Please help up afford to pay our bills

Remade this post because the last one lost traction. We're a queer couple who've had health troubles dating back to the end of last year and have since had to take loans to help pay the medical debt. I am also helping support my father, who's been out of work and unable to find a job thus far. Even though we're both working full time, the bills just aren't adding up and we're scared.

Donald Trump's craziness is weakening the demand for US Treasury bonds. The alarming flight away from these bonds is what made him flip flop on a majority of tariffs.

In general, Trump is making the US economy look frightening rather than a safe haven.

I mentioned this in the gc last night but please imagine financially literate Tommy.

Man absolutely has both a 401k and a Roth IRA, he bought his house during the housing market crash in '08 so he has a really good mortgage on it. He has a budget book and can write checks and has all of his tax returns from when he first started filing taxes in a neat little binder. He has investments in stocks.

He even does his own taxes. His tax accountant cousin, who didn't want to deal with MORE stress during tax season, taught Tommy how to do his own taxes years ago and Tommy has been doing them himself ever since.

Once he and Buck get back together, Tommy takes a look at Buck's finances and immediately goes "...sweetheart, no. You need a budget. And to work on that impulse buying." (Me too Buck)

He even offers to do Buck's taxes, complete with his reading glasses, and Buck immediately has to kiss him about it. And maybe other things too.

Ever since the end of last year, my fiancé and I were hit by multiple medical expenses we couldn't have prepared for, and this came at the worst possible time as both of our bonuses at work were slashed and we had just spent money replacing things we need at home. I've also been helping my father get back on his feet after losing his job, and he hasn't been successful finding work so far, so I can't expect that money anytime soon.

I don't know how we'll be able to afford everything as things are now, and I can't lie, I'm scared.
