if you take out the toppings it would still be delicious & lower in calories. there’s so many different ways to make chia pudding & i love it !

50 cal soup 3-4 servings
I literally have just become a chef and my food surprisingly tastes good.
Too make the soup you need
1/3 cup of ice burg lettuce (1 cal)
1/2 a small 🥕 carrot (3 cal)
1/2 a cup of broccoli 🥦(15 cal)
3 radishes (9 cal)
3/4 long celery stick (5 cal)
Beef stock pot ( I bought a knor beef which was 6 cal)
1 basil leaf (0 cal
A pinch of thyme powder (1 cal)
A pinch of oregano powder( 2 cal)
A teaspoon of soy sauce(4 cal)
I wasn’t really sure would taste good but it does so why not share it ♥️
First boil 2 cups of water then put in stock pot
After stock pot has dissolved add your hard veg first
After 3 mins and the rest of ure veg
Add the spice and soy sauce
Pour into a large mug or small bowl
U can eat it now lol this helped me a lot because when I see food over 100 calories it kinda triggers me so this is good
All around there is 46 cal for the whole pot so u should be able to have as much as what ure comfortable with.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🥀

Its so simple even an idiot like me can make it,
legit just a leaf of lettuce (3)
a few pistachios for flavor ( I put 8 but you can put as many or little as you like )(4per pistachio)
and avacado (I put 1/4 of an avacado for both of them) (50-59 per 1/4)
its tastes amazing to me and I 100% recomend
So eat and stay safe <3

Burn calories doing squats!
Multiply .096 by your body weight and that is how many calories you burn per 1 minute of squats. Example: (me) .096 x 218 = 20.9 per minute so about 21 cals a minute of squats Add weight to burn more calories per minute (use hand weights, a backpack filled with heavy stuff, hold heavy books while doing this, etc.) add the weight of that onto your weight and you'll burn more!! Do a minute of squats throughout your day when you get a chance and it'll add up!

Guys I'm about to open a whole other world for you.
There's this company called Flavor God and all their seasonings are zero calories and taste fucking amazing! I just recently got their Pumpkin Pie flavoring and it's literally a life saver because I love pumpkin with a passion. But I'm also severely lactose intolerant so I can't have the normal latte but I can add this seasoning to coffee. Which makes it's a super low calorie amazing tasting coffee. I highly recommend this company. PLUS all the prices are cheap as fuck!
