Multiply .096 by your body weight and that is how many calories you burn per 1 minute of squats. Example: (me) .096 x 218 = 20.9 per minute so about 21 cals a minute of squats Add weight to burn more calories per minute (use hand weights, a backpack filled with heavy stuff, hold heavy books while doing this, etc.) add the weight of that onto your weight and you'll burn more!! Do a minute of squats throughout your day when you get a chance and it'll add up!

There's this company called Flavor God and all their seasonings are zero calories and taste fucking amazing! I just recently got their Pumpkin Pie flavoring and it's literally a life saver because I love pumpkin with a passion. But I'm also severely lactose intolerant so I can't have the normal latte but I can add this seasoning to coffee. Which makes it's a super low calorie amazing tasting coffee. I highly recommend this company. PLUS all the prices are cheap as fuck!
So recently my cal limit has been 202 and it’s honestly such an amazing experience for me it’s like a high that I can get away with such little food let me know what your cal limit is
