even though he planned it, he thought about it all, Henry still left. That was NOT part of the plan, he was supposed to explain, Henry was supposed to listen, and nothing was supposed to change- but here they are. He didn't get his way, and though he blames Henry for leaving, he knows deep, deep down it's all his fault. He too misses Charlie. It's his one regret, considering it didn't even work. Eliza didn't come back.

Now that Michael is 23 years old, and now that William is forever gone, at least how he knew him, Henry now blames himself, too. Remnant is an evil thing. A disgusting fungus of sorts, that breaks all it comes into contact with. Will didn't know he was hurt, and though he hates him and would fix very little about their past, he absolutely blames himself for what happened to him. Misplaced guilt plagues him daily. And still, the funny thing is, Remnant isn't all bad. Charlie would know.
