Der World's End Dark Spiced Rum hat einen recht dunkelroten Farbton und aus dem Glas duftet es recht fruchtig und würzig nach Zitrusfrüchten, klebrigen Karamell und eine feine Schärfe vom karibischen Blend findet den Weg zur Nase und bringt sie leicht zum Kribbeln. Der erste Schluck kommt angenehm süß, würzig und fruchtig über die Lippen. Der World's End Dark Spiced schmeckt im ersten Moment nach frischem scharfem Ingwer und fruchtige Noten von Orangen und Bananen. Am Gaumen bleibt eine ganze Zeit lang der Geschmack von einer reifen saftig süßen Mango. Dazu gesellt sich eine ansprechende Würzigkeit und ich schmecke Aromen von Zimt Kaffee und Zartbitter-Schokolade heraus. Die Lippen sind überzogen mit klebrigem Karamell und die Konsistenz vom Rum schmeichelt auf Zunge und Gaumen. Ein leichtes prickeln von Zitrusfrüchten liegt auf der Zunge und verweilt hier eine Weile. Die Wangen werden von einer angenehmen alkoholischen Wärme begleitet, die recht lang anhält. Das Finish ist mittellang und zum Ende hin bleiben Aromen von Schokolade, Orangen Zesten und eine leichte Bitterkeit am Gaumen. . Fazit: Mit dem World's End Dark Spiced Rum bekommt ihr eine tolle Spirituose, die pur echt überzeugt, aber auch nach einem guten Essen als Digestiv zu gefallen weiß und in einem Cocktail wie dem Dark 'n Stormy absolut überzeugt. Die eingesetzten Gewürze und seine Fruchtigkeit machen diesen Spiced Rum einfach nur perfekt. Er ist recht ausgewogen und fein abgestimmt zwischen den süßen und würzigen Aromen und macht Lust auf ein weiteres Glas 🥰🥃👍 .
