his favorite instrument is the violin. he can’t really play it, he took a few lessons, but he’d rather listen to other people play it than playing it himself. he enjoys it more that way.

he is scared of big dogs. nothing ever happened, but hearing them bark agitates him a lot, he’s more of a birds/cats guy.

he despises alcohol. he drinks it forcefully every time when he’s in business dinners, he’d much rather drink tea or coffee. the taste is just too strong for him.

Father & Daughter Autumn Walk

Bubbly put on her lavender colored coat and her baby pink gloves. She was ready to go out on a walk in the fresh Autumn air.

"Ready to go?" Vespa asked her as he putting the glove on his right hand.

"Almost!" Bubbly put on her new boots that he'd bought for her a few weeks ago,

"Ok! All ready!" She smiled at Vespa and the two went out into the cool night air.

Vespa grabbed Bubbly's hand and the two started to walk through the forest.

The forest wasn't a safe place, especially at night. Many drunks were out here at night, and lots of violent people.

Vespa never let Bubbly go out in the night without him. Last night was Halloween so that was an exception. But still he didn't like doing it. But at least on Halloween she had the other kids with her.

"Dad?" Bubbly looked at Vespa with a slightly worried expression on her face.

"Yes?" Vespa looked at her with a bit of confusion.

Bubbly sighed and looked infront of her."It's kinda scary out here when it's late..."

"Yes it is. But you don't have to worry, I won't let anything happen to you."

She gripped on his hand tighter. Then smiled at him "Can we get some hot chocolate and some cookie mix when we go to the store?"

Vespa had forgotten why they were going out till now "Maybe, We'll have to see."

"At the very least we can get some hot chocolate." He winked at her

And Bubbly's face lit up with joy.

They finally reached the end of the forest and they reached the town.

Vespa kneeled down on one knee and looked Bubbly in the eyes.

"Go to the bakery and ask for 2 blueberry muffins." Vespa took 20 bucks from his bag and put it in Bubbly's hand.

"And what do you do if someone tries to take you?"

"Yell fire and start kicking, punching,and biting." Bubbly gave Vespa a mischievous smile

"Exactly." He ruffled her hair after he stood back up.

"Be back here in 15." Vespa looked down at her.

"Okie dokie." Bubbly then joyfully twirled off to the bakery.

"Well well well, if it isn't Vespa Hawkins." Jasper grinned at Vespa as he fixed the umbrella on his stand.Jasper is a peacock butterfly, with very very vibrant wings.

"What brings you to my little old stand, handsome?"

Vespa pinched the bridge of his nose between his fingers. "I just need hot chocolate mix, please Jasper. For the love of the Devine."

"Okay,Okay." Jasper pulled a container of hot chocolate mix out of a drawer.

"How much will that be?" Vespa said while looking in his bag.

"Free."

Vespa stopped what he was doing and looked up at Jasper with a raised eyebrow "Pardon?"

"I said it free....well kinda." Jasper's wings gave a flutter

Vespa didn't say anything and kept staring at Jasper confused

"Free as in you don't have to pay money for it."

"Ok....What do you want instead?" Vespa zipped his bag closed and let it rest on his hip.

"Well" Jasper paused "Let me take you out for a nice dinner tomorrow night and you can have the hot chocolate mix."

Vespa considered just taking the hot chocolate mix and leaving but that would make him a bad influence for Bubbly. Vespa cleared his throat then said: "Ok. Fine. ONE dinner."

Jasper had a big smile his face now. "It's a date!" Vespa took the hot chocolate mix and went back to the forest opening.

Bubbly looked up at Vespa. "I thought you said 15 minutes" She teased.

"Getting you're hot chocolate mix was much harder than expected. So you better enjoy it." Vespa grabbed her free hand and the two walked back home together to have a nice nightime snack.

Have no energy? Bake!

My way to boost energy + my elementary grandma’s recipe of fudgy chocolate cookies!

We all have that days when neither affirmations nor inspiring books motivate. It can be in case of stress, bad weather or whatever.

When I feel like this, I know the decision makes me proud for myself at least. It’s baking! 

Follow 4 simple steps to make you feel better:

Inspire yourself with tasty photos of cookies, muffins, etc.

Choose the simple recipe with no strange ingredients, so you can find everything you need in your kitchen.

Enjoy the aroma in the hole house and finally taste the result.

That’s all! You are gorgeous!

(I usually add my anti-stress desserts to my husband’s lunch bag, so additionally I have complements from him).

+ Bonus! The recipe of fudgy chocolate cookies, that can be cooked by a beginner in 30 minutes!

Dry ingredients for 7 big cookies 🍪:

0.5 cup of flour

0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

0.5 cup white granulated sugar

0.25 teaspoon baking soda

0.25 teaspoon salt

Liquids:

0.25 cup melted butter

1,5 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 egg

Additional:

0.5 cup chocolate chips (I used Milka bar cut in small pieces)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all dry ingredients in the bowl. Add liquids and mix together until fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips.

Using hands form 7 balloons and put them on the baking sheet. Press with fingers to make them as flat as you want.

Bake 10–12 minutes. Important not to over bake as they become dry.

Cool cookies and enjoy their crunchy surface and soft core.

Comment: So… I changed my diet lol I think medium/high res is just better for me, I always feel this 👌 close to binging when eating 500-700 cals and really don’t want to risk anything; I’ve lost 4lbs in the past two days and really don’t want to ruin my progress by testing my limits too much :// Starting the Abbey Bominable diet today, I hope that I’ll at least be able to finish this one lol
