i'm listening to the zach sang interview and louis said someone grabbed his dick when he went barricade and i thought of you lol he seemed very amused though, not offended (which doesn't make it right but still).

I'm really excited about the interview. It sounds like Zach asked great questions and Louis gave great answers. At the moment, I'm making my way through everything I've saved over the last couple of weeks and waiting for the video.

I've always hated the fan response to Louis going to barricade. It doesn't matter where people are or what they wear - that is not consent to have their clothes torn, or their neck or genitals grabbed.

What was so pointed to me about Louis talked about the interview - was that he clearly articulated why he was going to barricade. And everyone who was arguing that he wanted it, or didn't mind it, was arguing that unless he gave up what he got from going to barricade, then it was reasonable that he was sexually assaulted.

I love Matilda because it's a story about a child who sees injustice around her and gets mad about it and questions why things aren't fair, and instead of the ending being that she learns how the world works and that life isn't fair, she catapults one of the adults who abused her out of a building with her mind

Back in 2017 I signed up for one of the Cards Against Humanity sillies and did their Cards Against Humanity Saves America. Basically they were like fuck Tr*mp and his border wall and used the funds from the campaign to buy land and to make all 150,000 contributors part owners of said land across the US/Mexico border.

It was fun and silly and I got a little certificate.

Today I got an email that Elon Musk illegally annexed that land for SpaceX and that CAH are suing him over it. So possibly I’ll get like $100 if they manage to win a lawsuit and stick it to Musk. It’s like even more bang for my original buck.

It didn’t hit me until recently that people genuinely think Kamala Harris was a police officer because of all the people who call her a cop online.

Like I think maybe it’s important people should know she was a prosecutor. She was once a district attorney and later an attorney general for the state of California. And we can discuss how related that is to police work and how tied she is to the carceral system etc etc (but for fairness would have to include her record of pushing for lowering incarceration rates through programs helping former prisoners + her office refusing to jail folks for low level weed offense). But she was never a police officer. Like people should get that clear. Kamala Harris was never a police officer. She was a district attorney. She was never a police officer.
