The HSR events keep getting better and better if I’m honest

I like the Museum event moderately even if I played it a lil late, but I like those kind of management styles even if it wasn’t heavy on character

The Aurum Alley event was honestly kind of a joy for me again for the management elements but additionally for the debates as well as the expansion of some lore on an area of the Luofu and the IPC plus Sushang being a goof, seriously those debates were fun for me I don’t know why

Then the Aetherium Wars event was so fun and it was so nice seeing March and Stelle’s dynamic on display and being a driving force, the gameplay was fun and all the cheeky pokemon references bc they weren’t hiding the inspo at all it was just so endearing and the way we get to keep the Warp Trotter on the Express made me so happy

And lastly, the Ghost Hunting event has managed to be the best ever! Like Gui being silly with Sushang and Huohuo is a delight, it’s so character heavy and I love that, and on top of that one of the only instances I’ve seen of internet slang being used in a way that felt more naturally applied than forcefully cringe, like whether it was the insanely accurate comments and posts on Ghostly Grove (which dear god did the team and localizers do their research) or the way that Guinaifen talks using that kind of slang verbally, plus I do love the way they also end up using the ghost stories to further expand on the Luofu and its lore/world building

A h I hope this trend keeps up, I hope they stay this good even if they end up having some similar gameplay, I’m more here for storylines and silliness than anything and I’m already excited for the leaks from the 1.6 event and I hope we get to keep those too

Sam looked over at you as you approached, another one of his shirts blanketing your smaller frame as you wore it over some jeans. It was almost to your knees you were so short, and when you leaned over the railing to look down at him he could see a peak of your bra strap on your shoulder as the wide neck of his shirt showed more of your narrower frame. He smirked and when you raised your eyebrow questioningly, he looked away as if knowing something you didn’t. “What?” You asked.

“You know we can always just buy you bigger shirts so you don’t have to keep stealing mine.” Sam said as he moved to the steps and made his way to you.

“I…but….,” You sighed and looked down puling at the shirt. “I like yours though. Their soft from you wearing them so many years and they…they…”

Sam was in front of you now, watching you squirm slightly, knowing he should end your suffering but still couldn’t help himself as he watched the flush run up your cheeks. “They…what?” He asked, no hint of the humor he felt in his voice.

“They smell like you.” You sighed knowing he would probably hate your confession. “It’s just comforting is all.”

You were still looking down so he moved his hand and lifted your chin gently with his pointer finger. “I like that they comfort you, feel free to wear them as much as you want, but…if you ever want the real thing, all you have to do is ask.”

After traveling for so long, night falls, it grows cold. “you look cold, how about we find some shelter?” Scaramouche muttered, as for he cannot feel the cold. You quickly nod.

After finding a shelter, you glance at Scaramouche that is picking up some logs and branches that weren't too wet from the snow around them. You dosed off in your sleeping bag,,, next thing you know it was warm. You jolt your eyes open as you see him sitting on his sleeping bag, noting the way that the fire waves in the cold wind. You climb out of your sleeping bag and Scaramouche glances at you.

“hey Scara?” you question, “do you know what snow angles are?” you scan his features, a huge coat covers his normally vibrant outfit, a purple scarf you've gifted him, and a hat that covers his cute ears. He stares at the fire, “no i haven't? is it some kind of snack?” he questions, giving you a glance at the word ‘snack’.

You snicker, “hehe, not its not,” you stand up and loom over him asking quietly for him to follow you.

The two of you go somewhere not too far away form the campfire. As you hold his gloved hand you sit down on the snow, becoming him to do the same. “lie down,” you say and lay down on the cold but soft snow. He does the same. “then you have to start waving your arms up and down and the same with your legs,left to right,” you start doing so, your arm grazes his as you do. He starts to copy.

“now get up and step back and you have a snow angle!” you beem him s adorable warm smile. He looked down at his ‘creation’. “its stunning”
