apparently zenni optical literally will not manufacture bifocals with prism i'm going to hurl myself into the sun

does anyone have alternative recommendations for an eyeglasses website that supports bifocals (not progressives!!) with prism. i have now tried the following:

zenni -- only single vision lenses can have prism

eyebuydirect -- lets me enter my prescription but produces the error "Unfortunately, we are unable to fit the frame you selected with the prescription you entered." every time i try to order anything, and the "frames that fit this prescription" filter doesn't work

39 dollar glasses, zeelool, glassandlens, kits.com -- don't support bifocals (???) or don't support prism or some other damn thing

im really sad about eyebuydirect i wanted to buy the silly cat ear glasses :(

I just saw your answer to that glasses poll from a few days ago. Where are you buying glasses for so cheap?!

I get most of my glasses through Zenni but I've used other similar sites like Zeelool and Firmoo too. When I buy them, I get a few pairs at a time to make the shipping cost worth it. Most of mine are also on the cheaper end, since the cheap colorful plastic frames are more my style than the nicer metal frames most of the time.

My prescription is also not very intense/complicated so I don't have to pay extra for special lenses or prisms or anything

I forgot to mention that for Christmas my mom bought me some zeelool glasses which I desperately needed bc I got my own but none of them could be adjusted to a size to fit my tiny fucking head, but one of them looks like they belong to a villain (cool asl tho) so I don't wear them outside to keep em safe and the other one is just. The pride flag. Like just entirely rainbow striped which is super funny bc my mom knows I dont wear colorful things I think she was excited to buy me gay merch so anyways thats the only pair I've been wearing all year bc they fit perfectly, and the number of ppl who comment on it went up significantly this month

hey! I saw one of your posts randomly when I was searching for something else and saw you needed glasses. this isn’t an new weird ad or anything, but I’ve been telling everyone since I bought new glasses. There’s a black owned glasses company called Zeelool, they have a lot of really cool designs but the coolest feature of the company they have a sale section where frames are $7 they frequently have flash sales where frames can be between $1-$10. When you get your prescription (I think lens crafters can also test your eyes and give you your prescription cheaper than the doctor’s office) the website has you select your prescription, they offer things like prescription sunglasses, blue light blocking, transitions lenses and stuff, but for just basic single vision lenses it’s $5 flat. Anyway, you do you. My brief scroll through your blog was very fun!
