it's so funny to me that togame canonically leaves people on read. just opens the messages every single time but won't answer any of them so the only time you will get an answer is if you call him and you're kinda frustrated with him but then he hits you with a "i like to hear your voice, texting isn't enough." and you're immediately pacified.

on the other hand, choji canonically doesn't wait for answers or doesn't follow up on the questions you might have. simply tells you "let's meet up." and doesn't explain so you're firing up his phone with "when? where?" and he ignores all of that and comes to find you because he has some sixth sense about your location and needs to see you now.

dear lesboy (and tbh any other nuanced identity) exclusionists who think your vein of thought is the majority in queer spaces id like to inform you that today at lunch with my (entirely queer) friend group the topic drifted to me being a butch lesbian and one friend goes "wait i thought you were a guy?" and i said "i am" and another friend interjected "dudes can be lesbians too" and that was that. no further probing about my identity, nohing about how im "invalidating transmen and lesbians", or whatever. everyone just accepted that thats how i identify and i dont owe an explanation for it and moved on. i promise u its not that deep 👍

Ichika Hoshino appreciation post!!

can we just acknowledge that she was the one who was always there for Saki? how she was the only one (apart from Saki's family) who visited her in the hospital? the one who bought her flowers and even learnt the meanings of them?

despite how down she was herself due to drifting away from Honami and Shiho, Ichika did her absolute best to keep it hidden from Saki, likely not wanting to cause her any more stress. she tried to shield Saki from the truth of the state of their friend group as best she could, until Saki inevitably had to find out. when Saki returned to school, it was her happiness that Ichika was fretting over. yes, she missed Honami and Shiho terribly herself, but Ichika wanted the band back for Saki's sake.

Ichika always put Saki's happiness first. from being the only one who could be bothered to make the journey to the hospital, to her fear of upsetting Saki by telling her the truth, to offering they start up their band again, even if it would be just the two of them.

i love Ichika. her care for her friends, particularly Saki, is absolutely beautiful <3
