I’m 46 in this hamming it up king photo taken in 2019. I’ve logged 265 exercise work out days in 2019! That means I exercised for more than half the year. I wrote 12 manuscript drafts, oversaw 8 books that were being released, and still managed to squeeze in downtime fun. No one has ever accused me of being lazy. . When i rigorously take care of myself on all levels (physically, spiritually, mentally), I’m not thinking of being an inspirational motivator through example, even though that’s the side effect. I am buying years of my life to continue doing what I love and what I agreed to do while here. If I’m going to be here, then I may as well enjoy it and stay as healthy and strong for as long as possible. . While at a friend’s music house party, I was ‘automatic writing’ on a pad, then there was a tap on my shoulder. He’s all smiles pointing me behind me, so I turn to look and see dozens of twenty somethings practically sitting on top of me and spilling onto the floor doing their texting, chatting, some looking up with a nod and a hey. Perplexed I face my friend again. He leans in over the music, “Can’t you see. They need to be around your energy.” . He later described it like the pied piper.
