Kind Animals Little Cards – little mice and duckling, little animals are awakening
Tumblr media
And, it is already going on a spring little days! So long, you and I  - we were waiting for them! And so they are hear! And good and kind animals were waiting for them too! So, in spring, they will come and it will be even more of them. In terms of a new version – with number 0.2 and magic word – “Crawl next” – it will be 5 new little cards with little animals. It is main news. About this version. I am successfully set a process of creation, cycle of production. To make some typical code, typical project with Visual basic. And that’s why 5 new little cards.
Tumblr media
Little cards were drawn a long time ago. And, this time, it will be add to set – a drawings with good and kind animals, that were made about something before summer 2024. Middle of summer 2024. These are different funny and kind animals. And, stories about them. Every little card – it is small typical program with Visual basic. And there - it is a little picture with little animal. And, a little story about little animal. And, several options. Select language, color for decorations. Text – its color and background color.
Tumblr media
Little animals are, already, awakening to the spring start! And, they start to run and jump! Version 0.2 has a magic word – Crawl next. Because, it is a project for Visual Basic, practice. And, with last version it is, already, some time to pass. And, I pick up some drawings, that I have. Make a templates for process. This is very valuable point. I do not know for myself, how a lot it will be – little animals. But, for sure – I want to do a lot! Good and kind littles animals is never enough! Crawl next – it is a good word. For make idea complete, to think about concept, to collect, already, made in last year stories and pictures.
Tumblr media
About something interesting. There is here little program – it has a name Little List. It is now a list of, already, made cards. And, you can to start them from the list. Most simple version of this program. There are ideas to expand idea about good and kind animals – with something new. Today, it is little list.
Crawl next – it is move forward! New little cards and little program. Update. Spring. Summer is ahead! Maybe, we, also, can start to jump! And, even to fly! And, this is practice for Visual Basic.
Main – it is little cards with little animals. Meet new little cards and stories!
Tumblr media
This is my friend сhicken
Duck checks swamp flowers
Little mouse is doing country house things
Little mouse is going to sleep
Little mice are crossing the ditch
Tumblr media
How nice to see my friends again! I am so happy to see them again! They are good and kind! They are awakening in the spring! And, they will again to run and jump! And, crawl too! Total, now, it is, already, 6 little cards. And, program Little List – most simple program. It goes with version 0.1. Every little card – it is programs, and, you can launch them standalone. Or, from the program list. As you wish.
Tumblr media
So, little mouse is going to sleep. Or mice are crossing the ditch. it is so big water for them. Who knows! Water is dark. And what is there! It is better to be carefully. Mice are good and kind and clever. Duck in a swamp. Duck walks there. There are different little flowers there. How beautiful it is! And, so, lots of water all around. Chicken! Look, how big he is now, he is growing up! Such a bird! Or who is it! With such a beak! Runs here and there. Little mouse is in the garden. Mouse is digging into. Mouse is doing some things. So, this time it will be lots of different mouse! Mouse version. Pi pi pi! Mice are beeping! Kra kra! Speaks chicken and duckling!
Tumblr media
Look at little cards! And, also, start to be friends with good and kind animals! They are little animals -  good and kind. They are living into their own dimension. You, sometimes, can see them. So, it is spring and summer. Such a time. And, for little animals. And, for you. Good, kind, clever, funny. Everything is good about them. Their things are good to go. And lots of things they have.
Look mice are, already, crossed the ditch. So, it is a joy for them. So, now, some plants. Before them. They need to think what to do next. More likely, they will go into the grass. They have a teapot there. They will drink a tea!
Tumblr media
Kind animals little cards version 0.1 "Duckling and dandelions" - it is newest version. With this version - only one little card. With Duckling and dandelions. And thats all! It is very beginning!
And now, it is in development a new version. And what you see here, already, will be in a new version.

One small but extremely annoying effect of Tech Modernization or w/e is how UI contrast is garbage anymore, especially just, like, application windows in general.
"Ooh our scrollbar expands when you mouse over it! Or does it? Only you can know by sitting there like an idiot for 3 seconds waiting for it to expand, only to move your cursor away just as it does so!" or Discord's even more excellent "scrollbar is 2 shades off of the background color and is one (1) pixel wide" fuck OFF
I tried to move a system window around yesterday and had to click 3 times before I got the half of the upper bar that let me drag it. Why are there two separate bars with absolutely nothing to visually differentiate them on that.
"Well if you look closely-" I should not!! have to squint!!! at the screen for a minute straight to detect basic UI elements!! Not mention how ableist this shit is, and for what? ~✨Aesthetic✨~?
and then every website and app imitates this but in different ways so everything is consistently dogshit to try to use but not always in ways you can immediately grok it's!!!! terrible!!!! just put lines on things again I'm begging you!!!!

sorry to ask, but can you explain your last post to someone who knows nothing about the musician community youre talking about... it sounds like a really really good post if i just understood it better
this is another one of those posts where I'm transcribing a stream of consciousness, so I'll throw in a courtesy readmore
the musician community, as a whole, is much more segmented than the visual artist community
this leads to good and bad things, but generally it allows for more awareness of one's position and an acknowledgement that the needs of an underground folk artist are going to be different than the needs of a composer who receives a name credit. this means there is always going to be heavy pushback when someone tries to impose ethics downward
one element of this is the inward acknowledgement that the monolithic musician community isn't actually real in a way that isn't really mirrored in the visual artist community. besides making music and navigating the financial (and legal) landscape of that, there is very little that intrinsically unites musicians
this acknowledgement allows discussions about concerns among poorer musicians to exist without being completely shut down by someone who has different concerns, because they're not seen as the subject of the discussion unless they are respectfully contributing to it
one big reason for this being possible is that musicians are less respected than visual artists in the professional world
that might sound absurd if you only know of one landscape, but think of how many game (and movie, and tv, and etc. etc. etc.) franchises with identity-defining composers go on to swap out the composer at the first sign of a labour dispute, to very little protest as long as the quality of music isn't seen as dropping
hell, if someone else can copy your style satisfactorily, there's often no fuss at all! this leads to a pretty violent disillusionment with your place in the creative world
even beyond that, there exists an entire industry based around creating a parasitic body of IP landlordism for anyone whose music isn't attached to another product. the musician is, in a way that is deeply and thoroughly beaten into them, a labourer
the visual artist community (until recently) didn't tend to have this disillusionment, so it often follows the sway of its most popular and established members
in fact, the modern visual artist community as a broad cultural body is carved almost entirely from social media discussions that treat the community as one entity. accordingly, becoming established basically requires participation in this online entity
to further poison the well, the position of a visual artist is regularly talked about in spiritual terms rather than labour terms. there is something special that makes you a visual artist. it's the exact mentality that people rightfully made fun of in those ordinary people vs creative people comics. it's the unspoken cultural assumption that natural talent exists, even if most people would deny believing in it if put into explicit terms
while this does feel very good, it means that acknowledging labour-originated conflicts of interest is a bit rude
when a community unites itself around a spiritual core, it can't properly assert "your experiences are not applicable to what is being discussed and you should not be imposing yourself" because, by all metrics, an artist is a fundamentally unique demographic that can speak in all conversations about art
it's a warped form of anti-gatekeeping, a one-way gate through which you can strike down at other poor artists, but not up, enforced from below and framed as a desire for openness
the visual artist community's relative homogenisation of popular consensus is, on the whole, very very very bad for what it does to its norms. it hashes out and legislates within itself with an unspoken assumption that its most prolific members are simply further along the artist lifecycle, and therefore the most trustworthy
discussions with direct parallels ("is it okay to be obviously influenced by someone else's style?") come to much hazier conclusions which lean towards the opinions held by people with the most followers
most egregiously, this manifested in how visual artists react to piracy
the past ten years (in large part because of patreon making viable the paywalling of material behind a regular subscription) have been consumed by arguments about piracy that all seem to terminate in the assumption that piracy is theft, with little stratification of opinion between the hobbyist and professional scenes on this matter
this assumed spiritual core of the community is felt strongly in every conversation. look at the difference in attitudes around the distribution of cracked VSTs and the distribution of brush packs. hell, even on the corporate level, look at the difference in attitudes around pirating DAWs vs visual art programs
even when people are implying an approval of piracy, they find ways to frame it from a position of revenge on a company for something wrong it did, because they still need to conform to the community understanding of piracy as theft
individual visual artists can be (and often are!) more conscious of this stuff, but even then, people react with shock when these visual artists aren't horribly concerned about the possibility of their paywalled work existing on a torrent site
in a word, if you can see the ways these conversation spaces are different and similar, it's all so exhausting

Kind Animals Little Cards – version 0.1 Duckling and dandelions
Tumblr media
This is a little cards with little animals. Here they are good and kind little animals. It is such a funny thing! Little card with little animal – it is small program. When you open program – and, there, it is little picture and story. Little picture with little animal and story about little animal! There is minimum of settings. As a text color and background color, select language (Russian, English). For positive! Little program for positive!
Tumblr media
Now, it is, only, one little card. It has a name – “Duckling and Dandelion”. So, looking at this little card, you can remember summer! So, what a duckling is drawn there! He has so big fun and interesting for him! And, around him – there are dandelions! Beautiful! Maybe, it is everything somewhere at the countryside. Next, duckling will go to swim!
youtube
So, as idea, these little cards – it is for positive! Such a small programs. Maybe, later, it will be something more. So, it is, so, early version, for now. Picture itself, it was drawn a long time ago. And, a story, it was so long time ago. To have some apply of these things into something - I invent such theme with little cards. So, I am, something like, write articles, stories and make drawings – to apply all of these in my projects. So, this time has come for drawing with name – “Duckling and Dandelions”.
Tumblr media
First time, I try GitHub for make release at this place. And, this is version 0.1. So, it is early version. But, more or less, it is a complete version. With terms of idea itself, that whole first little card is done! Duckling and dandelion. Little card has a version 1.0.  And project Kind animals little cards – it has a starting point, it start this road from this point!
Tumblr media
It is ok to remember summer! Countryside! Field and dandelions! And, there, someplace, he runs – duckling! Let`s sit and remember a summer! And, watch at first little card. With good and kind animals! So, it is a summer at the picture. And everything was so sunny. And good day or morning. What will do duckling? Eat little grass? Or, just, go by the grass. So, look at the little card, read story and make a dreams. Remember summer and countryside! Summer and duckling. What a good start.
Tumblr media
This project has such a fun idea. As, someone can say, it is for a reason - to make things interesting! And no need to make them lost – little pictures and stories about good and kind animals!  Duckling speaks – quack-quack!
Tumblr media
Little cards with little animals! It is always funny! When it is a summer at the streets and not summer too! Little animals, ducklings. They are doing their own things. They have their own stories. These little cards give you for a moment – one eye to see what little animals are doing there! Well, you, always, does  not see them, as a casual thing. You are, also, are busy with your own things.
Tumblr media
And, so, for little animals there – in a grass, in a little river – it is their own world. There, they have their own things to do, and, this way, they spent their daytime. To run to the little river, to watch the grass. To sleep. So, lots of things for little animals under the little sun, for every day! Or get in a hide from the little rain in the shadows of the bush. Lots-lots of something, little animals are doing! They are funny and kind! Good and kind! And funny, full of joy!
Tumblr media
So, simply for read a little, about little animals. At the little evening. To drink a tea. Or day. Morning. While, it is a bright sun behind the window. Or in winter to remember about good and kind animals. In winter – they, all of them, are just, go to a sleep! Until little grass starts to grow again, and it is become warm! Now, you know, what little animals are doing, and you remember about them, all the time!
It will be a summer again! And, again, little animals will appear in a field. They will run here and there, again, and, they will do lots of their things. They will have lots of things to do again. And, again, it will be thousands of stories! And, little animals will jump and have fun. To sleep in a grass.
Tumblr media
So, for a long time, I want to do something about my friends – good and kind little animals. To remember about them. So, let`s start with duckling and his favorite place – dandelions in a field. There are lots of them in that place. Quack-quack! And, go to another dandelion. Look at this one. And, go to next one. There are lots of them here! How lots of dandelions are in the field! Quack-quack!
So, I have this ability – and send a hello – to all my friends – good and kind animals! And, I wait for a new countryside season to see all of them! They are, just, in spring will awake from a sleep after the winter. And they start, again, to run and do lots-lots of anything! Ahead, it will be a new summer, in the end!

Note
how do u get the motivation to write? i have an idea that's been floating around for months but i've never been able to actually sit down and write it. even when i do manage to write i don't get much farther than like 2-10 paragraphs before i go " this is garbage i'll finish it later " and then never come back to it. you have several hundred thousands of words. how
this is an interesting question, one that's gonna have several different answers because it's very personal to each person . please treat this as a very incomplete datapoint because i could ramble about a bunch of different approaches
I'm gonna make an initial point that I'm in my thirties; I'm extremely used to tedium, and I find that's the number one blocker to folks. boredom is okay . you don't have to love everything you make . it's just important that you make anything at all
im also extremely opinionated. almost everything i write is because i engaged with some other art that pissed me off but i don't want to be a cunt about it . so i write 100k words of weird smut instead
more thoughts under the cut!
In terms of specific checks I'd ask folks struggling with art, i'll start with a couple of things:
are your physical needs being met?
If you find yourself struggling to write, check in with yourself and If you're tired, or hungry, or haven't gone for a walk, or haven't had fun/socialized in a while. You're a physical being and as irritating as that can be sometimes, you can't push past these things. Take care of your body!
Do you have community?
Inspiration for me is primarily driven out of a joy of talking and sharing ideas with others. Find and cultivate relationships with people purposefully; this is one of the hardest things for me, i had to go to therapy to even be able to even talk to people, but having people to share ideas with and collaborate with is the number one motivator in my life. its really, really worth it
Are your outcomes clear?
Not every story can or should be super long, or complex. Sometimes, I write something just for the sake of finishing something, specifically to train my brain in getting comfortable with starting and finishing something. Other times I write something to practice a specific technique. Other times? It's just to indulge, quality be damned -- sometimes you just got to go hog wild
Are you giving yourself permission to learn?
This is the most important to me. Making art isn't about being good at something; it's just something humans do. It's good for you. It's good to make shit that's bad, and to recognize that's part of the joy! Learning to be a novice is a genuine skill, and it feels terrible at first, but it gets easier to more you let yourself accept that you've got a lifetime to learn, and that's a wonderful thing
There's probably a lot more i could list off but your physical needs, community, clear outcomes, and learning mindset are the concepts that seem the most generally applicable.
for things more specific to me and my specific quirks as a human, i guess the only other thing I can mention is I write an abnormal amount of words per day, because I'm very comfortable with letting myself write shit words . like on average im pulling 2k words a day -- this is weird . doctors hate me . doctors also crave me .
this is probably because i'm an insane pervert . but also i practice not judging a thing that doesn't exist yet, and do a stream of consciousness approach when i write -- which is to say, I'll do some basic pre-planning of a scene, but a lot of times its just letting my thoughts flow freely without censorship . i'm already so visually minded because i've been writing comics & scripts for over a decade at this point, so it's pretty easy for me to picture dynamic scenes, and at that point i can just literally write out the actions im picturing
I do not edit, I do not pause, I just let the words in my head flow and have faith that it will be good . i'm an extremely indulgent writer and encourage everyone else to be as well . i'm dog shit at grammar and make a lot of mistakes . i thankfully have wonderful friends who help me learn and grow in the areas i am weak in
when you just let yourself write what the fuck ever, sometimes you get some really dope shit out of it. Other times you write 4k words of dogshit that you gotta delete. Either way, I have fun, I learn something about my story, and I get a little bit better at trusting myself to make something i enjoy reading
be selfish in art . but also be empathetic, and curious ! write shit you hate . write shit you love . write shit that only you and one other freak are gonna enjoy . just be weird about it i guess is the main thing .
OH!!! OH ONE FINAL THING SORRY: listen to music and hallucinate and pace in circles and spend hours just rotating images in your head to music . literally my number one thing for coming up for shit that rocks . go listen to some hatsune miku right the fuck now . i know not everyone can visualize things but pacing around listening to music is such a big part of the writing process for me please go kneel before hatsune miku and kiss her on the ring

Complete Guide to Creating Your Shifting Script
Lately, my desire to shift these days is sky high! So I went and relooked at all the methods and things I have covered in my shifting masterlist and I noticed that scripting was not there; it is in my manifestation masterlist. So let's do a deep dive into scripting FOR SHIFTING with a better-done tutorial.
Tumblr media
What is Scripting?
Scripting is the process of writing down details about your desired reality (DR) before you attempt to shift there. Think of it as creating a blueprint or instruction manual for where you want to go. Many shifters find that having a well-crafted script helps them visualize their DR more clearly and shift more successfully.
Why Script?
Clarifies your intentions - Helps you focus on exactly what you want
Creates a stronger connection to your DR
Provides mental anchors to focus on during shifting methods
Prevents unwanted scenarios by setting boundaries and safeguards
Tumblr media
Step 1: Choose Your Format
There's no single "correct" way to format your script. Popular options include:
Traditional Script Format
Written like instructions or statements, often in present tense: I am [your DR name]. I live in [location]. My appearance is [description].
Letter Format
Written as a letter to yourself or the universe: Dear Universe, When I shift to my DR, I will be living in a beautiful apartment in Paris...
Story Format
Written like a narrative about your life in your DR: [Your name] wakes up in their beautiful bedroom. The sunlight streams through the curtains as they stretch and prepare for another wonderful day in [DR location]...
the one i use the most is story format because it helps me visualize it more.
Step 2: Essential Elements to Include
Basic Information
Your name in your DR
Your age
Your physical appearance (or specify if same as current reality. if you are doing your script online just add a picture)
Where you live
Your occupation/role
Important relationships
Physical Environment
Your home/living space
Important locations
Climate/weather patterns
Time period (modern day, historical, futuristic)
Safety Measures & Boundaries
Time ratio between DR and CR
Memory retention (what you'll remember from CR and viceversa)
Return methods (how you'll come back when ready.)
Protection statements (Ex:"I am safe at all times")
Personal Details
Personality traits
Skills and abilities
Daily routine
Health status
Special items you possess
Step 3: Advanced Scripting Techniques
Script Affinities
Consider creating connections between your script and physical objects in your CR:
"When I touch this crystal, I feel connected to my DR"
"This scent reminds me of my DR home"
Scripting Permissions & Limitations
Define what can and cannot happen in your DR
"I cannot experience physical pain beyond mild discomfort"
"I am immune to serious illness"
"I can fly/teleport/use magic" (if applicable to your DR)
Scripting Awareness Levels
Decide how aware you'll be of the shifting process:
Full awareness (remember CR completely)
Partial awareness (remember you shifted but fewer CR details)
No awareness (fully immersed as if DR is your only reality)
Step 4: Making Your Script Effective
Use Present Tense
Write as if your desired reality is already happening:
"I am living in Paris" instead of "I will live in Paris"
"I have blue eyes" instead of "I want blue eyes"
Be Specific Yet Flexible
Be detailed about important elements
Allow room for natural development in less crucial areas
"I live in a comfortable home that feels peaceful" vs. listing exact measurements
Include Sensory Details
Engage all five senses when describing your DR:
What does it look like? (colors, lighting, architecture)
What does it sound like? (music, nature sounds, voices)
What does it smell like? (foods, flowers, fresh air)
What does it feel like? (textures, temperature, emotions)
What does it taste like? (favorite foods/drinks in your DR)
Positive Phrasing
Focus on what you want, not what you don't want
"I am healthy and energetic" instead of "I don't get sick"
Step 5: Common Scripting Questions
"Do I have to script everything?"
No! Your subconscious will fill in details you don't specify. Many shifters prefer to script only the most important elements and allow their DR to develop naturally.
"Can I change my script later?"
Absolutely! You can add to or modify your script at any time. Some shifters even script the ability to make changes while in their DR.
"What if I forget something important?"
You can include a safety statement like: "Even if not explicitly stated, my DR is exactly as I intend it to be."
"How long should my script be?"
There's no required length. Some shifters use one-page scripts while others write dozens of pages. Start with what feels comfortable and add more details as you think of them.

Remember, your script is a personal tool to help you shift. There's no single "right way" to script - the best approach is whatever works for you and helps you connect most deeply with your desired reality!
Happy shifting!

Day 6: Hero or Villain
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I don’t know much in the way of playing cards or cartomancy, but I’ll try to explain my thoughts when making these.
Basically, these are the two choices he’s presented with in the DotS episode.
The King of Spades represents Cedric’s ‘bad’ choice. In cartomancy, the King of Spades suggests a person of bad faith (or someone who is deceptive). On many occasions, Cedric used means of deception and manipulation to try and trick Sofia into giving him the amulet (and pretty much every other one of his schemes), embodying the values of the King of Spades. The King of Spades also represents control and power - the two very things Cedric yearned to possess by seizing the throne. I think that the ‘King Cedric the Great’ persona parallels the King of Spades almost perfectly.
On the other hand, the Joker card represents Cedric’s ‘good’ choice. In cartomancy, the Joker suggests unpredictability or chaos. At the end of DotS, he makes the ‘unpredictable’ decision to turn Grimtrix’s staff on him rather than Sofia, taking on the characteristics of the Joker. The Joker also represents potential. Subjectively, I think that if Cedric were to choose to be King, his potential both as a magic-user and an individual would be severely limited, if not entirely diminished; perhaps the phrase ‘set in stone’ is applicable here. On the other hand, choosing to betray Grimtrix opened up a path that he hadn’t stepped foot on before, one that was absolutely brimming with potential. It gave him a chance to redeem himself, repair his relationships with people like Cordelia and Roland, and then prove himself as ‘Cedric the Great’ in Forever Royal. Therefore… Joker.
And then there’s also the visual choices I made in the drawings themselves… but I feel like I’ve rambled enough. You guys can figure those parts out yourselves, lol, they’re pretty rudimentary.
