I enjoy that he is very flawed and volatile.#This episode of the audio drama has a lot of great breakdown scenes featuring JC - and they all deserve a feature.#But underlying this comic is a small meta comment of 'ah man I have too many comics of JC just wailing sadly'#My goal is to draw 6-8 comics per episode - I sometimes have to truncate and cut good scenes out.#Especially when a large majority is just different flavours of trauma and toxic relationships to your self-worth.#I would also like to make a note here that just because you lose the ability to do something that is very tied to your core identity-#-does not mean your life is over. It will feel like the end of the world. It will send you into a spiral of grief. It will hurt so badly.#Sometimes we do not realize how tied up our identities can be in certain things until we are cut loose.#You don't lose yourself. I promise the pain will fade in time. I promise you will find other things to tether you. I promise you will be ok #Life moves forwards. Time moves forwards. You move forwards.#Ego death just means an opportunity for ego rebirth. You are never committed to being the same person forever.#To wrap this around to JC: Yeah I love the twist with the core transfer but man I would have loved to see JC accept the loss.#Obviously it happens for a reason (story) but I can have my AUs. "Are you alright? Want me to bring you ho-."

Eyes going wide you quickly wrapped your arms around Tadashi's arm. "No! I'm fine! Really." Inching closer to your boyfriend you did your best to stay warm. You rather not end date early because you forgot to grab something else to keep you warm on apparently one of the coldest night's in the city.

Sighing,Tadashi gave you a light smile followed by a kiss to your head. His fingers rubbing your back until he stopped walking. He hated seeing you like this, hated seeing you shiver but he knew how stubborn you were.

"Here." Tugging off his scarf Tadashi then wrapped it around her neck. Smiling he then gave you a gentle kiss as he wrapped his arms around your waist as he nuzzled his nose into yours. "Now you won't be cold."

Beaming you gave him one last kiss then wove your fingers through his. "I have the greatest boyfriend around."

Chuckling, he gave your hand a squeeze as you both started to walk down the snow covered street. "I am pretty wonderful."

the progression from "there's a morning snack and a midday snack" and "20 bucks for pizza" buck looking after his friend's kid to "bobby's famous lasagne: 6 types of cheese cooked to perfection" buck cooking for his family to "that's makes me your sous chef" teaching his kid how to cook is making me go so feral.

#going from two separate things - like how normal friends who aren't co-parenting would organised it - to the most domestic thing ever #to being the good responsible parent and making sure he eats real food before cookies #AND and the motifs that've been established: teaching to cook as father/son bonding and cooking food as a demonstration of love #im UNWELLLLL #buckley diaz family #911 abc #right from the pilot buck has had an intense care for children (but was also immature himself)#and we've seen him grow into a person who is literally becoming a father. This is definitely my favorite runner in book 6

#scott pilgrim #scott pilgrim's finest hour #ramona flowers #knives chau #envy adams #gideon graves #dumb stuff #book 4 is still my favorite in terms of comedy #but book 6 definitely has some gold moments from the expressions to this runner etc #4 and 6 are tied for my faves in the series. 4 i like for the character development and humor and ~roxie <3~#but 6 has the ending which is probably my favorite ending to any series i've ever read or watched. it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside #anyways i reread the entire series in one day because of the anime and my cringe teen hyperfixation phase reawakened like a sleeper agent #i'm riding it out at this point and waiting for it to settle down. or something new and shiny grabs my attention #whichever comes first

Which is still on the table btw. I've put thought into it.#Speaking of putting thought into things...I have put two full asses of effort into this. So I'm gonna talk about it in the tags.#I mapped all the major sects to hallownest clans and drew *way* more than just the characters shown here #More pertinently not shown are the Nies - Who are beetles!#The mantis clan has a lot of crossover with the Nies given the lore but I Love Mantis Wangji and you cant take him away from me.#wwx was a moth solely for his ties to Baoshen sanren (nearly forgotten sect & nearly forgotten clan)#but (HOLLOW KNIGHT SPOILERS) the ties to her radiance and the infection made for some very fun parallels #YLLZ moth 100% is puppeting husks around #JGS is a pale king expy becuase...you know....lots of children...#it also gives me a great excuse to explain wwx's soul taking mxy's body.#Still have lots and lots to say but I'm already running late! Very minor update on Ti’s playthrough…

they have been informed that I tell you guys about their playthrough and upon informing on my recent update with the discord screenshot (“Isabeau has a crush on Mirabelle ewww” “where tf did you get that from-“) and they are now under the impression that Isabeau and Mirabelle are endgame and that the entire fandom hates it so PLEASE play along…I want to show them your funny comments but I can’t cause we all talk about spoilers…

They know Mira is aroace though so in the bathroom scene where Siffrin walks out on them saying I love you and hugging Ti said “ISABEAU SHES AROMANTIC!! ISABEAU DONT DO THIS!” And I think that is so funny

(They’re aware aroaces can be in relationships they just hate isa x Mira [which is so fair I also don’t enjoy it, leave our aroace queen ALONE!!])

Also they did the keyknife recently and have reached the point where they’re working on getting towards the friend quests, very exciting

BUT GUYS

When loop asked Siffrin who they think they are, and there was a thousand options, Ti chose “Me”
