Regular preventive screening and a healthy lifestyle with physical activities are two important pillars to combat the onset of any health disorder. Periodic health checkups can help in the identification and diagnosis of health conditions in a timely manner. Regardless of whether an individual has a family background of illnesses, regular screening should be done after age 25. Diseases or health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, etc., are a combination of genetic, physiological, environmental, and behavioral factors that impact the lives of many people across the globe. Having said that, along with health check-ups, the right kind of lifestyle and understanding of genetic insights (knowing one’s genetic predisposition to different diseases can help prevent or delay their onset) has also become a key in today’s world to having a sustainable healthy life.

As annoying as it probably would be, I wonder if AO3 would allow special HTML to prevent copy-paste of my works. There are ways around it but it might just deter lazy content thieves

i love when i’m minding my own business trying to do my job and my jacked up brain says “hey remember that time you missed a social cue from a cute girl at least seven years ago? and then she treated you differently and eventually stopped talking to you and coming to the pottery studio and you were so confused and didn’t realize what had happened until she was gone? yeah let’s be embarrassed about that again.” don’t tell me adhd is a funny little disorder that makes you go lol rawr i’m so random when it has a track record of ruining friendships and romantic relationships for me. 💃🏼

Theory: The Clone X was not Cody like some people think or even Fives (I know he's been dead for a very long time but so was Boba Fett and look where we are. Plus, Echo was supposed to be certainly dead too; making him Winter Soldier-esque storyline wouldn't be that surprising) or not even Slick.
((Also, now that we've seen his face devoid of any tattoos or scars I think first two takes are definitely not applicable anymore; they wouldn't put that much effort to make him unrecognizable))
Back to the point: In my opinion, The Clone X was none other than...
Fox.
Now let me explain.
Who else, other than X, was loyal to the law and justice dictated by it over any moral or ethic code?
Fox.
Who else was portrayed with such single-minded focus on hunting down traitors of the government he served, regardless of what it was?
Fox.
Who else could know not only Coruscant so well but also identify Rex like they knew each other?
He already was a remarkably successful tracker of traitors, why not make him more efficient by pointing them out for him?
Good soldiers follow orders, after all.

very curious what armand is going to say about the trials which he passively watched from the sidelines as if he could not simply freeze time and control everyone in the room in that moment. he really just sat there and let it happen. need to see louis throw a plate at his head and perhaps also a table

What sort of movies did you and Goob watched, Scraps?
" Well the content on the TV we had access to was fairly monitored before we got shut down, I do remember this one time Shelly invited some of us to sneak off to watch this film about a park full of living dinosaurs the handlers were watching for some kind of party. Goob and I agreed to come of course". Scraps then puts on a nervous smile and taps her claws together " I probably shouldn't tell her about the ending if we ever find her. She passed out from exhaustion from how late it was before the whole set of events with the dinosaurs escaping and stuff. I'm not sure she would be happy to see dinosaurs being depicted like that.... I had to get Goob to look away from the screen during this one scene where a guy got eaten by a T.rex". Scraps gives a nervous laugh thinking back on the film before continuing to respond. " Aside from that we still have old VHS tapes from the show, we actually voiced ourselves for some of those if you can believe it ".

Being chronically ill sucks for many reasons but one reason is that all the doctors are so focused on keeping your body from attacking itself/collapsing in on itself that it’s like “uhh I think my brain/emotions are kinda being neglected here :/“

Halloween Recommendation: Stephen King's Rose Red
** This one can be tricky to find. It was originally released as a 3 night mini-series in 2002, but then re-released as a motion picture. Apparently Hulu has it?
Tumblr media
In 1906, oil barron John Rimbauer built a veritable palace overlooking Seattle. It was his young bride, Ellen, who would give the house it's name: Rose Red.
First blood was drawn before the foundation was even laid. A foreman, murdered over a simple argument. Bizarre deaths and mysterious disappearances plagued Rose Red, swallowing up the Rimbauer family, their servants, friends, and anyone who dared enter.
Eventually, the grand estate fell into disrepair. Paranormal investigators descended upon the property, but none were ever able to solve the mystery, nor stop the deaths.
Now, more than 90 years after the first deaths at Rose Red, Steven Rimbauer, the last living descendant of John and Ellen Rimbauer, has been offered massive sums of money to sell Rose Red. It will be totally leveled, the land used for condos.
Before the house is destroyed, Steven agrees to let Dr. Joyce Reardon and a cobbled-together team of psychics, mediums, and other paranormal investigators do one final sweep of the house.
What evil lurks within Rose Red?
What horrors did John and Ellen Rimbauer summon in their palatial estate- or were they victims themselves?
Why does Rose Red kill the men, but swallow the souls of the women and force them to haunt it's halls?
How many of Dr. Joyce Reardon's team can escape with their lives?
*** Stephen King wrote the screenplay for this story, but there is no novel. Instead, as part of the publicity and hype leading up to the miniseries premiere, "The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer" was published, serving as a prequel. You can buy the novel on Kindle.
