First and foremost, want to give a big shoutout to @thegunnsara now that I have finally finished their 3rd place prize with the inclusion of their amazing OC, Ibris. I still love their COVER from the Holiday Special Competition dearly! I'll be sure to slip Ibris into a few more scenes in the future. Sorry it took so long to finally get to him! I took some liberty with what his reaction would be to such a scene... hope I did him justice!

Okay but like. Thought.

What if Ryker went back to the hole he'd left Viggo in at one point? After a few hours, after he'd cooled down and realized that (even if Viggo 1,000% deserved it) he might have gone a little hard on his younger brother.

And what if, when he finds Viggo gone with dragon tracks around, he panics. Thinks he got Viggo killed by leaving him beaten and bloodied and without a weapon. What if he thought dragons had found Viggo, attracted by ragged breathing and the scent of blood, and killed him or carried him off.

If their parents are still alive, other family still around whatsoever, how was Ryker going to tell them? He was the brute. The brawn that was supposed to keep an eye on his younger brother and help him with the business. Viggo ran the show, sure. He was the captain, made most if not all of the decisions. Was definitely strong and capable in his own way, but Ryker still probably felt some kind of compulsion to be Viggo's protector to a certain extent. And he'd completely failed that.

They might not have had the best relationship, but they were still brothers. The first ever scene we see of them is Viggo greeting Ryker with a smile and hugging him. And, yeah, there's a kinda condescending air about the exchange, but that's likely just how Viggo is. It's also likely it could've been an act he and Ryker put on in front of allies and enemies alike so that they could never become eachothers weaknesses. A way to protect eachother because, if a possible enemy like Drago thinks they don't care, it's less likely that one of their lives will be threatened as a way to try and manipulate the other.

I dunno. Just thinking. I like the way these two and their dynamic can work.

In my AU, the way they meet is when Mikey, after arduous training with Draxum, opens a portal to another world, the world of Miles Morales' Spider-Man. It was a new place, so he explored it and, seeing that it had more places to paint, he started going there constantly until he met Miles.

They both share a love of art and the adrenaline rush that comes from believing they could be discovered painting graffiti on a wall or playing pranks on everyone. They were best friends and confidants, which brought them closer and closer every time they were together.

Miles was the first to fall in love because Mikey saw him as a human being, not as the incredible Spider-Man, nor as a superhero capable of doing anything. Mikey, with the subtle courtship he was receiving, realized things. Maybe he didn't think he was ready for a relationship, but when he saw how Miles devoted his time to him and didn't pressure him, he knew he wanted to be with him.

Well, maybe another time I'll go into more detail about those things :p

FUN FACT:

while in karate, we had our demo team, we used Shell Shocked from TMNT and our routine was SO BADASS but some dude had to fuck it up.

I lwk fell in love with the song, until i stopped listening to english songs and started getting into Korean, Japanese, and Thai

ALSO, i had the solo where they say “With the nunchucks door…” i had my nunchucks and tossed them up in the air, with a jumping front kick. i pulled a muscle doing that…. BUT IT WAS FUCKING AMAZING

Spider yokai Miles??

You know when Each miles has a different colors of hoodie like their signature colors?

Spiderverse Miles has red

Prowler miles has Purple

Now this yokai/mutant miles has blue one

Spider yokai miles has been In my head since i first heard Shellshock . And i was inspired by @skelebab aus got me the right push to create this one.

But in my version /au They are not related to Big mama at all Big mama don't know them . While yes Rio morales is a Spider yokai and Jeff Morales is a human. Rio actually fell inlove with jeff and won't and never trick him like the Spider yokai would do.

Imma call this au... ShellWeb au.

Shell Shocked is soooo good at playing parallels and callbacks to earlier seasons of Dragons. Not only takes all elements of rtte up to this point and gives them an utility, but it also takes back stuff from RoB and DoB.

I'm not talking only about that "trapper's trap can trap the trapper" line, I'm talking about parallels to both We Are Family (RoB) and Cast Out (DoB).

First, Viggo asking Hiccup to allow him to help is basically Mildew asking Hiccup to trust him. In both cases he accepts and is kind of sassy about it, in both cases it backfires as he's betrayed from both antagonists.

(Also, speaking of RoB, Astrid being held hostage is vey similar to Heather's Report Part II, where Hiccup is willing to shoot Alvin if that means saving Astrid. Great character development from there).

And, secondly, Snotlout letting Viggo out = Snotlout letting Alvin out. Both characters decided to help in the battles against another great danger and the riders hat to trust them. Snotlout being the one to let him out and not literally any other character is so cute. Even the line "of course he let you out" feels like a callback.

Idk, this is the first time I watch all the series in chronological order so I guess that's why this came just now. Anyways, going straight into season 5, I don't remember a shit about it wish me luck <333
