My Hero Academia: Ambush Simulation AU - Provisional License Exam
Touya finding out Shouto failed the provisional license exam, something he himself had to pass in order to participate in UA's ambush simulation for legal reasons.
Touya: Weren't you going to do some celebrating thing for Shouto passing the exam?
Fuyumi: He didn’t pass.
Touya: *snorts tea through his nose* He fucking what now?
Fuyumi: Touya!
Touya: *coughing/visibly struggling not to laugh* How bad was it?
Fuyumi: *also trying not to laugh but only laughing because he's laughing* This isn’t funny. Stop laughing.
Touya: *cry laughing, high-pitched voice* I’m sorry he didn’t pass, that really sucks. I just wish I could have seen the look on Dad’s face. Did he turn purple?
Fuyumi: No, but he did go into the garden to shoot off 'fireworks.'
Touya: Is that what woke me up?
...
Fuyumi: *on phone with Shouto later* Anyway, that's the story of why Touya is now eating your victory cake. I'll send you the 'sorry, you tried' cupcakes later.
Shouto: That's fine. Thank you anyway.
Fuyumi: Yeah, weird thing is it's red velvet and Touya can't stand red velvet, so this is some diabolical pettiness. *covers phone to yell* Do you have to be such a child? You're gonna make yourself sick and I'm not cleaning it up!
Touya: *distant maniacal cackling*
...
Touya: *on phone with Shouto later* So I just wanted to ask what the hell happened. Aside from Fuyumi ordering both a 'congrats' cake and 'sorry, you tried' cupcakes and totally jinxing it for you.
Shouto: I...kinda ended up fighting with a student from another school.
Touya: ...we're speaking the same language, and yet I still feel like I mistranslated something. You wanna run that by me again?
Shouto: I got into a fight with another student, lost points, and fell below the passing score. ......... Yeah, I can still hear you laughing, Touya.
Touya: *struggling* Okay, so what have we learned?
Shouto: *sighs* Don't get into fights while taking career-important exams.
Touya: Precisely. Only my exact phrasing would have been, 'Don't be a jackass.' Did you win?
Shouto: No, Midoriya split us up before it got too serious.
Touya: What, and you didn't challenge the guy to settle the matter in the parking lot afterward? Who was he anyway? Was it a he? She? Them?
Shouto: He was someone from Shiketsu.
Touya: ...and you didn't start a rumble in the parking lot? Some friends you have.
Shouto: Mr. Aizawa would have stopped us.
Touya: And there's twenty of you and one of him, what's your point?
...
So anyway, even in this AU, Touya is still a brat living in the madness of his own mind. And after the whole incident on top of Machia, that seems pretty on brand for him.

As An IzuOcha Shipper…
…them not ending up together isn’t the problem.
Horikoshi taking the “leave it up to interpretation” approach and then proceeding to COMPLETELY AVOID ADDRESSING their relationship status is the problem.
Horikoshi failing to tie up that one last loose end for Uraraka’s character arc (not closing off her feelings) is the problem.
Again, I ship IzuOcha. Still do, because I’m stubborn. Would I have liked for them to end up together, even if it was only a somewhat blatant implication that could be handwaved? Obviously. But you know what? Maybe I would be upset if the story went out of its way to explicitly de-confirm any chance of Midoriya and Uraraka being a romantic pairing, but I’d at least respect it and understand it a lot more if the story let Midoriya and Uraraka actually talk about this, or at the very least SHOWED US them talking about this. I’d understand if Uraraka completed her character arc by having a heart to heart with Midoriya and telling him that her feelings have changed, her priorities have changed, and Midoriya understands and they remain good friends. Let’s be real, romance isn’t Horikoshi’s strong suit, despite his many attempts to leave romantic implications throughout the series. I’d completely understand if he just had Midoriya and Uraraka talk and they didn’t end up together, because at least then it still provides both of their characters with closure.
But no, that’s too simple. Let’s just “leave it up to interpretation,” because it clearly wasn’t that important, right?
Well, as many people on the internet have already brought up, if it wasn’t so important, why did you spend so much time putting emphasis on it? Why did you have Uraraka, up until the FINAL WAR, have her crush on Midoriya be a crucial part of her character (it wasn’t her only character trait, mind you, but it was still important)? Why did the penultimate chapter have the class come to comfort Uraraka and tell her that they can talk to her… and then come the next chapter, Uraraka apparently hasn’t done anything regarding her supposed crush on Midoriya? For literal YEARS!?
…see, this isn’t even a shipping problem anymore. This is a character problem.
Horikoshi, for whatever reason, chose not to include a romance for the main character and his supposed love interest. And again, that’s fine, not every story needs to be a romance. Two problems with it here though (well, one problem and an observation):
1) Choosing to not at least address the romantic subplot with a “I think we’re better off as friends” encounter, thus actually concluding the subplot and providing a sense of closure, not only leaves the result feeling underwhelming and frustrating, but also actively damages Uraraka’s character arc. We can have her address the problem that caused people like Toga to exist, but heaven forbid she talks about romance with Midoriya.
2) Despite his supposed aversion to romance, Horikoshi still went out of his way to give Gentle and La Brava wedding rings… he’s willing to establish a side romantic pairing without bringing too much attention to it, but he can’t be bothered to do something similar for the arguable MAIN pairing? It’s the “Togata has special clothes so he doesn’t end up buck naked, but Hagakure’s still gotta go commando” debacle again…
I’ma go ahead and wrap this up ‘cause I don’t wanna keep y’all much longer, but like… being optimistic, this ending was… functional. I’ve got my problems with it, obviously, I don’t think it was BAD bad… but it certainly wasn’t good. It works. Barely. And it’s ‘cause of stuff like this.
Midoriya and Uraraka didn’t need to end up together, truly. All Horikoshi had to do was put the smallest amount of effort and give us something of substance, something with closure. Instead, we got what we got.
I get that he was exhausted and wanted the manga to be over… but that excuse only holds up for so long.

does transfem bakugo have long or short hair?
I will be giving her longer hair if only because I can! Though re: the new Icon my intent on drawing that version of her is within the current story arc of CC, not the 'fully out and transitioning' version.

what are we? ── bakugo k. (1.4k)⊹ ࣪ ˖ part two
"so.. who here has a secret boyfriend we don't know about?" mina asks the first thing that came to mind not even a minute after this impromptu slumber party that's currently held in yaoyorozu's room
after a long week of training and pro hero studies, you lot decided to why not unwind by having a little sleepover at one of the girls' rooms. yaoyorozu was kind enough to volunteer to hold it in her room as she has never experienced sleepovers with others
you all looked at each other with curiosity. curious if anyone was actually in a committed relationship that the class didn't know about. not like it was their business or anything..
"what? nobody? that's kinda hard to believe.." hagakure comments, genuinely surprised since usually at this age where everyone is in high school, you're bound to get into relationships
"i mean it's like we have the time to mingle around since we're busy with training and on top of that, trying to keep afloat with our academics" tsuyu points out, a finger on her chin as she recalls if anyone actually had free time to spare amidst all the chaos your class has been through
hearing what tsuyu said, mina whines, dramatically flailing her arms around
"ugh i hate that what you said is true, tsuyu-chan.. but what about crushes! do you guys have a crush on anyone in class or anyone in ua?" mina continues to bombard everyone with questions related to romance. to you it almost feels targeted because you're not too sure if she knows something about you
"crushes?" uraraka trails off. all of a sudden she shakes her head vigorously.
"what's wrong uraraka-chan?" tsuyu asks, worried
"oh my god! are you crushing on someone?!" hagakure squeals, "you have someone in mind don't you!"
the girls (minus you, tsuyu and yaoyorozu) start to bombard her with questions
"is it midoriya?!"
"is it iida?!"
"who?!"
"it's nobody!" uraraka defends herself, shaking her hands around. mina pouts but drops the subject.
you didn't even realize that you were holding in your breath til jirou points it out
"what's with the sigh of relief, y/n?" jirou pokes your side jokingly.
wrong move on your part
suddenly there was a certain glint on mina's eyes. like you just walked into her trap
"you haven't said anything since we started talking about crushes, y/n-chan.. anyone in mind?" mina grins mischievously.
"no one" you say abruptly but it turns out your own body betrays you. you can literally feel the heat creeping up to your cheeks
"oh my god she's blushing! WHO! IS IT IN OUR CLASS OR CLASS B? WHO?! WE NEED TO KNOW" hagakure squeals in joy, suddenly clasping your hands together as she shakes you
"it's nobody you guys-"
"i've been meaning to ask, y/n-san.. if there's anything going on between you and bakugo-san" yaoyorozu speaks up for the first time tonight
mina and hagakure both scream in delight
"what makes you say that, yaomomo?" you ask, trying to calm your heartbeat at the mention of the boy you think you're seeing..
you and bakugo had a weird, for lack of better word, "relationship" going on at the moment. one would call it a situationship but you're still not 100% sure if it's even heading to that direction
it all started after the provisional license exams. the same night where he and deku had a brawl at ground beta. right after bakugo and deku got dismissed by aizawa, you bumped into him in the kitchen. obviously scared out of your wits that he was looking all beaten up, you brought him to the nearest bathroom to clean his cuts and bruises
since then you and him had found yourselves in this weird "relationship". sure, he's still the same bakugo you first met during the first day of classes. always brash and rowdy but when it was only the two of you.. he was.. a littler calmer than usual
to others, he was his usual explosive self but when it came to you, his tone would be a little softer. still, it's still rough around the edges but the subtle change is noticeable if you were a close friend of his
overtime, you and bakugo slowly became touchy with each other. there were lingering stares, lingering touches when you two were paired up to spar during training and what not
obviously with this sudden change of attitude towards you, the whole class noticed it. why were you getting treated differently by the king explosion god himself?
and before you even noticed it, you found yourself almost by his side at all times in the dorms. may it be in the kitchen where you're basically his second in command when he was in charge of cooking, in the lounge whenever everyone decides to have a little movie marathon or a little celebration, literally everywhere to the point everyone had made assumptions that you two have something going on
have you guys said anything about your little situation? no
have you guys shared a kiss? maybe
have you guys been caught holding hands? definitely. on multiple occasions
but nobody dared to question it. or else they would've been blown away by boom boom boy himself.
that is until, the girls found an opening which was tonight at yaoyorozu's room, in the middle of your slumber party
"i didn't mean to eavesdrop that one time but i overheard you giving him your notes when he was under house arrest for a few days" yaoyorozu sheepishly admits. she suddenly clasps her hands together and bows as she spews apologies for eavesdropping that one time
and like a domino effect, it seems like all the girls have noticed something about the two of you all along
"that reminds me! when we were practicing for the school festival, one time i saw bakugo teaching y/n how to play drums!" jirou quips
"did you guys notice the look on bakugo's face during the joint training with class 1-b when she got hit by gevaudan?! he was pissed!" uraraka adds
"don't think we didn't notice the look you have on your face whenever bakugo comes home from their remedial classes" hagakure teases
"god i've been dying to know! kirishima keeps telling me that he hears bakugo laughing to himself late at night at times now it's all clicking!" mina gushes
all this time you thought you and bakugo hid it well. then again it's like you two even had the chance to properly talk about whatever you two have going on
"so what do you have to say for yourself, y/n-chan? or cat got your tongue?" mina teases, nudging your shoulder
all the girls lean forward, awaiting for your answer
"... we're friends- yeah that's right! we're just friends you guys" you say awkwardly, scratching the back of your head as a nervous habit to top it all off
mina and hagakure don't buy it
"that's not very nice of you to deny your boyfriend like that" mina teases, poking you multiple times in hopes you break (you almost do)
not wanting to say anything else that could potentially jinx whatever you have going on with the blonde, you shrug. it might be a little embarrassing on your end to admit that you and the infamous bakugo katsuki were in a little dilemma you call a situationship
sensing that you weren't gonna budge anytime soon, mina moves on with the subject. talking about what quirks they wished they have from the class
you took this time to pull out your phone and send a little update to your.. friend
[9:24PM] you: so the girls asked me if i had a boyfriend.. [9:24PM] kitkats: and what did u say?? [9:25PM] you: i said no lol cus i dont have one [9:26PM] kitkats: ?? [9:26PM] kitkats: so am i just an arm accessory now or?
right before you were able to reply back, mina snatches your phone from your hands.
"no texting during the slumber party!" she yells, before taking a peek at who you're messaging
"give it back, mina!" you scream, trying to get your phone back to prevent her from reading what seems to be a new message from bakugo
"oh my god it's bakugo! wait let me send him a pic so he won't disturb our party" she squeals, taking a quick selfie of everyone with you looking all stressed out
"and.. sent!" she smiles proudly. after what seems like torture (it was only a few seconds) mina tosses your phone back to your hands before continuing on whatever you guys were talking about
not even a minute later, bakugo replies
[9:30PM] kitkats: raccoon eyes you better not set yn up with someone else when im literally right fuckin' here

i love my sister more than anything in this life, i will choose her happiness over mine every time.
-
bakugou katsuki and you, a relationship turned sour as you both headed into your first year of highschool, at two separate hero academies.
you’d been dating since your third year of junior high, and yet he had never come by to meet your family. although, you wouldn’t really want him to. natsuo, fuyumi and shouto were great, but your father was still stuck in his number one mindset.
he’d basically disposed of you once your quirk manifested, you took after your mother after all. your quirk, shrapnel, allowed you to produce and shoot shards of ice at your opponent, but you always ran cold as a result.
shouto, now he was exactly what your father wanted. you’d been allowed to play with your siblings growing up, allowed to do normal childhood things as you watched your twin brother get beaten down by your father. he’d come into your shared childhood bedroom in tears almost every night, and you’d be there to comfort him, every single time.
so when you’d gone to shiketsu to spite your father, you’d essentially split with shouto. developing your own life and your own personality.
all while dating his future classmate.
and when you and bakugou broke up, shouto was furious at the boy. but the blonde haired boy just chalked it up to todoroki being jealous.
until he saw you both side by side at the provisional licensing exam. he didn’t know how he missed it before, but you and todoroki looked exactly alike aside from his two-toned hair and your snowy white locks. the fact that your last name was your mother’s maiden name wasn’t helping him find out shouto was your brother.
you’d found bakugou as you were trying to outrun an entire class from another school, but what you didn’t expect was for bakugou to have a group with him.
an electric type was rather smart, despite the way he looked.
“hey, bakugou. she looks a lot like todoroki, right?” he just stared at you, still. until he smiled, his canines visible as you were frozen in place, your shiketsu cap lying on the ground next to you as you looked up from where you were sat on the ground.
he was planning to attack you.
he sent a cluster of explosions your way, was he trying to kill you?
a block of ice appeared, taking up the blasts force as your brother ran towards you, grabbing your hand and forcing you up.
“todoroki? what the hell are you doing, man?! she’s the enemy!” a spikey, red haired man was shouting at your brother who was currently dodging or deflecting every attack that was headed your way.
“she’s not the enemy, she’s my sister.”

You tend to Katsuki.
1k words
Tumblr media
You sat in the common room of the dorms making yourself busy at one of the tables studying. Absentmindedly you turned the pages of your book and scanned the materials, not actually digesting any of the information.
Secretly, you weren't concerned with studying. Your actual reason for hanging around the common room was to wait for Katsuki to come back. It was Saturday, which meant he was with Shoto at their supplemental classes to make up for not passing the provisional licensing exam.
Finally, after what seemed like too long, Katsuki came bursting through the door. An annoyed expression on his face as he turned to yell some obscenities back at Shoto.
Shoto followed him through the front door and Katsuki turned sharply away from him. It was apparent that Katsuki was eager to get away from the two-toned-haired boy.
Katsuki glanced over at you briefly but kept making his way through the common room. His cheek had a large bandage that was already turning crimson from whatever wound was on the other side.
You watched as the two boys split ways, Shoto made his way over to talk to Hanta and Katsuki vanished into the elevators to go up to his room.
You waited a moment before texting Katsuki.
[You]: That looks like a nasty cut. What happened?
[Katsuki]: I hate texting. Just come up.
You happily shut your book and rushed over to his dorm.
Knocking gently, you heard Katsuki's irritated yell on the other side, "Told ya already- just come in."
You opened the door and were met with the sight of him putting away the belongings he brought to the extra classes today. The bandage on his cheek being in better view, you could see that it was in desperate need of being tended to.
"That looks even worse up close," You stated.
"Tch- It's not even a big deal," he replied, downplaying the injury.
"How did it happen?" You asked.
Katsuki grunted as he finished putting away his stuff and sat down on the edge of his bed, "Some dumb ass training where we couldn't use our quirks. What the fuck is the point of that?!" He said irritated.
"Sounds like your worst nightmare," you laughed trying to lighten his mood. You fixated your eyes back on the bandage and the blood stain that now soaked through. "Why don't you let me change that for you?" You offered.
"HAH? I can do that myself idiot," he said being stubborn.
"I know you can but- I need practice. Tending to wounds is a part of hero work too, right? So- let me practice on you," you suggested, hoping that excuse would change his mind.
Katsuki thought for a moment before shrugging his shoulders in agreement, "First aid is in the bathroom cabinet," he said gesturing to the bathroom.
You rummaged through his cabinet to find another bandage and antiseptic ointment. "I don't think I've ever done this for someone else before," you stated as you came back into the room and sat next to him on the bed.
"It isn't hard," Katsuki huffed. Resting his elbows on his thighs as he kept his gaze straight forward giving you better access to his cheek.
You scooted closer and crossed your legs onto the bed to tend to his wound. "These classes have really been a pain for you, hu?" You asked, gently peeling away the soiled badge on his cheek.
Katsuki clicked his tongue annoyed by your comment, "It's nothing I can't handle!" He barked, eyebrows furrowed, and nose scrunched.
You giggled at his response, "Such a tough guy," you teased and squeezed some of the antiseptic ointment onto your finger. "You know- it can be both things. Something you can handle and a pain at the same time."
Katsuki opened his mouth ready to make another snarky comment when your finger met his wound. Any snide remark he had ready, vanished at the gentle way your finger grazed over his cut. Eyebrows softened, and shoulders dropped he let out a sigh.
The ointment stung, but he wasn't focused on that at all. Instead, he was focused on the way his heart rate increased the second you made contact with him. He hated it- but wanted more at the same time.
"What? Going speechless on me now?" You asked teasing his sudden muteness. You prepared the new bandage and got it ready to place over his wound.
"No," he grunted, voice lower than before. Another moment passed before he spoke, "The classes are a pain. God dam Icy Hot gets on my nerves. Acting like we're friends now just because we're in these shitty classes together. He makes everything a hundred times worse." Katsuki explained as you gently pressed the new bandage on to his cheek.
You smiled at Katsuki's honesty and decided to tease him further. "Wait- you mean he isn't your best friend? That's strange he's been telling everyone that."
"The fuck? Are you serious?" Katsuki asked, turning to you, his eyes catching yours. Noticing for the first time how close you really were to him, his cheeks flushed.
You smiled and a giggle escaped you. Immediately he recognized the amusement on your face. If it was anyone else, he'd blow a fuse but- with you, he was distracted by the way your smile lit up your eyes and the way your laughter forced him to smile too.
"Tch- brat. Don't mess with me like that," he said and playfully shoved your shoulder, causing you to laugh even harder.
"I'm sorry- I couldn't help it," you said in between giggles.
If you weren't laughing so hard maybe you would have noticed the soft smile Katsuki had or the way his cheeks warmed slightly.
"Whatever-," he said brushing off his emotions. "You eat yet?" He asked.
"Nope," you answered laughter subsiding.
"Good- let's go downstairs I'll make us something." He offered.

keigo x f!reader
warnings: slight manga spoilers, rimming, ass eating, handjob, spit, semi submissive keigo, office sex. 1.9k
for my dearly beloved @pastelle-rabbit
Tumblr media
Keigo has always had a tendency to take it as easy as he can, with fierce wings that was never a problem for him. A speed unmatched that allowed him to, even with constant fires to put out and criminals to stop, have a decent amount of free time on his hands.
Now he always seemed buried in paperwork and endless phone calls and text messages. Ever a man to take too much on his shoulders and he no longer possesses the ability to take to the freedom of the sky.
Now more than ever he seems like a bird trapped in a cage. You just want to relieve his stress, give him a moment of reprieve at the very least.
You heave a bereft sigh as you ride the elevator up the freshly repaired HPSC building. Tapping your foot against the expensive and unreasonable marble flooring of the lift, arms folded over your chest before the melodic ding signals your arrival.
Steel doors opening up to the pitiful sight of Keigo cradling his head in his hand as his elbow rests on the too big ornately designed dark oak desk. Piles of paperwork littering either side of his desk, the out part of the pile stacked high but still it pales to the size of the documents yet to be reviewed.
Budget expenditures, new agency applications, construction permits, zoning and rezoning requests, applications for new heroes and sidekicks from fresh UA graduates and preparing the provisional license exams for the first years for multiple hero academies.
Worst of all is Keigo is more than aware he could lighten his load if he had the time to find the replacements for the new board of directors he’s yet to appoint, Best Jeanist can only help so much in the interim. Keigo is also hellbent on never letting the association revert back to the system it was, the corruption and abuse it facilitated to new generations of heroes.
Determined to never let another person suffer the way Nagant and himself had. Extending his desires to the villains because Hawks would be remiss not to acknowledge that the association of the past had an equal if not greater hand as the individual heroes and civilians in creating the villains that spearheaded the war they’d won.
He doesn’t want anyone to suffer anymore, he doesn’t want to make child soldiers, that legacy dies with him.
“Angel,” you call with the affectionate pet name, figuring he’s visited so often by a range of employees that the bell is hardly a call for attention anymore. Tone a soft singsong that visibly brightens your fiancé.
Shoulders no longer sagging and his focus melts into delight at the sight of you. Broad smile spreads on handsome features that force the new scars on his face to stretch giving a sort of rugged look to him. He looks older beyond his years, you hope you can lighten the load.
“Hey dove, you didn’t tell me you were stopping by,” breezy as he pats at his pockets and lifts papers in search of his phone just in case you had and he’d missed the text. He's been slightly less readily available to you than he appreciates.
“I wanted to surprise you,” you close the gap just as he stands from his plush leather chair, rounding the corner as he pivots to receive you. “I can’t have you working yourself to death after surviving a war now can I?”
He chuckles at that, arms snaking around your waist as yours loop over his shoulders, both giving a chaste kiss in greeting. Keigo continues to hold you even after the fleeting contact, stealing one or two more before he sighs, “there’s a mountain of paperwork that would give Fuji an inferiority complex.”
You giggle over his playfully pettish tone, tinkling sound bleeding into boisterous laughter that’s music to his ears when you turn your head to see him petulantly push at the precarious stack. Precious pout on pretty lips you can’t resist as you steal another kiss of your own, cupping his face as you let this one linger.
Your free hand sliding over the short hairs of his undercut for your nails to scrape pleasantly at his scalp. Eliciting a moan and making his shoulders fall slack
“You need to relax more, Kei,” uttered against his lips as you move to the corner. Dotting affections along his cheek to his jawline before nipping at his pierced lobe, draping against him as your lips find the shell of ear to whisper hotly.
“Let me be the first to help you then,” tone taking on a sultry lilt as you litter his throat with slow brushes of your lips. Following the outline of the snaking scar that disappears beneath the collar of his suit. Nipping teasingly as you unfasten the first three buttons of his crisp dress shirt before sliding your hands into his jacket from his shoulders. Pushing the material down until Keigo shrugs it off his arms to crumple on the floor before you kick it away.
“You’ve been so tense lately Kei,” cooing softly as each touch continues to grow more heated between you both. You sigh when he hums lowly in response, pretty smile finding your lips as your palms smooth over his chest, “I hate to see you so wound up.”
Keigo is inherently receptive to your touch, chin tilting upwards to grant you better access to him as his fingers press into the small of your back in a bid to have you closer to him. His hand gently cups the slope of your shoulder for your attention, tucking his chin to take you for another kiss. Tongue swiping over the seam of your lips before you open your mouth to him, encouraging to press forward.
Pinning you slightly as his free hand moves to slide lower, pawing at the curve of your ass to the back of your thigh with intent to pull up your skirt and bunch it at your hips before you untangle from him to grasp at his wrists without breaking the kiss.
Keigo blinks blearily, somewhat confused and disoriented when you remove yourself from him as you caress his cheek tenderly. Gaze softening when he leans into your palm, “this is about you honey, not me.”
He takes care of you and everyone else enough, you think he’s more than owed a moment of selfishness.
Easily arranging him to reverse your positions, silently encouraging him to place his palms flat onto the table top as your hands find their perch on his hips. Pulling him towards you slightly before they slide forward on his pelvis. Stopping at his belt buckle as you undo it with ease, loosening it enough to dangle against his thighs before snapping the clasp of his slacks. Teasingly sliding the zipper down agonizingly slowly while your free hand slips beneath the band of his boxer briefs.
Simply feeling along the taut flesh before your other hand slips in on the other side. Working both his pants and underwear down while your cheek rests against his mid back, enjoying the way his torso expands with greater births of deep inhales. Reveling in the way he breathes when he’s relaxed but with a tinge of anticipation. It’s been so long since he’s treated himself to even a can of his favorite coffee, let alone an indulgence like this that’s sure to loosen every tense muscle in his weathered body.
You kick your leg out behind you while you palm over his steadily hardening length, cupping him gently while your foot hooks his chair. Pulling it to you until it hits the backs of your knees before you perch at the edge of the seat.
Deft digits encircling his semihard cock as you find a slow rhythm, pumping leisurely as you push his bottoms down until they pool at his ankles. Kissing the base of his spine as soft sighs hiss from his parted lips, supporting his weight on one arm as he tosses a glance over his shoulder at you.
Giggling to yourself when you press your thumb into his cheek to spread him slightly and he holds his breath when you lean forward. Golden gaze meeting your unwavering one as you lean forward, playfully sinking your teeth into the pliant muscle adjacent to the one your fingers massage at as he groans at the feel. A slight frustration to his anticipation but you won’t withhold from him any longer.
Tongue tracing teasingly around the puckered hole as your thumb messily spreads the pre that leaks from his tip already. Holding Keigo in place when he tenses at the sudden sensation despite how divine it already feels. Eyes rolling as he slumps slightly while you take care of your favorite hero.
Humming coyly before you lean forward, lips pursed as saliva gathers on your tongue before you push it forward past your teeth. Letting the glob fall as your thumbs hold him open for you before you chase your spit. Lewdly slurping as a pleased hum rumbles in your chest when Keigo slumps forward on his desk to submit to the pleasure you generously.
Papers scattering as he completely bends himself over the desk now, ass lifting slightly higher as his fingers grip at the edge of it before he bites a curled knuckle to stifle a moan.
“The walls aren’t s—shit— soundproof honey.”
You only hum in feigned concern as you continue to pump your fist down his twitching cock and lap lasciviously at him to force sinful sounds from the love of your life.
Working him easily and he truly must’ve been so much more wound up than you thought with how quickly he’s putty in your hands. Whole bodied trembles wracking through him as his hips buck helplessly into your fist.
Shuddering breathing increasing as you twist your wrist and your tongue delves past the tight ring of his ass. Enjoying how he steadily becomes unable to quiet himself, growing more vocal and desperate for release with every swipe and curl of your tongue.
Dual sensations nearly making him teary as the coil in the pit of his stomach winds tightly before it snaps all together. Throaty groan rumbling in his chest before it rips from his throat, body tensing as waves of white hot pleasure wash over him and still you work him through it.
Focusing more on tasting him than making sure he made a mess of your hand. Sticky ropes of pearly white dripping onto the floor beneath his desk while Keigo bucks helplessly into your fist until his gently takes your wrist.
Moving to stand up before the threat of overstimulation makes him oversensitive despite knowing that’s just what you want.
“Too much sweet dove,” voice tight as you relent to him, standing to drape against him and kiss his collarbones. Grinning at his heavy exhale as he pulls his pants up, groaning slightly when he sees the small puddle between his polished black wingtips.
“Ah, that’s an unfortunate mess,” though he chuckles about it as he buttons his pants and redoes his belt.
You glance downward to see what he means before you hiss on your inhale at the sight, glancing back up at him sheepishly with a cute shrug of your shoulders.
“Well.. you were saying you hated the carpet in here,” while Keigo lovingly swipes away spit from the corner of your lips as he chuckles.
“When you’re right you’re right dove,” kissing your forehead first as he pulls you closer, pressing you to his chest before his finger curls beneath your chin to give a lingering affectionate kiss, “let's head home. I’ll take a half day today.”

Reality Show: Pro Heroes Wives (Todoroki Shoto Edition)
There is a reality show where pro heroes' wives are on television and paid to be there. It is juicy gossip and pure drama. There are a few wives in this second season who were kept out of the spotlight which adds mystery and theories to be created about who they were married to.
The beginning of this reason already revealed which Pro Heroes Wives will be featured which is the reason why it has been a hot topic. There are some Pro Heroes who have kept their spouses out of their social media for numerous reasons. The Number 3 Pro Hero Shoto was one of them who kept the identity of their spouse under wraps. There were only a few people who knew about you being his spouse through private events such as parties
This week's episode was about the reveal of who was Pro Hero Shoto’s spouse causing fans to talk about the reveal. The mystery of who was able to capture the Heartthrob Hero. You had lost one of the challenges and had to give a clue of whom you were married to which was a reference at the very beginning of his journey of becoming a hero. He has now already changed that part of his costume to get rid of the name from children.
“My name is not five weenies.”
Within the house, people who didn’t already know the connection are having the hardest time making the connection. People who haven’t followed the Pro Hero Shoto from the beginning wouldn’t get the reference. Years have passed since that name was attached to his identity as a hero. It wasn’t something that could be searched through the internet, easily.
The culprit who ended up tweeting who it was referencing was a young child back then during the provisional exam for Pro Hero Shoto and Pro Hero Dynamite to get their licenses. The culprit is now working an apprenticeship at The Pro Hero Shoto agency. They had accidentally used their official account instead of their private account.
OfficalBing: “My name is not five weenies.” *attaches a very young-looking Shoto with his costume with circles around where the five weenies come from.* #ProHeroShotowife
The Pro Hero Chargebolt official account liked the tweet which is how it was blown up in a matter of hours. Fans search through the internet making connections to confirm it. There are a small number of pictures posted on social media of the two of you showing any sort of intimacy. The evidence of the five weenies was indeed Shoto that was dug up through the Pro Hero Chargebolt at the beginning of his account during his time at U.A High School. There was also a clip of an old interview with Shoto saying that same thing.
Overnight, the five weenies became a meme against the Pro Hero will, something he has tried to prevent from happening by changing that part of his costume.
Overall the Pro Hero confirms his fan's theories by posting a few pictures of the two of you kissing each other and a super old picture of his younger self kissing your cheek with a bewildered face. The two of you were huddled underneath a blanket on a couch with the sunset in the background.
At TikTok, The Pro Hero Pinky posts a collaboration of the two of you being cute in private events including clips of the pro hero having a smile while looking at you with so much adoration and love regardless of the setting.

Ochaco Uraraka and Katsuki Bakugou: Who saves heroes when they’re the ones in trouble?
Do ya’ll every think abt how Katsuki took over the “who supports/saves heroes when they’re the ones in trouble” plotline in the current arc, which Ochaco originally had? Yes, that question came to her first when she saved Izuku from the Blackwhip rampage with the help of Shinsou, and once more reflected on that said question with her speech to let Izuku in UA.
But the thing is, her attention has shifted from saving heroes (Izuku) to villains (Toga); even during her speech to save Izuku, she thinks of Toga’s smile and ever since then couldn’t stop pondering it—so much so that she had to voice out this dilemma to Izuku which, after talking to a bit, had her arrive at the same conclusion to save their respective villains.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Where does Katsuki come in this? Well, as seen from his development in the JT arc, a lot of it is centred around being willing to “be saved” and “save” as a hero towards other heroes. He acknowledged the save aspect of “win to save, save to win” and had therefore improved on his ability to lead a team and find compatibility in working with them (Also notice the placement of the texts lmao).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is a huge sign of improvement, as he used to despise the idea of being saved/helped cause he believed it to be a sign of weakness and vulnerability. Also, the “saving” aspect of heroism wasn’t something that came naturally to him, so instead he put most his energy into winning in order to compensate for it. It was huge character flaw that held him back in a number of ways. However, that flaw had began to unravel bit by bit as early as the final exam arc when he and Izuku had to work together, then the Kamino arc (where he took Kirishima’s hand), the provisional license exam arc (where he trusted Kirishima and Kaminari to win and save him) and had since been accelerated after Deku vs Kacchan pt. 2.
Further down the line, we have seen him grow into the belief that heroes save everyone, even other heroes. But as he’s been opening up to this idea, Izuku’s been closing himself off from this idea in relation to himself. His self-sacrificial tendencies, something Katsuki’s already aware of, were now worsened due to the duty and weight of carrying OFA. As he allowed himself to worry, it became clear to him that Izuku will not share his burdens unless someone insists their presence. Because of that, he’s made it his personal job to follow Izuku to war, catch up to his pace and match him, and make sure he doesn’t endanger himself (this is true before, during, and after Katsuki Bakugou rising).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Going back to Ochaco, it’s clear that both she and Katsuki’s focal point in the “saving other heroes as heroes” plot line is Izuku. The idea of them also being heroes who save heroes had been introduced in the same arc, which was during the JT arc. The difference is that Ochaco had mostly diverged from this plot line, while Katsuki has made it his main priority alongside winning (save to win), cause saving people is what paves the path to absolute victory. He even singles himself out as being the person who steps in when Izuku can’t handle it all on his own. Furthermore, he worked together with Izuku in saving All Might (both their childhood hero) to win against AFO.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So what gives? Why was Ochaco the person to introduce the question of who saves heroes, when Katsuki’s the one to pedal it in the final arc? Why didn’t Horikoshi stick with this motivation for Ochaco when it could’ve been used as an opportunity to make leeway for more romantic tropes concerning the main couple? Where the presumed heroine wants to save the hero, is closest to the hero, and becomes targeted by the villains. The answer is simple.
Horokoshi isn’t following a formula, and loves subverting our expectations.
Ochaco’s crush towards Izuku and former motivation of being the one to support/save heroes acted as a red herring to Toga. Her crush introduced the conflict of how to love others and yourself authentically, a conflict that’s central to Toga and Ochako’s fights all the way up to their final confrontation. Then the “who saves heroes” plot line is what put a crack in her imagine of hero society, a society who views heroes as infallible and abuses their selflessness, making people such as Deku—someone she had idolised for his heart and self-sacrificial traits—buckle under the weight of unrealistic expectations. Although this was important to the development of Izuku and Ochaco’s relationship itself, considering her speech which emphasised that she was one of the first people to truly support Izuku, it also made leeway for her to reflect on how hero society views villains, too. Then there she discovers that she wants to see Toga smile again, and find her among the crowd of happy faces in front of her.
Tumblr media
Katsuki, on the other hand, takes on the roles that were expected to be given to Ochaco on account of her ‘love interest’ status. He’s the person whose consistently been saving/supporting Izuku from the first to the last war, the person targeted by ShigAFO cause of his closeness to Izuku, the person that has known about OFA longer than his peers, and the person at the center of Izuku’s “control your heart” plot line. The choice for Katsuki to take on these roles weren’t made willy nilly, as the narrative makes sure time and time again to emphasise that his relationship with Izuku is unique, complementary, deeply personal, and intimate; they are two people who complete each other’s brand of heroism by having what the other doesn’t.
Anywho, that doesn’t mean his individuality as a character is diminished cause these roles are typically associated with lazer-focused-on-the-mc heroines. Remember, his biggest character flaw had to do with being too independent and hyper focused on winning. He was a hero who formerly had trouble with the concept of being saved and saving others, especially towards the person he had refused the hand of and despised all these years, so it’s impactful and telling of his character development to now be the one who outstretches his own hand to other heroes, notably to his classmates and All Might, and most importantly Izuku.
His journey is of reaching an understanding with the person he wronged and couldn’t understand due to the views hero society ingrained in him, and to save that person from themselves. It’s understanding that heroes such as him, Izuku, and All Might, no matter how much power they hold, won’t always win if they refuse saving and support; so far, his arc focuses on the humanisation of heroes. It’s not unlike Ochaco’s, Izuku’s, and Shoto’s, who want/wanted to reach an understanding and save the people they had despised and couldn’t understand due to the views hero society ingrained in them; their arc focuses on the humanisation of villains.
That’s why I’m hopeful about DvK3 happening, where it’s Katsuki’s turn to see and respond to Izuku’s inner turmoil, and save him by his words.
Anyways, I’m sure by now we’ve all reflected on the romantic implications the roles Katsuki takes on, so I think bkdk being implied canon isn’t far off. However, I’m still not sure on what kind of deconstruction/subversion Hori is aiming for—does he want to say that the tropes usually applied to love interests can be platonic? As to say that romantic relationships aren’t always the closest? Or is the rival the actual love interest, and the perceived love interest is not. We’re not sure yet.

There's a really great point that @sapphic-agent brought up about Bakugou's lack of character development, and it's that whenever the narrative is in a position to call him out for his fuck ups, it never happens.
Bakugou's stans love to insist that he's faced the consequences for his behavior and learned from his mistakes, except he really hasn't.
I'm not going to be talking about Aldera or even his bullying of Izuku at UA, but we all know how that worked out. I'm going to be talking about the other things that he's done.
He (and Kirashima) deliberately disobeyed Thirteen's orders to stay back and let her take care of Kurogiri, and as a result, she got distracted and was thus severely injured by him (no joke, I thought she died when I first saw that episode). Is this followed up on? No. Somehow, Thirteen is miraculously okay, and then it's on to the Sports Festival.
The Sports Festival is its own level of messed up, so I won't really get into that either, except we all know what happens and how it ends.
What I will be talking about is the Training Camp, and how instead of listening to orders to stay back at camp, Bakugou RUNS TOWARDS THE VILLAINS because he stupidly believes that he can take them in a fight. When Izuku, Shouji, and Todoroki find him and inform him that he's the target, he STILL TRIES BREAKING FREE SO HE FIND THEM. How does this end for him? His stupid ass gets kidnapped. He gets rescued, they all move on to the Provisional Hero License Exam, and this is where Bakugou FOR ONCE faces the consequences of his actions: he fails the exam due to his attitude towards the "victims".
Does he reflect on this? Absolutely not.
Instead, he whines about "being the reason All Might retired". Now, this would have been somewhat compelling if he actually reflected on WHY he was kidnapped. Instead, he makes it all about him and his ego. Rather than talking about how regrets serving himself up to the villains on a silver platter or WHY they would think he's villainous enough to join the LOV or why the media doesn't believe UA can get a handle on his behavior... he makes it all about his and Izuku's non-rivalry.
And how does this end? He throws a tantrum over not being chosen by All Might, and All Might comforts him and lets him in on One For All.
Tell me how Bakugou is supposed to have learned from this.

Characters: Midoriya Izuku x Female (Y/N)
If there's one thing anyone knows about Midoriya Izuku, it was that he was the sweetest boy in all of UA. His kindness and seemingly never-ending flow of support played a great part in your romantic interest in him, after all. Fueled by his oblivious encouragement, you surprised Midoriya with a date consisting of some of his favorite activities and merch to ask him out. He was a blushing mess and cried on the spot, sputtering acceptance between sobs. After being bullied for years and being fixated on his quirkless or now-quirk-filled body, he hadn't expected anyone to see him in such a light.
But the truth was that more than a couple did. You just happened to have the balls to get to him first.
It was unfortunate you weren't in his class. After learning about what happened at the Unforeseen Simulation Joint (USJ), you were quick to ask for his number that day in the cafeteria. His classmates' gushing made your insides swirl, but you continued, telling Midoriya you wanted to learn more about him. He--with a face as red as a tomato--happily gave it to you. Since then, you both messaged pretty often and went on a few hangouts outside of school. With trouble brewing about with villains, however, Midoriya had been messaging less, and you two haven't gotten to hang out as much.
Your classmates and even some students outside of class gushed about how lucky you were to have Midoriya by your side, but you knew there were at least a few that were jealous. Or at least you guessed. Though you displayed confidence about the security of your relationship to your friends, a part of you was anxious about him losing feelings. This was especially so now that he lived in a dorm with his entire class.
One day, you were leaving class when you heard your name being called. You turned to the right to find Midoriya in his school uniform, with his tie still not properly done, rushing over to you. His smile was beaming so hard, you would have been blinded if it were possible.
"Midoriya-kun, nice to see you," you greeted with a smile, ignoring the gushes of your friends as they hurried to leave you alone with your lover. "It's not often you come all the way to my class. What's up?"
"Oh--uh--I just missed you is all," he replied with a blush. One of his hands grasped yours. "It's been so hectic lately. I was thinking maybe...seeing you would make my day better. Can I walk you back to your dorm?"
You chuckled. "Better yet, why don't we go sit in the courtyard? I missed you too. Let's talk before we have to go back!'
"Really?! That'd be great! Yes please!"
You both headed to his dorm for your spontaneous date. His classmates waved upon noticing your presence, and a couple of the girls made noises that sent Midoriya into a blushing mess. His class has met you a few times, all of which you managed to squeeze in free time to be somewhere around them. Most of their welcoming aura, however, likely resulted due to Midoriya sharing cute pictures of you to them and gushing about how in love he was. At least, that was what you knew according to Mina Ashido.
Once you both settled on a bench, you stretched your arms. "Ah, it feels good to hang out again. Are you busy this afternoon?"
His smile fell a bit. "I am, unfortunately. I was hoping to ask you on a date, but I need to prepare for my Provisional Hero License Exam. It's really important."
"I know it's important to you, love. I don't know what hero would exist without one," you chuckled, ruffling his fluffy green hair. You reached into your bag and pulled out a bento box and a pair of chopsticks. "Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to finish the leftovers from lunch. Would you like to try some?"
"I'm okay, don't worry! You don't have much left, so you should eat them all."
"It's fine. You won't hurt me by trying my cooking again."
"I wouldn't want you to go hungry later because of that one scoop though. Oh! Hold on! I almost forgot!"
Your boyfriend dug through his backpack and withdrew a box of chocolates with an adorable red bow wrapped around it. As he undid it, he explained, "I was visiting the grocery store the other day when I ran into a student here at UA in their uniform still. I don't know why they were outside UA in their uniform since it's especially dangerous, considering the USJ attack. I was in my civilian clothes because of that. Maybe they were running a quick errand before heading back to the dorms? Um. Anyway, she saw me and ran away almost immediately. I was freaking out and wondered if I did something to offend her that badly, but then she came back while I was at the register with this box. She said she just bought it and wanted to give it to me."
The excitement you had for the chocolates faded away the more he spoke. Maintaining a smile the best you could, you took a piece of chocolate he offered and asked, "Why did she give you chocolates?"
"She said it was because I was cool and thought it could help me relax," he answered with a slight blush. You'd learned a long while ago that his blushes were prone to emotions of different kinds, but your stomach churned despite your brain acknowledging he was probably just flustered at the praise. "I said thanks and thought about giving it to you."
"Awww, that's...so sweet, love." You ate the chocolate and kissed his cheek. "Thank you for thinking about me, but it doesn't feel right for me to eat something meant for you."
He frowned. "Please? Do you not like it?"
"Oh, no! It's delicious. I just...."
"If you like it, don't hesitate to eat. Pretty please? I'll try your leftovers in exchange for you eating some more chocolate."
You rolled your eyes with a smile. "I just can't resist an offer like that from you, can I?"
The two of you spent the rest of the hour you had together chatting about classes and what else has been going on in your lives. It didn't take long to finish eating, and you both decided to conclude your meeting then. Once you both parted, your mind returned to the girl who gifted your lover the chocolates. Even as you tried to fall asleep, your heart was heavy while your mind conjured up different scenarios that endangered your relationship. Although you doubted that Midoriya would ever betray you, security wasn't set in stone. You two have been together for less than a year, and people could be unpredictable.
A few weeks went by. You and Midoriya privately celebrated the acquisition of his new license by enjoying dinner at a restaurant. The boy was all nerves, a cute sight. He'd never been on a date until he met you. Despite having been on several since then, a meal in a dimly lit, fancy location set such a romantic tone. You both shared a gentle kiss at the end of the night. Things were looking up for you two.
Until Midoriya came up to you with another gift from a girl.
And another.
One was flowers and another was an All Might keychain, both to celebrate his accomplishments thus far. Now, you didn't like thinking of yourself as the jealous type. It was smarter to acknowledge that those gifts were likely given with his well intent. But what bothered you was that not only was Midoriya not reassuring you, but he was also clearly oblivious. Despite knowing you needed to either talk to him or figure out how to dissolve your emotional conflict yourself, you opted for the second. It'd be less embarrassing for him to not know this side of you.
What made you sad upon thinking about it shifted into agitation when you were approached by a girl in one of the Support classes. You had just finished a mathematics test. After a night of cramming information, all you wanted to do was go to your room and take a fat nap. Alas, lunch was in the way, but you could use some energy. While you were in line, she tapped you on her shoulder.
"Excuse me, I hope this isn't too invasive to ask, but do you and Midoriya-san know each other personally?" she questioned, twiddling her fingers. "I've seen you two talk in the halls a couple times; that's why I ask."
You nodded. "Uh--yes. How come?"
"Well, I was wondering...um...sorry this is embarrassing."
You smiled and ushered her in front of you. She didn't have a lunch box and didn't reject your indirect offer to enter the line. "It's okay. You can tell me."
"Thank you, thank you." She bowed before taking a deep breath. "Do you know if he has a girlfriend?"
Your heart dropped. "Oh. Are you interested in him?"
She nodded, hands shooting to cup her cheeks. "Yes! I've been admiring him for a while. I saw this other girl give him flowers and was wondering if those two might be together. Maybe I lost my chance..."
"Oh, no. Um. They're not dating."
"Really?!"
"Yeah. Me and him are."
Her eyes grew as wide as saucers as she let out a gasp. "You?! Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. I didn't know."
You chuckled. "It's fine, really. We haven't had much time to see each other during school, so he's been without me lately. Otherwise, we hold hands sometimes."
"Aww, that's so cute! Congratulations!"
You were grateful she was such a kind girl, but it unsettled you how sought after your boyfriend really was. It made you wonder at night if he received even "closer" treatment from his female classmates. It irked you. It ate at you. It made your stomach flip to think about too much.
Your last straw came on what was supposed to be a happy day. Classes were preparing for the school festival, an event you'd been dying to participate in. If any Japanese school's festival was meant to be eye-catching, then UA's was bound to be one of--if not--the best. Midoriya had been messaging you about Eri, a child he'd saved during his internship with Pro Hero Sir Nighteye. You were relieved to hear both he and the girl were safe. He promised to make up for your worries by giving you the "best festival experience ever!"
You were really looking forward to it until the day you came over to his class while they were building their set outside. His peers invited you over to help, but it ended up being the guys encouraging you to sit and catch up with Midoriya while they handled the heavy work. Urakaka, a sweet soul, gave you a glass of lemonade along with the rest of the class.
As you two talked, a notification from Midoriya's phone made him reach for it out of his pocket. He smiled and showed it to you. "I almost forgot. Do you remember the girl who gave me flowers?"
Your lips tightened into a smile. "Yes. What about her?"
"She came by my class last week and asked for my number. I gave it to her, and we've been making great conversation! She's nice and really encouraging. And guess what? She also collects All Might figures!" He leaned forward with sparkles in his eyes. "She invited me to come to an All Might event at the mall! I didn't even know one was happening! Isn't that cool?"
"Yes, dear. Does she know you have a girlfriend?"
"Um. Not yet. The topics of our talks have been on All Might, classes, and other stuff. Not about relationships."
Without wasting a second, you set your glass of lemonade on a table, stood, and walked away.
Midoriya called your name and raced over to you, but you yanked his hand off your shoulder and continued storming away from your boyfriend. Your chest quaked as tears escaped your eyes. You wiped them away to avoid unwanted attention, though you were likely already getting it from the distancing chatter of Class 1A. Even though you should probably have let your classmates know you were turning in for the day, you stormed all the way to your room and locked yourself inside. Sobs escaped your mouth at last. Throughout the rest of the day, your phone buzzed with messages and missed calls from the green-haired boy, but you didn't have the energy nor desire to answer them. A couple classmates came to check on you, but they got the hint to give you some space after a small talk.
You knew you couldn't avoid the situation long, though. When you woke the next morning, you turned on your phone to find apology after apology from Midoriya. He begged to see you and talk, and he apologized for bringing up another girl into the conversation. You sighed and messaged for the next time he'd be available to meet privately. He messaged back immediately that he can come over to your dorm as soon as possible. You hesitated before replying that he can come over in the afternoon and sent directions to your room. He'd never been to your dorm before, but luckily, it was a weekend, and you were sure your classmates wouldn't mind him coming over after they noticed your gloomy demeanor.
Time seemed to pass in the blink of an eye while you readied yourself and your room for his arrival. A knock sounded on your door, and you opened it to find Midoriya holding a bouquet of your favorite colored flowers.
You let out a heartless laugh. "Is this one from another girl?"
He sucked in a breath of air and bit his lip. "No. This one is for you. Can I please come in and talk to you, (Y/N)-chan?"
"Sure." You stepped aside and gestured him to sit on the bed. He did so after handing over the flowers, their sweet smell tickling your nose. As much as you wanted to bury your head in his display of affection, you set the bouquet on your desk and sat next to him. "Hon, I'm sorry for walking off so suddenly yesterday, but we need to talk."
He nodded. "I know. I know what I did wrong."
"What did you do wrong?"
"I..." His eyes fell to your lap. "I kept on accepting gifts from other girls, and I let them get too close to me. I talked with Mina since she seemed to know more about relationships than I do, and she told me that...I wasn't really good at making myself look taken. She was there most of the time when those other girls came up, except for the one with the chocolates. She told me I should have rejected those gifts."
"Do you believe her?"
"I...I do, but I don't want to be mean to those girls."
"I understand. I do, really," you told him, resting one of your hands on his. "But it's not as much the fact you're accepting their gifts that makes me upset."
"It's not?"
You hiccupped and wiped your eyes with your other hand. "Whenever you tell me about these interactions, you never tell me you love me right after, or that I'm your only girl. Gifts are sweet, but letting another girl have your number AND not telling her you have a girlfriend already right off the bat is too far! You know, this one time at lunch, this girl came up to me asking if you had a girlfriend. It hurt a lot. Not because I don't think you'd be a good boyfriend, but it hurt knowing that if she were to make a move, you'd probably accept it."
Midoriya moved your hands aside and cupped your face in his hands. He kissed your tears, despite needing to wipe a few tears of his own. "I'm so sorry, (Y/N). I'm sorry. I'll do better, I promise. I'm sorry for hurting you so much. From now on, I'll make sure you know you're my only girl. I'll make sure the world knows. I promise. I love you, my dear."
"I love you, Izuku," you cried, wrapping your arms around his neck. "Please don't leave me for anyone else."
"Never. I promise."
He held you for a moment before pulling you away. Your lovely boyfriend wiped your tears with a gentle smile, a gesture you couldn't help but smile back at even as your face was a mess. Impatient for more of his affection, you pulled him for a kiss on the lips.

"Hey, did you read about that scandal Deku-kun got dragged into?" Uraraka questioned as she removed her hero gear. Her shift had finally ended, and she was more than ready to clock out of work.
Jiro shoved her jacket into her locker and yanked out her civilian backpack. "Yeah, I don't know why that one tabloid company keeps bringing up 'anonymous' accusations against him. We both know how head-over-heels he is for (Y/N). They're married, for fuck's sake."
"I can't imagine Deku-kun cheating on her. I guess we're all bound to get into a scandal of some sort since we're basically celebrity-level popular." Urakaka sighed. "I'm terrified to find out what scandal I'll get into."
Jiro bumped her shoulder with a grin. "As long as you're honest, you'll be fine! Now come on! The others are waiting for us for lunch. Kirishima texted me the address."
Urakaka changed as swiftly as she could. Then, she and Jiro got into the latter's care and drove to the restaurant. Every now and then, members of UA's former Class 1A planned a hangout for those who were available. Last time, the location was a western-styled buffet. This time, it was a casual ramen shop.
"There you two were!" Kirishima cheered, pointing his bottle of soju as the pair as they entered. "I was worried you guys would cancel last minute."
Jiro rolled her eyes, dragging an excited Uraraka into the seat beside her own. "Please, I have some manners. Pass me a bottle. I'm pooped."
"Are you sure you don't want to eat before drinking?" (Y/N) passed her a steaming bowl of ramen. "We ordered some to have them ready as you guys came. It's delicious!"
"Well, if you insist."
"Thank you, (Y/N)-chan!" Uraraka exclaimed as she started shoving her face with noodles. After swallowing, she looked around the shop. "Where's Deku-kun? He's usually here with you during our hangouts."
You chuckled. "Yeah, but he told me to go ahead of him. Have you guys seen the new issue of that one tabloid we talked about a couple days ago?"
Jiro scoffed. "Yeah. I was shocked when you sent the link in the groupchat. I got a magazine later that day before work just to make sure it was real. The audacity."
"I don't get the point of bringing up this drama," Kirishima stated with a frown. "Midoriya's so honest. If anyone were to do any cheating, it absolutely could not be him. Imagine! Midoriya, the cheater?! Japan would go insane!"
Uraraka laughed. "I think 'insane' is a bit of a stretch."
"I don't think so!"
You shook your head with a laugh at your silly friends. "Izuku saw the tabloids too. That's why he's not here with me right now. He wanted to go to the company himself and talk to the person who's making up such things."
Uraraka's jaw dropped. "Can he actually make them stop?"
You shrugged. "I'm not sure, but I think getting an earful from the Number One Hero is enough to intimidate any person out of gossip."
Just then, the shop's bell rang. All heads at the table turned to the entrance to see a built man with a bouquet of roses in one hand and a small box in the other. His eyes lit up upon seeing the group.
He rushed over to you guys, laid the items on the table, and embraced you tightly. "There's my darling! Hey guys!"
"I wanna hug too!" Kirishima pouted, Despite it being a joke, Midoriya laughed and squeezed him into a hug as well. The two were balls of positive energy even years later. After Kirishima let him go, he scanned the items. "Wow. You make me feel so single."
"I'm sorry! That wasn't my intention! I just felt so terrible after reading those tabloids; I couldn't shake my mind from (Y/N). I just had to get her something."
Uraraka held the bouquets, feeling the petals. "Remind me to never settle for a man who's less of a husband than you."
"What?! I'm just doing my best! It's nothing much!"
"It's everything, love," you reassured, kissing your husband on the cheek before opening the tiny box on the table. Upon seeing the gem, you rolled your eyes and lightly punched him. "Again with the bracelets?!"
"But this one is totally your color!" Midoriya pouted. "Try it on! Please!"
After doing so, you couldn't help but roll your eyes once more. "Okay. You didn't lie, but you still have to save your money."
He kissed your forehead. "Spending money on you is the best kind of spending."
You absolutely adored him.
Jiro tugged at your shirt. "Hey, lovebirds, why don't you guys kiss tonight and eat now? The food is getting cold."
Midoriya's face exploded red. "Sorry, sorry! Eating now!"

My Hero Academia: Ambush Simulation AU - Provisional License Exam Pt 2
Part 1
Still the phone convo:
Shouto: All joking aside--
Touya: I never joke about a rumble.
Shouto: All joking aside, I guess you can finally tell me how your exam went.
Touya: ...I suppose I could.
Shouto: ...
Touya: They make you do the thing with the targets?
Shouto: Where did you place yours?
Touya: Everyone in the Vanguard clustered them around their stomach. Figured that's the part of the body everyone instinctively tries to protect when threatened.
Shouto: That's a good point. During that phase, I also found one area where I need to get stronger.
Touya: Yeah?
Shouto: When I went off on my own, I ran into a group of guys from another school. They attacked me with projectiles made from tungsten and I couldn't even scratch it. I need to work on my heat output.
Touya: ....
Shouto: You still there?
Touya: Shouto, do you know the melting point of tungsten?
Shouto: ...no.
Touya: Guess.
Shouto: Just tell me.
Touya: I want to hear you guess.
Shouto: *sighs* 1400 Celsius?
Touya: That's steel. Higher.
Shouto: 1800?
Touya: Titanium. Higher.
Shouto: ...2000?
Touya: You're not even close.
Shouto: What is it?
Touya: The melting point of tungsten is approximately 3400°C. Even I can't melt it, and I'd probably kill myself if I tried.
Shouto: It's that high?
Touya: Highest melting point of the known metals, and twice the temperature a blue flame can reach. And you should know by now orange flames only go up to 1200° max and white are 1500° max, so you couldn't even melt my piercings. Take my advice and stick to something manageable. Like copper and iron. Maybe work your way up to steel eventually. But leave tungsten alone, okay?

First things first, it's clear from the paneling that this arc was going to focus on Kirishima. Throughout this conversation, the panels kept cutting back to Kirishima's reaction even when he wasn't given any dialogue. Horikoshi did the same with Shouto at the beginning of the Provisional Licensing Exam Arc.
Second, are Amajiki and Nejire implying that Mirio created a villain? He clearly caused someone to become so distraught they left the hero course. But the "and caused all sorts of trouble" sounds like this person did more than just quit.
It's also worth mentioning that Mirio's over the top shows of force were resulting in an opposite reaction compared to All Might's shows of force. All Might inspired countless people to go into heroics. Albeit, he did inspire at least one villain (Stain). And All Might's behavior led to complacency in some heroes. But Mirio's shows of force up until this point only suppressed other hero hopefuls.

I think that there’s a fundamental misunderstanding of what exactly is…happening with Izuku’s character. Specifically in regards to chapter 425.
I’m glad that a lot more people generally recognize that Izuku is not a character that can be read at a surface level, given that he’s both a repressed person with built up emotion of basically everything and also a very glaringly HUGELY unreliable narrator, but that doesn’t necessarily mean I agree with the ways I’ve seen this most recent chapter spoken about.
I see posts, comments, etc with ideas like “Izuku don’t suppress your emotions! Open up with people! It’ll be okay I promise!” When that’s fundamentally not what is happening here.
There’s always always ALWAYS been a distinct difference in character throughout horikoshi’s writing when he is showing that a character is:
A—Avoiding emotions, thoughts, ideas less than ideal for them. Not opening up when they probably should about their problems given that they’ve been handed the space to do so. Just genuinely not acknowledging, feeling, or expressing emotions that they don’t want.
B—Reflecting on the ways they feel about the world, themselves, or other people given their new perspective on a situation. Not outright reaching out to others to talk about these problems/feelings, but instead waiting until the moment they feel they have the most confidence to do so with their new outlook on their own life.
And genuinely, guys, to grab your BkDk attention rn, this is the exact reason why Ochako’s reflection on her feelings for Izuku and thereafter decision to pull away from them WAS NEVER GOING TO END IN OCHAKO EXPLODING WITH HER LOVE FOR HIM.
This was another common interpretation I saw of Ochako and Izuocha for a long time. That because she pushed these feelings away, they were somehow going to explode in this unbelievable way and she would “get the boy” because of it. That her arc would surround accepting her romantic feelings and that she can’t just push away how she feels for a career.
But yk. That didn’t happen. At all. Nowhere close even.
The same kind of goes for Katsuki, allmight, etc. They all had moments in their arc where it was spent genuinely reflecting, and the only reason we as the audience never connected it in the same ways we do ochako or Izuku was ALWAYS BECAUSE the narrative showed their inner thoughts while doing so (mostly because Allmight’s arc after losing OFA and Katsuki’s arc on what it means to be a hero were so intrinsically tied, both starting at the same time and ending at the same time during the final war. And because they were so tied this caused their own reflections, development, and thought process to be broadcasted to us frequently throughout their arcs… to each other. They also somewhat shared aspects with Izuku, but these were cherry picked more often than not, like dvk2 for example).
To us Katsuki never seemed to be.. idk, suppressing his anger in any way because we were always told what he was doing and why (side note: this is why I’ve always thought arguments against Katsuki were so weird, bc unlike characters like endeavor or Ochako he wasn’t like… hiding who he was and how he was changing. Ever. Like the audience knows at all times past basically season 3 what Katsuki is thinking and doing. Like how do you watch this happen, stare me dead in the eye, and tell me how much of a terrible and awful teenage boy he is. Like damn I didn’t think we were this dumb. This is also my theory as to why he’s most popular, his arc is very… in your face if that makes sense). Katsuki’s entire mini arc on reflecting his mistakes and his childhood and his future is spent TELLING YOU that it’s what he’s doing. (I’m referring mostly to the endeavor internship arc, the provisional license exam makeup, and basically everything in the war arc related to him leading up to bakugou Katsuki rising here)
And see, Horikoshi will stare you dead in the eye, tell you “this girl has taken into consideration that she doesn’t want to waste her time training her career focusing on a boy because he kinda caught her fancy”, and y’all will still say that this will explode in her face.
Y’all this is a series about learning how to manage emotions, maturity in relationship to one’s emotions, how to feel an emotion, but in a way that is helpful. Horikoshi isn’t telling you “go buck wild, feel everything all the time and always express it”, in fact he explores why you DONT do that! Through Toga or Shigaraki, they show how grief and anger can genuinely consume you. But he also shows why you shouldn’t just put everything in a box to never look at or acknowledge, or why you shouldn’t just let your grief destroy the world around you, or pretending that some emotions simply don’t exist.
I can’t say this enough, so let me say it now, mha is about the extremes of your psyche. That you should control something, but not too much. Everything can be harmful. Everything can be good.
Izuku is not controlling too much, he’s expressing just enough.
I LOVE shaming this dickhead at all times in all my posts. I love saying he’s an ignorant dipshit with a weird amount of distaste for a girl who just confessed to him. I’ve joked that chapter 348 is basically an entire chapter spent on Izuku calling Himiko a mean dyke. And yet I also believe he’s doing nothing WRONG here.
In fact, I’ll even say that this moment right here?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ISNT EVEN IZUKU DOING THE SOCIALLY APPROPRIATE THING ABOUT IT! But he’s still TRYING to reach out to someone he thinks MIGHT be able to understand. (And frankly, this moment is far deeper than what it’s being made out to be, to me it reads more like an unrequited friendship that Izuku both desires and has thought of them to have, while simultaneously showing the distance Ochako has successfully wedged between them for her own sake. Maybe it was always there though, maybe in weird, miscommunicated Horikoshi fashion, this is a representation of how Ochako always read all those “fun friend hangouts” as a little more than that, and without those feelings the friendship never really held any substance to her in the first place. Where Izuku saw his first real friend at UA, she saw little more than acquaintance)
Simultaneously, Izuku is genuinely reflecting on what it means for the world to change, to be a hero, to live after loss—and trying and failing to gain the connection he desires from individuals who can not and will not afford him that.
Izuku is ready for the world to change, a few select characters are also ready for the world to change (mirio, for example), but not nearly enough are. So maybe I’ll have to take this back if I’m proven wrong and I accidentally looked into this far past what everyone else did for no reason, but I genuinely believe with moments like this
Tumblr media
And this
Tumblr media
Aand this
Tumblr media
That Izuku has come forward with that aspect of his character development. He’s reflecting on his new beliefs, not repressing his emotions for them.

USJ Arc
The stuff with the reporters goes the same. But I like to imagine that instead of just shooting them away, Aizawa loses his temper with them a little because the press agitates him. He also isn't fond of them recording his students because, y'know, I'm trying to make him somewhat decent in this.
I'm actually gagging at Aizawa telling Bakugou to stop wasting his talent because wtf I don't remember that
Aizawa scolds Bakugou for not being mindful of his quirk and Izuku for injuring himself, similarly to canon. He also berates Mineta for abandoning his teammate and being lazy. He commends Momo, Todoroki, and (to her surprise) Uraraka for their well-earned victories. Though, he does tell Uraraka that her combat needs work.
Aizawa allows 1A to vote for their class representatives like in canon. But unlike canon, Izuku votes for Yaoyorozu, which gives Yaoyorozu three votes and Izuku two. He thought about voting for himself like everyone else, but decided against it because he doesn't picture himself as a ready to be a leader. He remembers Yaoyorozu detailed plan and thinks she would be a better fit. But he's surprised that he did get two other votes (from Uraraka and Iida respectively).
The rest of the episode/chapter goes the same. Iida successfully deescalates his panicking peers and Izuku acknowledges that he's better to help lead their class. So Yaoyorozu remains 1A's representative while Iida becomes the vice representative.
(One thing I find interesting about Izuku's actions in canon is that he voted for himself, but didn't think he would win and is nervous when he does. He doubts himself as a leader, which isn't wrong. Izuku tends to let a lot of things pass him by. But we see in the USJ- and the provisional licensing exam- that he has no issues taking charge. I think this is for two reasons: a) he's way more likely to act if someone's in danger or needs help and b) he waits for someone to look to him to lead. Tsu and Mineta needed him to tell them what to do, so he easily steps up. It's basically leading his peers through a dangerous situation versus controlling/directing a group.)
The USJ trip doesn't undergo any major changes, I would say. Most things are still the same.
Tsu watches how Izuku easily takes charge, plans, and gets Mineta to start whining and wonders why he gave up being vice rep, only for him to start muttering which creeps her out. She remarks that he has no issues navigating people through danger, but notes that his social skills need work. Izuku stumbles a bit, but internally acknowledges that she's not wrong.
With Bakugou and Kirishima, instead of blindly admiring him, Kirishima actually clashes a bit with Bakugou. Because he feels as though their actions were what gave Kurogiri the opportunity to scatter them before Thirteen could suck him in. Bakugou refusing the acknowledge that leaves a bad taste in his mouth. He tells Bakugou that he likes his strength and grit, but that his attitude is immature and "unmanly." Bakugou snaps at him that he doesn't care what he thinks goes after Kurogiri since he's where the villains are coming from. Kirishima still follows after him partly because he thinks Bakugou is right to attack the warp villain and partly because he thinks they should stick together.
I don't feel the need to change everything else. EXCEPT regarding Tomura when he goes on the spiel that All Might calls out as bullshit, he doesn't confirm that it is, nor does he deny it.
I think that Tomura DOES actually believe that to some degree, because those are things that AFO has told him. I think he's just repeating what he's heard, which is justification for the things AFO has done/endorsed. However, I do think that All Might was right calling him out as craving violence. Tomura at this point is an overzealous child. He doesn't have a goal other than kill and destroy hero society.
But- at least for this story- he doesn't know why hero society is corrupt. I wonder if that will change soon.
(foreshadowing)
Notes:
I struggled so hard with this arc, which is why there aren't major changes to it. But there also aren't too many issues with it, in my opinion
If you can't tell, I'm still deciding whether or not I want to redeem Bakugou. But I still think either way that Kirishima should be put-off by his rotten attitude, even if he does admire his tenacity
I never noticed until I reread, but Izuku really did inspire Mineta in this arc. I've noticed Mineta's early characterization wasn't nearly as abysmal as he was in the middle of the series. Horikoshi even made a note about not overdoing it with his pervyness (he failed)
Izuku is a very awkward bean, so I have no qualms about not making him rep or vice rep. I think it's a testament to his character that he can take charge during a threat but totally clams up in front of people
I love Iida, but let's be real Momo was robbed of her presidency. I think Iida's a great rep in canon, but this was the start of Momo getting screwed
I was gonna change Momo, Kaminari, and Jiro's fight, but I decided against it because I don't want to turn Momo into a Mary Sue. Her freezing and being unable to think on her feet is something I really wanna get into
I'm very excited for the Sports Festival :)

Chapter 425
Tumblr media
Wow... how normal all of a sudden. A high scholl graduation Plus Ultra
Lots of hairstyles have been changed
Tumblr media
UA's graduation is just a straight up concert. Mic's all dressed up, living his best life
All the groups of students being labelled with varying degrees of acceptance of UA's weirdness
Tumblr media
Nezu being so important on a global scale is just... that's how this school manages to exist in the way that it does.
Tumblr media
When literally the entire crowd(at least the ones who know him) is surprised that he's acting serious.
I'm just glad that he was wearing his hero costume under his school uniform and didn't end his high school career flashing the entire student body
Tumblr media
Good bye to the sparkly Frenchman... are his parents facing legal consequences? There's still questions unanswered about the whole situation surrounding him
Tumblr media
Of course he's still carrying cheese and... break dancing?
Wow. They already knew Shinso was joining the class, he joined when Midoriya was gone, but now that he's replacing Aoyama instead it's important? At least finish saying goodbye. Look at how sad he is
Wait. How did Shinso get a provisional license? There's no way the Exams were being held during the war. Was it just an emergency licensing so they could 'legally' use him for the war? More questions even as we approach the end of the series
Tumblr media
Mineta has a valid statement here... but Eraser, keep that hold on him.
WHY ARE STUDENTS IN CHARGE OF ANYTHING? WHY IS A SINGLE SCHOOL'S STUDENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR NATIONWIDE RESORATION EFFORTS? WHY ARE THE ADULTS INCOMPETENT?
Tumblr media
All for One didn't come to power because there was no symbol... he came to power because the entire world was in upset as literal superpowers started becoming a thing, and he took advantage of that.
All Might as a single pillar actually helped All for One rebuild his resources by fostering a sense of complacency.
HORIKOSHI WRITE CONSISTENLY 2K24!
Tumblr media
Oh? So Toga just vanished into thin air after giving Uraraka a blood transfusion, but somehow, fucking somehow, Touya(possibly) survived his suicide bombing.
*very tired sigh*
Sure, why not? Izuku couldn't save Shigaraki, but Touya may have survived. Then again, there's that one mysterious person, I didn't bother to include an image of, that some people are hoping is Shigaraki somehow so... who the fuck knows at this point?
I feel like I'm somehow being punished for sticking with the series this long
