Makes sense looking at the pilot, but obviously Buttons’s part grew with the actor the same way Izzy’s did. It’s fascinating to compare the first couple episodes to the later ones and see how the actors and writers let the characters develop.
Anyway I'm still ??? over Con revealing in his Momentus thing that he originally auditioned for Buttons.

The Revenge has put into port ahead of a winter storm, and the crew’s decided to throw a party. Captain Bonnet got the idea to have people draw names out of a hat and get a gift for their person. He’s calling it Secret Someone.
