when I broke my big toe my mom could not give less of a shit if she tried but my older brother has a blister on his toe and is he sure he can wear shoes? is he okay to drive? is he grumpy because his toe kept him awake? he should really see a doctor shouldn't he? widdle unemployed baby doesn't have to do anything if he doesn't want to because he has a blister. meanwhile I was working 18hr days and she specifically told me to not go to a doctor and to "just wrap it and power through" when my toe was straight up sideways.

that article going around abt firefox's new ad program is annoying bc it's phrased as though "mozilla has finally TURNED on its people and is SELLING YOU OUT for cold hard cash!!" when. that's not what's happening. it is specifically being implemented to discourage tracking behavior, and literally all the data they are giving to advertisers is aggregate and anonymized, which is like, the opposite of what that post wants you to worry about, lol
