Breakfast was the most important thing to me before I began fasting! The potatoes and bread tend give you this hunger sensation that was much greater then what I feel today! Now, i could have googled some bullshit but the point is fasting has changed my attitude towards food, you feel less controlled, don't get me wrong I get hungry!!!!!
