i get all my dinners from a meal service so i hardly ever go to the grocery store BUT, sometimes for lunch i will get a weird new soft cheese from the grocery store near my work and eat it on Almond Nut-Thins (Hint of Sea Salt). today i had a brie with flowers & herbs pressed into the rind!

not a big fan of building my own pizza; the pizza restaurant is generally a lot better at it. movie night is good (whale movie night was a BLAST and i hope everyone's excited for next year!!) but i like boardgame night best because i like talking to my friends :3 (and also beating their asses at SET)

sometimes! in high school i was listening to a lot of bach, fall out boy, and hardanger fiddle music from youtube. i still listen to all those genres (broadly defined) but usually the specific songs don't make it into my spotify top 100 because i Crave Novelty and only listen to them when i'm in a nostalgic mood.

my signature potluck recipe is these chocolate and oatmeal no-bake cookies that i made a lot in college, but sometimes i also bring chips and salsa :p

rn i have a couple of childhood stuffed animals and also a blåhaj that i put my sleep headphones on so they don't get lost as much! often there's more little guys; they sort of cycle in and out depending on my mood. sometimes there is also a large kraken squishable i use as a backrest but he's in storage at the moment because it's Too Freaking Warm and i need maximum room to kick my feetsies out from under the quilt

I’m doing okay!! My work had a social function today which made a lot of the workers feel like pets being looked at from the other side of the glass but it was over soon and THEN we go to go home and hour early cuz it’s Friday.

I’m also making great progress on TWOO books!!! One is Crescent City: House of Earth and Blood and the other is a 700k(ISHHHHHH) Draco and Hermione fic I found recently. I’m not a huge HP fic reader but a lot of the BIG Dramione fics have been turned into podcasted audiobooks on Spotify, so I’ve been making my way through some at work! That’s how I read Manacled by SenLinYu (AMAZING story btw. I understand the hype) and the one I’m on right now is like a trilogy but it’s all one story line in a way (at least I think). And I’ve finished the first one called The Right Thing To Do. I’m onto the next one now which is called All The Wrong Things. And then I believe next is one called The Auction? They’re by lovesbitca8 on AO3. But again I’m listening to the audio book versions.

Aside from all that jazz I’m doing good. I went out for lunch with coworkers today! I had an apple with Swiss cheese when I got home and I’ve already had two teas so I’m kicking a lot of basic necessity ass!!

The last four tracks are all instrumental, so it almost blends into one long jam. I really dig it.

Yeah, this whole album kicks ass. Highly recommended for just chilling out and listening to some good jams.

Favorite Track: Inspiration Information/Rainy Day tie.

Least Favorite Track: i use this mildly at this point, but it's XL-30 only because it's the only part of the album that breaks up the flow of it.

HakkaixGojyo (TenpouxKenren) - Saiyuki. What can I say? They're the Fated Guys. How can you not love this pairing, this ship dynamic? The fussy schoolteacher and the chainsmoking playboy find each other in a world gone chaotic in the shadow of the apocalypse. They were my first real, true, I'mma-write-fic-about-this ship. They've spent 500 years finding each other. Tough to beat.

Sokouku - Bungou Stray Dogs. Naturally, skk has to be on the list, right? Irresistible! I love a love affair that comes with a smack in the chops for good measure. Anyway, I'm a sucker for that kind of unequivocal trust, even when it's covered in idiocy.

MikoRei - K. Remember what I said about a smack in the chops? Well, MikotRei's got it. Their braincells are allergic to each other. They're deeply dippy about each other, and mad about it. Also, cue me up for that fucking tragedy and angst, yo. We've never written a single fic for this pairing, but we have hundreds of thousand of words of RP to Fix It.

Last Song: Details Kill by Juliet Ruin.
