July - pe!reader starts filming The Spectacular Now alongside Miles Teller as the two leads.

August - pe!reader and Miles Teller are spotted on a date.

October - pe!reader and Miles are official.

2013

February - pe!reader and Miles Teller go public.

October - pe!reader and Miles’ first anniversary.

2014

March - pe!reader and Chris meet for the first time at Vanity Fair’s Oscar afterparty.

September - pe!reader and Miles break up.

November 28th - pe!reader and Chris meet again in private Interstellar release-celebratory party hosted by Christopher and Jonathan Nolan and hang out the entire night together. They exchange phone numbers.

February - pe!reader becomes an EGOT winner after winning a Grammy for Best Spoken Word Album (Including Poetry, Audiobooks & Storytelling) for being the official narrator of the book, Circe.

March - • pe!reader hosts a big anniversary party for Bare. • Chris celebrates her on his own and buys her a 1967 Cadillac De Ville convertible car.

April - pe!reader joins Chris as his plus one again at the Endgame premiere and is papped crying emotionally because of Chris’ journey in Marvel coming to an end.

May - pe!reader buys Chris a yacht with ‘Property of Christopher Evans, with love, Y/N Y/L/N-Evans’ engraved on it. They’re papped.

June - They get married in Italy! They spend their honeymoon in Seychelles then went to Greece.

2021

March: pe!reader wins her fourth Golden Globe for Best Actress for Promising Young Woman.

They'd played the last date of their American tour in support of The Yes Album at the Yale Bowl, in Connecticut. Somebody on the sound crew made a soundboard taping and from there and through the trading channels, the show has made its way down to us today

Today is the 20th anniversary of the release of Chain Gang of Love, The Raveonettes' debut album.

It was proudly recorded in glorious B♭ Major.

On the 24th of July, 2012, Om let loose unto a world that may or may not have been ready for it Advaitic Songs, their fifth and thus far last studio album.

Not sure which is weirder, that Afghan Whigs wrote a song entitled "John the Baptist," or that Om put a picture of him on their album cover.

On this date in 2015, the experimental metal band Locrian released their sixth album, Infinite Dissolution.

She was my best friend, my hero, my mom.

SATURDAY JULY 24th exactly two weeks ago from today. I wake up to a hot southern sunny day like any other day I call my mother like every morning to tell her I'm stopping by before arriving to work later that evening she tells me okay and that she loved me she was going to lay down for a short nap I'm sitting with my wife while lacing my boots my for work getting ready to head out I get a phone call from my aunt (moms sister) she's frantic screams yours moms not breathing my heart took a nose dive straight to the pit of my stomach I scream to call 911 and don’t stop CPR boots still half way laced me and wife hop in our she only lives bout 3 mins up the road from me so I high tail over there the ambulance was pulling her out while continuing cpr they say headed to the hospital follow us and side note the cop that pulled me off to the side to mention “its a good sign they are taking her to the hospital” I mean sure he meant well but fuck false hope right now I got to get to my mom. So me the wife and my aunt arrive at the hospital in record time we mask up rush in and get the info from them we are told to wait outside we comply. No more than two minutes later a lady comes out no in uniform just a hospital staff badge I knew it wasn’t long she was back there for them to have news already I knew the news was going to be bad. I grabbed my aunt's hand and ushered our way thru the doors. I tell her to say it just say it tell me to my surprise the lady started tearing up before I could react the doctors now come out to tell me Hes sorry for my lose and that they did everything they could in the tiny what 5 mins they had her whatever sure thank you anyways he confirms and what seems like a bad dream everything's falling away from me all around I lose all feeling in my legs brace my back against the cold hospital wall and slowly collapse. My wife lets out a noise of heartbreak and my aunt is I think in shock? They tell me to come tell her goodbye or do our last goodbye whatever I couldn’t physically walk into the room the confusion the questions the agony why is this happening I was coming to see u mom what happen? I went into the room I found the strength somewhere God only knows I sit there with her with my back turned I couldn’t bare to look at her my heart was completely broken. People say heartbreak sometimes hurts physically and I never could relate but they day I understood I got it that day it hurt like hell. Meanwhile my aunt gets a phone call. I'm the youngest (29) out of moms two girls my sister (34) calls and the worse time possible on speaker I head the operator say the usual automated voice recording “ you have a collect call from an inmate at the correctionally blah blah blah my siters been in prison for the past few years old fines recovering addict she's turned her life around me and mom were so proud of all she has accomplished and the changes she had made thus far release date was august 16th so close, eh? It angered me to my soul my mom had been looking forward to that day for a while she was so close I just was anger I was anger at god I was anger at the doctors I was anger at the world anyways my aunt tells her what's happening and she falls silent for what seem like forever and replied with you're lying and messing me stop don’t I cried for her I knew it was going to break my sister she had always feared something would happen while she was away putting her past behind her I just never really thought it would happen anyways she talks to my aunt my wife comes to my side tells me to kiss my mom bye and tell her that I loved her I sit there staring into what seem like nothing then I thought back to just a day ago me and mom had a conversation on her front porch swing and every time I was stressed or just needing advice my mom would reassure me I was okay the best advice I could ever receive and she ended that convo that day like always a hug and I saying she always said to me “you got this” with a smile so back to the hospital room I stood up gave my wife a half grin put  my shoulders back and stood tall kissed my mom's forehead and whisper near her “i got this” and left. That was the worse day of my life I lost my dad back in 2015 I took it pretty hard but this felt different my mom taught me everything I know how to brush my hair how to tuck my baby dolls in as a child I felt emptiness and confusion. She was just fine I never would have thought I would've been there that day going thru the suddenness of everything happening. Honestly the death of my mom and how sudden it was without no warning no nothing has been the hardest part for me emotionally and mental. My dad always taught his two girls work hard for what you got and appreciate it especially the small things don’t take shit from no one and make a good life for self. I work a trucking job my wife works for a nonprofit animal clinic for helping animals. We’ve moved back to my hometown state Mississippi from her home state California talk about a culture shock for her moving here btw lol she's amazing shout out to Tumblr btw for giving us that chance of our paths meeting and finding a love in one another. Okay back to the story I've always worked hard it hasn’t been easy it hasn't been good day after good I've seen some real bad days and vice versa I've never used a GoFundMe hell I didn’t even really know what it was until my wife explained it to me. I live pay check to pay check but I got everything I could ever ask for and a lovely home to come home to. I was just completely blown away when the funeral home gave me a final price I cried and I cried some more I didn't know what I was going to do my sister wasn’t exactly in a big way to help until the 16th when she was released. So I'm taking my time out of today to tell the story of the worst day of my life my best friend my mother my hero and the day I lost her forever. If you still have your parents believe let them hug you even longer than they already, do I'm lost and I'm asking for just the smallest donation of whatever anything will help at the point and I'm already up about $800 out of $4000 for the total cost of putting my mother to rest she wanted to cremated so on the day my sisters get out Aug. 16th is the day I have arranged for her funeral and all services that I got the quote for because I'll be damned, I was letting her miss that. There is speculation that it's a Hiddleswift song, written from Tom's perspective and containing lyrics implying that Taylor cheated on Calvin with Tom. Taylor Swift really is the creative brains behind Calvin Harris' monster hit "This is What You Came For," and their relationship fell apart because he disrespected her when the song was released ... this according to sources connected with Taylor.

It's a fascinating story. We've learned an early fan rumor about the song is true, but to a deeper extent than anyone suspected. During their relationship, Taylor wrote the song, sat down at a piano and did a demo into her iPhone. She sent it to Calvin, who loved it. They both went into a studio and did a full demo with Taylor on vocals and Calvin doing the beat.

They both knew the song would be a hit, but Taylor wrote it for Calvin and both agreed it was a bad idea to let the world know they collaborated as a couple ... it would overshadow the song.

So Taylor, who kept the publishing rights, used the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg on the credits.

The problem in the relationship came the day the song was released. Calvin appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and Ryan asked, "Will you do a collaboration with your girlfriend?" Calvin responded, "You know we haven't even spoken about it. I can't see it happening though."

It was a quick downward spiral from that point. One source called it "the breaking point in the relationship." The Met Gala was several days later, when Taylor danced with Tom Hiddleston.

Since @theystudyrainbows has decided to put all the Larrie delusions on this number in one handy masterpost, why not debunk it all in one go?

Even the introduction is a mess. The 28 is not “a One Direction fandom mystery” at all. It’s Louis’ jersey number that he was assigned at Doncaster Rovers and that he has since then adopted. But then again, Liam’s kidney and the Belfast canceled concert are not mysteries either

How decent of you to say that some of these are coincidences, considering literally all of the following is bullshit

The fact that “too many people to name” contributed to write this drivel makes my heart ache

The problem with you attempting numerology is that there are only 9 possible digits (as the addition of two numbers can never be zero). So, you clown yourselves because it leads to this

Eleanor was born on July 16th 1992:

7+1+6+1+9+9+2 = 35

3+5 = 8

Oh no!

But also, Zayn was born on January 13th 1992:

1+1+3+1+9+9+2 = 26

2+6 = 8

How is that 28? That’s 82.. A completely different number. In the UK the date is written day/month/year. So the “same gig” was the 8th day of the 2nd month. 82. It’s very funny that, since you’re Italian and live in the UK (both countries that use the day/month/year system) you’ve written every date so far that way, but now that you want to say this other random date is connected to 28, you switched to month/day/year.

Soccer players have assigned numbers throughout the season, and the number 28 had been retired from the line up after John Ryan used it in 2003. He decided to bring it back to give it to Louis. And Louis was signed as a soccer player professionally with that number. That’s why it’s important to him, you bag of nonsense. This was his life long dream in the club he loved. Find ONE INSTANCE of Louis using the number 28 before the summer of 2013. ONE. You won’t! The tattoo came after that, him wearing it on his jerseys came after that. Then the “pause” which is just him trying to get the audience to stop screaming until 3.07 when he says (I can’t really make it out) “now you” or something like that. And then he says “for your eyes...” and lets the audience sing at 3.09. Literally none of these timestamps add to 28 and he had no way of counting to 28 since he was silencing people the entire time. And just like when he switched “I have love you since we were 18″ to “I have loved you since I was 16″ hitting his own chest, or when he said he fell in love to What Makes You Beautiful, you missed the entire point of this bit, which is Harry’s LOVE FOR HIS FANS

He has loved us since he was 16, he fell in love to us to What Makes you Beautiful, and he was letting us sing that part of the song every concert. He “paused” to shush the nonsensical screams, then he would give the audience the cue and let them sing. Several times he dedicated the song to specific fans in the audience, people with cancer, little kids, a fan that had neck surgery. By making it about Larry, you stripped it from its actual meaning and Harry’s love for his fans. But you always do shit like that

Regardless, he didn’t pause for 28 seconds. Wrong

Yes played the last date of their American tour in support of The Yes Album at the Yale Bowl, in Connecticut. Somebody on the sound crew made a soundboard taping and the show has made its way down to us as the Perpetual Change bootleg.

On the 24th of July, 2003, The Raveonettes released Chain Gang of Love, their album.

It was proudly recorded in glorious B♭ Major.

On this date in 2012, Om released their fifth and thus far last studio album, Advaitic Songs. Not sure which is weirder, that Afghan Whigs wrote a song entitled "John the Baptist," or that Om put a picture of him on their album cover.

Jasmine was only twelve years old when her life took a turn for the worst after meeting 300-year-old self-proclaimed werewolf Jeremy Steinke.

Born in 1992, Jasmine is the youngest person ever charged with multiple counts of murder in Canada. At twelve years old, Jasmine and 23-year-old boyfriend Jeremy Steinke murdered her 48-year-old mother Debra, 42-year-old father Marc, and eight-year-old brother Jacob in 2006. Their bodies were discovered on April 23rd of that year by a six-year-old boy who saw the bodies on the floor through their window. Her parents’ bodies were on the first floor while Jacob was in his bed upstairs.

When police couldn’t find Jasmine, they originally thought that she had been kidnapped by the same person who murdered her family. However, more and more evidence began to show her involvement in the murders. The next day, April 24th, 2006, Jasmine and Steinke were located 100 miles away and both were arrested and charged for three counts of first-degree murder. 

Jasmine had become interested in gothic culture after meeting a 300-year-old self-proclaimed werewolf Steinke at a punk rock concert in 2006. When Jasmine’s family found out, they were furious, clearly, they disapproved of their twelve-year-old daughter dating a 23-year-old man and forbade the two from seeing each other ever again.

Jasmine discussed killing her family to her friends on multiple occasions, but no one thought to take her seriously until messages from Jasmine’s computer show that she was the one who created the plan and that Steinke was more than willing to cooperate. 

The messages read:

Jasmine: “I have this plan. It begins with me killing them and ends with me living with you.”

Steinke: “Payment! My Lover's rents are totally unfair; they say that they really care; they don't know what is going on, they just assume. As their greed continues to consume, she is slowly going insane. She continues to thank that I came, into her life to help her out, and to stop what they keep trying to shout. It's all total bullshit. Their throats I want to slit. They will regret the shit they have done. Especially when I see to it that they are gone. They shall pay for their insolence. Finally, there shall be silence. Their blood shall be payment!”

These and many more were sent a month before the deaths of the Richardson family.

On the night of the murder, Steinke stabbed and killed Jasmine’s parents on the first floor of their home while Jasmine was stabbing her little brother while he was in bed sleeping. As he begged for his life Steinke finished him off by slitting his throat. Jasmine testified that through his gurgling, Jacob muttered, “I’m scared. I don’t want to die!” When asked why she murdered her brother if it was her parents who disapproved, Jasmine said that it would have been cruel to leave her little brother all by himself, so she made sure he was with their parents. After the murder, Jasmine and Steinke were found laughing and kissing at a local restaurant. 

At trial, when she was asked why they murdered her parents and little brother, Jasmine said, "I loved him so much. I thought it would bring us closer together."

Jasmine went to trial in June of 2007 at the age of fourteen. She pled not guilty to the three charged of first-degree murder, but the jury found her guilty of all three counts in July of that year. She was sentenced to ten years in prison, which was the maximum a child could serve in the Youth Criminal Justice act. Such a law states that those who are under the age of 14 at the time of their crime cannot be tried as adults but can be given up to ten years in jail.

Her sentence also included 18 months for time served in juvenile detention facilities, an extra four years to be spent in psychiatric care, and another four and a half years under conditional supervision in the community. She was scheduled to be released in 2015 at the age of 23.

In December 2008, Steinke was also guilty of the three murders and was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences. He will be eligible for parole after serving 25 years. While in prison, the two would send love notes back and forth to each other and even got engaged over their jailhouse letters.

Jasmine was released in 2012 to start her conditional supervision in the community. As of September 2011, Jasmine became a freshman at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.

Lies Sleeping timeline

Guys, it turns out three weeks without internet was what I needed to complete this, even though this book has an actual real-world event that can be tied to a specific date in a specific year, and I didn’t have to do any back-calculations from sunset times or solstices AT ALL. It’s like a tiny curative fandom miracle. 

Main takeaways: Lies Sleeping takes place over about two months! I’m as surprised as you are. It read like one very hellish week. Also, we still have nearly a full year to go in book-canon time before the Brexit referendum. how many books do we wanna bet BA can cram in there before Peter & co have to join the rest of us in The Darkest Timeline.

Dec/Jan 2014/5: The unwritten Kimberley Reynolds novella takes place, prior to the events of this book, and involves the ‘centre of a small town’ being ‘levelled’

Early June 2015: Peter passes his detective exams (Detective Stories)

Day 1 (Sunday June 7th): Peter, Guleed, Carey, and Nightingale stake out Richard Williams' house and fight the Pale Nanny/Charlotte Greenwood. That night, Peter has dinner with Bev, Nicky, and Abigail at Bev’s house. Day 2: (Monday June 8th): Peter wakes up at the Folly and spends time in the gym, has breakfast with the team, visits the Whitechapel Bell Foundry and finds the magic bell, then goes to check on Williams. Charlotte Greenwood triggers Williams’ murder tattoo and is shot by Lucy the security guard. Peter attends Charlotte’s autopsy with Walid and Vaughan.

Day 3/4 (Tues/Wed June 9th/10th):  Peter does community outreach trying to find out where Charlotte came from and calls Kim Reynolds, probably early on Wednesday morning his time (it’s ‘past 8pm in Washington’, meaning it’s past 1am in London. An early sign of how hard Peter’s pushing himself.)

Day 5 (Thursday June 11th): Peter checks on Zach, talks to Marcia the magical-weed selling canal traveller, has an uninformative visit with Walbrook, and spends the night at Beverley’s. Day 6 (Friday June 12th): Peter has IPCC interviews all day about Charlotte’s death, spends some time guarding the bell at the foundry, then heads back to Bev’s.

Day 7/8 (Saturday/Sunday June 13th/14th): Nicky comes over to Bev’s very early. Peter does some Latin practice and notices how quiet the Folly feels after-hours now.  Day 10 (Tuesday June 16th): Michelle Obama visits London, diverting Guleed and Nightingale’s attention. Lesley shows up at foundry while Peter is there and he doesn’t have Frank Caffrey shoot her. They destroy the bell. Day 11-13 (Wednesday-Friday, June 17th-19th): Peter reads the terrible movie script, gets back Postmartin’s notes on it, and talks to Kim Reynolds again.  Day 14-15 (Saturday/Sunday, June 20th/21st): Peter travels with Beverley and Abigail to Father Thames’ Summer Court and spends the night there. On the Sunday he’s called back to London by Stephanopoulos to talk to Geneviève Nguyễn about the ritual sacrifice in the City.  Day 16 (Monday June 22nd): Peter and Nightingale interview Patrick Gale and talk about magic becoming public.  Day 20 (Friday June 26th:) Team meeting

It’s Lesley, and she kidnaps him.  Day 38-45 (Tuesday July 14th - Tuesday July 21st): Peter has Fun Torture Time with Lesley and Chorley and spends a week in an oubliette with Foxglove. By Sunday he’s made friends with her, and on the second Tuesday she tells him her story.  Day 46 (Wednesday July 22nd): Chorley and Lesley visit and Peter hears bell noises and swearing. That evening, Foxglove releases him from durance vile and he reunites with Bev at the Folly.  Day 47 (Thursday July 23rd): Peter and Abigail talk to foxes; Molly is absent.  Day 48 (Friday July 24th): Peter and his mum cook for everybody at the Folly; that night, he and Nightingale see Foxglove and Molly dancing.  Day 49 (Saturday July 25th): All hell breaks loose; Lesley shoots Stephanopoulos (in the leg) and Chorley ‘dies’ in a van crash. 

Day 50 (Sunday July 26th): Nightingale goes to Glastonbury and Guleed to the Midlands. Peter goes to visit Punch and makes Caffrey and Beverley worried he’s suicidal. That night, he confronts Chorley and Lesley at Covent Garden and Lesley shoots Chorley (in the head). 

Late July: Peter is suspended while Chorley’s death is investigated. He’s told it will be for months.  August: Nightingale begins a school for amateur practitioners; Foxglove is established at the  Folly; Peter and Bev go on a double date with Sahra and Michael. Late August: Beverley tells Peter she’s pregnant. By inference, she’s due sometime between February and April 2016 (depending on how far along she is when she tells Peter).

Louis Tomlinson has released a new single, “We Made It,” with an accompanying video.

The Britpop-tinged song sees Tomlinson reflecting on a struggling relationship, expressing pride in how they’ve made it through the hardships: “Hold your hand in mine/We’re never coming back down/We were just two kids trying to figure it out.”

In the music video, Tomlinson narrates a young couple overcoming an obstacle in their own relationship, set to a backdrop of summer-romance imagery: boardwalks at sunset, arcade games and more.

The One Direction member announced his debut solo album, Walls, earlier this week, making him the final 1D member to release a full-length solo project. (Tomlinson released his debut solo single, “Just Hold On” with Steve Aoki, in 2016.)

Zayn, who departed from the group in 2015, has released two solo albums so far, 2016’s Mind of Mine and 2018’s Icarus Falls. Harry Styles and Niall Horan both released debut solo albums in 2017, with an upcoming sophomore album from Styles on the horizon; he released a new single, “Lights Up,” earlier this month. Liam Payne announced that his full-length debut will be released this December.

Walls will drop January 31st, and to accompany the release, Tomlinson will embark on his first ever solo world tour. The North American leg of the tour will kick off June 9th, 2020, in Minneapolis, and will run through July 23rd with a final stop in Vancouver. Tickets go on sale to the general public on November 1st at 10:00 a.m. local time.
