Just thinking about Pro-Hero Dynamight, being recorded on live television staring at you with the most love struck expression that his normally-angry-and-agitated face could make. 

You were both dispatched to an emergency by your agency due to your quirks being the most compatible to this villain. But you and Katsuki both agreed it was better for you to handle said villain while he cleared the civilians and kept debris from hitting the stubborn news reporters. 

He watched you practically fly, and kick this villain into the floor causing a shockwave to be sent in the ground before the reporters voices began to become more coherent to him. 

“Pro-Hero Dynamight! What is your relation to Pro-Hero Y/N?” 

“Dynamight, how would you describe your partner? Is she easy to work with?”

“Pro hero! Why are you staring like that?” 

“Isn’t she somethin’..” Was all he could manage out, never taking his eyes off you, causing the crowd to gasp and whisper, school-girls giggling at the sight.

katsuki bakugo

he had sworn up and down that he never was and never would be the jealous type. katsuki thought that men who got pissy about their girlfriends every move were just insecure and lacking some sort of masculinity. he thought it was dumb, irrational and just down right stupid.

well, that was until you became his girlfriend of course. he’d never dated anyone before you despite having girls expressing their feelings to him here and there. unfortunately for them, none of them caught his attention like you did.

effortlessly beautiful, funny, but he’d rather die than admit that to your face, understanding and overwhelmingly perfect. there wasn’t a flaw to your name, nobody could even try to compare to you in his eyes, you were his one and only, you had him entirely hooked without him realising.

it was all of those qualities that made him get a little possessive of you. katsuki didn’t like that he felt so overprotective of you at times because he knew you were completely capable of handling yourself, but it was like some sort of instinct, like he had to make sure everyone knew not to mess with you, that you were off limits. he didn’t care about what you did and he never limited you, no, he wasn’t like that. it was more so the fact that every time you were together and katsuki witnessed you converse with another male who was obviously eyeing you like a bone, he got a little twitchy. he didn’t like how likable you were to everyone else, at the end of the day he knew that you were his and that was what always calmed him down from exploding, but he’d be damned if it still didn’t piss him off.

like right now for instance.

class 3A and 3B were having a little get together in class 3A’s dorm. katsuki had originally refused to come but after you begged him, he gave in to your pleas.

katsuki was sitting down on the couch, holding his drink in his left hand as he looked like he’d rather be elsewhere, kirishima, sero and denki by his side as usual, though they talked to others around them.

his eyes landed on you, and for a moment his gaze softened before it hardened almost immediately when he saw who you were talking with.

that fuckass punk, monoma, he had no idea why on earth you befriended someone so psychotic and crass as him, and he knew he didn’t have much space to talk but monoma was a whole other level.

he was horrible, yet you were convinced he just had a crude sense of humor which he found hard to believe. he always seemed so damn flirty around you, katsuki didn’t miss the way he stole glances at your lips when you pouted or smiled, because that was something he normally did.

katsuki tutted his teeth slightly and tried to avert his eyes, his body heating up slightly from anger that bubbled inside of him like a ticking bomb.

but then he heard it, the sound that made his heart squeeze and his blood pressure rise, the butterflies he once thought dumb beating against his stomach, the sound of your giggling. his eyes darted back immediately, watching you giggle and laugh from another man. fuck, it wasn’t even that you laughed because of another man, but because it was from monoma. the fact that he was able to rise that reaction out of you made katsuki shiver, an uncomfortable breeze traveling down his spine. it’s not like he felt threatened or anything, he was more just agitated.

he didn’t even realise how tight the grip was on the cup, the contents of it threatening to spill over onto his jeans. he quickly placed it down on the floor to avoid making a mess, standing up abruptly and walking over, snatching up a drink from the kitchen along the way and holding it in his hand, being careful as to not crush it beneath his hands.

“i got you another drink.” his gravelly voice pierced through your giggles as katsuki had approached the pair of you, his presence looming over you, making you look up at him, noticing his eyes seemed more red than usual, one of his hands outstretched to take the cup in your hands which you barely realised was empty.

you looked down at the cup he held out towards you, a smile forming on your face as you tilt your head at katsuki. “aw thanks baby, i didn’t even notice i needed another one.” you lean over to kiss his cheek appreciatively as you take the new drink, taking a sip of it and missing the tension between katsuki and monoma. katsuki melts at the feeling of your lips on his face, though nobody would’ve been able to tell with how stoic his face was.

his crimson eyes glared over at monoma who had his eyebrows raised, a slightly sour expression painting his face, like he was jealous. that in itself was all the reassurance katsuki needed. that’s all monoma could be. jealous. you were his and there was no disputing that. no matter how hard he tried to flirt with you or win you over, you’d never see monoma in that way, you only had eyes for him.

“mhm.” katsuki grumbles, his hand slithering to squeeze your waist once, his rough and padded fingers grazing against your exposed skin before he lets go and walks away, leaving you oblivious and monoma pissed.

from a distance, kirishima was watching and laughed to himself softly. “‘not jealous’ my ass.”

GUYS IM GETTING A SIGNED COPY OF "ALL TOMORROWS"!!!!!

I wanted to listen to music with my headphones and I took them out of my bag pack to just see the fucking earpads thingies came off. One I put on in seconds the other one I struggled so much with it that it tipped me over and I had a meltdown.

The meltdown was a combo of:

• jaw clenching

• head pressure

• full-body tension

• shaking/shuddering

And as a grand final I hit myself so hard on the head with my palms that I saw stars momentarily.

I just it was too much for me. I think this little thing tipped my “swallow and just accept it” bucket over so I lost it.

Update: 45min later and I have slight nausea…I think I gave myself a mild concussion rip me 😬🥲

Note to self: stop masking and being stuck in function mode bcs if you get this sort of meltdown it’s baaaaad baaad and it was too much for your brain and the threshold was hit and u need to stop before its escalating even more.

Usually I have such self control it’s wild but today I lost and my brain won and I had zero control over the meltdown about hitting myself in the head.

Glad that tomorrow is Friday. Glad that I will have 3 day weekend bcs Monday free.

In other news bcs I got frustrated with my headphones I decided to buy AirPod Pro 2nd Gen 2023 for like 217€ bcs why not if I already have an Apple phone and an Apple Watch and an IPad , why not continue with the Apple Brainrot and get AirPods at this point lol.

🎀Update🎀: Ok, I got my nails done first thing in the morning. It was my first time with that nail tech and .... I LOVE HERRRRRR. She did her BIG ONE. Plus her pricing was low so I had to tip BIG. Since I was walking around with 200$ cash and I saved up on my nails since it was not expensive ... I DID MY BACK TO SCHOOL SHOOPING !!! (very mindful splurging) . Yes, school already started a week ago but is MY world ... so I decide.

Was driving and thinking bout how sometimes I'm hurtling through space faster than any other animal on earth ever has and the hardest effort I'm making is trying to keep rhythm tapping my feet to some soothing music. We've made such a human-centred world that our natural instincts are like fully self contained and just reflected onto our own populace because we don't consider other animals at all except in terms of domestication, agriculture or pity (or projecting contemplation). And the anxieties we have are sometimes reflective of the forms of aggression and surveillance our peaceful societies have developed. And the cultural and psychological effects of a constant stream of input and an anonymous platform of judgement we've been given by the internet. And a global identity based on radical videos, conspiracy theories, tragic world news, wars, vague political sentiments, cryptic art forms, goreporn (CRAZY), literal porn, soft porn, soft porn disguised as humour, soft porn disguised as art, CELEBRITY culture (CRAZY), and memes. And how our childrens' brains are literally being cooked by the amount of information they're trying to figure out how to process. We're raising them to deal with problems we don't even understand or actively contribute to. And how the games that keep them hooked are always so bad for their development. But at least they still have each other so. And my kids are always gonna have a helping hand as well. So there's always hope anyway. Anyyway
