raaah i hate panning shots that fade to white at the end raah i'm gonna have to color correct this and somehow make it look good raaahhh

I just saw someone on reddit argue that AI art is no different from photography since "you just need to press a button to take photos" and that's the most brainless take on AI art I've ever seen methinks

#anti ai art #this especially pissed me off as someone who does photography casually #just because you can create photos with a click of a button doesn't mean they're good photos #it would be blatantly ignoring the framing of the subject and using the right settings to create the wanted atmosphere #also editing the photos...most photographers edit their photos themselves #and even if you ignore all that there's still creativity involved with how the photos are taken #just search “light painting photography” and you'll see photographers using more creativity than all ai artists combined #god this pisses me off

istg everytime i bring up how much generative ai sucks to my mom shes like "what else am i supposed to do!!! sometimes you just have to!! i dont know where to find an artist!!" like girl no one is forcing you to use ai for your video thumbnails and your tarot cards and your merch and your website.

FFS I had to use EXCEL to do some photo editing and that is sheer ridiculousness but every time I opened Pixlr or Adobe the fucking AI tried to "help" me and I'm like, I know I haven't fucking used you in a while but I don't need you to do it for me, I KNOW what I want to do.

I love technology but FUCKING HELL.

Excel. I used EXCEL.
