I feel like my answers might be a little bit basic bitch... But, if I like them, I like them, I guess.

1 - Hajime Hinata, ngl I adore all the protagonists but there's just something about Hajime that makes me so mentally ill. Like, if I think about his story for too long, I will cry. Just... I dunno the fact that his lack of self worth lead him to make a decision like that is heartbreaking. The older I get, the more I realise just how stupid and damaging the Hope's Peak system is.

2 - Shuichi Saihara, look... I love shy, quiet and reserved male characters, I love blue haired characters, I love detectives... The moment I saw Shuichi, I felt as if he had been made for me, and goddammit it worked because I love this boy. His development over the story is so good and I love how he bounces off all the other characters. I don't even know how to explain it, I just love him.

3 - Makoto Naegi, yes the three protag boys are my top three but that's probably because we get to hear their thoughts on everything throughout the game and that adds so much personality to everything. But Naegi's such a sweetheart and he's so cute. I feel like, even though he's basically the main protagonist of the whole series and he matures a lot in the DR3 anime... He's still everyone's baby boy. Also, his inner monologues when you investigate everything are just so funny.

4 - Kokichi Ouma, I fucking love this lil gremlin man. It makes me a little sad when people call him Komaeda 2.0 because I feel like the only thing they have in common is that they're antagonistic characters but other than that... Not really similar. But he is by far one of the most entertaining characters in the whole series, he steals the show in every scene he's in. And he, along with Kaito, perfectly embodies the themes of V3, with the whole truth vs lies and faith vs logic stuff going on and then Shuichi right in the middle, it makes for really interesting conflicts and character moments. Also, I wholeheartedly adore both the English and Japanese dubs for all of the games, but I just say that Derek Stephen Prince's performance as Kokichi is one of the best I've ever heard, he is clearly loving every single second of it and it makes Kokichi all the more entertaining.

5 - Chiaki Nanami, let's get the obvious part out of the way: she is adorable. I love her design, I love her personality, I love her voice, I love her little "hey hey" voiceline... She's just so cute, okay? But she's such a great character because she and Hajime seem to be able to bring everyone together but in very different ways and despite her more laid-back personality, she will immediately step in to calm things down - like when she smacked Akane when she attacked Nagito. Plus she's honestly so intelligent??? Like she is usually one of the first people to figure things out... But she's also the same girl that ate glue. And I love that duality. And while I have very mixed feelings on the DR3 anime, Chiaki was fantastic, seeing her continue to wait for Hajime after he had signed up for the Project broke my heart... But not as much as that one episode I just can't bring myself to ever rewatch.

6 - Nagito Komaeda, where do I even start with this fuckin guy??? He truly is one of the characters of all time. I feel kinda bad that he's ended up as such a meme because he is genuinely such a complicated character, but with some of the shit he does throughout the series, I am really not surprised he ended up like that. I do really want to explain why I love him so much but to do so would require an entire goddamn essay, so I won't. Also just... Megumi Ogata's voice. That's all. I love her performances.

7 - Kyoko Kirigiri, I said it before and I'll say it again: I love detectives. Honestly, I adore Kirigiri so much... Like I played the first game when I was thirteen and I had the biggest crush on Kyoko, I honestly don't understand how it took me an extra year to figure out I like women... But seriously, I love her design and colour scheme, her voice is gorgeous and I just love her relationship with Naegi so much.

8 - Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu, again the character development for this guy is just so good. I really didn't think anything of him at the beginning of the game but by the end of the game I adored him. I love his relationship with Hajime and how, by the final few chapters, him, Hajime and Kazuichi are like a lil trio who stick together. And again, Derek Stephen Prince... Goddamn, his performance in the Chapter 2 trial ripped my heart out.

9 - Kiibo, I just love this lil robot guy. I feel kinda bad for him for all the stuff he goes through during the story. Like he keeps getting really excited to show off his features but then everyone's just like "... Is that it?" And let's not forget how everyone used him to a battering ram to break open that water tank and just fucking threw him at it. The boy's been through a lot, most of it from Kokichi tbh. But he's such a cute character and his pride of being a robot and love for his creator is so sweet. Also, that little section in chapter 4 where Monotaro gets confused and acts like Kiibo is his dad is really cute, I remember a manga anthology did a chapter about that scenario and it was adorable.

10 - Nagisa Shingetsu, I really like not as many people pay attention to Another Episode and I get it, it's a spin-off with a completely different playstyle. Hell, I prefer the main games over this game too. But wow, the Warriors of Hope make me feel so bad whenever I play this game. Like, y'know when something is so upsetting, it causes a pit in your stomach? Yeah, that's these kids backstories... All of them make me feel awful but I got really attached to Nagisa because he's one of the ones that stuck around the longest and he had that moment of allowing Komaru to escape but then basically everyone around him manipulates him to make him do what they want and completely mess him up and it just hurts to watch. And it's just disgusting that his father refers to him as 'the subject' not 'Nagisa' not 'my son' just 'the subject'... I just wanna give him a hug... He deserves one after all the shit he's been put through.

sociieties asked: hara kazuya knows exactly what he’s doing. he cannot and will not blame anything other than himself and his wants ( and he’s been wanting to do this for a while ), while he stands off to the side with tatsuya. they’re outside and it’s raining, kazuya shielding his friend from the rain as wind blows, pressing him closer into the wall while shuuzou and makoto look for the both of them and kazuya grins something devious. “ hush, ” he breaths out, one hand underneath tatsuya’s chin as he tilts his friend’s head upwards, kissing him to silence him. ( it’s july, so the rain is warm on his skin and kazuya’s in an amazing mood even though he’d just ran from another relationship. ) he can hear shuuzou say something about how they’re gone, and when kazuya decides they’re in the clear, he breaks the kiss. he hums softly, loud enough for it to be heard as he presses thumb into tatsuya’s bottom lip as he examines his reaction. “ you’re mine today. you’re stuck with me. ”

it's raining and tatsuya hates it. ( hates how it rains here more than it did in LA; hates the snow of akita; and would rather nice, sunny days, so he can sprawl out in a sunbeam and call it a day. ) it's dark / and tatsuya feels like everything is sticky and while he was complaining he wanted a shower earlier - he didn't mean this kind of shower. kazuya grabs his wrist when shuuzou is busy with makoto - and takes off, and tatsuya, use to running from people on a whim, lets kazuya drag him with him. kazuya presses him into the wall ( he can feel the imprint of brick into back / he wants to squirm but doesn't ), and tatsuya sighs at the body heat that he feels radiating off of him, chin is tilted up, and when he opens mouth to question him, kazuya is silencing him with a kiss. something something something friends. he doesn't care, right now. what he does care about is the fact that kazuya is kissing him, and tatsuya wants more. he sighs into it, questions immediately forgotten as arms come up to wrap around the other's shoulders, pulling best friend as close as he can get to him. teeth nip against bottom lip briefly, -- and then kazuya is breaking kiss. thumb is pressed against his bottom lip, and tatsuya's mouth opens, and ducks just enough to pull it into wet environment, allowing tongue to swirl around appendage, before he sucks, doe-eyed up at him. kazuya speaks and tatsuya nods, wondering if this has anything to do with the way that he broke him and rin up last night. last night / tatsuya had broken up kazuya from rin. it had taken him a little bit longer than he would have liked - but his information underground isn't as extensive here, as it was in la. he should work on that actually. still / he managed to find the right rin; surprising her by appearing behind her in the bathroom mirror. tatsuya went to fix his own face, standing next to them, and putting red lipgloss on, as he leaned into the mirror. innocence seeping out of him, as he asked about kazuya and when she looked at him, funny, hands came up. he explained how he was just concerned well, he's with kazuya too. she blinked at him, and when she told him to prove it, he had grinned smugly, before he lead her out of the bathroom, and told her to hide. moving towards the table, where kazuya is at - he stops and looks down, " zuya ? " a question, and when he looks up, tatsuya was sliding his hands onto the other's face and kissing him. " your ex is watching, " he mutters into the kiss, " be a doll and behave. break up properly with her, zuya. " one more lingering kiss on his cheek, before he's walking away, past the red head, whose hair really needs to be redone. " sorry, sweetheart. it might be best if you break up with him ? " he puts out there, and then strolls off. he runs teeth over thumb, lightly, before popping mouth off, and pouts, " just today ? "

Maverick's Halloween Costumes (2023)

This year, Jet is taking his personal beef with Gym Leader Clay to a new level! Jet will be outside the gym dressed up as Clay and being a menace to children and saying how they should be more like dirt. He will be giving out good candy though.

Morgan is dressed up as Michael this year. She stole his clothes and had Gatz stitch them together better so it fits her. This year, she's a Fuck Boy.

Rin originally didn't want to wear a costume. But now that he has Sofia, he needs to be her escort. He decided he might as well wear something. He chose to buy a premade costume of Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.

Makoto, just being a sweetheart, decided to also tag along with Rin and Sofia. She wanted to make sure Sofia has a wonderful first Halloween in Unova. She decided to be... Uh... A tree? Sofia helped make it, it's mostly cardboard and construction paper. Makoto insists it's for a good reason........ Oh, it's a pine tree.

Michael is not amused by Morgan's costume, and he's gonna charge her for ruining his clothes. His costume is very low effort. All he did was get a Pikachu Ears headband. The path of least resistance for his least favorite holiday.

Gatz actually wanted to have some fun this year, so he has two costumes. The first being a magician! He knows a few tricks, and his Gengar can help with tricks and levitation. But over it all is an inflatable Kool aid man costume. Just an excuse to jump around corners to yell "OH YEAHHH" but also ready to switch at any given moment.

Haku is dressed up as Mr. Mime, doing his best mimey impressions and trying not to break character. He wanted something simple but a little unsettling. Once he was set on a Mime, he immediately had his inspiration.

Gil is staying back at base to give candy, but he did dress up. He is Dr. Frankenstein, as any well read person knows that Frankenstein was the name of the doctor and not the monster he created. He did have a little bit of outside inspiration from another Frankenstein inspired character from Soul Eater, as he added a giant bolt sticking out from the side of his head.

Tamako was more or less forced to participate as she still didn't understand the point. Morgan thought it would be funny if Tamako was fully covered and bought her two outfits to choose from. A nun, or the grim reaper. Tamako, in her infinite wisdom, decided to do both at the same time. A nun with a reaper hood, wearing an Arceus Ring necklace, and carrying a prop scythe.

Sofia made her costume herself, with minimal help from Makoto. She decided to dress up as a shiny Maracus, to celebrate the existence of another famous Maracus she encountered not too long ago. She really hopes they like it.

my silly little non despair dr roomies au ramblings 💭

characters:

main housemates: chiaki + hajime + komaeda (aka tpg) and ibuki

floormates who are also dating main housemates and basically live in their apartment: akane and kaede

other people dating main housemates: maki

regular visitors: chihiro, himiko, kokichi, makoto, almost everyone in sdr2 with a focus on fuyuhiko, kazuichi, and maybe sonia

premise:

all dr casts are involved + hpa is still very much intact (unfortunately) (also i haven't decided if v3 cast also went to hpa or did their own thing lol)

tpg graduated together, alongside the rest of class 77-b and the year before class 78-b

tpg are qpps! platonic partners forever and ever

tpg decided to room with ibuki (much against their will at first since ibuki just needed to place to stay in between gigs but komaeda and ibuki had gotten closer so now she has occupied what was originally just a storage room for tpg)

they live in a 3 bedroom apartment in a skyrise building in the city (room 314 baybeyyy)

komahina share a room with each other while chiaki and ibuki have their own rooms respectively :]

relationships:

main couples: komahina, chikaemaki, miowari

other couples of importance: oumeno and naehiro

besties for the resties: tpg, chiaki + chihiro + himiko, komaeda + ibuki, kuzuhinasouda

komahina reconciled their differences nearing the end of their last term at hpa and took a shot at dating post grad before deciding to move in together a few years into their relationship

(chikaemaki origin story in the works) but chiaki was involved in komahina's plans to move in together in order to 'minimize rent costs' (they did not minimize rent costs) (not that they really needed to lol thank you old schmoney)

kaede lives in the same building as the main housemates and visits regularly! just not as often as akane because she's attached to her piano. chiaki spends as much time in her room as she does in kaede's apartment as they do a lot of parallel play ❤️ maki fucks off regularly for work trips and/or studies abroad though so piano tiles (chiaki and kaede) spend time together with her online gaming because e-daters (derogatory)

ibuki started seeing and dating akane after meeting again a high school reunion so now akane basically lives there (her apt is on the same floor but she's always in room 314 anyway)

oumeno and naehiro are high school sweethearts from their respective high schools ^___^ it did take oumeno longer to figure their shit out though LMFAO

occupations:

to be developed! i did not think that far ahead lol

the au itself takes place a few years after their intended hs graduation so they're all in their early 20s, but i'm not sure if i want them all to be in college / only some of them to be in college / all to be employed (part and/or full time) / etc

i think the only occupations i'm somewhat confident about are: ibuki (part-time singer-songwriter), chiaki (part-time streamer), and komahina are both currently in school working with hajime working part-time and komaeda as his stay-at-home wife (joke joke this is a joke don't k word me ty)

extras:

kaede's hs best friends are rantaro and shuichi who both visit occasionally

maki's hs best friends are kaito (visits occasionally) and himiko (always there)

himiko's hs best friend is angie (lives overseas)

i think apt 314 should have some pets. for funsies <3

About the Latin Spanish dubbing of Free!

OK HEAR ME OUT

I have always loved dubbing, I think that one of the things that excites me the most when an anime or show that I like is popular is waiting for the L.A. Spanish dubbing to be announced, I have a lot of fun watching interviews with the dubbing actors and practically one of my dreams in life is to get an autograph from Mario Castañeda (the voice of Goku in Latin Spanish)

Anyways, someday I would like to make a post to express how much I love dubbing, BUT THAT WILL BE LATER BECAUSE JUST TODAY I HAVE COME TO COMPLAIN

And it is that, leaving aside how much I appreciate that dubbing it has even been considered, I will always scream on the air when I remember that there is a latino dub of Free! and to say the least, it's... not that great

Ok, I'll try to order my thoughts and make them seem logical, but the truth is that the anger that this dubbing produces in me could be just because of my own interpretation of the series and how much i'm used to the Japanese voices, so dont expect much this is mostly a rant and babbling:

First here are some reviews through the voices of our beloved main cast

Haruka : Not the best thing that could have been done, i think the best way to describe his voice is GOOD, like not great not bad just good, they managed to capture his calm tone, but he comes across as too condescending at times and lacks the necessary nuance in some comic scenes and sometimes his voice sounds too whispery so yeah, like I said: good

Rei : A voice as deep as the one they gave him might not have been the best choice, but in any case it would have worked if the way of speaking had been a little more mannered? like not so much in a way of manners (even though this also applies cuz Rei is mostly polite) more like in that dramatic tone that Rei usually uses to show off or express his love of beauty, I feel that the voice was more in "just a dude" when Rei is more like: "Im finally the star!!!"*says moments before tripping and falling with a crash*

Makoto : Strangely, I don't have much to complain about with Mako's voice, it's probably one of the best of all, soft and with a paternal tone, I think Mako's essence is very easy to capture and there is no major difficulty in interpreting it, maybe I could start complaining on how he ALWAYS sounds nice but that's something the original Makoto does too so it doesn't count. I will say that 9.8/10

Now, please excuse me if I start to get violent here but I seriously lose my temper with these last two:

Nagisa : Oh, my child, my sweet cinnamon roll, what have they done to you??? HEAR ME OUT, It's not that Nagisa's voice in the dubbing is especially horrible or anything like that, BUT, the biggest problem and one thing that can't do more than make me mad is that the voice sounds excessively forced, like I literally couldn't get through two minutes of the episode without wanting to shut up my beautiful little penguin boy's mouth PORQUE POR TODOS LOS SANTOS, I know that many people complain about the sometimes annoying voices that the characters have in the anime, but it is worse when a voice that is not annoying is made annoying. And I think the huge mistake that they made with Nagisa (and that they often make in current anime dubbing) is that they tried to imitate the Japanese voice, that is, that childish and imperactive tone that why lie i think it can only sounds truly good in japanese. The dubbing is an adaptation, not an imitation. and it is much easier and more pleasant that, despite the fact that the character does not have, let's say, "the same voice range" if they have the same emotion and a similar tone, that makes you think "hey if he was from latin america he would probably sound like that", ANYWAYS I WAS JUST SO PISSED THE MADE MY BOY SO DIRTY WHEN HE' S ACTUALLY A SWEETHEART.

Rin : Rin is (along with Haru) my favorite character and im totally bias by Mamoru Miyano's interpretation so there's no need to say that i felt half fed, all the while i felt something was missing and the performance didn't convince me at all, i don't want to say i hated it but i think it's the closest to what i feel. At first I had a lot of faith in it, really a lot, but as the series progressed I felt like the actor never got to the point. He got very close to a perfect balance in tone and then BAM pal suelo, Rin is distinguished by being passionate and having a certain tone of flirtatious disdain in his voice when challenging a rival (a.k.a Haru) and, specifically in this season, Rin's tone sounds like a lump in the throat, that voice that tries to contain and ignore the painful and frustrating feelings he's going through and to me at least, most of the time in this dub, Rin sounds more angry than frustrated and doesn't seem to convey how hurt he actually sounds in Japanese.

I will give him this, in the gate scene the part where Rin says he can't go on if he doesn't swim with haru sounds really vulnerable, but on the other hand, I think the worst I heard was, ironically and painfully, the cherry tree scene, THE CHERRY TREE SCENE, yes, exactly, the same one that is one, not to say, the most important scene in the entire season, the voice sounds I don't know if it's exactly the right term but something like grawling(? like as if he was making a lot of space inside the mouth and he swallowed his voice (sorry for that kind of expressions but I'm in a choir so they tell us to avoid "eating our voice" and, ah... at this point i dont know if i make any sense) . The thing is that the main reason why this performance really left a bad taste in my mouth is that it could have been great but it just wasn't and that's a lot more painful than just a miscast.

Ok, now that i rant individually, time to go into the big picture, read as: "The two reasons why I have a problem with this dubbing "

1. Adaptation

When I speak of "adaptation" here I am referring more than anything to the translation and interpretation of some dialogues, even tho this does not seem to be a very big problem, it can become an issue at the time of delivering the message that the series tries to leave in the viewer, not to go any further, I feel that even though they didn't get to the point that the main message of the series was lost (the importance of friendship/bonds, how much fun it is to share the joy of practicing a sport with friends and never losing sight of your path despite the obstacles you may cross). Some important points were lost based on the modification or directly the replacement of dialogues in some parts. As far as i know the dubbing was done from the script in English so basically it's more of an adaptation from English to Spanish than from Japanese itself which makes things even more difficult

For example, and again taking the scene of the gate as an example:

In this part when Haru tells Rin "don't embarrass yourself" the phrase used is "No hagas el ridículo" which, within the context of the scene, sounds perhaps more jaded than it should, sounds like Haru is saying "Please don't make a scene, it's annoying" rather than "Please, I don't want to see you hurt again" and it can give a wrong idea about what Haru thinks about Rin and the whole situation that happened between them.

2. Use of suffixes/honorific

One of the things that attracts my attention the most in anime dubbing is seeing the ways they find to replace the constants honorific that are used in Japanese, and that, well we know, can recontextualize the nature of a relationship or the dynamics in it. For example, in Inuyasha when Jaken and Rin address Sesshomaru they call him "sama" which in Spanish ends up being adapted to " Amo Sesshomaru" and "Señor Sesshomaru" respectively (honorable mention to the classic and legendary "Amo bonito") They work well and show the respect that both have him in a clear way for the viewer.

NEVERTHELESS It seems that in this case they where just lazy af to find an alternative to these suffixes, since they keep these as they are in the original, being the most marked (and annoying) example of all Nagisa's, who in the dubbing continues to use "chan" to refer to his friends (random but the way he pronounce "Haru-chan" It ends up being so close together that it sounds like he's saying "Maruchan" like the instant soup lol) and leaving aside that it sounds unorganic and too fast to fit the timing it's also completely useless if you don't know the meaning of the chan, imagine being someone new to anime and you see this in the dub, one is left wondering: ¿Por qué chuchas el rubio este dice chan chan al final de cada nombre?

Rei is another one that this affects a lot, because being as formal as he is, he keeps saying honorifics with practically everyone in the show (Haruka-senpai, Nagisa-kun, Makoto-senpai, Rin-san) and god freaking damn, the scene where Rei yells at Rin would have turned out so good, REALLY GOOD, if it wasn't for the constant "Rin-san" over and over again, seriously the voice actor was giving it his all yelling at Rin (whose voice wasn't the best but not too bad either) and having the "san" "chan" was like a pebble in the shoe.

CONCLUSION

To conclude, it's not that the dubbing is completely bad or unwise, it's simply that the care taken in the execution was perhaps not as much as I expected it to be, obviously this is not a hate post for dubbing directors and much less for dubbing actors. I'm just here ranting a little, Free! is one of the first projects that Crunchyroll dubbed so nothing to do when we compare this dubbing to the current dubbing of Chainsaw Man or Spy x Family (OH ONE DAY I WILL TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH I TOTALLY LOVE THE DUBBING OF DR.STONE)

The actors that participated in this project are really talented, for example:

Miguel Ángel Leal (the actor who voices Rin) is the voice of Draco Malfoy in "The Prisoner of Azkaban" and he does an excellent job

Bruno Coronel (the actor who voices Nagisa) is also Near in "Death Note" and the cold but childish voice he gives the character is perfect and i really like it more than the original.

I think that, more than anything, as it happens with most of the projects, they were not very aware or involved in the plot and well that always takes away the emotion in some parts because they do not have the context of the weight that the scenes have in the story, However, I am not going to say that it was all a mistake to hear because I repeat that there are parts that I really feel are good and have quality.

I think i might just being picky bc of how much I love and appreciate Free! but, yeah, here it is whatever the frick is this post.

Hinata Hyuuga

I started Naruto when I was 10-11 years old and that was the period of time when I began to lack of confidence and I began to be pretty introverted. And well, I was relating so much to Hinata so I immediately got attached to her. Also I grew up with her in a way, and seeing her becoming more confident and strong, while still being very empathic and sweet, she became like a model to follow in my eyes. It's really one of the character who had the most impact for me so yeah, Hinata will always be Best Girl to me <3

Natsume Takashi

Natsume Yuujinchou is my favourite anime, especially because of this sweetheart. I’m very moved by empathic character (you’re gonna notice it with the charac I’ll pick lol). Natsume has such a sensitive and sweet personality, I loved him instantly tbh. Makoto is THE friend everyone would like to have ; he is a sweetheart, he is adorable, he is caring toward his family and friends and he is the best to comfort people. My beautiful, strong, confident, sensitive and caring girl <3 I think Tifa is an amazing female character. I really love all those sides of her <3 also she is one of the reason that made me realize that I wasn’t that much straight XDDD

He is the first character that made me turn into protective mode (;v;) He is such a tragic character, and despite all the pain and horror he went through, he is still such a lovely man who just wants to take care of his loved ones. He suffered so much but he has still love to give...even though he doesn’t love himself ;o; I swear I just wanted to jump in the manga each time to hug him and comfort him. Yes he is funny, and cool and beautiful, but that’s definitely his fragile side that made me appreciate him even more.

Clear

I started playing Dmmd for the gay boys...I ended it by getting a son to protect. Clear is a kinda a mix of everything I fall for : empathic, sweet, strong and a bit unconfident. But also he is SO INNOCENT, SO PURE!!! he has this childish innocence that makes me melt all the time ;v; so when the angst came, I just cried for him. I don’t know how much tears I cried because of him, his story touched my heart so much and he deserves only happiness ;; also, he sings (yes this is a very good reason to love him too xD). Anyway, I love this angel so much <3

Tomoyo Daidouji

She wasn’t immediately one of my favorite girl. I appreciated her kindness, the fact she was always so caring toward her friends but also her fun side, like being a kind of groupie of Sakura xD it’s when I finished to read all the manga when I was older that I realized that she was such an amazing character. Without spoiling, she is definitely the type to sacrifice her own needs as long as the people she loves are happy. She’ll be happy either way, without any resentment or regrets. And I think that’s something to admire. Also...she can sing xDD

Mihashi Ren

My maternal side activated at the sight of this baby boy. I was older when I began Oofuri, so I was less shy, still pretty unconfident but I was hiding my anxiety inside all the time. But Mihashi was expressing his anxiety through his expressions and his acts. And when I saw him I was like “yep, it’s my inside-self personalized there”, that no one can’t really see. So obviously, I’ve been right away attached to this character since I was relating to his social struggles and his lack of confidence. But the most important fact is that Mihashi is always doing his best, and he tries to be better all the time, fighting against his anxiety and trying to believe the words of people who praise him. He is so inspiring to me ; more than just seeing myself in him at that time, he became a character that gave me the desire to control better my anxiety as well ;v;

Levi Ackerman

Ok Levi is a bit different of all my previous crush characters ;) I’m gonna admit, I first liked him because he was such a too cool charac xDD loved his design, his sort of grumpy personality, his badass side too etc...but through the chapter, we all discovered a protective and sensitive side of him <3 I also love so much his honesty ; he assumes his beliefs and won’t hesitate to shake a bit people for their own good. He is also very smart and combined to his agility skills, he is such an amazing fighter, and he never hesitated to put his own life in danger to protect others. But he has a violent and controversial side due to all the trauma he went through, so that makes him even more complex. And that’s why I think he’s the best charac of snk, and also one of the charac I love the most~

My reason to love her is kinda close to Levi’s. She appeared at first as cold and determined but she is much more complex. Through the manga, it becomes clear that she is a broken person with depression and PTSD who find a reason to keep living when she fell in love with Roy. She is ready to do anything for him to fulfill his dream even though she will have to give up to a part of her humanity (but also femininity). She is such a selfless character and basically she is following her heart. And for a character that appears strict, it’s such an adorable and touching side of her. And this sweet side appears from time to time, when she adopts her lil doggy or when her fragility breaks through the shell in some situations. I will end with obvious point too like, she gorgeous and strong, so yep, an amazing lady indeed ;)

Inside of this headcanon, even though Kuroko doesn't seem like it. He would love all of your books even though your books have a horror or crime genre.

The first time he knows that you are working as an author of horror and crime fiction. He was surprised but not in a bad way. He was rather surprised because he did not expect that from you.

However, after that surprised reaction was thrown away. I can see that he is very proud of you and he would be very supportive to you to become an even bigger author.

I believe that Kuroko likes to read any kind of book even though it is not mentioned in the wiki or in any canon. However, I do not think that he likes horror.

I believe Kuroko would prefer your crime fiction books to horror books. I just believe that he is slightly squeamish if he had to read a gore part and the part where there's a jumpscare (or some kind of paranoid sensation after reading the book.)

I believe he enjoys crime fiction books, especially the one that looks like Sherlock Holmes because I do think that he likes to solve the mystery as he read the book.

Kuroko would also gladly help you to make better crime fiction while helping you write the story by giving you some of his suggestions to make the reader even think more to solve the problem inside of the book.

He would also watch all of your crime fiction movies that were adapted from your book. I don't think he would mind if it ended up slightly different but he does wish the movie followed the plot unless if it is too gory then he understand why it was removed.

Opening the front door of the house, a loud creaking sound could be heard along with the sound of sighing in exhaustion, "I'm home..." the person said as his eyes tried to look around his spouse. Kuroko was silent for a moment before he closes the door, putting his shoes away, changing it with the house slipper and locked the door. He steps away from the living room as he trudges slowly, following the sound of the typing. His hands grab the knob of the door before he twists it open to see you on your computer.

"(Y/N)-san? I thought you will stay in the office," Kuroko asks, not expecting that you're not in your working place.

"My office room in my working place is under repair with the employee and editor's room too because there are broken water pipes with short circuit . So everyone can work in their house for a few months until everything is fixed," you told him without looking at him in the eyes.

You did not feel his presence getting close to you as Kuroko slightly bent down to see the words in the E-book that you edited. His blue eyes notice the scenes that you just wrote are lacking the elements of codes as you made a secret riddle inside of that page and the reader needs to guess it.

The gear in his head slowly moving around until an idea popped out, "(Y/N)-san. Don't you think the detective would figured it out immediately the almond scent is from the cyanide? I think you can use the ice cube trick as the killer killer his victim," he pointed out.

"Oh yeah, thanks sweetheart for telling me," You turn around to peck his cheeks.

Even though his face was as blank as a paper sheet, there were pink tints on his cheeks after he received a kiss from you. He's glad that he married you even though many people fear you for working as a crime and mystery author.

Akashi Seijuurou

Inside of this headcanon, I believe that Akashi Seijuro is a book lover. Not as much as Mayuzumi but he still enjoys them nonetheless. Even if the book is non-fiction or fiction.

I do believe Akashi is not too surprised when he knows that you are one of the most popular authors in the country or in the town. Akashi is very observant.

When I said observant, he would notice that you would often invite your editor to your house as he listen to your conversation with them.

He would also notice your style of writing where he can point out the distinction between your writing style with the other authors from your books.

Akashi likes your books, both Horror and the crime fiction. However, he prefers the crime fiction than the horror books that you made.

It's not because he is scared of horror stories because I do believe he is not someone who is easily scared. He rather chooses Crime fiction because he likes to stimulate his brain to think more.

I can see he would also help you write some scenes in the crime fiction story by giving some suggestions and helping you add some riddles inside of the story.

Akashi would also be proud of you for becoming one of the biggest authors and I can see he would show you off to his acquaintances, his friends and his family about you.

Staring at the figure in front of you, it feels like the person in front of you wasn't you even though it was your reflection. They were wearing an amazing gown or suit for the upcoming party that would be soon celebrated together with Akashi and other big figures that you never met before.

This celebration is for your biggest hit in the book titled 'The Deadly Jazz' about the fight between the biggest detective and the biggest mafia in Japan as the book was adapted into one of the biggest and most popular movies in Japan. The book itself was a little bit inspired by Akaashi's life where the father of the mafia always controlled his son.

Taking a deep breath, you closed both of your eyes, shaking your head and trying to remove that ugly thought away since today was supposed to be your happy day. A knock could be heard from outside of the door but you did not hear it at all as you still keep staring at your own reflection.

"(Y/N)-san? Are you ready yet?" he did not receive your answer.

"....(Y/N)-san?" He calls your name once again

Akashi decides to hold the knob of the door before twisting it open and pushing the door away. His red eyes glance at you, standing there with a frown on your face. The frown on your face clearly told him that you don't feel that you're beautiful even though the clothing that you wear right now is hugging every inch of the curve of your body and showing your ethereal beauty.

Akashi walks up on you, wraps his arms around you before he pull you close to his chest, "(Y/N)-san. Do you feel you are not beautiful/handsome enough?"

Hanamiya Makoto

It is canon that in his free time when he is not practising basketball, his hobby is reading books and because of that. I believe that he enjoys horror, crime fiction, thriller, mystery, or any kind of heavy novel books.

Hanamiya loves the type of book that also can stimulate his brain so it was no wonder that he can be one of the most tricky basketball players in KnB.

Unlike Kuroko and Akashi, he is not someone who expresses love and affection even though the person is close to him. Because of that, he wouldn't be directly says he likes your book directly to your face.

You have to be observant to notice that he likes your book and is secretly proud because I see he does enjoy your crime fiction and horror novellas.

He would not directly say that your book is good like Akashi and Kuroko. Because I said you have to be observant, the reason is that there would be some expressions from him that accidentally escape as he read some scenes that he finds it's good.

He doesn't help you like Akashi and Kuroko by giving you a direct suggestion. His suggestion to make your story would be rather indirect and you have to figure it out.

Hanamiya would also make fun of you if he finds some of the scenes of the story in your book do not make sense or if he thinks certain scenes are stupid and need to be revised.

However, I do think he would kind of help you if you ask him for his help to make a gore scene in your book but yes, he would make fun of you in the first time before he helps you out.

The ticking sound of the alarm clock on the nightstand along with the sound of the typing from the screen in front of your eyes keeps teasing you. As if those things are teasing you with the upcoming deadline and reminding the sound of your grumpy editor. As an author it is required that you have a creative mind.

However, it is getting difficult for you to even think of an idea for your horror story that you are going to publish soon. It stresses you off, almost all of your ideas to make the next scene in chapter five are not scary enough to make the reader realize the fear that she would install inside of them.

"No....that torture idea is not scary enough," you whisper to yourself, shaking your head and deleting the paragraphs before you revised all of the words.

"Tch, what the hell are you doing. You look like Sadako from the movie ring, maybe you would even be the next ghost in that movie" a familiar voice commented on your stressed state.

Across from the bedroom with the door wide open, you see Hanamiya giving you a scrutinizing look, judging your miserable state with dishevelled hair, bags under your eyes, dried skin and blood-shot eyes. He was right, you look horrible with your state after stressing more than an hour just to create a scary scene.

"What's it to you?" you roll your eyes at his comment.

"Haha, did I hurt your feeling?" His eyes squinted a little bit with a mocking smile.

"Whatever, just help me in this book. I need your fucking brain to create a scary scene," you sent a glare at him.

"Nahhh, Do it on your own," he walks to the bathroom sink, cleaning his face to wash the dirt and oil away from his face. Knowing him, you didn't put his words into your heart as you roll your eyes once again before continue typing your story down.

Soon enough, there was a tiny shift next to you. You don't need to look at your right side, knowing it is your husband Hanamiya. However, what he did surprises you a lot. Nonetheless, you appreciated his comment.

"Isn't the victim have a large built? It's better if the killer uses The Iron Maiden for the victim, their blood and gut spilt more rather than just using a giant swinging axe," his eyes glances at the pharagraph.

"....Yeah, I just realized that. Thanks, McEyebrows," you look at him, giving a tiny peck on his jaw.

"Tch, just continue writing, moron." he clicked his tongue, shoving you away but not hard enough to make you fall from your bed.

He disregarded Morgana’s incessant warning that he was running low on ailment-curing items and revival items, reminding the cat that he was already planning on putting him and Makoto on the front lines this time so there was nothing to worry about.

So really, this mess was his fault. As leader, he knows he shoulders the responsibility of anything and everything that happens, even if his teammates don’t blame him.

It began to storm back in the real world as they reached the end of the current depths⁠; a painstakingly slow thirteen floors⁠ to comb through in search of treasure and experience. Everyone was nearing their physical and mental limits for the day, but at the sight of a rare challenger on their way back, they let their youthful recklessness seep through. One more, they all thought, one more to end the trip on a high note.

The high note they sought after quickly⁠ and almost comically⁠ became shrill.

The battle turned for the worst: unable to find a weakness, you and Mona were left with minimal SP, Queen had suffered an ill-timed critical attack and was knocked out cold, and Joker himself was running on fumes. Mind scattered in desperation, Joker attempted to regain some footing by attacking the particularly strong enemy with Marin Karin, hoping to charm it.

He didn’t expect that the enemy would end up reflecting it back at him.

Nor that you would take the brunt of the attack by jumping in front of him last-minute.

Joker and Mona finished the battle through sheer dumb luck, and all of the thieves expected things to return to normal. Queen stood up on shaky legs and thanked Panther for medicine, but when they turned to look at you, their hearts dropped.

Your face was flushed and eyes glassy, no different than how you were in battle. The unspoken rules of Mementos was broken⁠—somehow you didn’t come to once the fight finished.

Joker took to your side immediately, helping you up but freezing at the garbled moan that slipped past your lips the moment his hands landed on you. The others looked on with concern and fear, not understanding why this was happening, but it was obvious to everyone that they needed to leave immediately. He apologized to them and announced that he’ll be taking you home to make sure you’re safe and resting while the others research the strange divergence.

His arm wrapped loosely around your waist, keeping you steady as you mindlessly clung to him, and ushered you out of Mementos and towards the trains.

Akira felt like he was suffocating. If this is how he was feeling, he could only start to imagine what you’re suffering through right now.

He kept you hidden from view as best as he could, squished in the corner between the door, the seats, and him. Akira put you in a spare face mask he had and slid his glasses over your nose, hoping to protect your identity in case any snooping individual lingered on you two a little too long.

“Hold on just a little longer for me, okay? We’re almost there.”

He watched your knees buckle and your thighs clench together at his words and felt his mouth run dry. Akira willed himself to stay calm, to steady his heartbeat, but it wasn’t exactly an easy thing to do when you were in a state like this. Especially considering he harbored feelings for you.

“Please,” you begged. He almost didn’t hear it with how quietly you murmured it. “Akira, I… I need…”

Fuck, you were going to be the death of him.

“Yeah?” he leaned in closer, hoping to catch the rest of what you’re saying.

Your hand grabbed his thigh, tugging his leg closer to you and causing him to stumble forward, balancing with his forearm next to your head. He stared at you with wide eyes as you shifted his leg with no resistance between your thighs and sat on it, slowly and carefully grinding against it.

I’m feeling extra chaotic rn because I have so much shit to do today but rn I’m literally eating half a dozen donuts and writing this hnjefvnjedb pls enjoy!!

ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO PUT THIS DISCLAIMER!! I am not diagnosed with autism!! All I know are the basic symptoms from google and the symptoms that go hand in hand with ADHD so if I say anything wrong please let me know and I will change it accordingly. I don’t want to be the next s*a or some shit.

♡ Makoto didn’t particularly understand why you were interested in him, whatsoever. He wasn’t sure why someone so fun and sweet like you would want to be with someone so plain but he definitely appreciates your positivity!

♡ He doesn’t really know anything about autism. He googles it when he meets you so he can understand you better but that’s as far he goes until the two of you start dating but more on that later hehe!!

♡ The first thing that made Makoto want to become friends with you was when he saw how you tend to interact with other people. If your autism makes it difficult to socialize with others, he understands (mainly because he’s socially awkward and he thinks that that’s the only reason why you have trouble talking to others.) Regardless though, that was how he became friends with you and he quickly realized how cool you are!

♡ It took a while for the subject of autism to be brought up. It seems like it’s just something that you just kinda said one day. You weren’t embarrassed to tell him since at that point you were super comfy with hanging out with him!

♡ “What are you so happy for Y/N?”

♡ “Huh? What do you mean, Makoto?”

♡ “Well, you always bounce in your seat and shake your arms around when you get excited, so I just thought that something was going on.”

♡ “Oh! I didn’t think you would notice! But yeah I do that when I’m excited because of my autism!” You say while smiling at him. He smiled and went back to what he was doing… Right before looking back up at you when he processed what you said.

♡ “Wait, what does that mean?”

♡ That’s when he started to research it.

♡ It was definitely a friends to lovers relationship.

♡ He loves how you match him in how gung ho he is. In fact, sometimes you’re more energetic than him.

♡ As I said, you tell him because he saw you stimming (Is arm flapping considered stimming? Cause I do it bc of adhd but idk) but when you flap your arms around/bounce up and down/rock back and forth/how ever else you stim, he thinks you’re! SO! PRECIOUS!!!!

♡ “Sweetheart, do you want to get f/f for dinner?” Class was over and the two of you were walking out of school.

♡ “Yes!! Thank you, darling!!!” You giggle while (doing whatever you do to stim). Makoto just kept on staring at you, cutely, with wide eyes. “Why are you staring at me? It’s embarrassing.”

♡ “Sorry… You’re just being really cute…” He mumbled.

♡ *Heart explodes moment*

♡ Makoto loves hearing you talk about your special interests no matter what they are. It’s so inspiring to hear you talk about something that makes you that happy even if it’s just a series or something that he may find silly.

♡ If you have trouble sleeping, he’ll ask if you want to watch anime and play video games or something… Not the best influence but he’s trying his best.

♡ If you’re non verbal he’ll try to learn sign language or makaton. He’d do anything to understand you better! (hehe makoton sound like makoto my brain go brrrr)

♡ The rest of this takes place in the killing game!!

♡ The whole situation was putting you under a lot of stress. How could it not when you were watching the kids around you die? And on top of that, all of this was going on with your boyfriend there. What if he got caught up in it and was killed in front of you as Leon, Mondo, and Celeste had?

♡ You woke up one night, horrified. The bad thoughts that were nearly impossible to stop had appeared and you knew you couldn’t get through them alone.

♡ You nervously opened your door and peaked out, shaking as you did so. Who knew who could be waiting quietly in the hallway planning your demise? You hesitate for another moment and begin running down the hall. You were just about to turn the corner and run to your boyfriend’s room, when a figure bumped into you.

♡ It was all over. You were already pushed onto the floor and at any moment, you would watch helplessly as the person climbed on top of you so that you couldn’t get away and feel the sharp, excruciating pain of the murder weapon your killer chose against your skin. A tear dripped down your face and all you could do was put your hands over your eyes and await a painful death.

♡ “Y/N! Please don’t cry, sweetheart! It’s just me!”

♡ “Makoto?!” You cried.

♡ “Everything's okay! Just calm down and breathe.”

♡ You and Makoto sat against the wall. He took deep breaths next to you, while waiting for you to calm down, smiling when you finally started breathing deeply along with him.

♡ “Good job.” He said. “Is everything okay now? Can I hug you?” He asked you quietly.

♡ You pause, not entirely sure of how to answer, and finally, nodded. Makoto hugs you tightly on the hallway floor.

♡ “I don’t care who I have to protect you from. No one's going to hurt you so long as I’m alive.”
