I just experienced the shittiest version of inaccessibility I have EVER dealt with oh my god. I was looking at bowling for my birthday, and turns out I have to plan around strobe bowling hours.

This one place I was looking at seemed to be hardcore pushing accessibility on their website. Like it seemed to be a really big thing for them compared to the other places I looked at.

But then, I looked at the times they have strobe bowling. They have a set schedule BUT ALSO say that it may start earlier if enough lanes request it. It also implies they start it earlier if a birthday party books it, but they won't be able to say until the day of.

When I called and asked about it, I was told that if enough groups are asking for it they'll do it and it didn't sound like I could request that they stick to their schedule.

Tfw you find some arcade tokens around forgotten spare change, because you used to buy them in bulk to be used along the weeks, and of which arcades have closed down for years now.
