Erin Reed at Erin In The Morning:
On Sunday, President Biden announced he will not seek a second term and endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, as his pick to become the Democratic Party’s nominee. In the immediate aftermath, Harris' donations surged, and major Democratic officials rallied behind her. Republican influencers, however, seemed unprepared for a primary line of attack, initially conflating Harris’ potential presidency with the Biden administration’s policies. By evening, they appeared to have settled on a familiar but often unsuccessful tactic: focusing on pronouns and accessibility.
Within moments, several right-wing accounts posted the same video from 2022: a video of Vice President Harris sitting at a table and addressing a group of people, where she introduces herself by listing her pronouns and describing her clothing. She says, “Good afternoon, I want to welcome these leaders for coming in and having this very important discussion about some of the most pressing issues of our time. I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit.”
The event was attended by a room full of disability rights leaders. According to White House Correspondent Andrew Feinberg, who stated that he was the print pooler at the event, “she was talking to a room of disability activists, including people who are/were blind.” Using descriptive terms to indicate who you are, your appearance, and what you are doing is a common technique to improve accessibility for audience members who may be blind. The Disability Visibility Project says of the practice, “A self-description provides information about a person that non-blind people passively glean. This includes identity characteristics such as skin color, gender identity, hair length and texture, wardrobe, and more.” Within hours, however, conservative accounts began pushing the video as their first major line of attack on the likely nominee. Anti-LGBTQ+ influencer Chaya Raichik posted it on her Libs of TikTok account, highlighting the footage. RNC Research, a collaborative social media account for the Republican National Committee and Team Trump, also spotlighted the video. Elon Musk quoted it, stating, “imagine 4 years of this…” Conservative influencer Wall Street Silver added, “Do we really want more of this woke junk?”
[...] The criticism to the line of attack is well-founded. Conservatives have attempted to target Democratic politicians over accessibility, transgender people, and other issues they deem to be “woke issues” for nearly four years, with little success to show for it.
The right-wing faux outrage machine’s attacks on Kamala Harris for using pronouns to address participants during a July 2022 meeting is a bit wack and a tool to push anti-trans and anti-”woke” fodder.

Imagine waking up and finding some brainwashed fuck going into your dms and sending you "proofs" from fucking LIBS OF TIKTOK of all fucking things! LMFAOOO
Libs of fucking TikTok.
The white supremacist who promotes hate and commits Stochastic Terrorism insisting violence against children's hospital over lies.
Trying to cite Libs of TikTok as a source of "proof" is like trying to cite the Onion as a source of proof.
Libs of TikTok, aka Chaya Raichik is a fucking Domestic Terrorist who uses Stochastic Terrorism to get white supremacists to commit bombings, shootings, and other heinous crimes against doctors, schools and anyone she doesn't fucking like because she feels like it.
I don't even think she's fucking human.
Using her as a source is like using Hitler as a source. You are not helping your case. You are just telling me you are one of the people who threatened to bomb a fucking school just because you believed some bullshit that fell out of her mouth.

DrDisrespect has been outed for trying to meet up with an underage fan at a convention recently, so people have been asking LibsOfTikTok when she's going to talk about him. He is a man in a wig and a pedophile.
Of course she just blocks them.
It's almost like she doesn't actually care about children and only cares about existence of LGBT+ people?

Daniel Villarreal at LGBTQ Nation:
Trans activist and civil rights attorney Alejandra Caraballo has criticized Meta for allowing the anti-LGBTQ+ hate account Libs of TikTok, which is run by Chaya Raichik, to keep up a Facebook post targeting a transgender high school athlete. Caraballo reported the post from the account which said, “A male just won the Girls [200-meter] Varisty in Sherwood, Oregon. He set a new record for the girls race. These high school girls just had their dream stolen from them because the school is catering the delusions of a boy who pretends to be a girl.” The post referred to Aayden Gallagher, a McDaniel High School track athlete who finished the race with a 25.49-second time. Caraballo said that the post inspired bomb threats against the school and said that Meta “clearly knew the history of this account inciting dozens of bomb threats along with violent imagery in her comments.” Indeed, Libs of TikTok’s posts have been connected to numerous death threats against medical professionals, children’s hospitals, public schools, educational officials, and places of business with transgender-inclusive policies. “These people on the oversight board are spineless amoral cowards running cover for a fundamentally evil company. They can lie to protect their conscience but the reality is they’re enabling horrific violence against vulnerable minorities,” Caraballo wrote on Bluesky while linking to an article by Meta’s Oversight Board explaining their decision to allow the post to remain publicly visible. The board wrote that the post didn’t violate Meta’s recently rescinded rule forbidding “statements denying existence” (which was deleted in Meta’s January update). “Nor do the posts represent a ‘call for exclusion,'” the board wrote, “because there are no calls… for the transgender athlete to be ejected, disqualified from competition or otherwise left out.” Meta also claimed that Gallagher is “a voluntary public figure who has engaged with their fame” since winning the race, making them fair game for public comment and criticism by social media users.
Meta permits anti-trans harassment from anti-LGBTQ+ extremist Libs of TikTok’s Facebook account.

Vesper Henry at MMFA:
In February 2024, transgender teenager Nex Benedict was pronounced dead one day after a fight with three other students in their high school bathroom. Though Benedict’s death was officially ruled a suicide weeks later, national TV news contextualized the story within an increasingly hostile culture for trans people.
Beyond the scope of Benedict’s death — which received 85 minutes of total coverage across broadcast and cable news outlets — fatal violence against transgender Americans was covered for only 3 minutes throughout 2024.
Key findings
Nex Benedict’s death received 85 minutes of total coverage spanning 30 segments and 17 teasers or mentions across the three major cable news channels (CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC) and broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS) in 2024.
MSNBC aired the most coverage of Benedict’s death among cable news networks, with 34 minutes across 8 full segments and 8 teasers or mentions. CNN trailed behind with 23 minutes across 6 segments and 5 teasers or mentions. Fox News, with consistently low coverage of anti-transgender violence, featured only 10 minutes of coverage spanning 3 segments and 1 teaser.
Broadcast coverage of Benedict was scarce: PBS and CBS led with 6 minutes of coverage each, while NBC and ABC produced only 3 minutes of coverage each.
Montana state Rep. Zooey Zephyr and Asher Aven from the Trans Advocacy Coalition of Oklahoma were the only trans or gender-nonconforming guests across all coverage of Benedict’s death on broadcast and cable news in 2024.
More than half of all studied segments (16 of 30) contextualized Benedict’s death amid ongoing rhetorical and legislative attacks on transgender people.
At least 13 segments specifically named right-wing figures such as Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters and “Libs of TikTok” creator Chaya Raichik for their part in fostering a culture of anti-LGBTQ animus.
Walters appeared in two segments — both on Fox News — where he denied right-wing bigotry was a cultural factor that contributed to Benedict’s death.
At least 43% of segments called out right-wing figures by name for the real world impacts of their anti-trans agenda
Right-wing media’s anti-trans culture war has fostered numerous threats of violence. Anti-LGBTQ extremist Chaya Raichik — known for running the “Libs of TikTok” account online — often sets up the targets for such threats. Following Libs of TikTok’s online harassment campaign against Planet Fitness in 2024, at least 53 locations across the country received violent threats, and 38 other confirmed institutions, events, and individuals faced threats and harassment after being targeted by her account from 2022-2024. Right-wing media have fueled a rash of harassment, with anti-LGBTQ campaigns against Bud Light and Target materializing into violent threats as well. [Media Matters, 4/5/24, 11/2/23; Forbes, 6/1/23]
Oklahoma has been a hotbed for anti-LGBTQ legislation. Oklahoma was billed “the worst state” for anti-LGBTQ legislation last year, introducing 59 such bills by the beginning of February 2024. The state has already introduced 32 anti-trans bills so far this year, adding to the 114 proposed since 2022. [Reckon, 2/1/24; Trans Legislation Tracker, accessed 4/22/25, 2024, 2023, 2022]
State Superintendent Ryan Walters has used his office to partner with right-wing media pundits. Walters, once considered a potential nominee to lead the U.S. Department of Education, has allowed right-wing media figures — including Dennis Prager and Project 2025 architect Kevin Roberts — to write curriculum for Oklahoma schools. Weeks before Benedict’s death, Walters appointed Raichik to Oklahoma’s library board. [The Hill, 11/12/24; Media Matters, 10/6/23, 7/10/24; Oklahoma.gov, 1/23/24]
At least 13 segments on Benedict’s death held specific right-wing figures in media and government accountable. Guests and reporters alike named Walters, Libs of TikTok, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt, and Republican state Sen. Tom Woods as chief instigators of anti-trans rhetoric. The governor was named for his role in signing anti-transgender laws in the state, and a segment on MSNBC’s The ReidOut made a reference to his claim that “gender ideology … is eroding the very foundation of our society.” Woods received scrutiny for calling the LGBTQ community “filth” following Benedict’s death. [MSNBC, The ReidOut, 2/21/24; Fox News, 8/1/23; CNN, CNN News Central, 2/26/24, 2/23/24]
After the suicide death of trans teen Nex Benedict, mainstream cable and broadcast news coverage held accountable the anti-LGBTQ+ influencers (such as Ryan Walters and Chaya Raichik) that helped fan the flames for Benedict’s death.

New Hampshire Parents punished for silently expressing that they don't want their daughters XX getting killed playing sports against boys XY
Tumblr media
"Male access to sports teams and spaces previously reserved for biological women and girls is opposed by GOP presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. However, President Joe Biden and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris are pushing hard to make “gender identity” rather than biological sex a protected class."
"...the pink armbands were deemed a violation of the school’s policy against threatening, harassing, or intimidating any person.”
Tumblr media
"In August, a federal judge also ruled a Virginia school district could not prevent a male from playing against girls’ middle school tennis teams."
Tumblr media
"Several parents have been issued “No Trespass” after protesting a male student being allowed to play in a girls’ soccer game. The parents attended the game wearing pink armbands marked “XX” in protest against the inclusion of a transgender player on the opposing team, aiming to support their daughters from Bow High School, New Hampshire. The parents had previously expressed concerns to the school’s athletic director regarding their daughters playing against a male in a physical sport like soccer. However, they were told that the school could not take action due to a federal judge ruling that the term “girl” includes males who identify as female. In response, several parents donned pink armbands to show their objection. This led to their receiving “No Trespassing” orders enforced by the police. “My daughter’s playing in the homecoming game this weekend, and I’m banned until the 23rd,” parent Anthony Foote told local media. I can’t watch her play in homecoming—which is ridiculous.”
According to the order signed by the district’s superintendent, Marcy Kelley, the pink armbands were deemed a violation of the school’s policy against “threatening, harassing, or intimidating any person.” However, videos from the match reportedly show that people upset by the armbands caused the only disruptions.
