I need codependent Danny/Jason as a little treat (for me) and I love the idea of them having some sort of instant connection the moment they meet (bc ghost stuff idk)

Danny who's been dropped in Gotham with no way home (alt universe??) and he's been here for 36 hours and having a Very bad time senses a liminal being and immediately latches onto them heedless of the fact that his new best friend is shooting at some seedy guys in an alley and goes off about how stressed he is and how he can't make it back to the ghost zone and what a bad day he's been having (and it's important to note Danny is a littol ghost boy literally hanging off of Jason's neck as he floats aimlessly) and Jason is like "who are you??" And Danny is like "oh sorry I'm Danny lol" and then just continues lamenting his woes

And honestly ? This might as well happen. Nothing about this Danny guy(is he human?) gives Jason a bad vibe and tbh he's never felt more calm and level headed before so he just keeps up his usual Red Hood patrol and doesn't even think about it when he heads back to a safehouse and feeds Danny dinner (breakfast) before crashing for half the day

The only thing I actually need is Jason meeting up with the bats for some sort of Intel meeting and they're like "uhhh who's that" and Jason is like "that's Danny." And does not elaborate (very ".... What do you have there?" "A smoothie" vibes)

And it takes them a while to realize that these two have known each other for less than 12 hours and are literally attached at the hip

Jaemin hates it.

He hates seeing you animatedly talking to some other guy. He hates seeing the way your head tipped back, shoulders shaking and wide smile, when you laughed at something the guy said to you. He hates knowing he’s not the one making you giggle like that.

God, it was eating at him. He swirled the soda floating in his plastic cup around, trying not to seem obvious that he was keeping an eye on you from his spot on the couch.

“How pathetic” Jaemin thinks to himself. “Getting jealous of some random person for talking to the girl you can’t even work up the courage to ask out.” He looks up again to see if you were still chatting with Random guy, only to see the corner of the room empty.

Where did you go?

Jaemin stood up abruptly, his eyes darting around for a clue as to where you went. Finally he spots you in the living room.

Your favorite song was playing and it made Jaemin’s heart flutter seeing you dance along happily to the beat of the music. He kept staring at the way your hips swayed to the song, then your arms flying up over the crowd, your hands excitedly waving at him.

“Jaeminnie! Come dance with me!” You called to him. How could he deny you when you were being so cute?

He does as you ask, making his way towards you with a huge grin on his face. You throw your arms around him when he gets close, his hands instinctively reach for your waist.

“I love this song!” You beam at Jaemin, who smiles back and replies with “I know, you played it on a loop in my car last time.”

“I just have great taste then.” You smirk back at him. Jaemin scoffs playfully but pulls you closer into his embrace.

“Last song and then I think we should head home for the night.” Jaemin suggests, to which you nod back. Something in your face changes and you tilt your head at him.

“What is it?” He questions.

You shrugged back. “You’re just…you have such a pretty smile.”

“I do?” Jaemin raises his eyebrows in surprise at the sudden compliment.

“Yes, dummy. I think you have a pretty smile.” You grin at him.

Jaemin forgets to ask about Random guy.
