One of my favorite parts about season 3 of the Animaniacs reboot was how they turned up Pinky's queer factor from 10 to 100. They just fully embraced the "Pinky is gay" angle and I thank them from it heavily. I mean, I kinda knew that Pinky had something going on before this but season 3 just fully convinced me. Just his mannerisms and the way he interacted with Brain felt different and more strongly hinted of his queer nature. Brinky is canon to me, at least on Pinky's end. Honestly, I loved it so much for that fact and how they weren't trying to hide Pinky's more LGBTQ+ characteristics this season. Brain was kinda the same thing too, where they basically just said, "fine, we'll make Brain gay too." Just a small detail I noticed from this season!

I think they were friends, but young Wu realised Aspheera had ulterior motives to overthrow King Mambo with spinjitzu and felt betrayed. Then Aspheera felt betrayed when she was locked away.

ppl will readily praise the uht for shit that that they condemn rachel, mercedes, and tina for (aka the canonically unpopular girls imagine that). they want complex female characters that fit into conventions that they already have set in their minds for what a female character should be.

and some you brought it up i also wanna say that i BEG ppl to understand that a female character being “complex” doesn’t necessarily mean that “its okay for her to constantly be mean and belittle others in the name of girl power 🤩”. i feel like should’ve progressed past that by now

ryan murphy's dumb ass is over here patting himself on the back for hiring older women and having a diverse cast and writing stories about the underdogs and then he just throws in a handful of skinny (mostly) white conventionally attractive girls to constantly insult everyone else and talk about how ugly and unfuckable every single fat/black/asian/old/disabled/jewish/gay/trans character is. bruh its sooo exhausting

look i love santana but its always some of her worst fucking character moments that get praised and put in those fucking "iconic santana moments" compilation videos that i cant staaand. its so annoying and gross, its not funny, its not revolutionary, they arent good character moments. its just lame and sad and disappointing

the saddest thing about captain laserhawk is that its like a child caught in the middle of two neglectful parents where one parent offhandedly mentions it like its a fun fact and the other parent is a failing content creator with two likes on every video trying to revolutionize a new frontier with their kid that genuinely has no audience nor is even good content. netflix and ubisoft, count your fucking days for your shitty advertising.
