𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 '𝐄𝐌 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐏!

Last updated August 9th 2024.

— Vegito is a character who, despite how well known he is in the scope of anime & manga, has gotten surprisingly little in canon. He's shown up for a handful of episodes in the entire Dragon Ball franchise, only fighting and not doing much else screentime-wise. Needless to say, how I run him is heavily headcanon-based and canon-divergent for reasons that're shown on his about page. Please keep this in mind, and don't try to police me on how I write him or how I run my blog in general.

— I know enough things about Super (the anime's events at least) to do things in that setting, but I much prefer Z's. Vegito's DBZ-orientated by default, geared towards the cusp end after the Buu saga, unless he's interacting with a DBS-debuted character who operates in that verse. I do have specific DBS AUs of him being permanent going into it from Z, and starting from when Goku & Vegeta fuse to combat Zamasu. Whichever AU is being used varies on a case-by-case basis, but you're welcome to request a specific one.

— 18+ preferred, if only because I'm over 21 and would rather be around other adults than minors. Very crossover & OC friendly! I will not interact with blogs who actively shun OCs. My muse gels best with sci-fi and/or fantasy based characters because of DB's nature. Blogs of other anime-manga series are welcome, but I fell out of my anime craze in early highschool years ago and have remained out of the loop for what's mainstream these days, so please excuse my lack of pre-existing knowledge for your series if it comes up. I'm open to writing with other Vegitos, but I'll never follow first, or initiate with one on a multi unprompted first.

— Standard RP etiquette applies, as always. I would say I'm selective, but honestly? I'm not that hard to interest or "impress". I'll follow anyone I actively want to write with, and will not follow those who I don't for whatever reason. With that said, I am mutuals only - so if we ain't following one another, rping is a no-go. Just makes things easier. Especially don't ask me to follow you. If you unfollow me, I'll return the notion. Blogs that only write sexual content because of the lewd nature of their source material (or of their muse) tend to repel me. Idc how picky it'll make me seem; I will never follow blogs who don't use a consistent tagging system. Being unable to blacklist things drives me up a wall.

I do not & will not interact with accounts that use AI art or AI writing.

— So, shipping. I'll be shameless upfront and say that my Vegito already has a significant other canon to him, who is an OC of mine: Amita (I have her over on my DB multi). Despite that, I welcome a multiship system here where I can pair him off with other characters in separate AUs. Chemistry between characters is key, and us developing some chemistry OOC as writers will help stir up some more interest on my end. My Vegito isn't the type to get shallow crushes, especially not for strangers, and he doesn't care much for romance or sex as a whole (outside of using the topics for jokes). If any character wants to get with him, they have to work for it. Just maybe they could grab his attention.

— Fight threads. Good ol' DB and its focus on combat. Sadly, I can't say I'm an expert with them. I can still try them though! So, I'm open to spontaneous conflict since Vegito will probably egg it on anyway. Feel free to hit me up if you're down to plot out your character and Vegito scrapping. Considering how strong he is though, I recommend to not approach a fight thread with the intent to have your character win ***if we haven't plotted***. I'm all for fair, interesting fights, but please respect Vegito's strength. I won't have him lose to someone he in any reality would never lose to. Sorry to any Mr. Satan rpers out there.

— Last points. Uhh I would prefer posts containing gore and body horror to be tagged, because being blind-sided with that content can make my headspace spiral into Badness. I also prefer if smut and sexual content in general gets tagged, because on bad days it can REALLY irritate me to see. If untagged posts bother me enough, I'll DM you a request to start tagging them. I freely use my block button and will do so to curate my space however I please. I don't send passwords, nor is there one to send to me.

My interpretation of Peach takes inspiration mostly from both Super Princess Peach (2005) and The Super Mario Bros. movie (2023). She isn’t just a damsel in distress—she’s a fighter. She’s strong and she can be independent and doesn’t rely on always being saved by others unless the situation is dire enough. Please don’t expect her to be weak and helpless, because she’s not.

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE? Don’t really have one in terms of Skyrim NPCs! I guess I did consider Teldryn after I first created her, but the fit wasn’t quite right.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING? Honestly? Anything. Angst, fluff, smut, unhealthy dynamics, comfort, hateships; whatever! My faves are ships that promote character development (especially when it’s mutual).

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE? As long as all characters are 21+, age gaps don’t matter to me at all.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING? I am, but only when it comes to the actual writing (I don’t ship based on faceclaims or lack thereof, and I don’t care whether a character is an OC or canon), and the quality of the character: I like complex, characters that have been fleshed-out with a strong presence, balanced strengths and flaws, and an established, consistent personality that I can bounce Ariveth off.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NSFW? I think clothes-off is the cut-off, or intimate touching that becomes graphic in description. Depends on the thread!

WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH? Basically all the characters she’s currently romantically involved with lol. There are also a few characters I can see future potential with too, for sure.

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU? Not really, unless you want to plot a pre-existing thing! Chemistry is key, and that requires in-character interaction. If an interaction naturally ends up flirty/romantic in nature, I will almost certainly be keen to ship without having to be asked (though I do like talking about ships anyway, and about the characters, where we want them to go, how we want them to develop etc. tl;dr I’m a talker dkdflks).

HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIKE TO SHIP? Anytime, since I love shipping in all forms: flirtationships, flings, ex-lovers, star-crossed lovers; everything. And luckily, Ariveth’s character lends itself well to all of that. I’m just a lot slower to ship serious, longterm stuff because I like to get into a thread or two to test the dynamic first.

ARE YOU MULTISHIP? Sort of! I plan to have a single ship for Ariveth’s canon storyline, but I’ll consider multishipping in AUs.

ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS? Gosh I literally don’t know dbfjsdhf. Both?? Let’s say in-between lol.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM? I.... feel like its controversial so I’m not gonna say lmfao

FINALLY, HOW DOES ONE SHIP WITH YOU? Ask me for a pre-established non-serious romantic connection, or just interact and lets see if it happens! Ariveth’s flirty nature makes it very easy to ship with her.

As for endgame ships (and specifically Ari’s ‘canon’ ship): that’s something I’ll only consider doing after extensive writing. If our characters have already established chemistry and a romantic dynamic in more than one thread, and I feel like the other muse would be a good match for Ariveth, I will mention the possibility to you. This isn’t something I care to rush however, given the slight exclusivity it entails, and I want to make sure there's compatibility plus a healthy relationship/mutual investment with the other mun. I wanna be clear: I do not expect more time/effort be devoted to our ship than others at all (in fact I’d encourage equal investment among all your ships) but I’m very wary of committing Ariveth to a character whose mun neglects the ship or gets bored/goes through ships quickly. I prefer to have minimal yet quality ships. I hope you can see it from my perspective and understand my trepidation. I really want to be sure. If you ARE interested in this, interaction is the only route toward it; I will not pre-plot without proper development.

Jikook's entire dynamics is founded on JK teasing JM to death. It's their thing.

He's said he enjoys teasing Jimin because he loves Jimin's reaction to when he's being teased. In fact, the entire group have said same about Jimin.

Did you see JM's reaction to when JK called out the Yoonmin comment in the dynamite reaction VLive?

He is trying Jimin with these Yoonmin jokes. He's gonna get stabbed. Lmho.

Jimin reacts strongly to when JK in particular teases him with ships, Yoonmin more recently. Yet he didn't seem to mind when V did it.

V used to be the biggest Yoonminer on the planet rooting for and encouraging certain interactions between Yoonmin. Lmho.

Jimin himself perpetuates Yoonmin as a ship.

It would be an insult on his intelligence for anyone to assume he didn't know exactly why people ship two people together or what interactions and moments is considered a moment in shipping sphere.

Statements like, why can't Suga hyung look me in the eye, why does he say I'm irreplaceable to him, insinuates something and he knows this.

If you've watched their Be behind video, and you've seen Jin talk about how RM complained to him when Tae chose Suga's version over his version you'd know where JK is coming from or where I think he is coming from having JMs version chosen over his.

Watch their Be self interview on yt too.

He said there's a melody he worked on for RM and when Jhope thought he got snubbed he recommended he release it instead- to quench his artistic drive perhaps.

That is why he released this song. He did it for himself. Like he said, he won't put out a song unless he was confident about it.

Suga have said time and again how the music and melodies they create never go to waste because they can repurpose it like he did with Telepathy I think.

Even JK explained he was reserving the melody he made for RM for a future group song.

He could have repurposed this or something.

When Jin talked about V vs JM's Christmas song and kept repeating how much he preferred Jimin's song to Tae's because Jimin"s was bright and upbeat, he made sure to clarify he wasn't implying Tae's song was bad. He was just indicating preference.

I won't lie, I was happy he preferred my bias's song but it made my VMin heart ache a little.

V and JM made very different songs, they shouldn't be compared to eachother in that way.

I don't like competitions. And I don't like when two artists are pit against eachother- which is exactly what these two versions of the bridge is doing out here.

I will literally die if in an interview JM is asked about his part and JK isn't. I can't do this😭

I've been a strong advocate for a certain level of independence and detachment in Jikook's dynamics because they lowkey exhibited codependency tendencies in their dynamics which is great for us shippers but not so great in the long run for their relationship or them as individuals .

Maybe I'm thinking out loud and prematurely here. I mean we are only beginning to have intimate access to their raw unscripted selves.

I don't think it's not that much of a big deal. RM and JM have equally shared their own versions of fake love on the internet but it is an interesting development in their dynamic to me.

I remember how happy JM was about his version of fake love, and it remains to date one of my favorite beats even though he was just spewing nonsense on that track. Lol.

He was so excited when he shared it with JK and Jin. He said when he showed it to JK the first time, JK said he loved it very much- how loving and supportive is that!

I mentioned a few times on here how I felt JM seemed to have been demanding 'space' and a little bit of breathing room in their dynamic which was causing a little bit of tension here and there middle 2019 through to March last year and it all sounds like drama and speculation but...

May be if I told y'all I am a witch and my analysis of their relationship is based on mediums, phantom whisperers, empathetic readings or tarot cards y'all will leave me alone?🤥

This is a red flag for me. And no, it doesn't mean they are broken up or having issues in their relationship.

Jk's TMI indicates they still been spending a lot of time together.

This is just a sign there's too much independence in their dynamic now- if you know what I mean.

Relationships flourish based on how attached we are to people- too much attachment is a problem, too little attachment is equally bad.

Jikook have always had a problem with over attachment in their dynamics in my opinion, to the point it was lowkey unhealthy- the jealousy, not being able to 'act professionally' within a group and work environment, having problems with being separated however briefly, constantly wanting to be where the other is etc.

Less attachment isnt necessarily a bad thing either. It means less of all the 'toxic' aspects of their relationship that over attachment brings but too much of that too can trigger anxiousness and insecurity and resentment.

Especially if one of them hates change. Cough Jimin.

With that comes all the wild aspects of love such as possessiveness, jealousy and I know JM doesn't do too well in that department...

In my opinion, I see JM as having a problem when JK breathes down his neck emotionally speaking, and at the same time he has a problem when he is too emotionally distant.

Who do I need to talk to to give me more of Jikook interactions individually or jointly?

I want to see more of their interactions beyond the overly staged, dramatized fanservice and official content.

Spending a lot of time around eachother and eating each other's ramen- pun intended, does not reflect on how intimate you are.

Intimacy requires depth and depth requires attachment.

How you treat eachother's needs and goals, dreams and desires is equally indicative of the intimacy in your relationship.

That has always been one distinctive quality of Jikook's ship.

And so I wonder the thought process that went into this decision. I know JM wouldn't object to JK sharing things like these or doing things that make him happy even if it has the potential to impact his own shine in any way.

When JK first made that post, I felt it was out of pettiness or a move to 'humble' JM.

I thought of when he'd posted that photo of himself with a hickey after JM had 'dated' him during the JinMinKook live.

I rolled my eyes and asked, 'what yall gays up to this time?' Why you out here humbling your man?

If this ask turns up in the tags for people who like this ship, I'm really sorry. Tumblr fucks up and sometimes put words in the post inside the tag, even if otherwise not tagged that. You probably don't know this, Lar, but that's also why I do weird stuff like put a slash through R/WBY to avoid the main tag.

If you like Jaune/Ruby stop reading here.

I don't like this ship at all. I really enjoy Jaune and Ruby's friendship and what that does for the story, and also the fact that Jaune is just a bit too edgy for Ruby (e.g. Ruby does not kill Penny at her behest; Jaune does). I don't mean to be a 'friendship is superior to romance!!!' type.

I actually think romance is generally a superior type of story I'd read anyday, anytime, if I were being reactive and mean, which this ship ask game calls for. I don't get the people who say like, the line between romance and friendship is mostly meaningless... it's really not, they are different things and things can be different things because sometimes things are different. It doesn't mean in your real life you have to be in a relationship, not everything is a prescriptive statement, but in terms of what I enjoy in fiction, if it's something like R/WBY, I care more about the High Drama capital R Romance. (I actually like a lot of pulpy sci-fi without much romance, I read a lot without it, but in terms of what I obsessively post about it's romance).

I read a lot of other stuff, but nothing is like a well-written romance.

That aside, what I'm trying to gesture at is that the Ruby and Jaune friendship is interesting because they're both in positions of responsibility - I mean isn't that even a V1 thing, where Ruby is like 'stop feeling bad, it doesn't matter if you feel bad, you have to put that aside for the team' - like good grief Ruby, that is going to backfire eventually. Anyway, I like that there are parts about Ruby Jaune doesn't understand and vice versa, those secret parts are interesting to me, because it's exactly what makes their respective romances I think will be canon interesting. To whom you show yourself in that way is interesting. It's not possible between Jaune and Ruby, not without moving mountains in the show, and probably even harder now with the schism Penny's death may cause.

I also think it's just... a fluffy friends to lovers ship, which, like, you can find hundreds and thousands of blogs on Tumblr dedicated to that kind of stuff, I'm one person disinterested in that.

To speak from the type of storytelling I enjoy: being that Jaune is Oscar's Shadow, and Cinder is Ruby's Shadow, it does mean there is a real sense of connection between the characters for a reason. In a way, Jaune knowing Cinder's capacity for good (Ruby, the White Shadow) is one of many structural indicators he's involved in Cindemption. It's not motivation itself, but it lines up particularly well. It also explains why Jaune is too edgy for Oscar - he's literally too edgy in Jungian storytelling, but he is a way for Ruby to better understand Oscar.

Well, probably quite broadly I don't get along with most of R/WBY shipping culture, and I think that we have fundamentally different approaches to how and why romance is interesting. There are definitely people who multiship or polyship for reasons similar to me, so I'm not trying to say 'multishipping bad'.

Admittedly from my end my tastes have evolved - or at least I've figured out what my tastes are - to really only being interested in canon romance, or ships with profound canon reasoning.

I'm not interested in twisting canon to make a pet ship fit the canon, though. I do really enjoy thinking about what motivates creators and what seems genuinely likely, but there are ships in other fandoms where I'm like, yeah you're having a great time but you're setting yourself up for pain expecting that to be canon, and acting like it will definitely be canon is, again, setting yourself up for pain.

In some ways it's not just being led on by a story, though, but fundamentally refusing to read a story the way it's 'meant' to be read and trying to make it something else. I'm speaking really generally and broadly here because even for a ship game I don't want to cause a stir, but that is exactly the sort of viewer I'd never wish to be. It's why even if I think that I understand R/WBY narrative style and there are serious reason Knightfall has a possibility of being canon, I reserve some doubt for the aforementioned points. I'm my first doubter, because seriously, these are real people telling a real story, and they have to have some motivation in their own storytelling to do a particular thing. Part of what Knightfall hinges on is the importance of Cinder and Jaune inside the story, and what I think they're trying to do with the romances thematically. If it turns out that Jaune killing Penny was meant to ostracise him as a character and remove him from the story, it all falls apart. I don't think that's what they're doing, and it's apparent in the narrative that's not what they're doing, but these things can be arcane and mysterious.

Most of all, the reason certain canon romances interests me is because I'm invested in the canon too. The reason I'm really into Knightfall is because I generally am a fan of R/WBY canon and cast - I actually like most of the characters, and I enjoy writing them, which is a lot of fun for me because I don't dread that part when I want to focus on the romance instead - so that influences my shipping style. Again, I generally have an issue with people moving from medium to medium, like a swam of locusts, projecting the kinds of things that interest them that do not mesh with what the thing actually is.

I could be more specific, but I wouldn't want to cause TOO much of a stir, but I'd say that this probably applies to R/WBY fandom in some ways as I've mentioned a few times before. But all of this influences Knightfall. I also realise my tastes are somewhat individual; it really is freeing in a lot of ways to be in such a small fandom with so much less scrutiny.

With that being said, I think any Jaune or Cinder ship other than Jaune/Cinder is sucks and is bad and I actively avoid all mention of it as much as possible, and I'm actually extremely polite about those ships on my blog compared to how much I don't like them. I fully admit that part of that hatred comes from the fact I cannot multiship and if my OTP are not married forever and someone is playing with the dollies wrong, I actually get irrationally upset, but I also just textually do not want and do not like them.

For that matter, Ruby and Weiss are characters I really like, and I liked Pyrrha fine enough, and I'm actually quite attached to them. You'd think I'd be okay with them with Jaune, but there are gender reasons I don't like Jaune/Weiss (nice guy patiently waiting for girl to notice him - gross, and also I think Weiss is actively interested in moving away from being a princess, so the knight/princess stuff doesn't work, that's why I like Knightfall knight/Maiden), Jaune/Pyrrha (fridged girlfriend? You met your true love and lost her early in the show and now we don't know what to do with you? That's very narratively boring, admittedly), Jaune/Ruby (see above), who else... those are the big three, anyway.

Anyway... other people might be playing with the dollies wrong, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop them doing it, it just means I'm going to write a post and then delete it before I post it, and like, whine on my stupid sideblog. I'm sure there are tons of people who think I'm stupid shipping Jaune/Cinder too, so I try to remain humble.

When I started really getting into multi-shipping, and even sometimes still, I worry a bit about people being annoyed by the multi-shipping. And a lot of people have strong opinions against some of my ships, and that scares me a little because I am very sensitive and some anons are very mean.

Which is why my anons are typically turned off, despite my having existed on this website for over 10 years with anons on 😅

But anyway, I definitely aim to put out positivity and try to get people a bit more open to other ships; not even necessarily getting people to ship the same things, but I just want people to stop hating on each other for the things they do or don't like, you know? I don't even mind the anti-character posts, sometimes you just want to vent about a character you don't like, but it's the posts accusing people who like or write certain things of being shitty people because of it, or the antagonistic anons showing up unprovoked in ask boxes.

This became almost a rant, and I'm gonna stop now before I get too heated about it haha

hi! can you recommend some azula-centric blogs? i stopped paying attention to avatar for yeeeeears but now i'm getting back into it and want to find where all my azula stan comrades are at these days.

Oh, hello, Anon! I’ll try to recommend a few then!

@orderofbluelotus is an Azula-centric blog, it kind of works as an archive, compiles as many positive Azula-related posts as it can, so it’s a good place to start.

As far as meta and analysis goes, there’s @non-bender-world, this blog has general ATLA content but is a STRONG Azula supporter with frequent meta about her, same as @the-firenation-gellary, there’s also @wish-i-was-fiction. The last two are more Azula-centric I believe, but anyways, these blogs are given to analysis and most (if not all) their content about Azula is absolutely positive. I also met @cobra-diamond recently, another solid ATLA analyst with a positive take on Azula.

As for fic writers… @bellatrixobsessed1, @purpleplatypusbear21, @clarielparke, @salixj, @gd2go2 (for some damn reason I can’t ever tag him properly?) all have written Azula-centric content with a variety of ships, so if you’re more given to multishipping than I am, I’m sure you’ll find something great to read in their repertoire. They delve in the occasional debate and analysis as well, but I figured I’d single them out as fic writers first of all since that’s (I think xD) their main fandom activity.

I don’t really delve much in RP circles these days, there might be a lot of Azula RPers but I don’t know for sure. Still, @firelxrdsdaughter is an RPer AND an amazing artist so that’s kind of a slam dunk as far as Azula content is concerned :’D

Another artist that comes to mind who has made really nice Azula content (and general funny ATLA stuff) is @biorn21. There’s also @i-draw-azula who, as the URL suggests, clearly is a great Azula-positive resource xD And there’s @kigozula, who makes great edits of the show’s screenshots (and occasional fanarts). @fanwright hasn’t made edits recently but he made a few in the past, as well as fics… he’s another Azula fan worth following, responsible for soooo many quality art commissions, so that’s a rec too!

In other regards, @firelxrdazula shitposts a lot but quite often has Azula-related content in her queues (when they’re running), so that’s another good place to go. Another frequent shitposter (and crack fic writer) who loves Azula to pieces is @focusas, and I guess there’s a few other shitposters out there but I can’t really think of anyone else right now? Most other people I can think of only make occasional content about her… so I’ll probably stop here :’D

Either way, I’d suggest you test the waters, look through these blogs and maybe you’ll find other artists and writers and bloggers I couldn’t remember to mention right now (it’s nearly 2 AM so I apologize to anyone I left out but I’m probably not in the best shape to answer these questions :’DDD). Still, this should be a helpful enough starting point sooo… feel free to dive into the pro-Azula corner of the fandom, and I hope you’ll enjoy yourself when you do! :D

🤡 SHIPPING: most likely shipping will be discussed between muns. i usually write with the intentions to what feels organic for the story. also depending, i will ship on chemistry if it works. typically, i usually have something in mind beforehand when it comes to a certain muse when it comes to shipping, but ask. i won’t ship western muses with korean/kdrama muses.

🤡 REPLIES: i will make a constant effort to reply to everyone on a weekly basis. most if not all replies will be sent all at once thursday night or friday. do not rush yourself to reply quickly and take your time. i will not sugar coat this, but favoritism is probably prevalent on this blog. there are certain muses that i have higher muses for than others so those replies will most likely be done quicker and sent out if i feel like it. BUT if you would like to do back and forth, please do ask!! i’ll try to accommodate! the longest i will wait for a reply is a month, i will drop the thread after the 31 day period if it is not replies unless you are on hiatus or mention it to me beforehand. my replies will only take place on dash, i have no interest in rping on discord or instant message.

depending how you see it, i am somewhat okay or moderately okay with photoshop. if you ask, i can assist and help you out if you want to gif. though my method can be a bit different from others but nonetheless, i’d be more than happy to teach and help you out. if it is the case that you are interacting with me and need resources and you’re willing to put up the time to gif resources for the character, i am beyond grateful and i will surely try to help you as much as i can!! that is, if you��re willing to learn.

also a thing to note that i didn’t explicitly tell in my rules, even though that i have myself as multiverse/multiship. i have that because i like to be limitless and unbounded, but in theory most of my muses are single-ship. once i have the interaction that i specifically wanted, i am usually very content. it is typically hard for me to come up with another “compelling” narrative for the same muse.

SPEED: I used to be faster with replies, but now I have been slower. Sometimes my muse strikes most with ask memes more than the stuff in my drafts. But I don’t really have a set speed on this blog. But please try not to rush me for replies. Usually, that’s what makes me less likely to reply, not sure why but that happens to be the case with me.

REPLIES: I try to match the same length as my partner, but I don’t expect anyone to match my length if I go over or under. Just at least give me something to write with. I often lose muse really easy with short replies. I tend to do better if there is at least a paragraph, but don’t let this worry you. I’m not big on this.

Replies are usually thrown in my queue, except for now where I have more time on my hands. But replies really vary, it depends on what muse I’m feeling ( or if I feel like writing that day at all ). If a reply is in my queue, usually there is a bit of a wait there since I have other things sitting in my queue. Also, replies do depend on which muse I’m feeling.

STARTERS: I don’t mind writing a starter when there’s a plot in mind, but usually I’m the worse at off the cuff / starter calls. I don’t post them as much anymore because I barely can come up with anything.

INBOX: Lately it has been easier to answer asks than replies, but I haven’t been writing much anyways. Just getting out of a writer’s block, I’m writing more now, but been trying not to push myself too much. I actually got a few things done today, but I’m sort of taking things slow. But usually, ask memes are what get my muse up the highest. Always feel free to send one in, but specify a muse.

I do get sorta annoyed / not likely to answer asks that don’t specify a muse. If I know you often pick one muse, like really well, it won’t bug me, but please specify a muse. If someone even gives me two muses to choose from, I’m fine. Just if an ask says ( pick whoever ), I just won’t likely answer them.

SELECTIVITY: I try not to be selective, but I have been recently. With 270+ followers, you sort of have to be. I don’t want to over push myself or anything and I want my dash to be clean & at a good amount. Sometimes this can go over to replies and asks, with which muse I’m feeling and what thread it is. I try to give everyone a chance, but I can be a bit selective.

WISHLIST: I don’t have too much on my mind for wishlist stuff. I do have a wishlist tag full of random thoughts for certain muses.

HONEST NOTE: I don’t really have much to say here. I prefer to write longer replies than shorter ones.

I am multiship, but I can be a bit selective with certain muses ( some may take more time -- as in Varric and Evie, some others ). As well as with Jacob -- from writing with deadlyarccna, Jacob is officially single ship with Lilith on deadlyarcnna. Mostly because there is a ton of plotting involved and I can’t see Jacob having such a strong relationship with another. ( Lilith and Jacob are twin flames / destined for each other anyway, so that does come into play ). But other than that I’m pretty chill with shipping, replies, and the like. I also am down for really deepening a friendship ( relationship, family relationship, platonic, etc ) with headcanons and such.

Welcome, Rules, and Such

Yo. I’m Ben, and I’m over 25 (25+), and it’s nice to meet y’all.

This is an indie RP blog for Miss Lint from Amazon’s The Tick. It’s been a bit since I’ve seen the series, but I kind of want to write her a bit, so here she is.

Lint’s, um, a particular bean and probably will not the sex. If she does, I probably won’t be writing it. I headcanon her as very asexual and also with particular issues related to her powers and touching people, so that would be...a really big thing for her. She’s not averse to it in general, but there’s the thing of feeling like she’s going to electro-livewire kill someone, so while it’s not off the table, it’s basically off the table.

I try to write well. Sometimes I may make grammar, spelling, or other issues, but I do my best to make sure that what I write is readable. If I write something that comes across weird, please let me know, and I’ll try to fix it if I can. Um. Because I’m doing my best, I expect you to do your best, too. If not, that’s cool, everyone has bad days, and it’s okay. I might not reply if I have a hard time reading or understanding your writing, but I’ll try?

I’ll try to match your style and length, but I probably won’t be using icons. (This might change later, but I just kind of want to write with people again and making icons takes a while.) If you don’t want to match my style or length and if you want to icons, that’s totally fine. No worries here, mate. It’d be nice if you reply with more than one sentence, but I also get that sometimes a character says all they want to say in a little bit instead of something long - and rapid fire one-liners can be really fine. So, uh, don’t worry about that too much.

I try to tag triggers and nsfw. If I’ve missed something you need me to tag, tell me and I’ll see what I can do. Some stuff is kind of integral to the blog, though, so like...if it’s something like that, it’s probably better that you don’t follow. No offense meant or taken, but your mental health is definitely more important than you writing with us.

Like I mentioned before, Lint’s a super particular bean. I'm not huge on writing smut anyway, so don’t expect to see any of that here.

I ship based on character interactions, and I tend to be more plot or potential based. I multiship. I’ve got some triggers, but it’s mostly stuff I won’t be writing due to anxiety reasons. You can find that list below the cut. Also if you could tag your chain letter posts with “chain letter”, I block that tag and then I can avoid those.

I will not RP with people who do not have an age listed or information pages (rules, about, etc.) because that makes me uncomfortable. I also won’t write with anyone who is underage.

What’s your OTP for your Muse(s)?

She//ith since about the first five minutes of VLD S1 lmao. That’s not to say that I don’t love other ships but my boys have owned my heart for over three years now and will probably hold it forever.

What are you willing to RP when it comes to shipping?

I’ll write almost anything, though if it’s touchier subjects it will require discussion first. However, I will not write dubcon/noncon under any circumstances. I’ve been forced into some extremely uncomfortable experiences in the past that I’d rather not relive.

How large does the age gap have to be to make it uncomfortable?

I don’t really have a hard limit that comes to mind, especially since I am willing to flex Keith’s age based on the thread. It also depends on the nature of the ship and the relative ages of the characters.

Are you selective when shipping?

I’m about as selective as Keith allows me to be. This goes for all types of ships, not just romantic, but it largely depends on how much he feels like he’s able to open up to other muses and how deep their mutual trust is. If he’s treated poorly, his trust is broken, or his feelings are hurt, he’ll pull away on his own.

On my end, it’s worth noting that I’m unlikely to romantically ship Keith with a muse if I don’t have a certain level of trust with their mun. I’ve been burned in the past because of this and Keith has also gotten really hurt so I need that trust, I need to know my writing partners aren’t just using me to live out their shipping fantasies or to just make another notch on their shipping belt and nothing more.

How far do steamy moments have to go before they’re considered NSFW?

When hands begin to wander underneath clothing, when kissing turns filthy, when there’s grinding and moaning involved... yeah, it’s time to slap on that #red hot cherry bomb tag and throw it under a Read More. xD

Who are other muses you ship your muse with?

Officially, Keith has (active) romantic relationships with @leaderchosen‘s Shiro and Kuro, @defenderchosen‘s Allura, @skylarkmuses‘s Lance, and @starssurvivor‘s Matt, as well as a few others that have fallen into inactivity and are greatly missed.

There are a handful of strong friendships he holds dear that are definitely on their way to blossoming into something more (and in some cases, Keith is blatantly crushing HARD), but I’m not outing him just yet (if he outs/has outed himself via his own actions, that’s on HIM lmao). You know who you are, anyway. xD

Does one have to ask to ship with you?

You don’t necessarily have to ask! Sometimes the interactions really take off and the muses develop feelings on their own. As mentioned previously, Keith isn’t super easy to ship with due to his trust issues but, once he reaches a certain level of care with another muse, he’s very open about his own feelings.

That being said, I don’t mind being approached via DMs if you’re interested in shipping! I do prefer it be after we’ve interacted both IC and OOC, though. Don’t let that be our first interaction ever because I’ll decline right off the bat. The only time I’ll auto-ship is when it’s with someone I’m already close to OOC and I know we’re both gonna work for that ship development regardless.

How often do you like to ship?

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I’m always open to shipping as long as there is chemistry between our muses and good communication between muns. Characters are best fleshed out through their experiences AND their relationships with other characters, so it’s very fulfilling for me to explore as a writer.

Are you multiship?

Absolutely!

Are you ship obsessed or ship more-or-less?

I’m not obsessed with shipping by any means, nor is it something I’m constantly seeking out... however, if you ship something with me, I will ship it HARD and spam your DMs with love and things that remind me of our ship all the damn time lmao

What is your favorite ship in your current fandom?

For VLD, if you’ve made it this far, you already know what it is. xD

Finally, how does one ship with you?

Simply expressing interest both IC and OOC is a good place to start! As long as the chemistry is there, there’s a vry good chance things will develop from there.

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE? : Nah, I won´t do this. I do have a bunch of amazing ships for this girl, some are established, some are still up in the air. Each has its appeal and separate storyline that I totally adore.

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE? : 99% of the time, I write Liv in her mid – to end-twenties, sometimes above, rarely below (I do have a college verse though). I think she´d be down for sleeping with someone much older if they appealed to her in some way but I guess it wouldn’t go beyond mid-fifties. Haven´t had her meet someone so mature yet. As for younger… sexual experience is essential for her enjoyment so I doubt she´ll take some 18-year-old with her, even when he´s cute. But honestly? It´s really hard to tell with this one. I´d have to face her to say for sure.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING? : It doesn´t look like it but I am LOL I need to see something in the other muse that could click with Liv and have a good basis ooc, otherwise the sails won´t be set. I don´t insta-ship. Whenever it might appear like that on this blog it´s because it has been extensively talked about in private. I like a good, realistic build up and a strong dynamic. Liv is a huge flirt and a liberal, sexually adventurous creature, so the do can happen but her heart? She keeps that protected. It takes a lot of interaction and a persistent muse (or in-depth plotting) to take her fear of being caged in, to get past her trauma and let the girl succumb to her true longing, a home with someone who loves her the way she is.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NS/FW? : Usually when I wouldn´t want to write it in public without having to look over my shoulder, that´s a good indicator. I use read-mores when my partners do, other than that, I just tag it as “nsfw rp”.
