Rise raph and leo sure they can create in clones giant and portals and teleport but If we see who uses more powerfull mystics is Donnie and Mikey!

Imagine a scenario in a crossover cause Most tmnt view donnie and mikey as not really strong? Mikeys doesnt have motivation Donnie is the smart one (03 though he can create a machine guns and is powerful ngl )
