Carp is intelligent and cunning. Known for being the keenest of the siblings, she's also the most mischievous as she uses her smarts to steal food and get into trouble.
Albacore loves to eat and is always fishing for snacks (though she's not very good at it, yet). She's often the victim of her sister's pranks and thievery.
Knifejaw is the more serious of the three and is often the one parting his sisters fighting. He's got the makings of being the next alpha of his flock.

My father used to catch albacore and our Korean neighbor, Sun, gave us this fantastic recipe. My parents would marinate the fish and then broil or barbecue it. 1 green onion sliced, salt and pepper to taste, 6 tablespoons sugar divided, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root, 1 clove garlic minced, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 4 albacore tuna steaks, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Mahi mahi that has been baked is given a ton of flavor, is kept moist while cooking, and is kept from sticking to the pan with the aid of a soy-flavored mayonnaise.
Tuna Broccoli Casserole (Keto Version) This is a simple and easy recipe that you can just dump and bake! 1 head of broccoli, florets chopped, or 1 frozen bag broccoli florets thawed. 3 cans White Albacore Tuna 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (or your preferred) A few dashes to taste of hot sauce (optional) Citrus pepper or lemon pepper to taste Salt to taste In a bowl mix sour cream, heavy cream, seasoning and hot sauce(if using). In a larger bowl combine that mixture with everything else. Mix it well and pour into a 9x9 greased casserole dish. I greased mine with butter. Bake covered at 350°F until it begins to bubble (about 40min). Uncover and continue to bake until browning starts on top, or use a kitchen torch to brown the top.
