some good news!! the spanish state's ministry of equality has finally passed one of the most progressive trans laws on the planet, shielded free and universal access to abortion and banned conversion therapy and genital surgery for intersex babies, among a lot of other feminist policies. the minister of equality irene montero gave a speech thanking spain's lgtb and trans associations for helping her draft these legislations. couldn't be more proud!!

Tags on a post that said “if both candidates agree on an issue, it’s a non-issue”. Regarding a genocide.
Okay lol. Very normal people on the “vote blue no matter who” side.
“I personally don’t want to die” yet you’re alright voting for someone who kills others just because you think it’s a lost cause? You’d rather vote for someone you KNOW is going to kill thousands of Palestinians just because he MIGHT not kill you. And that is an extremely privileged take.
“Mehmehmeh third party can NEVER win” yes because you’d rather give Biden a deepthroat than actually vote for important change. This isn’t something like tax brackets or stimulus checks, Biden is, currently, right now, killing people. He condemns Israel to the press and then mails them more bombs through the “”humanitarian aid”” port he built.
I swear to god Biden could pick up an infant, bring it to the podium during a speech, set it on fire, and slam it on the ground as hard as he physically could and you’d still vote for him as long as it wasn’t YOUR baby.
Anyway, I’m done humoring this. I’m breaking and blocking mutuals over this. I’m not going to pretend this is an even remotely leftist let alone justifiable take.

please tell me you don’t believe transandrophobia is real
why the fuck wouldnt it be real? trans men face a wide range of issues, including access to reproductive healthcare and exclusion from queer spaces, which are specifically tied to them being both trans and men. do i believe trans women specifically hold societal privilege over trans men? no, but i also dont believe trans men hold privilege over trans women.
i think trans men should be allowed to talk about the issues they face and put words to them. i think denying them that and calling them misogynists for daring to bring up their problems is both cruel and counterproductive to trans rights. i think that infighting between trans men and trans women sucks shit and genuinely i really just wish we as trans people could all figure out how to get along and coexist together. i think that the more we divide the community over things like transandrophobia, the easier we make it for hate groups to get their way, and the easier we make it for members of our community to become isolated and taken advantage of.
i am not a trans men, but trans men were some of the very first people who accepted me as a woman. ive had many trans men in my life who were nothing but kind and loving to me. ive also known some trans men who were huge dicks to me, but that wasnt because they were trans men, it was because they were assholes who sucked.
i believe trans men have problems, and i believe they should be allowed to speak openly and honestly about them without being ridiculed for being MRAs or whatever. if they want to coin a term to do that more effectively, then i support them doing that, period.

[Start ID. A digital drawing of Minos Prime from Ultrakill, who's wearing a strapless slit dress and sandals of the same deep purple. He faces towards and slightly to the right of the camera, his head is tilted further right. With one hand he gestures in a vague pointing motion, his arm folded and held close to his body. There is nothing in the background, but bracing himself on one arm, Minos is implied to be leaning against something about the height of a countertop. The background is a blank purplish black, save for three diagonal stripes in the colors of the bisexual flag. End ID]
Shading study that quite literally came to me in a dream two weeks ago, after this post apparently beamed itself into my mind
(also a few edits below the cut! they're very slight but whatever :])
[Start ID. Three different versions of the previous drawing. The first changes the tone of the lighting from blue to pink, and similarly the shading from pink to blue. The second replaces the faint black border with pink, purple and blue, syncing with the stripes in the background. The third combines both these changes. End ID]

So
If I may spread a little bit of transman posivity, even if it isn't huge
I overheard my coworker use the correct pronouns for me to another coworker when I wasn't around.
Like I was within earshot obviously but they didn't know that.
And idk it feels pretty good to think/know they respect my identity even if I'm not directly beside them.

Only you. Always you. A Human Being
Happy Pride Month!! I actually made this for a poem I wrote the other day, and while I was painting it, I noticed the feathers looked a lot like the nonbinary flag, so I also decided to incorporate the genderqueer flag colors in there.
I'll probably repost this in my other account where I make art, with the poem. But I also wanted to put it here alone with the title only first.

Railing someone in front of a mirror so I can see the way my hips meet theirs. Having them on their back, legs pulled up around my shoulders or being held back so when I look over I can see the way their whole body shakes and bounces when I bottom out >>>>>>>>
