Instead, the witch busied herself in her room at the hotel, writing a letter by candle light. The witch then positioned several crystals around the paper, using them to focus the moonlight on a pool of ink near the bottom. "That's how long we'll have to find any other witches close to the area, though I believe Boffle has a fair number of distant allies we can invite who distance is no obstacle to as well." she told the raven, before sliding a ring with a clear gemstone over his neck. He looked quite annoyed by this, but it easily fit as his neck was much slimmer than his feathers would lead one to believe. "Wearing that you should be able to see a beam of light project from the gem. Only the wearer can see it. When you get near a magic user, the beam will glow purple, and point you in the direction of them- so long as they aren't intentionally using a cloaking spell to block themselves from magic like this." She explained then went over to roll up the parchment which the bottom now read, "Six days, twenty three hours, fifty nine seven minutes, thirty two seconds." She tied it shut with a red ribbon, then used a wax seal of midnight blue and gold to ensure the ribbon stayed in place. The formerly large scroll became the size of a quarter, which she then tied to the bird's leg. "Don't let me down Naji, see how many others you can find. This is far more important than just a party, but that's all anyone else needs to know for now." Aurora told her raven. And with a nod he flew off, as the witch began penning another letter.

Naji wasn't sure how long he'd been flying, often cheating by riding wind streams, when he saw a faint light projecting from the ring. A magic user was nearby- finally he found someone! He swooped down as stealthily as he could. Time to see who this person was. @fctedivided

Hello, I am Arwa Afana and my husband is named Naji Hamam. We have a new born baby who is sick from the phosphorus. My mother is sick and is unable to receive the medications she needs. Our house was destroyed by a warplane missile. We are now homeless, sleeping on the ground and without the slightest necessities for human life. We were made to move by military force from our home to safe places, and when the danger increased, we were displaced several times. I tried to escape with my life and the life of my child in my womb. When i was birthing I could not find a bed in the hospital. We did not find treatment, and I did not find milk for my infant.

I have to live, so I decided to create a donation link so that I can live in light of the difficult circumstances, the very high cost of living that we face, and so that I can provide milk and Pampers for my little girl, and so that I can build my house again. G Witch Onscreen Text: Episode 15

Greetings and salutations everyone! This is part 16 of my attempt to transcribe and discuss all the onscreen text in G Witch, and along the way we document and discuss various interesting things. We're on episode 15: "Father and Child"

Our first real look at Earth...shall we begin?

One of the first shots we get are various posters outlining health rules and guidelines to follow, most likely pinned up in a doctor's office. Some of the text is covered up, but from left to right, to the best of my ability: (* will denote when I am making my best assumption based on the visible text.)

*General healthcare support evaluation: 10:00 to 17:00 17:00 to 21:00 (15:00 on Sundays)

Water supply: 2 liters per person *Restorations of water supply system underway but supply restrictions are still in place.

Save your food, save the Earth Saving energy for a swift victory

Food ration: 1500 kilo calories daily per person

Infections Infectious disease prevention measures: Wash your hands Get enough sleep Consult a doctor

The struggle of the Earthians in this camp are very clear, considering that 2 liters of water and 1500 calories a day are below the minimum healthy amount for an adult. Infectious disease is also a huge problem in a world without more advanced medicine.

When Naji is talking to the doctor, he hands him a container of cartridges, saying he has refills. We never see what they're for, but their general shape and coloring is similar to the cartridges Elnora swaps in and out of her GUND arm prosthetic when it stops working in the prologue. That's not to say Olcott's arm is also a GUND prosthetic, but that it might similarly need to replenish its energy source. (Considering it emits a dull whine when Olcott uses it sometimes, I wouldn't doubt it needs external power.)

Somewhat more interestingly, we get a glimpse at what the doctor has opened on his monitor through the gap in Olcott's arm. It's incredibly hard to read, and we never see the full picture, but here's what I could manage

PATIENTS WITH PREEXISTING VISION IMPAIRMENTS REQUIRE MONITORING OF NEUROLOGICAL FUNCTIONS.

On the monitor, we see a list of symptoms and treatments for what appears to be a long term Permet-induced injury. This is pretty interesting info, as we never really get a look into how Permet based illnesses are actually treated in universe. (Other than Prospera's helmet but we'll talk about that later). I'm really interested in what "Permet Removal Surgery" entails! (Neurotherapeutic Injections are something that exist in real life but it's considered a pseudoscience. I don't think that fact applies to its use in the show, however.)

They don't show up after this initial scene, but Seethia seems to have a baby sibling, or was at least watching over one during this scene. (Don't worry, she didn't bring them with her when the building collapsed, they're fine.)

Episode 15 gives us our first change to the intro. In episode 13 - 14, Eri appears as a vague apparition in this shot, but after the reveal that she is in fact within Aerial, we see her fully rendered.

Speaking of the intro, it probably goes without saying, but this scene in the intro is more likely to be of Eri and Elnora, not Suletta. The door in the background has the same design as the ones on Vanadis, and its general layout resembles that of this corner in the Samaya's room. (The door, and then the shelf immediately to its left, the picture frame and the indented portion of the wall above it.)

It's not perfectly 1-1 but, yknow! (I really have a problem...)

Because Nika and Miorine appear in this episode, they're the only two characters in the show who appear at some point in every single episode of the series. (Other than the prologue, obviously)

In this scene where the Group's security forces are flying out over earth, they're riding these glider things. For some reason, these specific machines are shown off on the official website, so we know its name: TICKBALANG, and we know that they're produced by Peil. I wondered if it was maybe just a tradition of GUNDAM series to have TICKBALANG, like Haro, but no I guess they were just really proud of it. It even has its own gunpla kit...

(Oh, and its name is taken from a werehorse creature from Philippine folklore.)

The two mobile suits we see used in this attack on the DOF are the Zowort Heavy, a Peil suit, and the Heindree Sturm, a Grassley suit. Despite this attack being decided by the board, there's a distinct lack of Jeturk suits.

The plushies the kids place around Sophie's grave are ones from her collection that she left on Earth.

When the Benerit Force pilots are communicating with each other, they use "Zulu" as their codenames. This is a reference to the Zulu line of mobile suits introduced in Gundam Unicorn.

As the building collapses on them, Olcott brings his hands up to protect his head and neck, but Guel rushes forward to try and protect Sedo and Seethia.

TEXT PLANT QUETTA INCIDENT SUSPECT LIST

OLCOTT [Real Name Unknown] Affiliation: Dawn of Fold Place of birth: Unknown Educational Background: Unknown Spouse: Unknown

COMINT REPORT Olcott was involved in the attack on Plant Quetta from the beginning of the plan. He is believed to have planned an attack targeting Spacians, including bombing of MS plants and offices, and assassination of key personnel. During the incident, as pilot of a 'Desultor' MS thought to have been captured from the Jeturk company (acquisition route is under investigation), he led an MS team that attacked the President of the Benerit group. Though the assassination attempt on the President ended in failure, his team killed more than 20 employees, including the CEO of the Jeturk company.

Believed to have been involved in these past incidents:

-Bombing of Benerit Group northern hemisphere Earth headquarters -Mediterranean space shuttle attack -Shooting of Global Security president -Occupation of Pacific Ocean mine

The suspect report we see Kenanji read, that discusses Olcott's participation and past crimes in regards to the Plant Quetta attack. We also learn that Kenanji knew him, his real name is Ridrick Kruger, and he was formerly a member of Dominicus. He always followed his own ideals of justice, but he and his family were attacked by Earthians anyway. After losing them, he discarded his past, but still allies himself with the Earthians anyway, because he still believes they're right.

We also see how much of a stranglehold Spacians and the Group still have on Earth and its resources, seeing the wide range of institutions and locations he's attacked with the DOF.

Olcott's journey throughout the episode is based in his memories of the moment that changed his life, the one he rejects, and how removing himself from it has affected his memory of what really happened. First, he remembers seeing his son cry out for his help, before being engulfed in flame. (Left) Then he remembers struggling to reach out to his unconscious body before it fades out to the view of his mobile suit (RIght)

But after hearing why Guel tried to hard to save Seethia, Olcott remembers what really, truly happened. He tried to reach out and his son didn't look scared, he smiled at him, convinced that his dad was going to save him.

And instead of reacting with indifference or rage as he does in the earlier memories, he clutches his arm, a sign that this isn't a fabricated memory he uses to reject his past, but what really truly happened, and still brings him pain.

I really like this scene with Rajan, and how his relationship with Delling compares to Godoy's with Prospera. Rajan has known Delling for decades, and is staunchly loyal to him. He believes in his and Notrette's ideals for a better world, and will support him in his endeavors no matter what. But with what he tells Miorine at the end here, and his reaction when he finds out that she's taking his place, it's really clear that he thinks Quiet Zero is a terrible idea.

I also like that ultimately he wants what's best for Miorine. In a lot of ways he's consistently more involved in her wellbeing than Delling is.

Oh, I might as well point this out now: The season 1 "Next Episode Title" bumpers use this red patterned backdrop, mimicking the GUND Format lights on Aerial's chest when it activates, but in Season 2, it uses a more elaborate blue pattern instead, reminiscent of REBUILD's lights after it reaches Score 8.

teman ku ini memang memiliki suatu problematika yang cukup kompleks dalam hidupnya, ia sering kali di bully karena kondisi fisik nya yang kecil dan berkulit sedikit kecoklatan.

suatu ketika ayah nya jatuh sakit, hingga tak bisa bekerja, ibu nya menjadi tulang punggung keluarga, dan teman ku ini 6 bersaudara.

Kelima adik masih bisa dibilang sangat kwcil, aku dan temanku inu bersekolah berasrama, bisa dibilang persis sebuah pwsantren, namun tak begitu kental dalam hal keagamaan.

suatu ketika tatkala orang tuanya sedang dititik terendah,biaya sekolah teman ku ini terkendala, ia tak memiliki lagi uang untuk membayar semua tunggakan nya yang ada, hingga akhirnya ibu nya pun ikut jatuh sakit karena terlalu lembur bekeeja.

ia sudah tak lagi mempunyai apa apa, selain tagihan yang selalu menghantui nya setiap saat, ditambah lagi bullying yang selalu menekan dirinya swtiap hari, sejujurnya ia ingin keluar dari sekolah kita ini, karena tak tahan dengan berbagai bullian dari teman sekitar nya, dan kondisi orang tua nya yang sudah sangat kesusahan, namun ia mengurungkan niat nya ersebt, karena dia bersekolah ditempat kita saat itu adalah kemauan dari orang tua nya swndiri, ia tak mau mengecewakan kedua nya.

hingga tibalah saat nya dimana tunggakan nya sudah terlalu banyak, ia telah mendapatkan surat peeingatan akan fikeluarkan jika tidak kunjung membayar, kala iru ia stress luar biasa, berfikir bagaimana caranya melunasi semuanya, sedangkam bekeeja tak akan mungkin bisa, apalagi berjualan tak ada modal nya.

hingga tibalah ia dititik putus asa, namun saat itu ia melihat handphone dari salah satu teman nya yang suka membully nya setiap waktu, tergelatak pada kasurnya begitu saja, karena kondisi nya yang sudah sangat tsrtekan terlebih lagi ia mempunyai dendam kepada teman nya tersebut, akhirnya ia memutuskan untuk mengambil hp dari teman nya terswbut dengan niat akan menjual nya dan uang nya akan dibayarkan untuk tunggakan nya tersebut.

namun keberuntungan sedang tidak berpihak kepadanaya, saat ia akan mengambilnya, salah satu orang yang berada diasrama memergoki nya, lalu memanggil teman nya yang lain dan akhirnya ia disiksa dan dipukuli habis habisan.

ia tak bisa melawan, tubuh nya yang kecil tak memungkinkan untuk membalas mereka yang memukulinya, disisi lain ia pun merasa salah karena memang ia murni berniat intuk maling.

Sejak kejadian itu tak ada lagi yang mau menemaninya, ia semakin dikucilkan,, dihina dan diremdahkan, kehadiranya bak sebuah babi yang najis dan hina, ia tak pernah lagi mendengar sebuah sapaan, sekalipun mendengar yang ada hanyalah sebuah cemoohan.

hingga tak lama dari kejadian itu, ibu nya sembuh lalu mendengar kabar bahwaanak nya mengambil barang milik orang lain (maling).

lalu ia menelfom dirinya, memaki nya dan dengan tegas berkata bahwa tak akan lagi mengakui sebagai anaknya, betapa hancur nya teman ku ini saat mendengar hal seperti itu dari ibunya sendiri.

ia semakin tertekan, semakin mengutuk keadaan, merasa bahawa dunia tak adil bagi dirinya, semua orang swaakan tak mengjarapkan kehadiranya.

ND vs NT

Disclaimer first and foremost: I'm a self-diagnosed ND. No official diagnosis because there is still a heavy stigma in my country of NDs that generally boxed NDs as 'non-productive' and/or 'idiots'.

Never mind that I am almost 50 with self-bought house in a gated community in a suburb, an actual job that literally carries the country's financial security, and has numerous cats who are cared for much, much better than the cats of those so-called 'catfluencers'.

From my personal observation, there is one major difference between NDs and NTs, and that is the weight of their observations vs what came out of their mouth.

It's not out of the ordinary for NDs to have intense and thorough observation skills. Personally, I would not make an opinion until I've got all sides of the quantitative facts. The quickest example for me is sterilizing cats.

I have, in the course of six years, sterilized a lot of cats. I care for 9 indoor cats, 9 outdoor (community) cats, and fosters a lot of cats from babies to hospice cases. All are (or will be, in the case of the babies) sterilized. I have a sample size of over 50 sterilized cats around my house's gated complex and elsewhere in homes of friends/families.

I can and will opine that sterilization is a very, very humane method to control cats' populations. Add streetfeeding to it, and vaccinations, and those cats - particularly the outdoor ones - will live for a minimum of 5 years AFTER the sterilization.

I will NOT accept opinions stating otherwise, unless said cats are placed in high-hazard areas i.e. a place with lots of traffic - no wild beasts here, I'm in a suburb. Then their survivability does not rely on sterilization.

I don't glamorize TNR. For me, TNR is a means to an end, said end being: me not burying cats/kitten every other week, me not getting blood pressure spikes from cats-in-heat brawling on my roof, me not getting headaches over the pee stinks of unsterilized cats.

I, on principal, don't approve those glamorizing TNR as 'heroic acts'. I appreciate those documenting every side of TNR, from catching to diseases to death, as literally just that: documentaries to educate others.

Most of the time, those wanting to glamorize TNR are NTs. A lot prefer the numerous pats on the back, especially on social media, for their personal dopamine boost. But most failed - or prefer not to show - the ugly side of TNR: the spayaborts, the pyometras, the cancers, the wounds of the male cats from fighting, etc. Those, I don't appreciate at all.

Back to the ND v. NT in data digestions. I noted that a lot of NTs liked to collect minimal data and spout opinions out of their sitting ends like it is the actual fact. This leads to many, many dangerous outcome that they overlooked or even ignored.

One I just had is with an NT who claimed that 'dog lovers don't care for cats, whereas cat lovers will care for dogs in social media!'

Not a more wrong statement can be had...

I live in an Islam-majority country. Approximately 80% of the muslims here abhors dogs because they are haram and their saliva is najis. But about 50% of the population likes cats.

The one major thing that NT skipped is that Dog Lovers tend to not draw attention to themselves due to the well-known religious bias. Whereas 'cat lovers' tend to be people who likes attention and would integrate themselves into a conversation without invitation and without a care of the outcome.

I personally love cats AND dogs. I am not in a place to care for a dog yet, due to my mom having dog trauma and I don't have it in me yet to battle her trauma (yes, she lives with me in my house, but she is also turning 80 and me not having a dog is not the end of the world).

I also know at least a dozen of my personal acquaintances who is not an acquaintance of the abovementioned NT who have both dogs and cats and/or care for both.

She, in the mean time, insisted that her statement is true over ONE client of hers whose sister doesn't like cats because she's a 'dog person'.

See? That's a typical NT argument in which I list down half of my acquaintances who have both dogs and cats, and cut off her argument with the statement that her benchmark is far too low and too few to make an opinionated statement.

Which lead me to this post and temporary conclusion: NDs don't like making assumptions (not because it makes an ass of you and me) because we know how painful and dangerous a limited data/information could be - we've had it happened to us (and is still happening here in my country) when everyone and their grandmothers calling us weird or stupid just because we're NDs.

NTs make assumptions out of nowhere because no one had enough knowledge to challenge them.

And I'm tired of it.
