Hi hello consider: I think that it would be Incredibly Funny if OP ran a blog for like, free time relaxing and whatnot, and it was a rpf blog for the con high command. Mans out there reading, writing, and reblogging so much smut of the enemy team. Meanwhile con high command is STRUGGLING to figure out whose writing this stuff bc its disturbingly accurate. And who sends the mystery mech ideas for things!!!!

Noone has considered that OP is doing it and SOMEHOW he's kept it under wraps and super protected the whole war. Mecha think it's some underling on a distant planet using available intelligence and making lucky guesses BUT NO it's OP.

Thoughts on the Beatles biopics cast?

I'm… fine with it? Struggling to have any strong reaction, tbh. I haven't seen Harris Dickinson in any films, but I've seen him in a few interviews recently, and he seems very sweet and funny, so I can see him bringing out that side of John. I've thought Paul Mescal would make a great John since I saw him in Normal People (5 years ago - eek!), but I think he's also skilled enough to show Paul as a person and not just a bobble-headed cartoon. I don't really have any opinion on the other two.

Ultimately though, it's hard to form an opinion without knowing the script and acting choices etc... e.g. is HD just going to play John as hard and angry, or is he going to show his softer side? Is PM going to play Paul as completely buttoned-up, pleasantly insincere, or will he show a more emotional side that the public has never really seen? It could go either way, tbh, but I've seen enough about both actors to be mildly intrigued.

The one strong opinion I do have is that judging the casting solely on physical appearance is… well, let’s go with silly.
