AUUGGHH I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ASK THIS!!!!!

Elora's main love languages are words of affirmation and physical touch. She knows that Peepers doesn't get told that he's doing good often, since he's usually the butt of everyone's jokes, and she likes to let him know that he's enough and that she loves him. It also flusters him, and she likes seeing him like that. She also likes holding hands (she does the little thumb rub thingy) and giving hugs from behind! He's so small and she likes to hug him like a stuffed animal (so long as he lets her) <33

Peepers' love languages are physical touch, acts of service, and quality time. I feel like since he's so used to doing everything, he just helps out Elora with whatever she needs, even if she doesn't ask. It's just natural for him, y'know? (Elora is very appreciative of him, and even gets a bit embarrassed lol.) And since he's a stressed guy, I like to think that she's kind of an escape for him??? So he likes spending time with her, since it's something to look forward to after having to deal with Hater and the watchdogs. And physical touch???? Oh my god this dude is so clingy???? He grips onto Hater like a koala on a tree, so imagine how touchy he is when he's dating someone 😭😭😭 he has to at least have a hand on her arm or hell DIE. do you understand

finally finished something enough to put it together in a post

anyways i looked at the sky pirate raids and i was like hey what if i put a whm in there. that couldnt make things worse right

more details about them under the cut in case anyone is curious

they r born and raised in gridania, and reach adulthood as the autumn war hits. thats how old they are.

anyways time goes on and they become more of a cryptid and harder to interact with until quarrymill kicks them out and demands the elder seedseer take them in front of the elementals for some kind of punishment. the elementals dont give a shit bc gron was doing everything correctly for the forest, just not the people

so they get banished from the shroud by the elder seedseer and head to coerthas instead. they get branded a heretic pretty quick from having horns and offering to teach the lowborn conjury, so they end up in anyx trine with vidofnir and the dragons there. the dragons there give them their new name and they stay there for a while. the dragons think they r a funny little guy.

after the calamity they find that not only does the shroud still not want their help but the people of coerthas also dont want them around, and even when they offer the highborn conjury they r rejected for obvious reasons (heretic). they r chased out of coerthas and end up in the sea of clouds instead of dravanian forelands, much to their displeasure

as theyre running from camp cloudtop, leofard takes pity on them and takes them to ok'zundu where the zundu are kind enough to let them use an abandoned hut a little ways off from the village to live in. the redbills find having a healer accessible is really damn convenient

leofard visits to ask them to join the redbills repeatedly and also to pay them for healing all the random injuries the pirates get, they repeatedly refuse and also make him eat vegetables from their small garden. it doesnt seem to make him less inclined to visit. (they remind him of his mother; they obviously want to live freely but something is holding them back)

when they hear about the mhachi stuff and the void ark they demand to come along because as a white mage its technically their job to clean it up, since amdapoor and mhach are why these magicks are forbidden.

over the course of the raids they go from hating cait sith to becoming besties, and they finally join the redbills officially at the end of the quests because they do actually like the redbills despite the idiocy

Personally my favourite dynamic for him and a reader is he is neither a burden, menace nor adjusted fellow, are they dating? Is he a nuisance? Everything’s up for interpretation, Bill Cipher and Why Ennothy are people who hang out all the time but don’t know how on earth to define their relationship (( tip: look outside the box(planet) !))

Also I really like the sonic movies. Haven’t watched the second yet. I avoided spoilers all throughout April till now. Know knuckles is there but cannot tell u anything Abt the plot, I’m hoping for more chase scene shenanigans because it looked cool. And stone. Stone is great.

I would apologise for typing so much in an update/ doodle post. But like,, I rarely post anyway, this isn’t like amino where I can just count on mutuals seeing everything all the time, I got to be fresh and constant!! But I am busy :(( I make so much content but none of it is polished enough to post. If I make a comic panel I need to write out an arc before even thinking abt tagging a ‚w.I.p‘ call me neurotic or relatable, gotta be perfect for the tumbles!!!

I’m not saying that a lot of Regulus fans are only interested in him because they picture him as a Timothee Chalamet insert and wouldn’t give half a fuck about the character if that fancast didn’t exist but… oh wait that is what I’m saying.

yeah i mean. i definitely think there's something in that lol honestly. as ive said before i never really got the interest in regulus i just couldnt care less about the guy he genuinely has zero canon character but. simultaneously i can see how the little that we do know about him makes him an interesting character and i can see why people enjoy the idea of him as a blank slate that you can superimpose nearly any traits you want on to--treating regulus as essentially an oc gives you lots of room for creation. its for these exact reasons that he is of no interest to me personally, and i really don't like the common conceptualisation of him that has emerged from popular headcanon consensus (especially when it involves stripping his character of all agency and half the things that could arguably make him compelling in order to gloss over the fact that he was a death eater) but thats a matter of opinion i suppose. thats a me problem. its just not my cup of tea.

the timothee chalamet thing irritates me for the same reason the ridiculous instagram model/influencer/celebrity fancasts for most characters irritate me, because one of the ONLY things we know about regulus is that he is 'less handsome than sirius'. like ok why not work with that. especially with a character like him where there is virtually nothing to work with. like please explain to me why you refuse to accept that im genuinely curious. why is that the aspect of his character you are so firmly refuting lol.

all in all, if the character is only likeable or interesting or a convincing love interest if you have to pretend they were actually super conventionally attractive, maybe they're just not that likeable or interesting or well-suited to the character you're trying to pair them off with. its a personal thing again i am just not interested in reading/writing about a cast of characters who are all meticulously tailored to conform to beauty standards i do not respect. the minute u try to convince me all your characters are super hot n yassified it all feels less real to me sorry i care less about them. im bored of hot characters i think all fictional characters should be made to look like normal everyday people and i think everyone should be less afraid of so-called ugliness i triple dog dare u

every single day i log onto this app with hannibal on the brain is one day closer to my inevitably 5k word essay on the similarities and differences between zenoswol & hannigram. these are not at all related but they are both part of my special interests so they are now
