A lot of 'swan' traits he may have picked up he sort of already had, or are hard to distinguish from traits that could be due to his role as Guardian. He's very territorial and protective now, but he was already both of those things, (though to a lesser degree,) and it's hard to say if this is because of him being part swan, or because of his Guardianship. He has a few new noises in his repertoire now, though, such as little whistles and coos that he didn't make before and are more avian in nature. Other changes may be more obvious once he's been freed from the lake's magick.

In the show he has sex with Mysaria, an adult, Laena, an adult by Westeros law at 16 and legally of age in most of the world (Since we only know she was at least 16 when they got together but it could have been later), certainly not prepubescent, and Rhaenyra when she was an adult, their first sexual encounter by any stretch she was 18-19. In the book their are rumors of sexual acts when Rhaenyra was a young teenager 14-15, however at that time she was culturally considered of age to marry thus not prepubescent, so even if those rumors were true (One can believe Eustace's take but Mushroom's is- Mushroom's) this would not be evidence of Daemon being a pedophile.
