Is the genderpunk term reffering to the way one expresses their gender identity or is it an identity itself? For example by my understanding a cis man who decides to dress in a femminine way would fit with the genderpunk term but maybe I could be wrong and genderpunk is a gender identity like male, female, non binary, agender etc...

after a quick google it seems that genderpunk refers to both. gender presentation and a gender identity.

Pride Things Weekly Themes

Each week of June has a theme for you to play with, to break the mold and subvert the expectations!

Week 1 - AUs

Anything goes as long as it's queer! Base your AUs in queer culture and media, or give a gay twist to your favorite romcom! Examples: drag performers AU, Twilight but it's T4T, But I'm a Cheerleader AU

Week 2 - Gender

Explore, express, serve! Clothing, hair, make up, tattoos, surgeries, social situations. Any aspect of gender you can think of. Examples: androgyny, enjoying feminine/masculine activities, binding

Week 3 - Fairytales

Break the cis/heteronormative prophecies! Make your favorite fairytale queer, or make your own! Examples: The Little Merman, Shrek but the princess turns into a prince at night, True Love's Kiss from the maid

Week 4 - Out of the box

The main focus are unconventional relationships - polyamory, queerplatonic, beards, lavender marriages, ace/aro relationships and more! But if you want to focus on other underrepresented queer topics, go for it! Examples: polycule, my partner's Dom, I don't do sex but my girlfriend has a buddy for that

The 29th and 30th of June are for catching up if you didn't make it in time for one of the theme weeks!

Hi! I've been lying here thinking for a while, and I'm wondering what a child might call a non-binary parent instead of mum/dad/variations thereof... Like I've really been wracking my brains and I can't think of anything so I thought I'd ask someone way more knowledgeable than me I really hope I haven't crossed any lines here!! I don't wanna be rude or anything (you can tell me if I am)

here are some that I found:

Parent; neutral, formal.

Per; neutral, short for parent.

Par; neutral, short for parent.

Dommy; queer, mixture of mommy and daddy (note: sounds like Dom/me, a BDSM term)

Maddy; queer, mixture of mummy/mommy and daddy.

Muddy; queer, mixture of mummy and daddy.

Moddy; queer, mixture of mommy and daddy.

Zaza; queer, based on mama and papa/dada.

Zither; queer, based on mother and father. (Note, zither is also the name of a musical instrument.)

Baba; neutral, based on mama and dada. (Note, baba means dad in some languages and grandmother in others.)

Nini; queer, based on the N in NB, similar to mama and papa/dada.

Bibi; queer, based on the B in NB, similar to mama and papa/dada.

Cennend; neutral, Old English (Anglo-Saxon) meaning parent.

as far as I can tell I'm the only active mod on this blog. I'm in the middle of getting through about 700 asks from another blog that I'm a mod for. we could really use some more moderators and if we can get some more of those this blog can become active again.

so basically not at the moment but if there's enigugh interest we can bring it back to life.
