I see also that your sexual needs aren't being met. In other words you may be single since birth or chronically single. I see that this chakra is not blocked but the thing is you may be someone who is ashamed of their sexual or you may consider things like sex as something sinful or bad. Sometimes, your sexual energy take the best out of you. I see that because you refuse to acknowledge your needs you end up rushing to the bathroom or your room to touch yourself and end of story. You may have a lot of sexual energy but you try soo hard to ignore it.

Planets in the twelfth house can be some of the most challenging placements in a natal chart. In today's world, where everything is getting increasingly difficult, expensive and you are supposed to hustle to succeed, having planets in the twelfth house is like trying to drive with the handbrake on.

You try your hardest, but you can't achieve your goal.

You try to meet someone and revive your nonexistent social or romantic life, but people don't even notice you, as if you don't exist.

You have applied to over a thousand of jobs in the last six months, but you don't even get a single interview, much less a job.

You work hard, you hustle and you do everything right, so why is nothing working?

You’re sat on the edge of the bed, peering out of the window while you wait to come to, having freshly woken up. It’s 1:30 in the afternoon, but you’ve recently returned from a trip, so you’re still acclimatizing to the 8-hour time difference. Despite it being the middle of the day, the sky is painted a bland grey. The skyline bleeds into the cement lining the road outside. As you turn your head to observe your surroundings, you remember that you’ve yet to unpack the olive-green hard-shell suitcase perched at the end of your bed frame. Begrudgingly, you press your palms to the mattress and peel your thighs up from the bed so that you can start on the task at hand.

The suitcase now lies open like a book on your dark hardwood floor, letting you pull out garment by garment whilst you vibe along to Bruno Mars’ Unorthodox Jukebox. You recently rediscovered the album, fondly recollecting your 8-year-old memories. This was the first CD you ever bought. A small chuckle escapes your lips at the memory of getting in trouble at school for singing the lyrics ‘Gorilla,’ unaware at the time of what they meant. Once the rest of the album has played, your suitcase is fully unpacked and rolled back into your hallway closet where it lives.

Checking your phone for any notifications, you notice that an email has come through from the USC Graduate School. Immediately, your heart sinks as you’re jumpscared with the reminder of those three applications you sent in a few months ago. You’re pretty good at forgetting the big things that should be weighing heavy on your chest. The anxiety just gets too much so your brain blocks it out. But no more ignorance, the weight of the world has dropped on your shoulders in a matter of seconds. You gingerly lower yourself back onto your bed, before your blood pressure can shoot any higher, and tuck your legs into crisscross applesauce. To your left, your two emotional support teddy bears sit looking back at you, so you tuck them into the crevice between your folded legs and cling on to them. Opening your laptop in front of you, you load Outlook and click on the email that leads you to a link titled “Decision status”. Teeth chattering and hands shaking, you click on the link and wait for the portal to buffer. Inputting your email and password, you quickly close your eyes before you can be bombarded with something you’re not ready to see yet. “It’s probably going to be a no. Just statistically, it’s very unlikely you’ll get in. You’re going to feel hurt, but it will be ok” you tell yourself as you let out a measured breath through pursed lips. But a wave of fear courses through you anyway, “I can’t look yet. I don’t want my day to be ruined” you think. “Fuck it, there’s nothing I can do about it now.” You say, a newfound sense of gumption pumping you up as your eyes shoot back open.

Before you can back out, you mindlessly click on a document titled ‘Decision Letter’ in bold letters. Skimming past the useless pleasantries in the first couple of lines, your eyes trace the document, searching for the words “We regret to inform you…” As though you’ve willed them onto the page, those exact words appear before you. Immediately as your brain processes what you’ve read, you snap your eyes away from the screen towards the ceiling. “Fuck. I knew it” you say, dejected and emotionless. Unsure of what to do next, you open your messages on your phone so you can tell the only person who knows you even applied about this pathetic advancement.

You can see that Billie has read your message, but she doesn’t say anything. She’s not even typing. A drawn-out huff escapes your mouth as you throw your phone away from you - it lands with a bounce on the bed. Weirdly enough, you don’t feel much other than a feeling foolish for thinking you had a chance in the first place. There goes $135 that you’ll never get back, you think. “What a waste” you mutter.

To prevent any other emotions from creeping in, you pull yourself up onto your feet and grab your speaker. You go to Spotify and scroll until you find your ‘gifted kid to academic burnout pipeline’ playlist. You’ve been in this position before, evidently. You trod over to the bathroom next to your bedroom and turn on the shower so it can heat up. You undress yourself from the hoodie and boxers you slept in when you realize that you had on your old department hoodie from your undergraduate degree – the disproportionately large, blown out logo taunting you. You scoff in irony at the inanimate piece of cloth now discarded on the floor and say, “fuck my life!” exacerbated. You wish you could go back to those days in college; they were your best ones. Since you graduated last July, you’ve been dealing with a feeling of mourning for your time at college.

Shaking away the memories, you step up and into the tub as the piping hot water falling from the showerhead engulfs your body in a searing hug. The water droplets piercing your back like needles due to the water pressure. Tracks like ‘this is me trying’, ‘Cellophane’, and ‘From the Dining Table’ are the soundtrack to your self-pity shower. After you clean and exfoliate your body, you decide to shave your legs solely so you have something else to continue occupying your mind. As you shave your second thigh, the melancholic acoustic guitar from ‘Scott Street’ clings to every water droplet sitting in the room’s atmosphere. Without a chance to brace yourself, the overwhelming feeling of shame consumes your mind and travels down your body with each stroke of the razor. Your body tingles and your eyes burn, tears now pricking at their waterline. It’s indistinguishable to you if tears are actually falling because your entire body is covered in warm water – you assume a few must have slipped down, though. Phoebe has now reached the second verse, where she sings about ‘getting a degree’ and solemnly asks, “Do you feel ashamed?” You could’ve sworn she was talking directly to you, so you send her an infuriated response, “FUCK YOU, PHOEBE BRIDGERS!” as you heave with disappointment [a/n: pls someone get the reference].

You’re sure this is a good point to get out of the shower before things get worse, so you do precisely that. Once you’re dry, you brush your teeth, do your skincare routine, and moisturize your whole body – making sure to lather on an extra layer of coconut oil to your freshly shaven legs. Your tacky skin is quick to pick up the crisp, fresh air and send a chill through your body, so you put on a pair of boxers under some short sweatshorts and an apricot-colored cami top – not bothering with a bra since you’ve retired the day to bed rotting. However, this plan comes unravelled not a moment later when you hear a polite, cautious knock on your front door and keys jangling in the doorknob. You walk down the hallway to meet your guest, having realized that it must be Billie – she’s the only one with a key.

“Hi, pretty girl. Come here” she says in a knowing tone, opening her arms for you to be comforted. You push out your bottom lip in a pout and dip your head as you tread forward to melt into her embrace. “I’m sorry” Billie says into your neck, her arms muffling the words. “Ugggh” you mumble – some sort of half-assed response. Unhooking your arms around her waist, you lean back to notice a large, square-ish cotton tote bag filled with food sat next to her feet. “What’s that?” you ask, pointing with your eyes. “Just some stuff to cheer you up” she says. All you give her is silence and a blank stare in response. “Welllll… hopefully…? at least?” Billie tries again, making an ‘eek’ face. “Thank you for being so sweet” you say and give her a grateful smile – a happy pout pulling on your lips. “Anything and everything for you, y/n”. “Ok, shut up now…” you giggle and grab the bag to take to the kitchen “or you’re gonna make me cry again” you joke back. “You were crying?! Why didn’t you text me?!” Billie asks, following you through the house. “I had already texted you what had happened” you shrug. “Plus, it happened in the shower, so I couldn’t exactly go on my phone” you explain very matter-of-factly. “I’m here now, my love. I’m sorry you were alone when you found out. Have you heard from the other ones yet? Where else did you apply to again?” Billie sends a list of questions your way. You tackle the list one by one as you put the snacks away in their appropriate spots. “Eh, it’s ok; I live alone, so it was probably gonna happen that way. I haven’t heard from the other two schools, but I’m not holding out hope because that’s asking to get hurt again. And I applied to UCSB and UCLA, too” you say. “Girl, don’t say that shit! You’re gonna manifest bad luck” she argues with you. “Billie, be realistic…” you tilt your head and give her a ‘bffr’ face. “…Even if we ignore that I have terrible luck, it’s just not very likely I’ll get in to any schools, like, statistically.” Billie now raises her voice saying, “Fuck statistics. And fuck outta my face with ‘I have such bad luck’!” – her left hand flailing in front of her. You can tell Billie is starting to get oddly heated over the matter, which confuses you a little, but you brush it off figuring she’s just an overly supportive friend.

“I do have bad luck! The things I love never choose me back!” you say as your voice breaks, betraying your ‘whatever, I don’t care’ front. You now sound incredibly husk while you attempt to get out the rest of your statement the way you’d like. “All I’ve ever experienced is unrequited love… from every angle” pausing to angrily wipe two fiery tears before they can burn a trail on your face. Billie’s expression contorts to one of concern or maybe tenderness and she reaches out to grasp your shoulder comfortingly. But you shrug your shoulder up and back out of her reach and snap “don’t” putting a hand up between your bodies. “Hey, y/n, talk to me” she breathes out “I feel like I’m missing something”. Billie tries to coax your resistant demeanour away. You decide to follow suit, not having enough strength to resist.

“I’m sick of not being chosen. Everything and everyone I choose never chooses me back. It hurts to give your everything to something for nothing in return. Every time”. You pull out your fingers one by one like you’re counting down a list as you say, “My parents don’t choose me! These fucking schools don’t choose me! I’ve only let myself fall in love once, and I’m sure as hell not their choice either!” At this point, your tears are freely cascading down your cheeks and snaking around your chin. Each tear lands on your exposed chest, just above your tank top’s low neckline. “I’m sick of it! I’m fed up now! Clearly, I’m the common denominator here but I can’t fix it because I’m stuck being me. I can’t be someone else even if I tried, and believe me, I’ve tried!” “Y/n, stop. You need to stop. You’re working yourself up now” Billie says with a firm grip on your upper arms. She lowers one of her hands to grab yours so she can press it to her heart – a gentle attempt to ground you. “Not all of your love is unrequited; it’s just your mind telling you that. People do love you… more than you could ever know. You just can’t see it right now” she says softly. You groan in frustration, “Of course you’d say that, everybody loves you… more than you’ll ever know. But I’m not you, Billie. Most people aren’t adored like you are”. “You don’t know what you’re saying, y/n. Please take that back” Billie responds, hurt evident in her voice. “No!” you exclaim “I mean it. People you haven’t even met love you, while I’m over here begging for people to love me! Everybody is in love with you”. Billie scoffs at that, “Yeah…” she looks down “Everyone is in love with me. Everyone but one” she sighs. “What the fuck is that supposed to even mean, Billie?!” you raise your voice, getting unfairly pissed off at her audacity. “Jesus Christ!” Billie drags her hands down her face, getting more and more frustrated at your obliviousness. “For fuck sake! You! Are you happy now? You! I love YOU! And all you seem to do is pay it no mind!”

You stand across from Billie with an absent expression on your face. Soon, though, a smile creeps up, joined by a bout of laughter. “What the fuck are you laughing at?!” Bille questions. “I’m laughing because you’ve just proven my point. Everybody does love you… I love you” you say. “What?” she asks. You reach out to softly hold Billie’s cheeks in your hands, “I love you Billie. In every way.” You can’t contain the wild grin begging to come out any longer. Billie looks taken aback, confused like a lost puppy. “More than a friend?” she questions you. “Yes dipshit, more than a friend” you say through your bitten lip, another laugh scraping past. As you continue to look at Billie, your eyes flicking back and forth. Left and right between hers, you can see the cogs beginning to turn in her head. She opens her mouth and voice hitches – like she is trying to arrange her next words in precisely the right way. “But for years you’ve said you only loved someone once, and they didn’t love you back?” she questions. “Good God! You’re hopeless!” you laugh in her face “I was talking about you, Billie. I’ve loved you for years, I thought you caught on and were ignoring it because you didn’t love me back, so I never admitted it myself” you say still anxiously biting the corner of your bottom lip.

“How could I NOT love you?” Billie says in a cheeky tone as she firmly puts her hands on your waist, her usual confident persona starting to return. The rings adorning her fingers are strikingly cold and pressing against the small sliver of bare skin that peeks out between the hem of your top and the waistband of your shorts. You move your eyes away from Billie and to the right, feeling flustered at her flirting, “Well… I suppose because nobody has before” you lazily shrug and pull your eyes back to meet hers. Billie laughs at this, the whole idea seeming utterly preposterous to her. “That you know of” Billie retorts and jokingly rolls her eyes. Her hands then reach up your body, holding either side of your neck as a thumb strokes the front of your throat. You swallow deeply with anticipation and continue looking into her big blue bambi eyes waiting for her next move, but she’s no longer looking into yours. She is far more focused on your lips and how you continue to nibble on your bottom one. Billie knows very well that this is a habit of yours that appears when you feel shy – so she gingerly tests the waters a little further.

“Can I kiss you?” she asks softly. Her eyes flicker up to yours just as your own flicker down to her lips. Both of your eyes are doing a dance now, taking turns gazing at each other’s lips. “Please” you reply at a volume that wouldn’t be audible if it weren’t for Billie’s incredibly close proximity. One side of Billie’s mouth upturns into a smile before she leans in to leave a measured yet firm kiss on your lips. A kiss that professes nothing but her complete and utter adoration for you. She pulls back a few moments later and you’re both smiling now. This time, feeling a little more confident, you lean in and kiss her soft pink, plump lips again. Initially, the kiss is just as calm as the first one, but once Billie feels your tongue swipe across her bottom lip, the air between you two shifts. She parts her lips a little, allowing your tongue to enter her mouth while her own tongue mirrors the action. Somehow, you both are now even closer to each other – inhibitions a thing of the past. Once hours have passed, only a few minutes in reality, you feel Billie’s lips morph into a wide grin. “I can’t kiss you if you keep smiling like that, doofus” you tease her. “Sorry, sorry! I just… I can’t help it” she replies as you both pull back to get a better look of each other’s faces. “I’m just happy” she continues with a shrug. You laugh at her endearing confession and say with a pout, “I’m glad. But I still just opened a rejection letter so I think I’m gonna need some more cheering up” you joke. “Come here, idiot” Billie scoffs reaching down to lock her arms around your waist and pull you flush against her own body. “Mhm” you nod, agreeing with her teasing. “But you love meeee” you reply in a sing-song voice. “Hell yeah, I do. You’re my baby” Billie responds sincerely as she envelopes you deeper into her hold, one hand cradling your back, and kissing you like she is trying to make up for all the years she didn’t.

Hello @charmingcritter so sorry I was late!! The days really got away from me. Anyway, happy truce! I chose to focus primarily on your space core prompt, though there are sprinkles of other prompts in here!

One Giant Leap for a Ghost Characters: Danny + his Mars crewmates (OCs for the plot) WC: 3275 Warnings: None

"I found you!" Danny yelled, springing out from the wall.

"God damnit, guys, Danny vented into the lab again," Mike Burlak, the crew's doctor, said from his place against the wall.

Tyron Cooper, the chemist, clicked his tongue. "Always knew that kid was the imposter."

"Yeah, you wish," Danny rolled his eyes and swooped around to see what sorts of mad scientist experiments Cooper was running today. "Between the two of us, you're definitely the imposter. I mean, who knows what kinds of poisons you're making with those."

"I'll have you know I'm completing my task, Fenton," Cooper said.

"That's what the imposter would want us to think. For all I know, you're sabotaging the mission."

"Pointing fingers now, aren't we? That's exactly what the imposter would do."

"I mean, Coop's right. You literally flew in from the air vent," Burlak said.

"Next to the air vent. Commander Stewart would have my head if I hung out in the air vent unnecessarily," Danny retorted.

"Fair point," Cooper said, returning his attention to the flasks on his lab bench. "What are you up to?"

"Gonna go do an EVA soon. It's a scheduled inspection." Despite trying to suppress it, Danny felt his aura intensify with the acknowledgment that he would get to go outside of the spaceship today, shimmering as a few hazy-looking planets threatened to form in the glow.

That moment was not lost on his crewmates, who both glanced at the faded green planets and twinkling stars around him. As much as he loved it, his core could be so predictable.

Cooper chuckled. "Well, it looks like you're ready to go."

Cool embarrassment prickled Danny's cheeks, but he couldn't fight off the smile that overtook his face as he said, "Yup!"

Burlak stepped off from the wall. "I'll be on standby, then."

Standby in case something happened that required Danny's immediate medical attention. Even though as a ghost, nothing in space could hurt him like it could to the rest of his human crew, NASA was taking no chances. Not that Danny could blame them. They didn't exactly have a plethora of ectoplasmic astronauts to pull data from.

"Let's head out! Commander Stewart's waiting."

Some days, it was difficult to believe he'd come so far. Danny remembered sitting in class in high school ready to give up on his dreams because he wasn't brilliant like Jazz and there was no way that a space agency like NASA would ever accept a half-dead teen in their program anyway. But then, his space obsession wouldn't let him throw that dream away.

Literally.

It wouldn't let him.

After all, he had a space core. His eyes reflected the stars in the Universe and his aura shone with constellations and planets. When he looked at the sky, he didn't just see the stars, but also their characteristics, distances, temperatures, and so much more.

He was born to be an astronaut.

Which is why, despite half-dying when he was fourteen, he couldn't let that dream go. And instead of wallowing in despair, he decided to do something about it.

"And how old are you again?" Hugo Davis, director of the Mars missions, asked.

Phantom straightened his spine as if gaining an extra inch would magically age him ten years. "Old enough to be here."

Davis's eyes swept over him, narrowing as he scratched his fingers over his scraggly mustache. Beside him, NASA's senior executive Director Moore sat with his hands clasped before him, his face as expressive as a sheet of paper.

"I received a recommendation from Wilson," Phantom explained, though Davis would have already known this. It was in his file after all.

"And you're applying because..." Davis's voice drifted off, the silence echoing off the cavernous white walls of the conference room.

The answer to that, too, was obvious. So obvious, that Phantom wasn't sure if he was supposed to answer the question. But it was an interview, so he responded as if he didn't notice the awkward air. "Yes, I'm applying for the Artemis program as an astronaut. Between my education and career experience, I believe I'm qualified to join the Mars mission."

Davis glanced at Moore, who decided now it was admissible to take over. "Yes, I think your qualifications are of no question. Of our applicants, you might be one of the most...uniquely qualified, I'll say, to join."

Anticipation jolted through Phantom's spine, but then Director Moore opened his mouth again, and any hope was squashed instantly.

"However," Moore said, "I think I speak for the whole of the space program when I say there are some rather apparent concerns we need to discuss."

Those concerns were ones that Phantom was perfectly ready for, he tried to convince himself as he refrained from squirming in his seat like he was back in high school sitting in the Vice Principal's office yet again for cutting class.

"Primarily, your...appearance." Moore swept a hand out before him.

"You mean the fact that I'm legally somewhat dead," Phantom filled in, glancing at the black, glowing jumpsuit he'd shown up to the interview wearing. Better to rip the bandaid off at the start, his father always had said.

Davis and Director Moore caught eyes once again.

"Well," Phantom continued, "technically, I'm not really dead. I'm also alive, you see, which is why I think I'm perfectly qualified for this job."

The two men remained silent at that.

"I mean, think about it. I don't need to breathe, so therefore I won't need a spacesuit. And I know how you all are about cutting costs. Well, that and less mass in the spaceship."

Director Moore scratched his chin. "Yes, cutting costs with the lack of an EVA suit is quite tempting."

"And since I can fly and wouldn't need a spacesuit, I can do repairs on the exterior of the ship far more easily than any of the human engineers could. Not to mention I can cover far more ground in a sol than any rover could. You’d have far more exploratory reach around your Martian base with me on the team."

The men nodded, lips pursed in deep contemplation. Phantom could tell that he was winning them over. He just needed one final push.

"And, if you needed any more convincing..." He flared his aura, pushing the power from the deepest part of his core into the men's visible spectrum. The white glow was replaced by the swirls of an aurora, and speckled stars shone out from the light, twinkling and grouping into constellations. "Well, I'm sure you've been filled in on my file, but it's all true. My powers really do let me locate any star or planet in the Universe. All I need is a name, and I can tell you its basic features, gravity, and coordinates."

"Do you mind if I test you?" Davis asked.

"Go ahead."

"Kepler-1b."

Phantom pointed his finger in the air, and an ecto-hologram of a black planet surrounded by the light of its sun formed above them. He closed his eyes, and the words appeared behind his lids like a textbook. "Kepler-1b, otherwise known as TrES 2b, is the darkest planet known to humankind and is located 750 light years away. It orbits around GSC 03549-02811, it's got a gravity of 1.4 g's, and its right ascension is 19:07:14.035 with a declination of +49:18:59.0." He opened his eyes and grinned at the two men who were currently looking at him like he'd grown a second head. "Will that suffice?"

"I'd heard the rumors, but I wasn't sure if they were true." Director Moore's shocked expression melted into an approving smile. "I think we got what we needed. That'll be all. We'll be in touch soon."

Space was silent.

Space was expansive.

Space was incredible.

Magnificent. Amazing. Utterly breathtaking, and every single other word that Danny could pull from his mental dictionary.

Space was beautiful. And it was his. Not in the sense where a ghost lair belonged to a ghost, because even Danny's space core recognized that no one could dare lay claim to such a beast, but when Danny closed his eyes and smelled the metallic particles that dusted around him, he knew that he was truly home.

They called it an EVA for the sake of consistency, but Danny was not wearing a spacesuit. He didn't need one. He was a ghost. Not just any ghost, but Phantom, the ghost that haunted Amity Park's observatory. He was born to do spacewalks.

Convincing NASA's top worrywarts that an EVA suit was unnecessary was a challenge in itself, but somehow, he managed to do it. And thank goodness for that because, without the suit, he could truly experience everything that outer space had to offer: the bone-setting cold, the lack of atmosphere, the lack of air.

His ghost core adored it. The feeling, the silence.

"Don't get lost out there," came the amused, tinny voice of Commander Stewart through his bone-conduction CCA earpiece.

"Sorry," Danny responded, squinting into the distance. "It's just that the sun looks so small from here." He twirled around and grinned at the approaching red planet before him. "And Mars looks so huge. It's hard to believe we're still so far away when it looks like I can reach out and touch it."

"Well, it's only half the size of Earth," said Burlak.

"I don't know if you knew this, but the Earth is pretty large," retorted Cooper.

"Oh, shut up."

"Boys." Commander Stewart's voice was sharp. There was a moment of muttering apologies before she took an audible breath and tried again. "Phantom, how is the inspection going?"

"It's...going."

"That's code for Space Ghost over here has spent the entire time ogling Mars again," the engineer, Merissa Chase, joked.

Well, could anyone blame him? Mars was just so pretty and red and...and...

"Finish the inspection and report back," Commander Stewart said.

Danny blinked, turning back to the huge spaceship in front of him. "Yes, Commander!"

Danny felt the edges of the folded paper pressing between his palms. Despite his best intentions, the paper was slightly wrinkled, a casualty of his tight grip. He loosened his fingers, took a deep breath, and began. "I need you all to sit down."

Jazz eyed him curiously, her red hair slipping off her shoulder. "You okay, Danny?"

"Yeah, dude, you look pale," Tucker agreed.

"I'm fine," Danny replied, perhaps more curtly than he'd intended. He took another breath, forcing his heart to slow. "I have something to tell you all."

"What is it, son?" Dad asked. "And why did you make us take off all our weapons earlier?"

Danny glanced away. "I just don't want you to be mad at me."

Maddie stopped before her seat, her instincts seemingly kicking into high gear before she had a chance to sit down. "What is it?"

Danny shrank back, then before he could list any of the nine-thousand reasons why this was a bad idea, he unfurled the letter and passed it to his mother.

"Dear Mr. Phantom," she began, her voice catching. "Mr. Phantom? As in the space-themed ghost?"

"Just keep reading."

"We at NASA are pleased to extend an offer of employment as an astronaut on the Mars Mission team. Despite the lack of ectoplasmic entities in our employment, we feel as though the unique skills you bring as an individual are unmatched by any human. Throughout the interview process, we have enjoyed getting to know you and appreciate you letting us test the advantages that your abilities offer. We were especially impressed by your navigational abilities as demonstrated in your interview, which is a power that we believe will put your team at a huge advantage when traversing through space. It is for these reasons and many more that we are extending this position to you."

Danny tasted the words on his lips, mouthing along subconsciously as he pictured the words in his mind that his eyes had hungrily soaked in hundreds of times since he'd received the letter in the mail.

"We are eager to begin discussing the details of your position with you soon. Should you choose to accept the offer, you will be expected to relocate to Houston where you will begin training. Your expected starting date is June fifth, and you will be asked to sign a confidentiality contract at the start of your employment. Please contact me if you have any questions in the meantime. Welcome to the NASA team."

His mother finished reading the letter, letting her final words hang in the air like dew on fresh-cut grass. Danny kept his eyes downturned, unable to bear to see the looks of confusion or—worse—realization from his parents.

This was it. This was the moment when he finally told his parents that he was a half-ghost.

"Wow, that's amazing!" Jazz said, breaking the silence. She jumped from her chair and swept him into a hug.

"Holy shit, you got the job?" Tucker asked.

"Yeah." Danny finally broke out in a grin.

"Congrats, Danny!" Sam cheered. "That's awesome!"

"I don't understand. Why is this addressed to Phantom?" Maddie asked.

The cheers died in the room, and Danny's stomach plummeted once again. He finally looked up to see the distress of his parents, and he knew that it was time. Finally, after years of avoidance, he had to stop running.

"Mom, Dad, I have something I need to tell you..."

And he began. He told them about the portal, about how in his last moments, he thought about the future he'd never have. How he woke up in Phantom's body with ectoplasmic planets swirling above him. How he tried to forget about it, pretend it never happened, but he couldn't because every time he'd look up at the night sky, all he wanted to do was transform and fly to the edges of the Universe. How he'd worked so hard all these years, doing all the right things, to set his career down this road. How despite being significantly younger than most of the applicants, he still pursued this path because he knew with all his steadfast heart that this mission, this legacy was one he was made to have.

And now, he was willing to risk it all. Applying for the Mars mission meant that he would need to reveal his secret to the world. And that was something he was ready to do.

When he finished speaking, his throat was sore with thirst. He hadn't realized how much there had been to say. And even still, he knew that was only barely scratching the surface of his life since his accident. He hadn't the confidence to meet his parents' eyes throughout his long-winded speech, but now he finally forced his head to lift, he forced himself to see the teary-eyed stares of his ghost-hunter parents before him.

But where he expected fear was nothing but love.

"Son," Jack said, his voice barely a whisper. "I'm so proud of you."

"We're both proud of you, honey," Maddie said.

"I can't believe it. My brother, Danny, a future astronaut." Jazz beamed. "Congratulations."

The descent vehicle slowed.

"Adjusted thirty kilometers east," the pilot, Parth Chadha, said.

"Right above target," Commander Stewart responded.

"Lowering now."

There was a jolt as the boosters switched off, and then they were descending again at speeds that would have had Danny's parents covering their eyes in fear. But not Danny. He was a ghost, after all, and these speeds were just another Tuesday for him.

"Slowing our descent."

Danny slammed into his seat as the boosters re-engaged, stopping their free-fall and slowing them until they reached Martian soil.

"And we've landed on Mars."

But Danny already knew that. He could feel it. And the moment they hit the ground, the air sparked with an electric anticipation that his core couldn't help but soak in like a sponge.

It took everything in him to not phase out of his seatbelt, shoot through the side of the descent vehicle, and take in the sights of Mars. But these missions had an unspoken etiquette, and so he waited. He waited for Chadha to turn off the descent vehicle, he waited for the rest of the crew to get out of their chairs, he waited and waited until he thought his core was going to explode.

"Alright, crew, this is it. Outside those doors is the Elysium Planitia, our home for the next two months. Our priority is setting up the Outpost. Fenton and Chase, you're both on solar panel duty."

"Gotcha, Commander," Merissa said. "We better hurry it up, though, because I think if we wait another minute, Danny over here is gonna have an aneurysm."

"Jeez, I've never seen him glow like that before," Cooper said.

"Sorry!" Danny said, though he really wasn't. Because he was finally here. He was on Mars.

"Alright, I guess we better get to it, then." Commander Stewart turned for the door. "Artemis crew? I'm ordering us off the descent vehicle."

Depressurizing took forever and a half. But finally, finally, the door swung open to reveal a sea of red dust and rocks below an orange sky. As is tradition, Commander Stewart stepped out to the soil first, and one by one, the crew followed.

And finally, it was Danny's turn.

Obeying the laws of gravity was typically a challenge in ghost form. But to obey the laws of a gravity only a third of Earth's while also battling the excitement of being on Mars was an entirely different level of challenge. But he forced his tail to form legs, and he forced his feet to descend the stairs of the descent vehicle because he wanted his first entrance on Mars to leave a real footprint. One that was his.

Nothing could have prepared him for the elation that could come from the Martian soil crunching beneath his boot. Nothing. It was pure, unfiltered joy. One that he didn't think he could replicate for as long as he lived.

He inhaled deeply. Mars's air was thin compared to Earth's and smelled sweet and dry like a desert. He took another breath, and hints of sulfur and chalk wafted through his nose. The smell was foreign compared to what he was used to in the sterile Artemis aircraft, but it spoke of an ancient planet, one untouched by the paws of humanity, and he couldn't help but breathe in again, and again, soaking up every inch of the air that his nose could handle.

The air was cold, too. Though, compared to the cold of outer space, it felt like Florida in July. But compared to Earth, it was frigid. Not that he cared. With his space core, he was able to handle any temperature thrown at him. So despite the fact that he'd previously reported surface temperatures to the team of -20C, to him, the air was perfect.

"Oh no, Fenton's lost it," Cooper joked.

"You wish," he responded, feeling a grin spread across his cheeks.

"Alright, come down here. We have to get to work setting up the outpost or else we'll all be sleeping in the MDV tonight," Commander Stewart said.

Danny scanned the distance once more, taking in the sights of red rock against the orange horizon. This was it. This was everything he'd worked for.

And it was so worth it.

Are there any indicators of meeting fs while they are in a relationship ?

That's a great but tough question!

There are certainly some astrological indicators that can suggest whether someone's FS might be divorced but meeting such a person while they're already in a relationship adds another layer of complexity as interpreting them accurately requires analyzing the full birth chart. Please check your Vedic chart for this!

That said, here are a few potential indicators to look out for (keeping in mind that they may not apply universally and one's individual chart has to be analyzed fully).

Indicators your FS might be divorced or in a messy relationship when you meet them:

7th lord retrograde –> Their past affects your connection. You may like them but still hold back. Could be stuck in a relationship out of duty, not love. Ex: "Dead bedroom" marriage, staying out of obligation, or a relationship that would be their biggest regret.

DK Planet in 6th/8th/12th –> Divorced partner or one in a dead/transactional bond. Ex: married for money, sex, visa, or convenience.

Rahu-Venus in 7th / Rahu with DK in 6th/7th/8th/12th –> Divorcee or their status changes after meeting you. Ex: On-off stuff, FWB, flings, open/messy ties.

Saturn Rx / Jupiter Rx in 7th –> "Dead bedroom" marriages/LTR, FWB, flings, or stuck ties. May end things after meeting you.

Ketu in 7th –> Detached partner. Past karmic ties. May have been emotionally out of a past relationship long before it ended.

Moon in 7th with Mars or 6th lord –> FS in a rocky or soon-to-end relationship when you meet. Breakups triggered post-connection.

6th lord in 7th house –> Conflicts, legal issues, or divorce energy tied to marriage. FS may be separated, divorced, or dealing with open fights when you meet.

7th lord in 8th house –> FS might have feelings for or be considering someone else. But in the end, they choose you.

9th and 12th Houses - How Far is Foreign?

An insight, that adds to depth of understanding of Astrology through diving into Vedic resources is the change in perception between the 12th and the 9th house.

In popular Astrology circles, both of these houses are commonly associated with foreign lands. However, as you explore the meaning of these houses more, you begin to understand them deeper in polarity with their opposite.

The actual house of foreign, far away travel (or relocation, depending on the chart) is the 9th house. That is because the 9th house is the opposite of the 3rd house.

Say you are European, and you lived your whole life in Europe, and you travelled around different European countries to explore the continent. This is the 3rd house. It is the expansion beyond your local home country into exploring its nearest cultural environment, and at the end of such a pilgrimage, you end up with a personal understanding of your individual, cultural identity, which moves you to its emotional interpretation in the 4th house.

But then lets say you travel or move from Europe to Asia, either of the American continents, Australia…take your pick. This is the activation of the 9th house. Because you are no longer exploring just the back yard of a culture with a certain degree of similarity, you are entering a completely new physical world.

This is why houses 9, 10 and 11, and 12th to an extent, are found in charts of famous people. You need to be able to participate in an energy, an idea, that is going to spread into foreign lands to truly be famous. This applies even if we’re talking about online success, which is the way people get recognition nowadays. Otherwise, you are at best a local singer on your continent or your country’s music festival. There is nothing wrong with that of course, as many people love to contribute to their community and they’re happy doing so, but it’s still an accurate observation. You need to be able to go far away, not strictly physically but energetically, to touch a variety of people from many cultures.

You might wonder, how does the 12th house fit into this? Clearly, it’s part of the whole 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th house group, so it should also rule foreign lands. But the 12th house is actually more than that. The 12th house rules a fantastical, foreign idea, that might not necessarily be grounded in the immediate physical, but is nevertheless energetically real and can be accessed from anywhere. It’s the idea of the collective emotional consciousness, that may not have the most quick and obvious material manifestation but is nevertheless a very real thing existing within this Universe.

Up until the 11th house, through 9th and 10th, we are dealing with more or less tangible ideas regarding foreign lands. Let’s say in the 9th house you relocated to a completely foreign culture, in the 10th house you found a way to tangibly join the most prominent physical environment of the world through that culture, in the 11th house you met some of the most prominent, affluent people in the world. I don’t have any 11th house planets, but to give you an idea of how it works, my husband has Venus conjunct Mars in the 11th house, we live in the Las Vegas area, and he plays sports and is casually friendly with some of the wealthiest people in the world, who own successful businesses, own several properties across the world, and spend a lot of their time either making a lot of money or travelling the world, or both. We are not one of those people, but it should give you an idea of what the 11th house is. It’s the creme de la creme of the physical world. I don’t personally interact much with these people, as they are my husband’s friends, not mine, and I don’t play sports with them, but I have a deep awareness of how advanced socially and financially this particular group is, having travelled to many poorer parts of the world. There are people in this world, starving, so in comparison to them, the 11th house society is the top 1% of 1%.

You might think, well, the 11th house is everything, so how can the 12th house be more? The 12th house is more because it sells something even the 11th house people can’t resist, it sells the ultimate fantasy.

In the 12th house we move on to people so wealthy, they barely even interact with others. We move to intangible concepts, physical areas and objects, that provoke people to spend obscene amounts of money simply due to some idea. The 12th house is not just real foreign travel like the 9th house, it is the embodiment of the realisation of all fantasies. That is why Venus is so happy in the 12th house, because it enjoys the ultimate idea of fantastical luxury.

The foreign area that we travel to in the 12th house is not this globe, it is deep inside us. By the time we realise all our fantasies in the 11th house we can feel tired, or even jaded. But in the 12th house we are stimulated to all of our secret, hidden desires being provoked and coming true. This can be done not only within our home, within our room, but completely within our minds. Those, who are successful in the 12th house are those, who made those fantasies concrete enough to realise them and live within them.

What if you could taste and smell the finest perfume created on this planet from purely natural oils? What if you could touch the finest fabrics, created in corners of the world you never even dreamed of? What if you could live this dream, every day, surrounded by an infinite kaleidoscope of the pinnacle of perfection achieved by our planet until this time? “What if?” is the exotic, “foreign”, “far away” dream of the 12th house, and a well realised 12th house is a dream come true.

To offer up an example, in the last few years, youtubers living in rural areas from all over the world have popped up on the internet, offering videos from their seemingly idyllic life. That is the definition of the 12th house fantasy, devoid of the actually reality of having to take the 9th house physical pilgrimage of travelling to rural China and enduring all the difficulties involved with facing the reality of such a location. It may seem idealised, yet the source material for filming is real, so while it may be distant from the viewers geographically, while it may cost the locals a lot of work, it is nevertheless part of an actual, existing reality.

This dream, that can seem excessive to a mundane mind, becomes even clearer in the context of the 12th house’s polarity, the 6th house. The 6th house is the tough battle of dealing with the ugliness and conflict of this world. That is the reality of this physical world for most of us, we get up every day and deal with conflicts, that we have in front of us. It is exhausting, and so the 12th house is everything that heals and soothes the pain of any conflict that ravaged us in the 6th house. It’s the world offering no resistance, it’s all boundaries being breached. After all, in our dreams, or fantasies, we want everything to be perfect and smooth.

Ironically enough, the karaka of the 12th house is Saturn. As someone with significant 12th house influence, it is pretty clear to me why. In order to have only the finest dream come true, to really live in a beautiful fantasy, one actually needs to do a lot of research, be picky, critical and have background expertise and know-how. Otherwise, even as just a consumer, you would be easily fooled, hoodwinked into a fake product, or end up overpaying on something, that is not worth the money you invest into it. Scrutiny of Saturn is necessary for our fantasies to be smooth. It is not something, that is given to us that easily. Saturn also rules isolation, and if the 9th house is foreign, the 12th house is the pinnacle of remote. The 9th house is what is foreign and exciting to us, mentally and physically, but the 12th house represents the most remote corners of both the physical world, and our minds.

This is why the 12th house is the furthest away from the 1st house, our basic, natural, physical life. Because the furthest thing on this planet is not just a foreign continent, it’s a journey inside our minds and emotions, the ability to blend discernment and internal surrender to divine perfection, that leads to manifestation. It is the full depth of untapped potential on the very bottom of our subconscious, a research and response to all collective energetic resources available on the planet, a gold mine waiting to be explored, exploited, and enjoyed. And it is tapping into this gold mine, that has the power to tempt, seduce, and attract people from all around the world into directing their energy towards us, even if we’re physically just sitting in our room, far away from them.

⚡️Solar return chart 2022⚡️

Hello I’m am back with SR Chart observation as I promised from 2022, these are just personal observations and experiences if you haven’t experienced any sorts of things that’s complete fine. These are not facts neither predictions so don’t panic and think that the same situation will manifest for you. Alright ??? 😉

yeah let’s just get into it ! 🫶🏽

⚡️Cancer Rising:

This placement literally made me emotionally expressive and MOODY more than ever. From the start of that year i stayed at home for literally 3- 4 months after I dropped out of school. I very much enjoyed being at home with my family, cooking, cleaning doing domestic stuff . It was very interesting how the people in my environment started being very supportive and protective over my well-being like those of a little child. I definitely expressed my emotions openly : like randomly crying , huge outburst of laughter , or simply smiling a lot. I felt more caring and nurturing towards others . Thought about moving out surfaced a lot. Cancer is a very comforting energy but since it’s ruled by the moon there a lot of drastic unstable changes that could occur in once live.

⚡️Moon , North Node in the 12th house:

This placement brought a profound sense of isolation and introspection. I found myself naturally drawn to solitude, spending hours meditating, practicing yoga, or simply enjoying peaceful moments in nature. It felt like a spiritual awakening—connecting deeply with my intuition and exploring dreams that often felt like messages from a higher source. Meditation and Manifestation became a daily practice. While these moments of stillness were empowering, they also highlighted an inner restlessness and a desire to understand my true purpose. This phase was about healing, embracing the unknown, and surrendering to the flow of life.

Career and life path became the central focus during this time. I found myself dreaming bigger, envisioning a life where my efforts and aspirations aligned perfectly. I applied to different companies and got a new good job, I was in my hustling and bag area it was pretty good and productive year. I started thinking about the impact I wanted to have in the world like how I wanted to be perceived and what achievements I wanted to be known for. It was all about refining my goals, building a stronger work ethic, and setting the stage for future success.

Communication became a major theme since I had went to a lot of interviews, had to reintroduce myself to different people which pushed me out of my comfort zone. Also writing job applications, or reconnecting with siblings, it felt like the universe was nudging me to refine my voice and share my thoughts more clearly. Short-distance travels were frequent, giving me a sense of curiosity.

⚡️Venus, Mars, Pluto in the 8th house:

Now these placements fucked meee upppp and I really mean they fucked my life up and turned it to 180

With Pluto being in my 8th house, the intensity of this year was amplified 10x. The 8th house rules transformation, trauma, money, intimacy, and taboo topics, so this energy hit hard. At the start, I was determined to open a bank and savings account, but it took forever with endless complications. I became obsessed with earning money—whether through my own efforts or others' help. Mars pushed me to focus on loans, investments, and financial security, while Venus amplified my desire for deep, soul-bonding relationships, intimacy, and, let’s be real... a lot of … Pluto, however, had other plans, flipping my world upside down. It made me face every fear and trauma regarding death, losing loved ones, intimacy, change, love, and even illness. I got sick for six months straight, lost friends, stability, and other things. It led to a mild depression, but in true 8th house fashion, I rose stronger. Now, I feel like Wonder Woman nothing and no one can shake me. I survived the storm, and that’s power. 💪🔥

⚡️Saturn in the 9th house:

Soo with this Saturn placement your girl has been hustling for good grades in school to not fail for the year. like since then I hated going to school bc it very stressful, and bad for my well-being , like I was always tense and stressed bc of school, in our normal societal living that is very much expected from us but honestly I just wasn’t having it. And even when i changed to another school it was the same shit like the environment and people were very cold ,strict and depressing I honestly didn’t had a nice time at school but at least I was motivated to study and learn as much as I can but at the end I decided to rather drop out because it was fucking with mental health. Also traveling long as hours for work and school purposes drove me crazy, that’s an area where I have been very disciplined at but It definitely took patience and determination to get there ;) .

I hated to even be surrounded by groups of ppl that don’t hold the same value to mine or I that I can’t engage in intellectual topic of my interest. I was mostly bored asf when in interactions and stoped giving a fuck about trying too fit in and please their expectation and needs, I surely saw also trough the fake persona of a lot of ppl that I encountered and distanced myself even more. But It was that easy being all alone and isolated.

Energy Update: May 2025

May is a "5" Universal Month [5 (May) + 9 (2025) = 14 = 1+4=5] in a "9" Universal Year. 5 is a conflict number, a turning point away from the comfort and security afforded by the number 4. This doesn't have to be a bad thing; it is merely a sign that the times are changing, which is also evident from the ongoing and intense transits we have been experiencing. We cannot live in the world as we did before the start of 2025; some things have fundamentally changed. We learn, and we adapt.

The Set Up

We begin May with the Sun and Uranus in Taurus, Mercury Venus and Neptune in Aries, Mars in Leo, Jupiter in Gemini, Saturn in Pisces, and Pluto in Aquarius. As of the beginning of the month, all planets are in prograde motion. The big news of the month is that slow-moving Saturn moves into Aries, but the Sun also enters Gemini, and Mercury enters Taurus and then Gemini later in the month. Additionally, Pluto will retrograde.

The Details

All eyes are on Saturn this month, which will be the final planet of the year to enter 00° Aries on 5/22. This is pretty big news bears, as Saturn hasn't been in Aries since 1998, twenty-seven years ago. Otherwise, the planets are functioning as normal for our mid-spring season.

Saturn

Saturn takes top billing this month as it enters Aries, the sign of its fall, for the first time in twenty-seven long years. Happy Saturn Return to all of you babies born between 4/6/96 and 6/8/98! (also 3/3/67-4/29/69)

I know the planetary dignities can be pretty confusing at first, but we say that a planet is in its fall when it is in the opposing sign to its exaltation, in this case, Libra. This implies that the natural energy of the planet (Saturn is slow and constrictive) is out of sync with the energy of the sign (Aries is fast and impulsive). Saturn is not at its best in Aries because it prefers a methodical approach, whereas Aries has zero chill. This impedes Saturn's normal processes; to properly harness Saturnian energy, a workaround must be found.

To understand this energy, we must consider that the nature of Aries and Saturn are nearly irrevocably at odds with one another.

Except for a brief sojourn back into Pisces from 8/31 to 2/13 of next year, Saturn will be in Aries until 4/12/28, so we will all need to adapt to this energy in some way. Aries wants to go and never stop; Saturn wants to restrict and refine, which can be (and generally is) an excruciatingly slow process.

In the best-case scenario, this means moving slowly and methodically, putting one foot in front of the other, and always moving towards a well-defined and thought-through goal.

For those who can't slow down and be accountable for their next steps, this likely means being thwarted at every turn.

Saturn rewards those who are accountable for their own lives, a quality that is often out of alignment with our current fast-paced, short-form culture. Saturn demands that what is worth doing is worth doing right.

There is no fuck around with Saturn; it is all finding out.

As I mentioned above, those born in the late 90s are about to undergo their first Saturn return, and those born in the late 60s are about to undergo their second. This is beyond the scope of this report, but if you'd like me to write more about the Saturn return, I can. What I will say is that it is wise to look at Saturn not just by sign (here Aries) but also by the house it resides in your chart and any aspects that it makes to your other planets. If you work planetary magic, remediation is recommended during this time.

This mantra is for you, Saturn return babies, but it also applies somewhat to all of us who have to live through the next three years of Saturn in Aries (especially anyone with a luminary or personal planet in Aries - look for the dates when Saturn will conjunct your planet NOW ahead of time): I do the work to further my own life.

Really, "I do the work to (insert what you need to here)."

Also, because Saturn is an impossibly hard taskmaster, it's okay not to do the work EVERY DAY. You need sweet, soft times, too. If you weren't at your best today, tomorrow is a brand-new day.

For those of us with a strong Aries presence in our charts, this transit may kick your ass at times. Remember, Saturn has a depressive effect on everything it touches.

Sometimes the work is finding the light in the darkness.

Our Luminaries: The Sun and the Moon

As the Sun moves through Taurus, it sextiles the North Node on 5/14 and conjuncts Uranus on 5/17. It sextiles Saturn on 5/20 and then Neptune on 5/22 after it has entered Gemini. We can view all of this as cleaning house; with no personal planet aspects in sight, this isn't personal. We've been in a period of intense change since early 2020, and, as expected, we are now experiencing the consequences of the last five years.

I would remind those reading this that it isn't personal, so please try not to take it personally. However, I also understand that when you are truly in it, you may not always have a choice in what you take personally.

However, I want to reiterate that what is happening astrologically this month is, overall, not a personal matter. Society is at a tipping point, but we don't yet know how all of this will spin out. We can ruminate over it, and we can catastrophize all we want, but until some of this clears up, there aren't any real actions to be taken or decisions to be made.

It's a challenging situation to be in.

Especially for people who crave action, the doers among us.

It's just where we are. Things are too new. There is a lot of intentional obfuscation and misinformation being circulated, and even those among us who have some insight may notice that things are somewhat obscured at the moment. (I'm looking at Neptune in Aries)

There isn't a lot going on, and things may remain unclear until 5/30 when the Sun conjuncts Mercury in prograde motion at 09° Gemini.

It is what it is. The space soup is murky, but we all still need to live in it.

Our 22° Scorpio Full Moon on 5/12 is a 1/6 Full Moon.

8 (Scorpio moon) + 2 (Taurus Sun) = 10 = 1+0 = 1. 1 (Scorpio full moon) + 5 (May 2025) = 6.

The Sun will be conjunct to Uranus during this lunar event, so expect some shake-ups and possibly some big reveals. It's not a particularly tight conjunction, so I wouldn't say that it's indicative of disasters, particularly. Instead, the Sun will be closely sextile to the North Node, and the Moon to the South, creating an energy akin to that of an eclipse, albeit outside of eclipse season. This heightens magical opportunities of all kinds, but with a hint of wild card energy that many will not enjoy.

Our 06° Gemini New Moon on 5/26 is a 6/2 new moon.

3 (Gemini moon) + 3 (Gemini Sun) = 6. 6 (Gemini new moon) + 5 (May 2025) = 11 = 1+1 = 2.

Note the double "6" energy of our full moon and our new moon. Six energy naturally follows five and tends to bring a sense of balance after the conflict. These lunations may serve as a reprieve within the conflict of our "5" month energy, offering a bit of relief.

The new moon will be loosely conjunct to Mercury in a sextile to Saturn and Neptune in Aries. It's not an excellent day for magic for these reasons. Geminis' carefree energy does not fare much better under Saturn's control than Aries's does.

Altogether, this month looks like a bit of a breather, but still like we may struggle to catch our breath, especially around 5/24-5/25 when Saturn enters Aries and Mercury enters Gemini. If you're looking to do magic this month, I would consider a supportive variety. While we sit in the time in between, we need nourishment and something to calm our nerves more than we need to rush ahead into the unresolved and the unknown.

Mercury

Now that Mercury has exited its post-retrograde shadow, they are moving fast to catch up with the Sun (which they will do on 5/30). In this way, we may all feel like we are playing a game of catch-up this month. And it's not just Mercury, either. Mars was retrograde from December to February, and Venus retrograded through March and April. This is the first month we've had all three personal planets in prograde motion all year long.

Things have been halted for so long that it may take a moment to regain our momentum.

On 5/5, Mercury in Aries sextiles Jupiter in Gemini, which is an opportunity. I'm not sure it's an opportunity I would take, but in all fairness, I am not the gambling type. These are our two planets of luck, but Jupiter is ill-placed in Gemini.

A pattern is starting to form here, one I will discuss over the next couple of months: we are witnessing a buildup of outer planets in the early degrees of the signs. Already, we see Neptune sitting at the beginning of Aries and Uranus at the beginning of Aquarius (roughly sextile to one another). As the moving planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) change signs, they will begin to interact with this pileup of outerplanetary energy.

When Mercury enters Taurus on 5/10, they form a square to Pluto in Aquarius (and also a wide square to Mars in Leo, technically creating a wide fixed T-square). The Sun does this when it enters Gemini on 5/20, and Mercury will repeat this when it also enters Gemini on 5/25. This is a repeated connection point between the personal and the transpersonal. When repeated elements appear in our skies, we should all start paying attention. I will discuss this further as the year progresses.

Mercury in Taurus squares Mars in Leo on 5/18, which is probably the rough point, from a relational perspective, of the month. NBD most likely, but it smells of mild domestic troubles. Misunderstandings and miscommunications galore lead to fights. Being the person big enough to back down and bend rather than break is always the big flex when there's a fixed square in the skies.

Mercury conjuncts Uranus at 27° Taurus on Saturday, 5/24. Those of you who work with Mercury or have either planet prominently featured in your birth chart may wish to pay attention during this time. If Mercury is the thinking mind, we can see Uranus as the higher octave of Mercury; this is the genius mind—the mind of pure inspiration, the mind of connection to the beyond. I believe that Mercury is the only way that Uranus can be known to us mortals who walk this Earth. It is only through Mercury that Uranus can be understood, and then, only barely.

This is a powerful day to channel, to dream, to connect, and to divine - whatever that means to you.

Venus

Venus will be in Aries all month, sitting by herself in the sign of her exile. This isn't going to make life easier, but it is business as usual as Venus makes her way through every sign every year. Venus rules over Libra, the sign of relationships, and she is petulant and domineering in Libra's Sun Sign Opposite, Aries.

I'd tell you to try to be kind, but I don't think Venus in Aries has any kind left in her.

Again, this isn't particularly personal, even though she is a personal planet. We are all, collectively, out of spoons. Some people are reacting to this by engaging in alarming behavior, and the media is showcasing it on full display.

It is disheartening.

Disheartening might be Venus in Aries' middle name.

One of the deep mysteries of astrology is the cycle. And the expected result. Everything needs its time, and everything comes back around again. The horsocope holds within it all of the good and bad about humanity because it was created by us, for us.

Venus used to be a battle planet, and Aries is a battle sign. Pick your battles wisely, but remember to fight for what you believe in.

Mars

Mars, now in Leo, is way off ahead of the crowd and unaspected for the entire month other than its one square to Mercury in Taurus, which passes quickly. We need to be cautious about being overly egotistical and thinking that our story is more important than others', but otherwise, we don't need to worry about this planet this month.

Pluto

Pluto retrogrades this month, but, as our outermost dwarf planet, it is so far beyond the scope of humanity that this won't be much of a deal for most people. Those with personal planets or luminaries in the first degrees of Aquarius may notice some intensity as this transit happens, but it will pass quickly.

Looking Ahead

June appears to be a bit more intense, astrologically. We've got some significant planetary movement as all of our personal planets change signs: Mercury into Cancer, Venus into Taurus, and Mars into Virgo. Additionally, Jupiter finally moves into Cancer, significantly lightening the load. But, in doing so, it meets up in a cardinal square with Saturn in Aries, yet another hit on this ongoing story in early Aries. Stay tuned!
