History: Born into an extremely isolated Hhetsarro tribe as a girl who worked his ass off to become a boy. The very moment that he told his clan's leader that he was a boy, he was exiled. The tribe hoped the badlands would kill him and it almost did, but he survived. It would be the timely intervention of a traveling Viper that would change the course of his life. Becoming a member of his new family's traveling band of Vipers, he learned the trade quickly and with passion. He became a full-fledged Viper when he turned 16, taking down a powerful Yeheheceyaa, a pteronadon-like monster whose control of wind aether was terrifying. From then on, he became a bit infamous for his ability to hunt down anything he wanted. This led to him becoming an infamous bounty hunter in-between hunts. Up until a run-in with his old clan caused him to develop strange visions of the past. With no other recourse, he turned to one of Gulool Ja Ja's companions from across the Salt, learning that there were people back in Eorzea that could help him. After turning 24, he booked passage to Eorzea, coming to land in Ul'dah and becoming a notorious fighter in the Bloodsands to earn coin. Taking the name S'lazar Tia so that the locals could actually call him something that didn't sound mangled. It would be through a chance meeting with Thancred that he learns what his strange visions are and how he can use the power for the betterment of everyone on the star.

Rehabilitation after sub-acromial decompression
This is a generalized protocol and may need modifications. We recommended you perform these exercises under the supervision of your physiotherapist and also stick to your surgeon’s advice.
Phase 1: (1-3 weeks) Goals
Restore non-painful range of motion (ROM)
Retard muscular atrophy
Decrease pain/inflammation
Improve postural awareness
Minimize stress to healing structures
Independent with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Prevent muscular inhibition
Wean off sling
Precautions:
Care should be taken with abduction (with both active range of motion (AROM) and passive range of motion (PROM) to avoid unnecessary compression of subacromial structures
Creating or reinforcing poor movement patterns, such as excessive scapulothoracic motion with upper extremity elevation, should be avoided.

I got yo back! 🤟 Here’s another great exercise for improving posture, shoulder health, and your posterior chain. If you’re just starting off do this without weights- even if you’re used to throwing the heavy stuff around! Keep your shoulders down and keep your shoulder blades engaged throughout. Arms are at a 90 degree angle and palms are facing up toward your face as your bring your arms up and maintain that 90 degree angle in your arm. Pause here then with palms facing outward, away from your body, fully extend your arms and lock out your elbows. Return your arms to the 90 degree angle on top, palms facing inward toward your body, then lower to the starting position. Start with full pauses in each position and build up to a 3 second pause before adding weight. Halfway through the third round most people are turning purple and have their ears glued to their ears. This is a great exercise by @protom_fitness for the shoulder internal and external rotators and also the deltoids and requires a certain level of pectoral, serrates anterior and core activation as well.
An important point to add is to allow for the consequence of “failure” in any exercise and with this one, you could perform it above some sort of shelf or net that can catch the board if it slips.
Also notice that this board is locked so the internal bearing can’t rotate. This provides a greater level or rotational resistance relative to board being unlocked.
Shoulder, pec, and core force activation are required to press the board into the wall and overcome the force of gravity on the 5.5 kg board.
Apart from pure rotation there is scope here to perform small ROM flexion / extension, abduction / adduction and circumduction.

Trap 3 Raise • There are a lot of parts to this fairly simple exercise. I like the head to be rested so the trapezius isn’t contracted in support of the head. At the bottom, protract the scapula so the first movement is to retract. Raise the weight up to eye level at 45 degrees from straight ahead. Lower and protract back to the beginning. You should feel it between the shoulder blades in the lower part of the trapezius. • This is part of our shoulder health program. It builds stability in the posterior shoulder.
