So i made a ton of memes on dinotrux but THIS ONE keeps popping up. Ive seen people repost it on other platforms crediting me and everyone in the comments just goes "oh megatruxfr xd". Pausing and accidentally making a TyStructs meme made me more well known them my complex ass fanart and 4 or 3 minute long videos. Its just creatures like these that shoot you trough the roof

I believe its still on my inactive pinterest account, but its on Youtube too, somewhere in my community posts and its been videoed by some people. Its so fun to see everyone likes the dinotrux appreciation <3

Something I love about tznius and why I personally see value in it is because I'm frankly a very possessive person about myself and I like being able to have some control over how people perceive me. I usually see people talk about the religious aspect of tznius and while I appreciate that and love it, I've realized that I think I'm just very very possessive because I don't even think about our** religious commandments in that area.

OKAY SO I’ve been thinking about Dinotrux again and I wanted to talk to about the T. trux a little bit bc I’m a palaeontology student ❤️

okay so like, when I first watched the show I always wondered why they were so feared when they never seem to do much 😭 like, in the crater things never even seemed too bad w/ just D-Structs, it only got like super evil when his brother showed up, but at the same time they are the villains of a kids show, they are supposed to pull shit like this, it only really seemed to draw from the fact that T.rexes were probably apex predators in real life

Besides the anger issues that seem prevalent in our main trux I don’t want to go right ahead and say that’s our main problem bc 4 T. trux in the entire series isn’t a big sample pool, so looking back at their real world counterpart I think they might be feared sm bc T.rexes are generally considered opportunistic, both a predator and a scavenger, in the very beginning of the show Ty rolls into and literally just takes some food bc people got scared away by him just existing 😭 so like, it’s clearly happened before

then later on when D-Structs and D-Stroy take control of the crater they had a tendency to steal ore than find it themselves, so the fact that they’re opportunistic seems likely, and large territory battles between them probably scares a lot of bystanders too, which helps fear spread when people tell stories

If I am so bold to lean into headcannon territory, I think it would be fun if they were probably still predators in some way, like, we have the scrap animals that eat dinotrux, and since T.trux already prove to have opportunistic tendencies, who’s to say they haven’t decided to tear into a carcass? Besides, if some of them decide to eat other species that also helps their fearsome reputation spread but again, this is all head cannon that I like to apply whenever I think of them 😭

One of the scenes im very excited to be animated is the introduction of the golden kingdom and Yaad. Specifically the scene where they cook and eat with him,

its a sweet scene but also showcases the horror of the situation the people of the golden kingdom are in very well. Theyve been alive so long they can no longer enjoy food because of their dulled senses. They can no longer enjoy living at all. One of dungeon meshis most important messages is to eat properly and have a healthy relationships with food. How life, death, and food, are heavily intertwined. That eating is the privilege of the living. And the people of the golden kingdom have lived so long that eating means nothing to them. They are unable to have that relationship with food at all. Theyve lived so long they can no longer enjoy the taste of food. Nor do they have that appetite, for food and for life, anymore.

Its why their meal at the end of the series hits so hard for me. Theyre finally free of the curse of an eternal life and they can now finally enjoy the privileges of food, of life, and of death. The privilege of seeing the sun in the sky every morning and watching the moon set at night. The privilege of eating a sick ass drag-

New idea: Ty has no idea how T-Truxes play together. When he finally managed to befriend D-Structs, he doesn’t understand why he still wants to fight him and the others sometimes until he asks and D-Structs just tells him that’s how he and his brother used to play, so he figured that’s how it’s done.

This leads to another headcanon that D-Structs knows how much strength can go into play fights. If his brother plays with him, he knows he can go full out. If it’s Skrap-It, he doesn’t use much strength, just enough to pose a challenge to the small scraptool.

Okay I was asked to draw a bonus on Flowers so here’s the aftermath of the date these two gays went to

D-Structs was kind enough to let Ty use his leather jacket as a blanket

Ok but small talking about this small moment that has stayed with me ever since my START with Dinotrux 3 years ago:

In this scene Ty is tricking D Structs into getting out of the forest and fighting him at the bridge to kick him out of the Flatirons, their living place. And hes doing that with boulders that are placed everywhere that have a circle carved in them so his voice echoes trough the woods and D Structs gets frustrated cuz he doesnt know where it comes from but he does know its Ty.

But. Uhm.

As most of us know Ty is a little ✨️fruity✨️ as it is but this scene- he is whispering to annoy D Structs but am i the only one that thinks Ty sounds genuinly like- Seductive? Especially in that first call where goes like: "D Struuuuuucts~"

And seeing how much it clearly annoys and frustrates D Structs its even funnier. Ty genuinly sounds seductive dude what is this?! 😭 I love Andrew Francis but that husky, seductive "D Struuuuucts~~" gave me cold chills especially since i hate Ty Structs with a burning passion and i love this episode
