Anyway, it was good BECAUSE! I get some of my best ideas when I'm about to sleep or when I just wake up and just... Going off of them as adults and maybe when they all first move in together? That is some good stuff right there.

So at first, Haruhi would probably not want anything too fancy and obviously wouldn't want tamaki and Kyoya to pay for everything so she insists on paying for her part of the house (Maybe they get something a little fancier because idk secret rich people activity)

The bedroom situation would be interesting, not too sure about the dynamic there so I'd wanna know Ur thoughts on it.

Maybe tamaki invents something dumb like "Hey I know, since you're my Husband, and you're my wife, And you're both besties why don't I make a spinny wheel to see who I get to sleep with tonight!" He's like, ecstatic and loves the idea and Kyoya is abt to say something like "No tamaki we can just... Sleep in one bed" But Haruhi doesn't let him rain on his parade, at least for a little while.

Other than that, I feel like when they first move in Tamaki would either be trying to teach Haruhi about normal house things like "Ah this is a toilet, you see Haruhi? You sit down on it and after you're finished you flush with that little thing there," And Kyoya is like "She knows what a toilet is, we've been to her house before"

FANCY TUNA FRIDAYS!!

Every Friday the husbands treat Haruhi to fancy tuna to see the happiest look they've ever seen on her face. Even Kyoya cracks a smile at her eating the fancy tuna. Tamaki is more like "I wish you'd look at me like that fancy tuna, Haruhi" And she'd laugh and him and he'd go and grow mushrooms in a corner or something lol

Around the house, I feel like kyoya would let down his walls a little, and maybe show a little more affection with Tamaki than Haruhi around the house. Ofc Haruhi still shows effection but she's still a lot more of a chill person and her affection is stuff like good food and quality time.

Also they both lived with maids so they'd probably end up learning to do a lot of the housework from Haruhi, who most certainly won't be doing all of it herself. Also could lead to some very cute moments where they learn to do stuff themselves.

I feel like Kyoya would know what to do, in theory but had never actually gone through with any of it. Like folding laundry but accidentally folds it into an... Abstract shape?

Tamaki is completely clueless but silly and completely along for the ride and laughing when he fails at things and Haruhi has to come and help him.

She totally wouldn't let either of them or the two of them buy anything without letting her pitch in and does it cause an argument because Kyoya gets her logic and Tamaki just wants to spoil her? Yes. But also eventually they'll get him to come around with the promise of lots of affection so they split the monthly payment into thirds. (Kyoya gives himself the bigger third while letting Tamaki think that he has it and letting Haruhi think that they all pay equal amounts)

They all for sure have their own separate little quarters like Kyoya has an office, Tamaki has the living room a space for his little knick knacks, and Haruhi has like this little comfy room full of books and art supplies (bc i really love the idea of Haruhi being really good at art on the side). But for sleeping, I think that there's generally two bedrooms. One has a bed big enough for the three of them that is permanently inhabited by Tamaki and the other has a smaller full sized bed that is big enough for two if needed but is mainly used for when someone just wants to have a night to themselves or they get home really late and don't wanna risk waking the others. I think Kyoya would get the most usage out of the smaller room for the later reason because being a doctor and running the Ootori group probably has him dealing with long nights quite a bit :(

That room is also used to inhabit the sick whenever someone gets a cold or the flu or something like that. That's why there's the double bed because they use to have like a twin xl but the first time Tamaki got sick and was put in that room he whined all night because he wanted Haruhi and/or Kyoya to stay with him and they were like "but there's no room" and he was all pouty until he got better and immediately changed the bed without them knowing until they came home one day and would you look at that next time he's sick there is room.

Tamaki totally would want to make a spinny wheel at first though before he comes to the conclusion that they can just use a bigger bed (and then he totally makes it out to have been his idea the whole time while Kyoya's looking at the sheets he bought from the store a week ago for a big bed like mhm wtv you say sweetie)

(Y/N) broke out in a cold sweat. This wasn't really happening, was it? No, the bi panic felt too real, as he eyed his friend from across the room. Damn, he looked good in that suit...The girls around him ruined the picture, though. The amount of jealousy crawling up inside of the male was almost suffocating. It hadn't been long since (Y/N) started to feel this way whenever he saw the host doing his host thing, and he really hoped this phase would go away soon.

There was no way he could like his friend that way. He never even considered being into guys too, and this was a terrible way to find out. What was he supposed to do? Wait this out and let the feelings build up inside him until he eventually gets invited to his friend's wedding years later? Or come out of the closet and confess his affection and make things awkward between the two? (Y/N), a pessimist, was going crazy.

Wait, did he just admit liking his friend? Fuck, shit. No, this was bad.

It wasn't until said friend pulled him to an empty room one day that his mind completely shut down before it could explode. "You haven't been acting like yourself...", is how he explained his worry.

(Y/N) bit his bottom lip, his heart pounding so hard it was almost painful. He didn't even react when tears of panic and fear rolled down his cheeks.

"I...I like you, okay?? And- And I think that's why we shouldn't be friends anymore...", that was a lie, he would never want this friendship to end. But the words just dripped out of his mouth, rejecting himself before the host could. "I get if this makes you uncomfortable, and I swear I just recently found out I was bi. I didn't befriend you because I wanted to date you-"

"Shut up.", Hikaru's words came out way harsher than intended, but he couldn't help the anger. (Y/N) flinched, immediately shutting his mouth. He was too occupied holding back his tears, he didn't notice Hikaru holding back his own. "Why the hell would you think that?", the brunette was met with silence, he clenched his jaw tight, "(Y/N), look at me!", he grabbed the shaking male by the shoulders and forced him to look at him, "How dense can you be...?"

Hikaru looked frustrated, flustered, angry...the sight shocked the (Y/HC)-haired. Both of them froze once their eyes locked, suddenly overwhelmed by the situation. It was like they both got woken up by a sudden loud noise. The host felt his cheeks getting hotter and hotter, as the other's words finally started to sink in.

(Y/N) liked him...he liked him. He had been too angry to hear (Y/N) assume such things that his actual confession was secondary to him. But now it started to hit him. And that embarrassed him. It was Hikaru that he liked. Not Kaoru. It was Hikaru, and Kaoru wasn't even in the picture. Multiple people confessed to the twins and couldn't care less about which twin they ended up being together, but (Y/N), he cared.

A little yelp escaped (Y/N)'s throat, suddenly pulled close to Hikaru's chest in a tight embrace. "I like you too...dumbass...", a shiver was clear in the male's voice, which made him hit himself on the inside, "About time you came out and said it..."

"I thought you would never notice me."

(Y/N) snapped his head in Kaoru's direction, disbelief clear in his teary eyes. He couldn't believe what he just heard, but being met with Kaoru's sweet smile, and a blush adoring his cheeks, it was hard to disprove. The brunette laughed sheepishly, scratching the back of his head, "I was trying really hard to make you realise how I feel about you, you know?"

The (Y/HC)-haired began stuttering nonesense, nothing that could be recognized as words at all, overwhelmed by this unexpected turn of events. Kaoru laughed again, "You're so cute.", he cooed and booped (Y/N)'s noise, playfully. But no matter how calm and collected he seemed on the outside, the host was doing cartwheels of unbelievable joy on the inside. He just felt he should contain himself, seeing how struck (Y/N) was.

The two of them sat in near silence for a few moments in order to calm down, with the brunette giggling and the (Y/HC)-haired letting out gasps instead of words, with a small smile appearing on his own face nonetheless. And once they did cool down, Kaoru gently grabbed (Y/N)'s hand, "So...wanna go on a date?"

For another minute or two (Y/N)'s rambling went on, avoiding any eye contact with Tamaki. Said male initially didn't know what to do, what to say. He himself only recently had his bi discovery, and didn't expect his crush to feel the same. (Y/N) was always there for the blonde and supported his dreams and goals, no matter how ridiculous they seemed to be.

Tamaki zoned out. He still heard (Y/N)'s voice, but didn't hear the words he was saying. A hand rose to his face to cover his mouth, while the other supported his elbow. Was it getting hot in here? His face felt incredily hot.

Some general headcanons for the club!

Haruhi Fujioka

FtM

Uses They/He/She pronouns

Doesn't mind being referred to as a girl, but also doesn't associate themself with "being" a girl anymore

Asexual and Aromantic, but also isn't against being in relationships (sex and romance neutral, if anything)

Prefers to keep to themself at home, especially if their parent's around (not because they're against Haruhi being trans, but because they're almost too supportive of it)

Still really close to their parent, and openly asks for cross-dressing tips

Only realized that they were trans after being accidentally assumed as a boy by the Host Club, and they were also the first people they came out to (also to overwhelming and sometimes overstimulating support)

Starts on HRT after only a year or so, mostly because the other members bully convince their families to help

Prefers to wear jeans and hoodies, even after transitioning (just finds them more comfortable)

Tamaki Suoh

GNC (Gender Non-Conforming) man

Likes gendered terms but doesn't "feel" like a man in the traditional sense of the word

Uses He/Him pronouns mostly, but doesn't mind the occasional She/Her

If you asked what his sexuality and romantic attraction is, he literally could not tell you to save his Club's life

Was certainly the last one to realize that Haruhi wasn't cis, but was also the loudest in terms of support for them

Day after finding out, literally spent nearly three thousand dollars on new clothes and outfits for Haruhi alone

Refuses to use Haruhi's trans-ness as a "selling point", but does accidentally revere them even more

Has once thrown a bigot through a window because they were being transphobic to Haruhi, terrified everyone in the room

Dragged the bigot back up and threw them through another window (or five)

Kyoya Ootori

Masculine Nonbinary (still calls himself a man)

Uses He/Him exclusively

Doesn't really care about sex or romance (he would probably call himself asexual and aromantic if asked)

Went to Haruhi about the records before saying anything to the rest of the Club, and even helps them change it to M in the school's records

Definitely is the first Haruhi comes to about this, and is quietly supportive, mostly in correcting pronouns

Definitely gets what Haruhi means when it comes to gender, and both have long and deep conversations about gender

When Tamaki threw the bigot out the window, just starting grumbling about how much this would cost to repair

Has threatened people with fiancial ruin if they are shitty to Haruhi about their gender more than once

Eventually came about his own gender to help take some of the pressure off Haruhi

Kaoru Hitachiin

Nonbinary

He/Them/She pronouns

Almost violently bisexual

Along with Hikaru, were the third group of people that Haruhi came out to about their trans-ness proper, and it helped them realize their own nonbinary gender

Went with Tamaki to help get Haruhi clothes (and definitely didn't get stuff for himself to steal from Haruhi when they didn't want it)

Was the first to shut Hikaru down about "selling" their gender to get more people into the Club

When he comes out, he ends up joining Haruhi and Kyoya in the deep gender talks

Was never comfy with the "Twins were Star-Crossed Lovers in Another Life" deal, and does end up getting that to stop

Has bitten someone because they said something transphobic

Hikaru Hitachiin

Man but in a queer sense

He/It pronouns

Couldn't tell you (uses bisexual, if only for ease)

Relates to Tamaki in terms of gender a lot

Suggested "selling" gender as a way to get more clients in, not out of malice but just because he thought it'd be a "good way to make more money"

Is insanely supportive of both his twin and Haruhi, and has done research and studying of queer history

Can and will go off on a rant about Stonewall and any queer riots he knows about

Made and hung up a sign after the others come out explaining what is and isn't okay to do in terms of questions about gender

Has purposefully poured scalding tea onto a client who called Haruhi an "it"

With that same client, said that one of his pronouns was it, but that only those close to him could use it

Also threw that client out and blacklisted her personally

Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka

Nonbinary (uses xenogenders, mostly Honeygender, Cutegender, and Cakegender)

Uses He/They/It/Cute/Candy/Cake pronouns

Cupioromantic and doesn't know his sexuality

Was actually part of the second group that Haruhi properly came out with about their being trans

Realized that was an option and went into a deep dive

Came out of it incredibly gender-queer, and having at least three xenogenders, and probably more

Uses neopronouns and adores them, but only lets the Club use them

Is part of the reason why Hikaru had to make the sign

Went with Tamaki and Kaoru to the mall for clothes for Haruhi, and bought himself a lotta cute stuff

Once broke some transphobe's knee because they tried to get shitty with him and in response, it's elbow went straight into their knee

Gets into weird gender conversations with Haruhi and their parent

Takashi "Mori" Morinozuka

Masculine Nonbinary

Uses He/Them/E/Em, the latter two only being used by the Club in private

Aromantic and Asexual

Was not surprised when Haruhi (and later Honey) came out to him as nonbinary

Already realized his own gender, and helped Honey when he went on his deep dive

Helped Haruhi pick through the clothes Tamaki gifted them

While he lets the others have their deep conversations about gender, he's usually the one Haruhi goes to when they don't want to have deep and serious talks about gender

Has helped Haruhi with their binder more than once, and was also the one who paid for their top surgery in it's entirety when they started to look for a doctor who could do it
