im thinking about a dean killed john AU a lot right now because it makes way for some interesting opportunities. john comes back but now possessed by azazel. dean, upon finding john with sam is absolutely terrified but now feels as if he can’t give anything away to sam because how do you tell your brother that you know that isn’t your father because you shot him dead? sam notices some things slightly awkward or off about azazel’s acting as john but doesn’t think they’re worth pointing out. when it finally all comes to a head in the season finale and its revealed that’s not john, it isn’t dean pointing it out this time but azazel himself as he lifts his shirt to show a darkened bullet wound festering under his ribs. “It didn’t kill him instantly, Dean, you watched as he tried to crawl away. As he gagged on his own blood.” sam is furious and attempts to tackle azazel, of course instead getting pinned up to the wall via demon powers, yelling something like “you killed my mother and now youre wearing my fathers skin!” to which azazel replies (again something along the lines of) “what makes you think he’s your father? sam, *im* your father” Anyways. Lol

Headcanon that Michael is really into dark humor (as a way to cope without realizing its coping), especially those pertaining to preachers. Adam, also into dark humor, has plenty of jokes to share while in the cage. Michael giggles every time and says “stoooop, that’s horrible!” and its just too cute for Adam. 

The first time Adam cracked a joke like that out of the cage, everyone was shocked to hear Michael call Adam terrible for it while wheezing with laughter.
