Simple meal plan to lose weight
Tumblr media
Losing weight can often seem like a daunting task, but with a well-designed simple meal plan, achieving your goals becomes more manageable and sustainable. In this article, we'll delve into the essentials of creating an effective meal plan tailored for weight loss.
Introduction
Embarking on a weight loss journey requires a clear strategy, and a simple meal plan serves as the cornerstone of this strategy. By structuring your meals around healthy choices and portion control, you can achieve sustainable weight loss while nourishing your body.
Understanding Weight Loss Basics
To effectively lose weight, you must create a caloric deficit, meaning you burn more calories than you consume. This deficit can be achieved through a combination of diet and exercise. However, diet plays a crucial role, and a simple meal plan helps you manage your calorie intake.
Macronutrient Balance for Optimal Fat Loss
In addition to managing calories, it's important to focus on the quality of your food. A balanced meal plan should include adequate protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Protein supports muscle growth and repair, while fats and carbs provide sustained energy.
Designing Your Simple Meal Plan
Setting realistic goals is key to success. Aim to lose weight gradually, typically 1-2 pounds per week, which is both safe and sustainable. Choose nutrient-dense foods such as lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to fuel your body.
You may have a look to this plan for better results.
Choosing Nutrient-Dense Foods
Opt for whole, minimally processed foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These foods not only keep you full longer but also provide essential nutrients that support overall health and metabolism.
Meal Prep Tips for Success
Meal prep is a game-changer when it comes to sticking to a meal plan. Dedicate a day each week to batch cooking meals and portioning them into containers. This saves time and ensures you have healthy options readily available.
Batch Cooking for Efficiency
Prepare large quantities of staples like grilled chicken, brown rice, and roasted vegetables. Use these as building blocks for various meals throughout the week, such as salads, stir-fries, and wraps.
Portion Control Techniques
Invest in portion-control tools like measuring cups and food scales to accurately measure servings. This helps prevent overeating and keeps your calorie intake in check.
Sample Meal Plan
Let's explore a sample meal plan for a day that promotes weight loss:
Breakfast Ideas:
Greek yogurt with berries and nuts
Oatmeal topped with sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey
Lunch Options:
Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens and vinaigrette
Quinoa and vegetable stir-fry
Dinner Recipes:
Baked salmon with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli
Lentil soup with a side of whole-grain bread
Healthy Snack Choices:
Hummus with carrot sticks
Apple slices with almond butter
Incorporating Variety and Flavor
Maintaining interest in your meals is crucial for long-term adherence to a meal plan. Experiment with different cuisines and cooking methods to keep things exciting.
This plan may guide you for better results.
Experimenting with Different Cuisines
Explore international cuisines like Mediterranean, Asian, or Mexican, which often feature flavorful dishes made from wholesome ingredients.
Using Herbs and Spices for Taste
Enhance the taste of your meals without adding extra calories by using herbs, spices, and citrus zest. Fresh basil, cilantro, cumin, and lemon juice can transform a simple dish.
Hydration and Its Role in Weight Loss
Staying hydrated is essential for weight loss. Aim to drink plenty of water throughout the day, as it helps boost metabolism and reduces hunger.
Choosing Healthy Beverages
Limit sugary drinks and opt for water, herbal tea, or infused water with citrus slices and mint. Avoid excess caffeine and alcohol, as they can interfere with your weight loss efforts.
Tracking Progress
Keep track of your meals, snacks, and beverages in a food journal. This helps you identify patterns, track your progress, and make necessary adjustments to your meal plan.
Monitoring Weight Changes and Adjustments
Regularly weigh yourself and assess how your body is responding to the meal plan. Adjust portion sizes or food choices as needed to continue progressing towards your weight loss goals.
Overcoming Challenges
Cravings and social situations can present challenges during your weight loss journey. Plan ahead by having healthy alternatives on hand and practicing mindful eating in social settings.
Dealing with Cravings and Temptations
Find healthier substitutes for your favorite indulgences, such as dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate or air-popped popcorn instead of chips.
Managing Social Situations
Communicate your goals with friends and family to gain support. Offer to bring a healthy dish to gatherings or focus on socializing rather than solely on the food.
Conclusion
Achieving weight loss through a simple meal plan is not only feasible but also rewarding. Celebrate your milestones along the way and embrace these healthy eating habits for long-term success. By prioritizing nutrient-dense foods and mindful eating, you'll not only shed pounds but also improve your overall well-being. You can Start your journey towards a healthier future today!

How do I lose weight quickly but safely
Tumblr media
Losing weight quickly can be challenging, but it is possible with the right approach. However, it's important to prioritize safety in your weight loss journey to avoid any negative health consequences. Here are some tips to help you lose weight quickly but safely:
Set realistic goals: A healthy rate of weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week. While it's possible to lose more weight than this, it's important to set realistic goals that won't put your health at risk.
Follow a balanced and healthy diet: Focus on eating whole, nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of alcohol.
Increase physical activity: Incorporate regular exercise into your routine, such as brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.
Drink plenty of water: Drinking water can help reduce hunger and aid in weight loss. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can disrupt hormones related to hunger and fullness, leading to overeating. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Consider working with a healthcare professional: Consulting with a registered dietitian or healthcare professional can help you create a safe and effective weight loss plan tailored to your individual needs.
Remember, sustainable weight loss is about making lifestyle changes rather than relying on quick fixes. So, be patient and consistent with your efforts, and you'll see progress over time. click here to learn more

Simon Riley:
is surprisingly good at sewing. whether it’s patching up his gear or clothes, he learned to be self-sufficient over the years.
doesn’t sleep much and prefers staying up late. he’s always more focused during the night and feels more at ease in the dark. but ever since you moved in with him, he gets a few good hours of sleep with you on top of him as his favorite weighted blanket.
owns very few personal belongings. most of his space is neatly organized with just the essentials. he doesn't like clutter. still, he doesn't mind your obsession with coffee mugs, he's the one that gets them for you now anyway.
is great at chess and strategy games. when off duty, he occasionally plays with other soldiers but rarely loses. (he let you win once, but only bc you kept using your puppy eyes on him.)
avoids all forms of social media. he doesn’t understand why people want to post their lives online, and he values his privacy too much. he has an ig account, a fake one, just so he can look at your profile when he's away on a long mission.
sometimes sketches in his free time, mostly landscapes or tactical designs, using it as a quiet hobby. no one really knows about it, until you find a sketchbook filled with drawings of yourself. you never mention it to him, especially that one page with an engagement ring he sketched out with your exact measurements right next to it.
is surprisingly good in the kitchen, particularly when it comes to simple, hearty meals. he doesn’t cook often, but when he does, you are always impressed.
his guns and knives are always clean. it's part of his routine, and he finds the process of maintaining them therapeutic.
is awkward when it comes to casual conversations. he’s more comfortable giving orders or discussing tactical plans than engaging in chit-chat. that is why it took you so long to realize that he likes you. thankfully, you love talking and he likes to listen, so it all worked out.
is extremely protective of you, often worrying about your safety. if you’re in danger, his usually calm demeanor fades, and he becomes hyper-focused on ensuring you’re safe.
pays close attention to your habits and needs. he’ll notice when you're feeling down or when something is wrong, even if you don’t say it, and he’ll do whatever he can to fix it or offer comfort.
(if you have any requests pls do submit them, that's it byeee)

Year 4:
Beep Beep Beep Beep
“Oh my god, uncle! You’re gonna burn the house down!” Theo yelled.
“David, What happened? Is your hand bleeding?” Mom screamed
“Ahahaha, it’s nothing Chloe, don’t worry about it. I was just trying to make everyone a surprise breakfast,” Dad said.
“It’s nothing? There’s fire on the stove!” Mom said frantically.
“I got the fire extinguisher, don’t worry. Just a little mishap,” Dad said, trying to cheer them up.
“Uncle, you’re bleeding all over the fire extinguisher! We need to get him to the hospital,” Theo said.
“Hahaha, I guess I am a little clumsy,” Dad said.
Beep Beep Beep
“Someone please turn off the fire alarm, it’s stressing me out,” Mom asked
“What’s happening?” I asked, half asleep in my Pajamas.
Sometimes life surprises you, one moment, you were having a sweet dream. Then, you’re driving your bleeding father to the hospital in Pajamas. The new SUV does feel nice to drive, at least.
“I’m fine, guys. I think it must be the sugar. If I would’ve put more in it, this wouldn’t have happened,” Dad said.
“David, I love you, but don’t you EVER pull stupid stunts like that again,” Mom said, leaning on Dad’s shoulder.
Apparently, Dad wanted to surprise us with waffles for breakfast and thank Mom for all the delicious food she made. He was also hungry for a snack, so he broke Mom's one rule: Don’t mess with her kitchen.
The doctor said he could remove the cast in two months, about the time Theo and I graduate. He already got an internship in a restaurant, bringing home some fancy leftovers.
Mom has not let off her sight from Dad since we got back. She gave him a firm warning and pinched his cheek. Now Dad gets ice cream and meals delivered to his mouth without lifting a finger.
I wish someone would do that for me. Imagine not having to leave the bed and constantly having sweets in your mouth. That would be a dream.
My thoughts disturb me sometimes.
Since winning the competition, I have accepted that I will never be muscular again. The original plan was to savour everything I could for a year, then go on a diet. Mom and Theo have slowed down with the food so that I won’t eat until my stomach is about to burst, but they won’t refuse if I ask for something.
Now I am close to 500 pounds with my stomach always growling for more. I guess it’s just another fat ass behaviour I would have to accept.
Since losing weight is out of the question, I have figured out a way to keep my core muscle fit enough to support the enormous belly in front of me. It’s simple, I stick an 8-inch dildo from Seven’s house to my chair, and I would sit on it when I’m playing video games or watching a movie. When the itch gets too much, I can use my core muscles to lift myself up and down. This way, I get to work out and get off. It's not good for the chair, but who cares? It’s reinforced.
***
It was a regular lunchtime when Brad broke into my house again. Usually, he would greet my parents and head straight upstairs to perform witchcraft for all I care, but today, his footsteps are leading to my door.
Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. Brad is the kind of asshole that does not knock. I still have the dildo in me!
I panicked and pulled up my pants before getting off the dildo.
He came in right as I flopped my belly down to cover the fact that my pants were not fully pulled up.
“Sup,” I said.
“Sup, Jay,” he reached out his fist for a bump.
“So, you know our last season of football in college just ended,” he said.
Brad walked to my left to sit on my bed.
I rotate my seat to face him so he doesn’t see my ass hanging out in the back.
“Oh, fuck!” I yelped.
Fuck, the dildo twisted in the movement, now poking my prostate.
“You okay, dude?” Brad asked.
“Of course, continue,” I said with the best smile I could muster.
“The guys are celebrating, so it’s like the last party for the team, and I was wondering if,”
“Okay, yeah, I’ll go,” I said quickly.
“Oh, that’s it? You usually don't like to go out or like- move at all,” he said, then stood up.
His sudden movement startled me, and the dildo jerked deeper.
“Are you sure you’re okay, dude?” Brad said, walking closer.
“I’m all good bruh, don’t worry,” I said.
I can feel my hole tensing, almost swallowing the dildo whole.
“I just don’t want you to be angry at me for fucking your cousin. If you want me to stop, I will,” he said.
“You what the who?” I said, baffled.
“I’m fucking,”
“Ew no, don’t tell me. I’m fine as long as you never mention doing that with my cousin ever again,” I said.
He let out a breath.
“Well, that’s something out of my chest. I’m going up now. I’ll come here and pick you up tomorrow night,” Brad said, rushing out the door.
I let out a breath too.
The locks will never be open after this traumatic experience.
My ass is still tingling, so I quickly fuck myself with the dildo to get over with it.
***
The drive to the house has been excruciatingly slow because Brad is a cautious driver. It leaves a lot of time to think without food distracting me.
I am now extremely aware of the bright yellow Pikachu face stretching across my belly. There aren't many clothes that fit me, and it’s been a while since I went out, so I didn’t bother buying new shirts.
I haven’t seen them in a while. They’re gonna think I’m fucking lame.
“Dude, snap out of it. Everyone there misses you. I didn’t invite the assholes,” Brad said.
“…I guess.”
“You’re doing the arm-scratching thing again, haven’t seen you doing that in a while,” Brad said.
“I’m going to put on some music, and you’re going to stop thinking, okay?” Brad added.
“Yeah, okay,” I replied.
When we opened the door, Marcus the quarterback greeted us, and half my worries melted away.
He is about 300 pounds, which feels skinny to me now. At least I’m not the only fat one.
Now that I look into it, not everyone has defined abs. I don’t know why I expected everyone to be runway models. Even Brad is softer around the middle.
“Dude! Where have you been?” Aiden yelled.
“Oh shit, you look humongous, my guy,” Braxton said.
We quickly got back into the groove we had two summers ago.
Brad booted up a party game, and we tried our hardest to destroy each other.
We also caught up on what each of us was up to this past year, or what to do with our future. Aiden wants to marry his girlfriend, Marcus wants to join his boyfriend’s band, and Brad wants to be a freelance artist alongside his side job.
When the night came, They ordered some Chicken wings and pizzas.
“Fuck yeah, trash food! No more diet from Coach,” Aiden said, taking away half the pizza.
“By the way, I bought extra pizzas to see how much we can push ourselves,” Brad said.
I have a bad feeling about this.
“Of course, if it’s too much, we can always count on Jay,” Brad laughed.
There are six of us, with twenty large pizzas. I am screwed.
“It’s just some pizzas, no big deal. I can beat Jay easily,” Braxton, the most muscular guy in the group, said.
“Hahaha, don’t underestimate him, my dude,” Brad replied.
Except for Marcus, all of them are wimps. They started groaning and bitching after a few slices.
“Damn it, how do you make it look so easy,” Aiden asked.
“There’s a technique to it, dumb ass. I trained for this shit,” I answered.
Aiden then passed out from the food coma after six slices.
Two more people soon followed after him.
Brad is on his way to his second pizza. His stomach has never looked this bloated before. Marcus is trying his hardest on his fourth one, but the guy is barely hanging on.
When the seventh pizza box emptied, I was stuffed beyond belief.
The guys woke up and refocused their energy on me to finish the rest.
“There’s only two left, people. Finish it,” I said, pointing at the boxes.
“We’re not on your level, Jay. You’re like, a pro at this,” Aiden said.
“Yeah, man. Only you can do it,” Brad said.
Braxton handed the pizza box over, and they started feeding me slice by slice.
“Come on Jay, you’re better than this,” Aiden said and rubbed my belly.
These people have no personal boundaries like always.
I am beyond capacity after the eighth one.
This was most likely a fucked up plan by Brad to show they don’t care I’m a fat ass. I still believed they wouldn’t like me because of my size until a few hours ago, now it seems ridiculous to reject all those party invites last year. Well, maybe I was up to something because now they’re trying to suffocate me with pizzas.
When Aiden stuffed the last of the slices in my mouth, everyone cheered.
Tonight was absurd, but I got my friends back. When some guys were not happy for a fat guy to be on the team, they stopped hanging out with me. I thought I was a lost cause.
“Dude, you better come back next time,” Aiden said.
“I’m gonna beat you next time, Jay. Watch it,” Braxton said.
“Awesome to have you back, man,” Marcus said.
It reminds me of that summer when we hung out by the river every time the fast food party room got too suffocating, when my worries were carried away by the water.
“Thanks, Brad. For doing this,” I told him once we got in the car.
“No problem, I’m always here,” he answered.
I must have gotten too sentimental, or pizzas are clogging my brain, but I opened my Instagram and tabbed Recent in the search bar.
It seems like he made some new decorations for the coffee shop.
I scrolled down to see the picture of the beach.
“Stop scrolling like a creep, Jay. Just call him,” he said.
“What?” I asked.
“He’s still waiting for that coffee,” Brad said.
“You still talk to Ave?” I asked.
“This is fucking depressing to watch, Jay. You guys were best friends,” he said.
“You know, I was kinda jealous of you guys back in the day. I was the skinny guy who got bullied on the side, and you were the guy on the team who still takes the time of day to befriend me. I only had you, and you also had him. It’s frustrating seeing you throw that away,” he finishes.
He doesn’t understand though. I’m a hypocrite who ignored Ave when he got fat. I don’t deserve his attention.
***
It’s been two weeks since our graduations and Dad getting his cast off. Mom has been working full-time, trying to figure out what we could do as a family to celebrate. It’s proven to be difficult when there are two 500-pound whales in said family. We can’t fit into any amusement park ride, and we’ll sink into the bottom of the ocean if we go to the beach. So, the rational thing to do is a picnic. At least that’s what I suggested. But Mom insisted a camping trip was the best family bonding option. For two whales.
It’s fine, I thought to myself. We have done this plenty of times.
After stuffing Dad in the front seat and the emergency food boxes in the back of the SUV. Mom explained the bags of medicines she bought like a flight attendant with the safety instructions. She must have been traumatized by Dad’s injury. He’s not allowed to do anything remotely dangerous, like moving his hand to eat. Hence, the army medical packs.
Mom went through the bottles of fox spray, bear spray, mosquito spray, sun spray and pepper spray, and then we finally got moving.
On our way there, we had some intermissions at the gas stations to replenish snacks. Theo whined it, but this was all his fault anyway.  If only he hadn’t grown our monstrous appetite, and forced musical soundtracks to be played in the car for hours, I might have skipped over a few snack breaks.
Recently, my weight has stabilized at about 520 pounds. Thank God my exercises on the chair worked; otherwise, I’m going to blow up on my way to the camp.
“Guys, Brad said safe trip, and he’ll miss us,” Theo said.
“He probably only meant you,” I replied.
Theo has been giggling for an hour straight, looking at his phone.
“I’ll miss you, Bradley. The signal’s breaking off. See you soon!” Theo said.
We set up the camp in a few hours. By the time we were done, the sun had already set, giving the mountain an orange hue.
Today we’re going up to Sunshore Lake. It’s going to be a steep walk, but I’m ready to flex my athletic prowess.
It was not a good sign that I was already sweating before arriving at the entrance.
“David, this is a bit steeper than I remembered. Do you guys want to stay down here?” Mom said.
“Nah. Jay and I will do it. This is a piece of cake compared to what we used to do. Right, son?” Despite not having to walk for more than a year, Dad remains confident.
“Hell yeah, Dad. Let’s show them what we're made of!” I said.
I give up. We’re a third of the way through, and I can feel my belly weighing me down.
“Come on -huff, son, you -huff-can do it!” Dad said, looking worse than I do.
Theo looked at us and chuckled.
“Guys, I’m so sorry! I should’ve known this was too much,” Mom said, panicking.
“It’s- it’s all good, Chloe. Remember you married the- huff- Star athlete back in college?” Dad smiled at Mom and gave her a thumbs up.
“Need a hand?” Theo asked me.
“Isn’t that too much?” I motioned to our luggage on his back.
“Oh, that’s nothing,” he swung my arm behind his shoulder and carried me.
He’s been doing that more often than not when I couldn’t get up. Probably the reason he got all those muscles under his shirt. What happened to the noodle arm ginger?
“Thanks, man. I guess I don’t have to roll back down there,” I said.
When we were halfway through, Dad told us solemnly.
“I- I don’t think I can make it.”
“Noooo, David I’m sorry! I didn’t mean for things to end this way,” Mom said with tears in her eyes.
“I love you guys. You’re the light of my life. I am honour to be a husband, a father, and a-”
“Dad, you’re not dying. We’re almost there,” I said.
“Is it too late to call an emergency helicopter?” Mom asked.
“David, I love you, but I really don’t want to touch you right now. Can you pull through yourself, baby?” Mom said, looking at the sweat ball that was Dad.
Theo burst out laughing, and I couldn’t help but join too, even if I was in an equally dire situation.
When we got to the top, everyone was exhausted.
We cleaned ourselves up with towels, and Mom went to check the Kayaking information.
Dad and I were too big for it, as expected, so we went to find a good spot for fishing.
“I’m so excited. I have never kayaked before!” Theo said, looking as refreshed as ever.
Before we set up our fishing gear, they eagerly ditched us.
The Lake looked as calm as ever. It's boring with little going on.
Mom and Theo are probably in the middle of the lake now.
Staring at the stale water, I realized Dad was not perfect. He’s a little stubborn, clueless sometimes, but that’s what I like about him. I don’t know if anyone would find my quirks appealing. if Ave would.
I’m just a Lazy food addict who basically lives in his mom’s basement, so maybe not.
“Jay?” Dad said.
“What’s up, Dad?” I asked.
“You think too much, buddy.”
“You were always an overthinker since you were a toddler,” Dad said.
“I remember you told me you wanted to play football instead of hockey because hockey will give you frostbites, and freeze you into those Neanderthals from the museums,” Dad said.
“Oh Gosh,” he still remembers.
“You know what?” Dad said, then quickly took off his shirt.
“Let’s go for a swim,” He said with a smile.
“But the fishing,” I said.
“Don’t worry about the fish,” He said, walking back and charging towards the water.
The cannonball created a massive splash, making me completely wet.
“Mother of God, it’s freezing! Did you see that, Jay?” He said with a laugh.
“Yeah, that was pretty cool,” I chuckled. It’s not every day you see a chunky beast jumping into the water.
“Come on, Jay, take it off and jump!” he said.
I have not taken off my shirt in public since middle school, when I started to notice my flaws. Even in the locker room, I would find a bathroom stall to change.
“Don’t overthink it, Jay! Trust me!” Dad said.
Don’t overthink, I thought.
I took off my shirt and back off. When I pick up the pace, my entire body is wobbling.
With all the strength I have, I jumped.
Shit, this was a bad idea.
The cold water hit me.
First, nothing but white bubbles clouded me. Then, schools of fish surrounding me appeared in my vision, hurrying away from the meteor strike. I moved my legs slightly apart on the lakebed, so I don’t step on the tiny crabs while they take refuge in the kelp forest.
“Holy Fuck, it’s freezing!” I said as I pulled my head out of the water.
“Hahahaha, watch your mouth, Jay. You don’t want to summon your mother here,” Dad said.
The view down there was breathtaking; it was what I expected, but not. The fish looked different from a simple change of scenery. I wouldn't have known if I had never jumped.
“I’m proud of you, Jay. That was a huge splash. Aren’t the views here amazing?” he said.
“Thank you, Dad. I wouldn’t have done it without you,” I said.
“You did it all by yourself, kid,” he replied.
We kept exploring the lake until our stomachs growled in protest.
After setting up the fire, we roasted some fish in the bucket and made S’mores from caramel marshmallows.
Theo and Mom joined and we talked about the stories we had at school or some embarrassing stories of me Dad has kept.
The next day, we packed up our stuff to leave. The mountain is beautiful and all, but Dad and I are starving for some real food.
On our way down, I realized that I had been the biggest enemy to myself. There are so many supportive people surrounding me when my self-doubt overshadows them.
The signal bars slowly appear one by one. I opened Avery’s profile picture.
If he rejects me, I’ll be embarrassed in front of a person I really care about.
I shouldn’t overthink.
There’s nothing more I can lose when I already lost his company.
So I texted.
“Hey, Ave. I know I’m late, but would you mind if I take you up on your offer for the coffee?”
“...” a text bubble appeared.
“I thought you'd never ask.”

Yandere Miguel O'Hara Headcanons
Tumblr media
Warnings: 18+, Depictions of Smut, Implied Non-Con, Breeding, Kidnapping, Restraining, Yandere Miguel, Obsessive Miguel, Possessive Miguel, Implied Female Reader, Implied Gender-Neutral Reader, No Pronouns used for Reader Except ‘You’.
You took him in after you found him collapsed on the rooftop of your apartment, a thick, bleeding gouge along his side. And, initially, he was very suspicious of you, found your generosity – your eagerness to clean and dress his wound, to bring him a fresh change of clothes, to offer him a warm meal – a cause for alarm.
But, you made your intentions with him quite clear; that you only wished to help, to make sure he was fully-healed before he descended upon the world once more.
He did try to leave. Truly, he did. But your proclamations that he needed rest and the nice warm bed you’d offered him forced his body to succumb before his mind did.
As convincing as you may be, Miguel is still highly cautious of you. Tuning into his senses, trying to detect poison in his food or a hidden enemy in your apartment.
But, for the days he’s there, Miguel picks up nothing.
You tell him about yourself – anything and everything he’d like to know – often sitting by his side and answering every question he asks of you: your name, your job; the basics. And, eventually, he opens up to you. Marginally. Tells you a little bit about why he’s here.
He only tells you he - and his associates – are in pursuit of a highly dangerous target. Of course, he omits the part about the fate of the Multiverse hanging squarely on the success of this mission, and he just can’t seem to bring himself to as your eyes fill with wonder and curiosity, your attention solely on him.
And he can’t help but indulge you when you ask him if he has any stories about his time as a superhero.
He relents. Tells you of missions which bear little weight on the universe you reside in – nothing that could endanger you should you tell another soul. And you listen with an eagerness he wished his subordinates would display, even if only for theatrics’ sake.
You tell him how lucky the world is to have a hero like him – how lucky you are to even be talking to him, seeing as you’re just a civilian.
Your earnest nature makes something in him tick. Something he can’t place his finger on.
As the days fly by, he finds himself racking his brain for more stories to tell you, more tales to regale where he comes out on top, ever the hero he is.
It helps bury some of the guilt that lingers in his heart, fractals of a universe he’s shattered. Makes him feel as if he’s not entirely a failure.
Whenever you leave the apartment – for work or for shopping – Miguel wanders around, watches some TV, formulates his game plan for when he has to leave.
That last one brings him a little too much anxiety for his liking, so he often finds himself thinking of you instead to ease his nerves.
Something, initially, he’s somewhat shocked by. But the longer he does it, the more natural it feels. The more vivid his daydreams become.
He tries never to let them stray into lewd territory, but after he accidentally caught sight of you undressing, his mind has been urging him to visit some...unsavoury places.
He only permits brief trips there when you’re out of the house, and never for very long.
The two of you fall into a routine while he’s healing; you come home and prepare him dinner, he comes and helps you – even when you tell him he should be resting. Then, you eat together and watch a film.
One evening, close to his departure – Miguel knows he hasn’t long with you left – you fell asleep on him, your face resting on his shoulder.
He dared not move for fear of disturbing you, losing you.
Then, his heart…fluttered.
And, as you slept soundly on him, with all the trust in the world, he realised that nobody had been this close to him – physically – since…
Since he lost his universe.
The idea that someone could take this for granted, the simple act of trust, that they could take advantage of yours, shot through him, a bullet of realisation. And the pain only sears as he looks upon your face, oblivious to the thoughts racing through his mind, through the minds of others – criminals and low-lifes who would kill you for no reason.
He couldn’t leave you.
Not here, and not on your own.
He knows it’s selfish, but, in another vein, he believes he’s saving you. Being the hero you see him as.
The next day, he’s fully-healed. And he has a proposition for you.
“Go…with you ?” you say, eyebrow raised. “Miguel, I don’t underst-”
“You don’t need to,” he says. “But what you do need to know is that you’re not safe here.”
“What makes you think that ?” You cross your arms over your chest, as if to contain – hide – the suspicion growing there. Miguel brings a hand to the back of his neck, rubs it, tilts his head back.
“Listen, I just know things– things that make me qualified to tell you that you, on your own, in this universe, are not safe.”
Miguel knows he’s getting nowhere with you. Especially since he made no effort to explain his multiversal goings-ons to you when he first arrived. So, he shows you.
He takes you by the hand and, willingly, you go with him. To him, that’s confirmation – submission. Your compliance with his whims.
He brings you to a universe where everything is oddly…liminal. Like an early 2010’s Microsoft desktop wallpaper. Just green hills, a distant forest encircling the land, and a house. Big enough to fit a family of considerable size.
Made to fit you and Miguel.
By the time you realise anything’s wrong, out of the ordinary (aside from being shown inter-dimensional travel), Miguel’s dropping a bombshell on you.
“This is your new home,” he says, standing behind you. He’s so close you can feel his warmth against your back. He places a hand on your shoulder. Squeezes it. “Our new home.”
Any shock that overcomes you is overpowered with the sense of dread that you’ve walked right into Miguel’s trap. That, just as he’d warned you, someone had taken advantage of your kind, trusting nature.
You can fight as much as you want, but Miguel’s got his heart set on you. And your future here.
You see, while you were caring for Miguel, showing him the concern and attentiveness he’s been starved of for years, his mind had begun to wander. Wondered what you’d be like with him if you were always together. Wondered how you’d act if you were to care for a child.
His child.
He’ll try to convince you of this ideal, that this is right and is what’s best for you, but if you keep resisting, you’ll see his possessive side emerge. His anger.
Red eyes, pinning you to the wall, nostrils flared; he is not losing you. And if he needs to frighten you into this new life, then so be it. Though, he wants you to adjust naturally, to want what he wants, to, dare he say, love him as he loves you.
And if you’re not going to submit to him willingly, he’ll take it by force.
If you’re capable of bearing children, he creates a strict regiment wherein he takes you, filling you with his load. At first, this was once a day – every two days if he was busy.
Initially, he’d string you up to the ceiling by your legs after finishing, “To make sure it takes,” he told you. And it doesn’t matter how hard you struggle; his webs are steadfast. Stubborn.
But, as he became more ravenous, more enemaoured by the prospect of keeping you, of breeding you, he became sloppy. Desperate. The thought of you swollen with his offspring hits him while he’s at work, during the downtime between missions.
At which point he just takes care of himself, panting your name in the bathroom stall before finishing and returning to work as normal.
Then it became more frequent, occurring while he’s on missions, during integral moments. At this point, he tries to suppress it, save it for later. After all, it’s not like he has a choice.
And that’s when he’d come and pay you a midnight visit, girthy and stiff and eyes red with the carnal need to fill you again and again until your stomach bulged.
That regime he’d set up unravelled, and now he takes you at every convenience, every chance he gets, pinning you to a web and making sure you can’t struggle if you’re particularly resistant.
At first, he did feel guilty about this; guilty that he was the one hurting you, causing you to cry, to beg for him not to finish inside you as you told him you weren’t ready to have a child.
And, during this period, he would wear his mask. He thought it would offer him some protection against your tear-streaked, anguished stare, your pleas for him to let you go, to return you home.
It didn’t.
He tries to comfort you, to tell you that you’ll “Love being a parent – just give it a chance,” as he pumps his hot load into you, holding you close to him.
Depending on his mood, he can be very gentle or very rough.
When he’s gentle, he whispers in your ear, tells you how much you mean to him, how he loves you more than you’ll ever know.
When he’s rough, he’s merciless. And gone is the tender love he’d subject you to, replaced with growls and claims that he needs you, that he won’t stop fucking you until you’re filled with his offspring.
He has a web created specifically for when he breeds you – where he attaches you to it upside down, making sure your chances of pregnancy are maximised. He fucks you here too, sometimes. And while blood is rushing to your head from being upside down, Miguel’s pounding the life out of you, panting, sweating, moaning your name.
He can go for many, many rounds. His superhuman stamina and strength make him unstoppable when it comes to you.
He’ll keep going long after you’ve finished or while you’re unconscious and exhausted from his barrage, never ceasing until he stuffs his cum into you, holding you to him, pressing kisses to your face as he tells you what a good job you’ve done, how well you’ve taken him.
If you do end up pregnant, Miguel is never letting you go.
You can say goodbye to any chances of getting back to your universe when he finds out you’re bearing his child.
And you can’t hide it from him, either. His hearing and perception tell him you’re expecting even before you’re aware of it.
By that point, the only thing you can do is just accept that this is your life now. Doing so early on will make your existence with Miguel little more than bearable. Because if you aren’t excited or tolerant of this child, Miguel will string you up in your bedroom.
“For your own good,” he tells you, his eyes flickering down to your stomach. His eyes soften, fill with warmth. “And the baby’s.”
If he suspects you’ll try to hurt yourself or the baby, he’ll take drastic measures to ensure neither of those things happen; restraining you, placing you into an induced sleep, cocooning you.
If you can’t have children, he’ll simply take one from another universe and tell you that the two of you will raise them together.
If he suspects anyone or anything else is going to try to hurt you or the baby, he’ll destroy it. No questions asked.
He’s indiscriminate, too.
Even if it were one of his associates – someone he’s worked alongside for years – they’re all superficial to him.
His only concern is you.
And he’ll make sure you’re loved and cared for forever.

The Weight of a Promise: The First Vow
The Weight of a Promise is for 18+ only.
Angst, Hurt
-
"Hola, mi amor. I've brought your favorite takeout," you call out as you step into your shared apartment. The silence that greets you is unusual, but you figure your girlfriend might be lost in her football replays again, headphones on, oblivious to the world.
You head to the kitchen and place the takeout on the counter. With a smile, you begin setting the table, adding a special touch by placing a large candle in the center. You had picked it up while waiting for the takeout, hoping to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere for the evening.
You had been eagerly anticipating this day, a rare night where both you and Jenni could finally enjoy each other's company without the interruptions of work commitments and meetings. Tonight was special, a night set aside just for the two of you.
You envisioned a cozy dinner at home, savoring a delicious meal together. Afterward, you longed to lounge in Jenni's strong, tattooed arms, sharing intimate conversations about everything and nothing. For a while now, you had yearned to kiss her softly and lose yourself in her touch. Tonight, you hoped, all of that would come true.
As you approached the door of your shared bedroom, the familiar scene unfolded slightly differently tonight.
"Bébé, please come or dinner will get cold," you called out with a chuckle. Jenni often lost track of time watching a match, only to later grumble about her meal cooling off. Tonight was no exception. However, your amusement quickly faded as you noticed Jenni packing a suitcase, headphones firmly in place, her attention wholly absorbed.
She hadn't yet seen you standing there.
You gently touch her arm, causing Jenni to jump with surprise. Quickly, she slid her headphones off and gave you a quick once-over. There you stood in one of her old FC Barcelona jerseys, her name and number emblazoned on the back, paired with simple shorts. To her, you looked perfect, which only made what she was about to do even harder.
"Amor, I've called out to you twice already. What's with the suitcase?" Your curiosity overrode your hunger momentarily. It was packed to the brim.
It didn't occur to you once that Jenni might be preparing to walk away with it.
Instead, you innocently assumed she was testing it out for your next vacation, envisioning you both bringing the entire contents of your closet along.
Jenni released a sizable sigh, or perhaps it was more of a deep breath. You couldn't recall a time when she appeared nervous. She exuded confidence and a touch of cockiness. Yet, there she stood, visibly uneasy.
Acting on instinct, you reached for her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze, hoping to anchor her back to the present moment. But for Jenni, this gesture only added to the overwhelming realization of how perfect you were for her, making her current predicament all the more challenging.
"I have to go", Jenni whispered, her gaze fixed on your hand, where the diamond of your engagement ring shimmered in the light.
"Go where?" confusion crept into your voice. She hadn't mentioned anything about leaving earlier.
"I have to go to Mexico," she stated, her tone wavering yet determined.
Your mind flashed back to conversations about her dream of playing for a football club in Mexico after her time with FC Barcelona Feminí. You both agreed it would happen eventually, but not yet. There was still a full season ahead in Barcelona, and she was committed to seeing it through. It also gave you both time to tie up loose ends with work and with your shared house.
But now, uncertainty crept in, casting doubt on whether that plan remained in the distant future.
"Okay, for how long?" Your voice carries a hint of uncertainty, mirroring the confusion swirling inside you. Unsure of what to ask next, you're taken aback by this unfamiliar version of your girlfriend. It's a side you've never seen before, and it leaves you feeling a bit anxious.
All you want is for her to feel better. You can see she's struggling, yet she's not sharing much. You're left grasping for ways to support her, wishing you knew how to ease her burden.
"Amor, are you feeling okay?" After a prolonged silence and still no answer to your question, you reach out to her again. ''I really want to help you, amor," you confess, feeling a sense of desperation creeping in.
"You're not making this easy for me," she whispers, her voice barely audible, and you can almost see tears glistening in her eyes. Your heart aches at the sight, longing to erase whatever troubles are weighing her down and restore the familiar warmth between you.
"It doesn't have to be easy, as long as I can help you even a little," you say, squeezing her hand gently and offering a soft smile. Jenni feels a surge of hesitation, almost ready to abandon her plan. But she knows if she doesn't rip the band-aid off now, she might never find the courage to do it.
"I'm leaving tonight, the Uber is almost here," she blurts out, her words landing like a punch to your gut, leaving you even more bewildered.
"What do you mean? I haven't packed anything. I need to call work, and how long did you say? We need to make arrangements for our house and-" Your thoughts tumble out in a jumble, but Jenni cuts in before you can finish.
"This upcoming season, I'll be playing in Mexico with the Tigres," she announces, a mixture of nerves and anticipation evident in her expression.
A smile tugs at your lips as you hear that her dream has come true, but you can see that Jenni's emotions are more complex than just excitement.
"I'm proud of you. It's a bit quicker than expected, but that's how life goes sometimes, right?" You lean in to place a tender kiss on her cheek, searching her eyes for reassurance, but instead, you find a hint of hesitation that dampens your own enthusiasm.
"I'm going alone," she whispers, her words barely audible.
"I'm sorry?" You question, struggling to comprehend what you just heard.
Did she really say that?
"I have to do this alone,'' she repeats, her voice tinged with sorrow, and you find yourself unable to grasp her reasoning.
"Why? Don't you want me by your side, chasing your dreams with you?" Shock colors your words as you grapple with the idea.
"It's not that I don't want that," she assures you, her sigh heavy with the weight of her decision. "It's just that I need to figure some things out on my own." Her admission hangs in the air, revealing the depth of her inner turmoil. This certainly wasn't an easy choice for her.
"But what about our plans to do life together?" Tears gathered in your eyes as you raised your hand, displaying the engagement ring proudly adorning your finger.
"Please, don't do this," she implored, her voice tinged with desperation.
"This is difficult enough, please don't make it harder," she pleaded with you.
"Almost five years together, almost one year engaged," you say, your voice catching in your throat.
An overwhelming sadness washes over you.
"Life is full of challenges, but I want to face them with you. Isn't that what you said to me?" Tears stream down your face, your breath coming in shallow gasps.
Jenni struggles to contain her own emotions, knowing that if she hugged you tightly now, she wouldn't be able to leave.
But she had to go.
"I know, and I'm sorry," she says, tears streaming down her face, her voice barely audible.
"I'm sorry I can't give you the answers you need right now. I'm so sorry," she repeats, her voice trembling as she avoids meeting your eyes. Tears well up in her own eyes, mirroring the pain in your heart.
"No, I'm sorry if I didn't see you struggling. I'm sorry if I wasn't there for you before. I'm sorry that you had to make this decision and that I couldn't help you out of it," you say, shaking your head as you struggle to form the words, feeling the weight of blame settling heavily upon you.
"No," Jenni shakes her head gently. "It's not you, I promise." Her phone chimes, signaling the arrival of her Uber. With a sigh, she zips up her suitcase. "It's me. I need to clear my head, and this is the only way," she explains, her voice trembling with emotion.
For a final moment, she kisses you softly, leaving you both touched and taken aback.
A flicker of anger rises within you, how could she kiss you in such a heavy moment only to leave you afterward?
But the anger quickly gives way to a deeper sadness.
She is really leaving you like this, and it hurts more than you can bear.
"Lo siento," she murmurs, resting her forehead against yours.
Tears still streaming down your face.
You find it impossible to stop crying.
"You really think this is the only way?" you ask, your voice laced with uncertainty as Jenni walks towards the entrance door of your shared house.
She pauses, her gaze drifting to the dining table adorned with her favorite takeout food and the beautiful candle you had carefully chosen. Tears flow down her face more rapidly now, weighed down by the love and effort you've poured into this moment, making it all the more difficult.
Your question elicits even more tears from her, knowing that despite the hurt, you still trust her with all your heart.
You want to stand up for her, even as she feels she's shattered your heart into a million pieces.
She turns around to face you once more, her eyes brimming with determination. "Sí," she says firmly.
"Then I believe you," you respond softly, unable to dispute her decision despite the immense pain you feel in this moment and know you'll carry for a while.
She gently takes your hand, her touch grazing against the engagement ring that symbolized your shared love and commitment.
With a soft kiss, she bids farewell to the engagement ring, her heart heavy with uncertainty. She's unsure if it's truly the last time she'll feel its presence, if it's the last time she'll see it adorning your finger, proudly carried as a symbol of your shared love.
In her heart, she yearns for a swift return, longing to mend herself and come back to you quickly, to the warmth of your embrace and the comfort of your love.
Yet, doubts cloud her thoughts, casting shadows on her hopes. What if it's not as simple as she wishes? The fear of the unknown weighs heavily on her, a burden she can't bear to share with you, leaving the possibility of your reunion hanging delicately in the balance.
"Please don't take this off," she murmurs, her eyes pleading as she nods towards your engagement ring.
She knows she shouldn't have said it, understands she doesn't have the right, not after causing you such pain.
But the words escape her lips nonetheless, carrying with them a deep well of longing and regret.
Despite everything, she wants you to know that her love for you remains unwavering.
''Te amo mucho,'' she whispers, her voice filled with sincerity and affection. With a heavy heart, she turns and walks out the door, hoping against hope that one day she'll be able to make things right again.
You can't stop her. Deep down, you know you can't.
She's resolute in her decision, and as much as it hurts, you understand that you have to let her go.
You watch her leave through the door, aching with the weight of your emotions. She said it's the only way, and despite your inner turmoil, you choose to trust her.
Now, it's quiet, the only sound being the echo of your own thoughts amidst the silence.
You gaze through your tears at your engagement ring, its brilliance mocking the ache in your chest.
It's a beautiful symbol of love, but right now, it's a painful reminder of what once was.
Yet, despite the hurt it brings, you refuse to take it off.
You cling to it, as if holding onto the last remnants of hope.
Even as the pain threatens to consume you, even if it seems like the hurt will triumph, you stand firm in your resolve.
You won't take it off.
Not now.
Not ever.
Because even if you take it off, the hurt won't go away.
And deep down, you still hold onto the flicker of hope that one day, things will be different.

Hatake Kakashi Headcanons
All right. It's time for some of my husband's headcanons. I consider Kakashi my husband. So I have to make some headcanons for him.
Tumblr media
Known
Birthday September 15th
Zodiac Virgo
Height 181 cm
Weight 67.5 kg
Blood type O
Hair color silver/gray
Eye color gray
Missions completed 1,141
197 D
190 C
414 B
298 A
42 S
Fighting
Jutsu: Tai and Nin
Kekkei: Sharingan
Hidden ability: Kamui
Style: Tracking/Assassination specialist
General
This man is an introvert.
Favorite colors: black, grey, green (neutral colors)
Reads Icha Icha in public
Work smarter not harder
Is late to things that aren't important
Sees KIA stone in morning
Appreciates his comrades more than he lets on
If you can't find him, he is reading or working out. Most likely reading.
If you REALLY can't find him, he is trying to hide and keep away from people.
He is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush. Especially when it is something he likes.
Kakashi does smoke, only when extremely tired and stressed, like after a tough mission. Other than that, he won't smoke.
Will. Do. 400. Crunches. For. The. Fun. Of. It. Basically any kind of exercise for the hell of it.
His spacial awareness is insanely keen.
The moment he walks into a place or room, he already has a plan in case things go awry. He has an exit path separate from the front. He already has tabs on civilians and potential allies. On top of that, he already can sense those who have ill intent.
Plays dumb so he doesn't have to interact or get involved.
Has hyper focused on something and missed a conversation point.
Has fallen out of bed.
Has fallen asleep with his gear on. Basically face plant into his bed the moment he got home. And didn't wake up until 12 hours later to go to the bathroom.
He always throws up an aloof facade so he throws his opponents off. Acting bored or disinterested is the best way to rile up an opponent's anger, which can cause them to lose a fight.
Just the fact he shows up to something or for someone is a big deal. It means he supports them or it is important to him in a way, even if he is forced.
He gets really quiet and withdrawn when tired. Usually his book isn't even out by this point.
He gets more irritable when tired. He tries to keep his comments to himself and mouth shut.
Has massive respect for kunoichi. It isn't easy in the shinobi world and a woman has to be bad ass if they want to achieve recognition.
He is a stickler for teamwork and comradery.
He has a favorite tree he likes to sit in so he can watch over people while he reads.
He has sharp canines.
Food
Favorite food Miso with Eggplant with salt boiled saury
Can cook
Likes simple meals
Doesn't like sweets
More savory food
Fish, beef, chicken, pork. In that order.
Can handle most spices.
Fast eater
Least favorite anything fried or sweet
Drinks
Social drinker
Can hold his liquor
It is rare, but in the mornings he will have Coffee, Black
Tea
Water
Behavior
He is a gentleman, walks ladies home at night and makes sure his drunk friends get home.
He will get cats out of trees for civilians.
He will help the elderly with groceries.
Calm, cool, collected.
He is quiet and analytic, he likes to stay in the background and unnoticed. He will step in when he feels like no one will be able to handle the situation.
He is usually reading or day dreaming.
He usually speaks tactfully. But he does say what is on his mind.
Originally, he was strict and by the book. But after Obito's death, he became carefree and prioritized team safety over success of the mission.
He is reluctant to let anyone close to him. He fears losing them.
Modest about his abilities.
Senses
He has a heightened sense of smell and hearing.
He has a sensitive chakra network, able to pick up on people around him and distinguish friend and foe by their chakra signature.
Hygiene
Showers at night
Smells like sandalwood and timber, earthy undertone
He brushes his teeth with mint and mouthwash
He shaves every morning.
Comb? What's that? Maybe once a week or so.
Fighting Style
Kakashi uses a ton of kicks to keep opponents at bay from getting too close to him.
INSANE core strength.
Fluid movements.
Constantly adapting to the fight, changing grips and angles of attack.
Will use chakra as a last resort.
Will use Sharingan as the ultimate last resort.
Will prefer to knock out or render unable to move. Will terminate as a last resort or if opponent is known in bingo book.
Has dealt with bingo book individuals before.
He usually waits to strike.
His Anbu training takes over and he strikes fast and lethal over power.
Lots of his fighting is based off Gai.
Kakashi knows the strongest and most powerful muscles in the body are the legs, which is why he uses them.
Sleep
He tends to sleep on his back.
He will wind up on his side.
He is a light sleeper.
Has insomnia.
He does like to nap during the day. Usually in a tree or outside. But he has napped at home.
He sleeps with a kunai under his pillow.
If he can't sleep he will read.
If that doesn't work, he will go for a walk around the village.
He enjoys taking naps with his ninken.
Chakra
First chakra affinity is Lightning
Second is Earth
Can wield all elements due to sharingan
Mental
Has PTSD
Depression
Insomnia, hence naps.
DISSOCIATION
He will have night terrors to the point he will purposely walk around the village to avoid sleep.
Has scrubbed his skin to the point of bleeding so he could get the memory of blood off.
I will post more, but this is the general list I have for him.
My other list is for that when he is with my OC, Rai.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He is so precious! He has my heart! I love him so much!
