So guys, i am turning 29 in a month and let’s be real my body is not what it used to be! Despite me working out 4times a week, fasting, and paying attention to what i eat, i can feel my body weakening in way. Not that i don’t feel healthy but I’m still having some back pain, less energy, and just like feeling my body more. And that is normal.

yesss let's get this thing started!
1) this is honestly a hard one just because there are so many I like! On the face of it (and going by the pairings in my Ao3 work) I'm tempted to say Elidibus and the Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy XIV, but I hesitate simply because I really liked a previous iteration of the character. XIV is an mmo so they regularly release more story and I don't like how they developed my man in a suddenly different direction lol. So I think my final answer would be The Red Prince/Sebille. (Dror Ragzlin/Tav is an incredibly close second to that. Both have very few works on Ao3, it's just that the Red Prince swaps effortlessly between being a complete gentleman and being a terrible brute. He's just got this fantastic style and I love it LOL)
2) I would rate Dror Ragzlin/Blurg as 8.5/10. Probably the same as I'd rate Omeluum/Blurg, actually, they're both really good but they're really different. I really like Dror/Blurg for how they represent acceptance and rejection of hobgoblin society, norms, and expectations. It introduces a really interesting tension to their relationship, something they have to work around (and eventually work through). They also have a little of the grumpy/sunshine trope; I don't know if Blurg is exactly sunshine but he's curious, easily excitable, and (I headcanon) optimistic so I think it counts!
I headcanon Blurg as a good bit older than Dror, so there's also this tension between "respect your elders" and "for fuck's sake man you're a scientist, not even a fighter!" Putting Dror in a situation where he's conflicted between what he's been taught and raised in and what he can see (not just the value of Blurg's resource, how food and medicine gathered locally can supplement supply chains and boost an army but the way he comes alive, the passion and fervor with which he talks about mushrooms. Makes him crazy. I headcanon that Blurg has to learn not to info-dump if there isn't a bed or other comfortable place to fuck nearby because his back and knees aren't what they used to be LOL.)
I'm also very keen on the "Dror was injured and nursed to health by Blurg" angle so with his being vulnerable physically I headcanon he would be afraid to be vulnerable emotionally (at least until he heals some physically and trust develops between them). Blurg can be gentle and open enough for both of them (lucky Dror) but if he didn't understand the fear beneath his growls and gruffness, the concern of losing face or worse, it would never work out. Dror needs either someone as casually violent and ambitious as he is or the opposite, a complement like Blurg.
(I'm realizing that Dror would likely get on very well with Urdnot Wrex. And that I forgot to add Mass Effect characters to my ship list. Oops lol)
I also love the idea of, at some point when Dror is as healed as he'll ever be, something going wrong or some attack targeting Blurg. And how Blurg would feel to see Dror without a single thought (as usual...) throw himself between danger and Blurg. It would redouble his appreciation (and worry!) to see Dror in action, and specifically in a protective role rather than as an aggressor. Blurg tenderly caring for the scratches and bruises he gets in that situation. Dror protesting he's fine, he doesn't need a nursemaid (but secretly loving the attention). The lovemaking afterward. GAH! It's just so good lol.
3) The first song that comes to mind for Dror Ragzlin/Andrek is Liar Liar (Wasteland Monarchy) by Kamelot.

Dror doesn't have to go back to the goblins if he doesn't want to, Andrek doesn't have to go back to his former master. Especially now that he's learning necromancy (and other spells ofc) just fine on his own :3 (For clarity it's "master" in the sense of master and apprentice, this is the guy who took him in as an orphan. Not the best guy and not just because he's a necromancer, but not an actual slaver.)

For the Red Prince/Sebille, I think she's one of the few people who could convince him to give up his throne entirely. Not just convince him that he might fail at trying to take it back (and we all know in the game of thrones, you win or you die lol), but to give up on wanting it. As someone who suffered at the hands of his kin it already had to take a lot for them to forge a true bond and relationship. He couldn't ever win her heart without renouncing his people's (and especially his House's) reliance on and treatment of slaves. Once he's that far it doesn't seem that much further to accept that anything he does to reclaim his throne by force will only end up reinforcing the status quo. He won't be in a solid enough position to rock the boat that much. So why not chuck it all? They can explore the world - and I headcanon that after being sequestered in the Forbidden City up until his exile he would have a hunger to travel more. There's a lot more to Rivellon than his teachers bothered to tell him, and he wants to see it. And if anyone recognizes him there's an opportunity to start changing minds and attitudes from the ground up, to see he's bonded to an elf with a slave scar. (And of course depending on the ending, one of them might be the Divine, which is even more fun. Probably Sebille, if he's managed to recognize his biases and shortcomings enough to form a true bond with her.)
For Dror/Blurg, I headcanon that Blurg would find ways to include Dror in his work. At first probably just "oh my hands are full, could you move that for me?" but slowly progressing to things like grabbing readings or watching for something to bloom or wither. Always framed as assisting Blurg so Dror doesn't even realize he's doing science until he's been doing it for years lol. Though I also think if Blurg tries to get him to make a hypothesis or conclusions from those observations he'd just get snarly. (Whether he could answer it or not, of course. It's just a little too much science for him!)
For Dror/Andrek I like the idea that their association ends up helping Dror to actually be glad he got severed from the Absolute. (Certainly by the time they destroy her, but even before.) Originally he was all-fired to be her right hand man, but once he realizes she's not just a squiddie but basically the head squiddie he finds himself kind of adrift. Andrek ends up being his anchor then, and slowly he gets over the idea of being the leader of a warband and starts considering career choices that make it easier to keep Andrek at his side. And if Andrek had to throw in with goblins to stay with Dror he probably would, but he wouldn't particularly enjoy it. (Plus I headcanon Dror starts to really appreciate having more privacy lol.) They'd make a great pair of mercenaries, perhaps, or even just regular adventurers. Fewer scruples than most, admittedly, but Andrek being able to raise the star witness of murder cases and Dror being his protection detail in essence means they'd have options for sure. And I headcanon that in the end Dror finds himself actually happy. Having fun, doing what he wants to instead of just what's expected of him. And getting some good ass too of course.

Where They’re Found:
Thick-billed parrots live mostly in Mexico’s Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range. They were presumably once abundant representatives of high-altitude pine forests, where they persist to this day in much smaller numbers due to the destruction of most old-growth forests and the reduction of mature forests. The species is only present in a small number of zones with adequate conditions for nesting, where they’re mostly under protection or good forest management.
IUCN Red List status:
Considered “endangered” in the most recent 2020 assessment, mainly due to habitat loss and an apparent constant decline. The first comprehensive population estimate will be conducted this fall. The parrot will be one of the first bird species to undergo the IUCN’s new Green Status Assessment, which measures the recovery of species populations and their conservation success.
Major Threats:
The extirpation of thick-billed parrots in the northern part of their range is believed to have been caused by hunting or shooting the parrots for “sport” or food. In the Sierra Madre Occidental of Mexico, where the core populations and range have been holding on, massive land-use change — particularly forestry practices to harvest all old-growth and large trees and remove snags that serve as nesting trees — resulted in precipitous decline over the past century, up until very recently. 
From the 1970s to the 1990s, demand by collectors and the pet trade became an additional threat that has since largely disappeared or represents minimal pressure on the species.
Notable Conservation Programs or Legal Protections:
For 30 years a small group of individuals and institutions have been doing research and developing a suite of techniques for thick-billed parrots, not only for research but also to enhance population growth by mitigating or eliminating factors that increase mortality and reduce productivity.
Most of the work during this time, which provided valuable information and insights, was done at a “pilot scale” and with meager resources. As a result we were basically frustrated witnesses to a species’ decline and potential demise.
Fortunately the species is currently the focus of a comprehensive binational effort of community-based conservation to change the trajectory of decline. The field team is led by Organización Vida Silvestre (OVIS) and supported notably by San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, the Arizona Game and Fish Department, World Parrot Trust, and additional supporters and donors.
Over the next five years (2024-2028) we will implement the full suite of actions, including intensive nest monitoring and management, parasite control on an ad-hoc basis, food supplementation to chicks in select clutches to prevent emaciation, an enhanced nesting box program, fire pre-suppression activities, incentives to local communities, community-based monitoring and nest protection, greater understanding of landscape level need of the thick-billed parrot, and amplifying the telemetry information to include not only long distance movements but also daily activities to food, water and clay licks.

Grandmaster tier:
THE Warrior of Light and Darkness. She exclusively mained WAR from ARR-Endwalker, and combined with the Ardbert boost upgrading her to WAR^2, she's stupidly overpowered. As a side effect, her out-of-combat healing factor is way higher than normal. No longer technically needs the warrior stone - it's picking new things up from her at this point, instead of the other way around.
Let The Fish Who Thinks He Knows No Fear Look Well Upon Her Face.
Master tier:
Picked up Dark Knight and Reaper in her "emo phase" post-Endwalker, and got really good with both of them. ('Master' status slightly boosted by the fact that both have very few living practitioners.) Still needs the job stones for these, and not quite on par with WAR, but she's comfortable in serious fights with either of them if necessary.
"Picked up" Blacksmith/Armorer and Culinarian during post-ARR. (Quotations because she's fairly sure she had experience from before her amnesia based on how fast she got good at them.) Easily good enough that she could open her own business and make a very solid living on any of these if she was so inclined, though she's happier sticking with adventuring as her day job and keeping these as hobbies.
Skilled:
Viper: More or less went through the canon questline a little bit before Dawntrail. Considers it her 'relaxing vacation' combat job. Likely to swap back to WAR if she expects a very difficult fight, though, as she's not as confident with it yet.
Botanist: Gathers a lot of her own cooking ingredients. Pre-existing axe/scythe combat experience makes her very efficient. Can also whip out her war axe and take down a full-grown tree in a couple of swings.
Leatherworker: Mostly complementary to her BSM/ARM work, plus keeping a lot of her own leather gear in excellent condition.
Carpenter: Initially learned only the basics to complement BSM, but got some additional knowledge as part of a trade with Beatin. She wanted to commission him for some "weapons-grade furniture" (after her and Ardbert accidentally broke two couches and a bedframe and she got sick of trying to find replacements). He accepted in exchange for the crafting materials, a few unrelated rare materials, and - because he had heard of her skills from H'naanza and Brithael - with an additional condition: Ardwin would dedicate a number of hours to the carpenter's guild, to be split between A. giving lessons to the junior guild members on the basics of metalworking, to help them better understand the metal components they dealt with, and B. learning carpentry from the guild under Beatin, because he wanted to see what she would do with it.
Competent:
Monk/pugilist: Picked up the basics from Lyse in Stormblood. Not very high in technical skill, but makes up for it by being big and strong enough to send most people flying with a solid punch.
Red Mage and Sage: The twins taught her the basics, as she figured having at least a bit of magical experience might come in handy, and they were the most tolerable of the caster/healer classes. Still prefers hitting things with big ass blades.
Miner: Not an expert, but it comes in handy for being able to nab rare materials if someone points her to them.
Goldsmith, Weaver: Not interesting enough to her to pursue for their own sake. Only knows enough to supplement BSM/ARM. Also she hates embroidery with a passion, and if you try to make her do it, she will stab you with the needle. (Tiny detail work with very slow progress and no functional purpose that you have to sit completely still for, plus she has a hard time not snapping the thread or bending the needle on accident. Horrible. Evil. The worst. Given the choice between doing embroidery for five hours and eating another Lightwarden, she would seriously consider the Lightwarden.)
Untrained: nothing especially interesting here
Uninterested: Dislikes most casting/healing classes because she hates standing still and not getting to hit things. Dancer, Pictomancer, and Scholar in particular are also just strongly Not Her Style.
Incapable: White Mage: Technically more of a psychological block than a physical block, but after ShB, she would not be comfortable trying to channel that level of light-based magic, to a degree that attempting to do so would likely fail. She might be able to tolerate basic conjury if she was so inclined (which she's not) but not much past that. (Red Mage gets a bit of a pass since it's more self-contained and balanced.)
Arkose
Grandmaster: Nothing yet, mostly because they've been out of Everkeep/Heritage Found for less than a year.
Master:
Reaper: Similarly to Ardwin, partly gets to be in this tier due to the very limited number of living reapers, but they're arguably better than Ardwin in some ways. They share the same voidsent with her since it's their 13th shard, and the two of them trade off the reaper job stone. What pushes Arkose into the Master tier is that they figured out early on how to hold an extended Enshroud with Other (their voidsent partner) to compensate for their neuropathy, which is something that's never been done successfully before (i.e. without the voidsent fully possessing and taking over the reaper; it would, objectively speaking, be a very stupid idea with pretty much any voidsent besides Other, who already has an exceptionally strong level of trust and rapport with Ardwin, and gets along just as well - if not better - with Arkose). The downside is that holding Enshroud for a long period of time tires out Arkose and Other very quickly. They both have to rest afterwards, and they have a hard limit of around 25-30 minutes before they can't keep it up any longer, which also results in Arkose falling asleep/passing out immediately once no longer Enshrouded (equivalently, Other gets pulled back into the job crystal and enters a dormant/resting state). The only reason that this alone doesn't promote them to Grandmaster status is that they originally couldn't do any non-enshrouded combat, and they're still catching up on that front.
Sage: First combat job they picked up, and typically their main one - as the one job that doesn't actually need to hold a weapon, it was the best option for them right out of Everkeep. Alphinaud taught them the basics, and they eventually went through the SGE questline during Ardwin's Super Deluxe Roadtrip/Powerleveling Extravaganza that she took them on. They've already gotten very good by being extremely dedicated, and having Ardwin being more than happy to act as the perfect healing practice dummy. At this point, they're about on par with Alphinaud (slightly lower on technical skill, but slightly higher on raw power output) and comfortable solo healing a light party through an unfamiliar dungeon.
Skilled:
Fisher: Used to love going out on ill-advised fishing trips in Heritage Found before their hands got bad enough to make it impractical. Is still determined to someday catch the fish that ate their fucking phone. Also determined to catch up to Ardwin now that they're able to get back into fishing. Currently busy having a great time being intensely competitive with her about moon fishing.
Competent:
Warrior: Only started learning post-porxie, as they couldn't reliably hang on to a heavy metal axe before then. Grip strength still isn't quite good enough to rely on outside of training, but they've convinced G'raha to show them how to make an aetherial weapon in the meantime so they can get some combat practice. Taking to it like a fish to water, or in this case, like an Arkadios shard to hitting things with an axe.
Pugilist: Got a bit of training as a kid because their mom wanted to make sure they knew some basic self-defense. Yaana has recently been giving them a refresher and teaching them some more.
Scholar: They're helping Sphene with her training since they have experience as a shield-based healer, and she's found teaching Arkose to be a very effective way to refresh her own knowledge, so they now know a couple of arcanist spells and can summon a carbuncle.
Untrained/uninterested: Lots of things they haven't learned at all yet. There's not really anything they are able to learn that they wouldn't be willing to give a fair try, at least.
Incapable:
Black Mage and Red Mage are out because those both have levin-based spells as a major component, and Arkose can't safely channel those without risking a levinsickness relapse and/or the spell going out of control.
Bard, Goldsmith, and Weaver: Fine motor skill issues. Between growing up in iPad Baby City and dealing with some degree of neuropathy for most of their life, Arkose never developed very strong fine motor skills, and likely never will without a lot of occupational therapy. They feel they're able to get by fine as-is, so it's not something they're planning to pursue, but it does rule out playing most musical instruments and goldsmith/weaver levels of fine detail work. (They also share Ardwin's hatred of embroidery. She told them how much it sucked, so naturally they wanted to try it to see if it was actually that bad, and it went about as well as expected.)
