Hello❣️❣️My bro and I just recently discovered your works & they’re so great! He read me some, and you know these characters to such a comfy degree❤️‍🩹❣️I’d love to see some head-canons for TFP starscream and an enby-masc human (who knew him as they grew up. I was 14 and I’m 29 now, whoo! Been a screamin jet ally 4ever❣️) with needs for self-care reminders, and helps him by reciprocating care for screamer on their stronger days. Been having icky-sicky days and these have made me smile lots! Open to a one-shot too, anything if it inspires.❤️‍🩹

As soon as you and Starscream settle into a relationship, he'll slowly pick up that you're not taking proper care of yourself sometimes. Even if he's not human, he can under that humans are supposed to change their clothes and shower and brush the bones in their mouths.

You'll probably start the reminders, even if you aren't taking care of yourself at the moment.

He doesn't really know how to... bring it up. He'll be really awkward about asking you to explain what you're going through,

There will be times where he's only going to have energy for you. No one else, not even himself.

Starscream will try anything to help you out, checklists, habit trackers, timers, anything you could ever ask for, he'll sit down with you and work through it.

When he's gone, he'll write you notes or send you conformation messages, the notes reminding you about what to do and the messages confirming that you've followed through with your self care tasks.

Jack had set his bowl in the sink when he heard the door close. He looked over his shoulder and saw Jake.

"Somethin' wrong?"

"No." Jake said simply. He had taken his hat and vest off and seemed to be ready for bed already. "Was just comin' to help."

Jack only raised an eyebrow and watched as Jake came over to grab the already dried bowls to put away. He turned back to the sink and began to wash the next bowl. Usually Jake is more talkative but if he didn't want to talk then why make him.

A few more bowls were washed and Jake eyed Jack septically. "So..." he began.

"So what Jake? Yous havent said a word. Did I do someth-" "When are you gonna kiss David."

Jack froze. He was so causal about it. Like it was an everyday thing. Jack could only feel his cheeks burning.

"Wh-what do ya mean."

Jake rolled his eyes and sat on the table behind him. "Well just the way you two were the first day ya met ya know. Been spendin' a lot of time with him too-"

"That doesn't mean I-"

Jake held up a hand. "Cowboy have you've seen the way you look at 'im."

Jack wanted to glare. Wanted to yell at Jake to get the hell out of the dining room. But yet he didn't. Just staired back at him with a glint in his eye telling Jake he was barking up the wrong tree.

Jake hopped off the table, "Cowboy no ones gonna care okay. But jus' be careful alright."

And just like that he left. The door shut behind him and Jack slid down the cabinets. He put his head into his hands and sighed. He didn't understand what had happened. Well he did but-Jake was only serious if things were true. So Jake might be right. But no one had to know.

"Jack?"

Jack looked up at the door way and saw David. He inwardly groan.

"Les and I have to go now. Wanted to say good bye."

How could he be so clam and collected. David just had to be the one boy who he liked. Jack frowned and walked up to David. Quickly pulling him by the collar so their lips could smash instantly. David didn't resist neither did Jack. Both also didn't want to pull away.

David felt his lips tingle as they pulled away. Bringing a finger to trace his own lips he didn't know what to say.

They both breathed hard as they tried to avoid each others gaze but David leaned back in. This time for a softer and fuller one. "Took you long enough cowboy."

Jack felt his cheeks burn again, "David-"

"Shh Jackie. Why don't we talk more on the way to my home. Les fell asleep anyways."

"Okay." Jack whispered. Heart full of hope.

David kissed him again and it made Jacks stomach do a flip or two. As they carried Les out Jack couldn't help but see Jake smiling like an idot. Jack didn't know how but Jake always knew things.

oscar isnt ricciardoing lando bc hes not doing such a disastrous job that it leaves lando without reference for what hes doing right or wrong👍🏻 thank GOD oscar isnt ricciardoing lando bc idk what i wouldve done if another australian flopped hardcore in that mclaren cockpit

as for having the 'guts' to leave mclaren - was it guts for ricciardo to leave red bull? u think it was guts? id say its the opposite. his cojones were so shrinked down and teeny tiny that he cared more abt his own ego & status within the team (and money) than like. actually being with a top tier team. idk abt u but i dont see that as a real racer's mentality

oh wait i only just realised that 'ricciardoing' means oscar is the max to landos daniel (maxiels go back to sleep shhh this isnt abt u shhhh). except like he isnt lmao? hes a great rookie but firstabal he isnt at all close to properly challenging lando yet (cant wait for him to be!! hes developing so fast) and secondabal theres no mind games, frustrations, or on-track #welldonebaku moments. theyre just two guys having a chill time and bringing home soooo many points for mclaren 🧡

writing advice for characters with a missing eye: dear God does losing an eyes function fuck up your neck. Ever since mine crapped out I've been slowly and unconsciously shifting towards holding my head at an angle to put the good eye closer to the center. and human necks. are not meant to accommodate that sorta thing.
