- Neville and Ginny both call you by nicknames/pet names, but Luna calls you by your name.

- It wouldn't take long for you guys to start saying I love you, and it wasn't some sort of big thing. Ginny said it first, while rushing out the door to a quidditch match and you guys just all started saying it.

- Always waking up to a cup of tea and breakfast: hot and ready.

- You guys would have 'Self-Care' days These usually occur on weekends. Pretty smelling bubble baths, face masks, nail painting, tea, black and white movies, etc.

- Going to every quidditch game Ginny plays.

- Going to the beach all the time. Ginny loves to play in the water and Luna collects seashells and sea glass. Neville really just likes to sit on the towel and watch you guys all have fun. Maybe read a book, or play with you and Ginny's hair once you guys get tired.

- There would be a lot of communication. It would be considered vital to the relationship, and emotional conversations would be encouraged. Every night during dinner you guys sit down and talk about your day, the emotions you felt during that day, the highlights and the sucky parts, etc.

- Neville gets a greenhouse, and unless you guys are helping you are not to be inside it. Luna has a habit of experimenting on his plants and Ginny has a habit of breaking them. But, since Luna also wants plants, all of the inside plants are hers and all of the outside plants are Neville's.

- Luna loves tacky furniture, so that's how your entire house will be decorated. Neville doesn't really care how the house is decorated as long as he gets to keep his trinkets, and Ginny loves the tacky furniture just as much as Luna.

- Doing cute arts and crafts with Luna, birdhouses or cups; having your own workshop/shed and kiln. Ginny and Neville joining in every once in a while.

- You would have a dog. Probably a larger breed dog like a Golden Retriever or a German Shepherd. Also, it would be a rescue: to help quell Luna's urges to save every small creature she sees on the streets.

- Being with Luna and Ginny would help both you and Neville become more confident in yourselves, since their confident energy is so infectious.

- Ginny and Luna forcing you and Neville to go shopping with them and at least pick one outfit per person.

Harry:

-"Oh! Brilliant! Yeah, sure." -He is a bit shy, but flattered, very flattered -He sits in front of you, with a nervous smile, sometimes adjusting his glasses or hair -You assure him that he looks great and he relaxes a bit, sitting more comfortably -While you work he asks from time to time some questions about your drawing journey and listens closely to your answers -He thinks about how you're going to draw his scar, are you going to make it a key thing, or represent him in another way? -When you finish and show him your work he's astonished by your talent -"Wow! This is really good! I can keep it? Oh! Thanks!"

Ron:

-"You want to draw me? I don't think I'm that special." -He's a bit hesitant at first, he feels like he doesn't deserve attention, since he is not "The Chosen One" -But you make him believe otherwise -When sat down Ron is stiff, looking away from you, smiling nervously -You tell him that he looks great and he smiles a bit more confident -He suggests ideas on how you can present him, and he comes up with some sick propositions -Once you're finished he's so happy that he has something made by someone only for him -"Bloody hell, it's fantastic! You need to show your skill more often."

Hermione:

-"Draw me? Well if it makes you happy." -She pretends that it's nothing, she may look annoyed, but inside she cares -She fixes her hair or clothes when you aren't looking -She sits properly, legs together, hands on her lap, head slightly tilted, and a soft smile on her lips -She is mostly silent but asks you questions about what you are doing at a certain moment, she's curious -She's patient, giving you time to make your art perfect, she knows how hard it can be -She's very supportive when she sees your finished work -"This is lovely!"

Fred:

-"Oh yeah? So my beauty captured you this much?" -He's so happy about it but can help not to tease you -"Are you interested in a more intimate portrait?" -He sits in a confident way, taking a lot of space -He gives you ideas for the drawing, like how he could look good on a broom, or fighting You-Know-Who -After he's done with his jokes he lets you work in silence, just sometimes giggling to himself because of your focused expression -When you sometimes look up at him, he sends you a quick wink -He's very happy when you finish the drawing, he'll show it to his friends -"Thank you, dear, we can repeat this if you want."

George:

-"You got the right twin? Because I am not sharing this position." -He's more mature about this than his twin, but he has it in his nature to make some not-in-place comments -He gives you control, you decide how he sits or holds his hands -He's intrigued by how you work, but stays silent, just looking at you -He hums quietly, gently moving his head, when you tell him to stop moving he winks at you with a smirk, but completes your order -He's moved when he sees your done work, he feels appreciated for him -"Thank you, it's beautiful."

Ginny:

-"That's nice of you." -She doesn't ask a lot of questions, just lets you do your work -She's happy to pose for you, it makes her feel seen -She smiles when you accidentally make a silly face but doesn't point it out -When you're finished she takes a while to admire your work -"It's amazing, thank you."

Luna:

-"I would love to, sitting can be fun too." -She's very calm, listens to your instructions, and is very patient -She asks you how you got to draw, or what inspires you to create, she's nice to have conversations with -She has her glasses on her nose, sitting with her knees to her chest -When you're finished she's very happy -"Oh, it's magnificent. I am so happy to keep it."

Neville:

-"Me? Are you sure?" -He's very self-conscious, and thinks you're doing it out of pity, but you assure him it's not like that -He's very nervous, he doesn't know what to do with his hands, you have to guide him a little bit -He thinks he looks bad at every angle, but you tell him that everything is perfect and that makes him feel a bit more confident -He is so grateful for this art piece, he keeps it close to him at all times -"Wow, that is so pretty, thank you Y/N."

Draco:

-"Why? For what?" -He doesn't feel comfortable with this and is suspicious you have bad intentions -But his pride wins over him and he lets you draw him -He sits proudly with a serious look on his face -He says nothing, just watches you, expecting your work will be not as high as his expectations -But he's shocked when he sees your done work -He keeps it in his room, away from others -"Well that's not as bad as I thought it will be."

Tom:

-"I can agree to that." -He sees this as an opportunity to capture his image for future -He wears his best suit, rings on his fingers, and in his hand a dark book -He sits with his head high, one leg on the other, leaning on the armchair -He doesn't talk but nods his head in approval when you stop drawing for a moment -He's very satisfied with the result and keeps the drawing well hidden -"That is good, thank you for your time."

As he always receives hand me downs, this man always will enjoy a random gift from you. Even if it is just a rock that you found that you were reminded of him.

I feel like she would just love when someone does something for her with out asking. Even if it is as little as making sure she gathers all her stuff for her next class. Maybe bringing her snacks on her long nights of studying.

She would Love for when people just sit there in silence, her reading a book, you doing the same; you playing with her. She would be so weak for this!

Luna Lovegood:

Quality time!

She would love when you wander around the castle with her. Going outside and seeing all the creature. She would hold her hand every inch of the way, seeing she just wants you to be close to her.

Neville Longbottom:

Neville is obviously a nervous bean, even after he gained his confidence. This man still gets shy when his person calls him cutes names and such. Reassuring him constantly, would also come along with it, he would just love and appreciate it.

He will always enjoy people taking care of him. Remember when he drug out his arm being hurt? (I would too to be honest) He loves when people do things for him. Lunch making, cutting the correct sizes of ingredients, straightening his tie. He loves it all.

He will always find a way to touch you. Even if it completely humiliates you. Little to as tripping you, and him catching you, while you two were walking. Then he just has his arms around you, looking smug as usual that he got his way.

Most people don't think this but I do. I think his father doesn't really care about his feeling as parents should. So he always need those words to boost him. The way he acts around people is just a front he put up because his father's reputation.

We all know he is always touching you, bit it's to the extreme. He's always touching your hips, your thighs or your ass. He does not give a damn if anyone is witnessing either. He would just look at them while doing so, as if saying back off.

Words of Affirmation: now this man is VERY territorial. Be will make everyone KNOW that you are his. He will always be whispering in his ear that you are his just to hear you confirm it in a whimper.

Harry kneeled, his whole body trembling.

His shaky hand reached out, rubbing the dust and concrete off her face, his heart aching with each breath. Tears spilled out of his eyes as he looked down at her closed ones.

Looking around, his lips trembled when he realized they were alone.

His eyes squeezed shut as the first sob left his mouth. He fell forward, his hands catching the ground next to her. The broken ground and crumbled wall scraped against him, and he was sure he had multiple cuts on his fingers and palms, but he could barely feel it.

The physical pain was nearly invisible compared to his emotional suffering.

“You’re not,” Harry cried, “You’re not.”

His hand found hers and he shook his head as he looked at her, his eyes closing once more.

She was still warm.

His throat was tight with heartache, and he couldn't swallow it down. He rubbed his thumb against her hand and he leaned down, placing his forehead against hers.

Weak breaths left him as his tears fell on her, making her seem more alive as they moved down her eyes, making his grief become hers.

His grip on her hand tightened as the urge to scream became stronger.

This just seemed so unreal.

The one thing Harry swore to keep from happening, the one thing that kept him up at night, was now real.

Not her, he begged, anyone but her.

Sobs racked through his body as he brought her body to his lap, feeling the warmth slowly leave her.

“It was supposed to be me, not you, never you.”

He held her tightly, his fingers digging into her. He placed his hand on her head, petting her hair as he looked at her through blurry eyes. A loud cry left him

“Please don’t leave me.” he hiccuped.

The words “I love you” left him, over and over again, but they were muffled as he placed wet kisses against her skin. Placing his lips on her forehead, he left a lingering kiss while his body shook.

“I promise,” he wiped his tears off her face, “I’ll be right back, and...” he trailed.

And what?

He didn't know.

Looking down at her peaceful face, he felt a single tear escape once more.

He did know one thing.

Leaning down, he kissed the corner of her mouth.

They won't be separated for long.

summary: in which fred made a bet with george but it winds up backfiring when george catches feelings

pairing: george weasley x poc!thomas!reader

IT WAS JUST SUPPOSED TO BE a bet, just a bet. But it all blew up in his face, literally. It all started when Fred had brought up the idea of George taking y/n thomas to the ball. George was against it at first, he didn’t want to ruin his good friendship with Dean, but after a little persuading from Fred he decided it would be a good idea.

“So Thomas…what do you say? Me, You, The Ball?” George had asked out of the blue when the two wound up walking to potions together.

“Not a chance Weasel” Y/n told George before catching up with Hermione. George had them decided this was going to be a lot harder then he had expected.

The second time he had asked her he had got a knee to the crotch, and became the laughing stock when he had walked into Great Hall with a limp.

The third time George got a slap to the face and once again became the laughing stock when he had walked into Charms with a red mark in the shape of a hand on his right cheek.

But the fourth time y/n rolled her eyes and walked away and George decided it would only take a few more askings.

“George did you know that stocking can get you up to five years in azkaban?” Y/n asked as she saw George standing by the Gryffindor Painting.

“Will you go to the ball with me?” George asked. Y/n sighed and rolled her eyes.

“If i go will you leave me alone?” Y/n asked and George nodded with a smirk. “Wipe that smug look off your face. After the ball you will leave me alone and thats that” Y/n grumbled before walking into the Common Room.

The night of the ball came quickly, Y/n had decided that if she was going to have to deal with the ball she might as well look good doing it.

She had picked out her nicest lace top, and a nice suit and pants to go with it. Y/n sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror, before walking out of her room and making her way to the Ball.

“Hermione? Hermione Granger is that you?” Y/n laughed in disbelief as she saw Hermione waiting out of sight of the people waiting for their dates.

“Y/n Oh my gosh! You look…Hot!” Y/n smirked and flipped her hair over her shoulder making the two laugh.

“Welp, I have an annoying carrot top to dance with. Wish me luck” Y/n sighed before making her way down the stairs watching everyone look at her shocked. She looked around before spotting the Ginger standing at the bottom of the stairs, watching her with a mesmerized look on his face. “Close your mouth, your gonna let flies in” Y/n said as she walked past him, hearing his foot steps eight behind her.

The two had danced and danced the whole night. Just as much as Y/n didn’t want to admit she was having a good time, actually a great time, and she had a handsome date as well.

A slow dancing song came on, and y/n watched as couples flooded the dance floor. George looked at y/n before holding out his hand. Y/n looked at him a grabbed his hand with a smile. “Just know, if i step on your feet into not my fault”

George chuckled before pulling the girl to the dance floor. George had his hands around her waist pulling her flush against her, while Y/n hasn’t me her arms around his neck racking her fingers through the his hair.

By the time the dance ended the two had may or may not have shared a kiss. George and Y/n looked at each other with nothing but love in their eyes. George looked over Y/n shoulder seeing Fred waving him over.

“I will be right back” Y/n nodded and walked over to Angelina. Y/n’s ears picked up on Fred and George’s conversation, she didn’t mean to but when her name popped up she didn’t have a choice.

“So how is plan take y/n the ball going?” Fred had asked making Y/n’s eyes brows furrowed in confusion. “Your really still going through with that bet?” Seamus chuckled making Y/n look over at them before walking twords the stairs. George followed her quickly confused, not knowing she had heard his conversation. Fred, Seamus, and Dean following. Fred and Seamus because of already knowing what had happened, and Dean wondering why his sister was leaving so early.

“Hey where—“ George was cut off by Y/n.

“Am i bet?” Y/n asked making George look at her wide eyed, giving Y/n all the answer she needed, but she wanted tonhear him say it.

“Was i bet! AM I A FUCKING BET!” Y/n yelled at him gaining the attention of people around them. As George stood there in scilence with his head down looking at his feet. Y/n scoffed and walked up the stairs. Before she was about to turn the corner she looked back at George making eyes contact with him. “And to think i was actually starting to catch feelings for a worthless scum like you” Y/n spat at him, feeling no regret when George’s eyes filled with tears and looke down, using his hands to wipe them. And with that, Y/n walked away.

Dean scoffed and pushed past George to catch up with his sister. “Dean wait—“ George started but was cut off by Deans fist connecting with his jaw, making his fall to his knees. Gasps and Wispers filled the air as Dean quickly ran after his sister. George looked up to see Hermione also running after them, Hermione looked down as she passed him a son shook her head with a disgusted look on her face.

George quickly got up and started to walk up the stairs, Fred following. “Come on man, your not honestly gonna tell me you like her?” George shook his head and walked away with tears flowing down his face not knowing y/n was in the same situation except with her head dug deep into Deans chest….

Happy Birthday Ginny Potter! And in honor of her 41st birthday, let's look at my favorite Ginny Weasley moment in the books:

“You seem really down lately,” Ginny persisted. “You know, I’m

sure if you just talked to Cho . . .”

“It’s not Cho I want to talk to,” said Harry brusquely.

“Who is it, then?” asked Ginny.

“I . . .”

He glanced around to make quite sure that nobody was listening;

Madam Pince was several shelves away, stamping out a pile of books

for a frantic-looking Hannah Abbott.

“I wish I could talk to Sirius,” he muttered. “But I know I can’t.”

More to give himself something to do than because he really

wanted any, Harry unwrapped his Easter egg, broke off a large bit,

and put it into his mouth.

“Well,” said Ginny slowly, helping herself to a bit of egg too, “if

you really want to talk to Sirius, I expect we could think of a way to

do it. . . .”

“Come on,” said Harry hopelessly. “With Umbridge policing the

fires and reading all our mail?”

“The thing about growing up with Fred and George,” said Ginny

thoughtfully, “is that you sort of start thinking anything’s possible if

you’ve got enough nerve.”

Harry looked at her. Perhaps it was the effect of the chocolate —

Lupin had always advised eating some after encounters with dementors

— or simply because he had finally spoken aloud the wish that had

been burning inside him for a week, but he felt a bit more hopeful. . . .

There are two significant moments here, one of which many people forget about when talking about Ginny.

Here, we get one of the most famous Ginny lines: "Anything's possible if you've got enough nerve." This statement motivates Harry and gives him hope during one of his lowest moments.

Another one is her asking him if he wanted to talk to Cho. She has more than fancies him at this point, but still cares about his happiness, even if it was with someone else. This immediately negates the "stalker/fangirl Ginny".

This exchange neatly sums up who Ginny is: brave, strong, selfless, caring.
