Therapy bots AU I’m making with @flinxypie where you have a lil accident at your job at the pizzaplex and early into your recovery they show up at your house to finish the job therapise you and it’s pure shenanigans and dreamscape misadventures from there onwards.

Sun used to work at the Fazbear theatre until it closed, then he was repurposed to work at the Superstar Daycare until it closed too. After spending a loooong time begging any human staff he could find to let him do something (anything) useful instead of just collecting dust, he was given this new job as a therapy bot - and it came with a few neat upgrades too. But of course that meant having to pretend he knew what he was doing. And of course that meant having to pretend that Fazbear Entertainment had good intentions. And of course that meant Moon was coming with him too.

Moon used to be Sun’s partner in crime at the theatre, performing onstage with him every day until one day he just …switched off and wouldn’t respond. He was always a little glitchy, and there was a reason for that. With no body to call his own, Moon took to the dreamscape, where he was used to conduct dream experiments of the soul-trapping kind in secret. Now he’s back in his body, and he’s struggling to adapt to the world around him (especially during the day), but in the dreamscape he knows all sorts of (bad) therapy concepts he can introduce you (and Sun) to, and he may find yet another willing participant to drag into dreamland with him.

Plot points that come up include:

- The time you went out for a walk and Moon buried himself under a pile of leaves because it was sunny outside and you never found out where Sun picked up that potted plant from but he showed it to you anyway because he thought it’d make you smile

- The time Sun thought he was taking you to the beach but it was actually just one of those pop up places they put in towns but at least social anxiety is slightly easier or at least more amusing when you’ve got a robot friend by your side who didn’t know it wasn’t the real beach

- The time Moon almost got you to sleep so he could take you to the land of dreams but then there was a gotdang cricket chirping in the room because bearded dragons gotta eat

- The time you went to the dreamscape and fused with Sun and Moon and having their thoughts in your head was weird

And much much more (probably)!

I am in the midst of editing the last part of the next chapter of ITF, so this is just randomly in there somewhere but it was the last line I tinkered with:

Jee found it endearing how he felt the need to share his joy with Zuko, and Jee was astounded by how patient and docile Zuko was with the other boy.

(as you can probably tell we have successfully made it to the market, and Sokka is happy)

okay but.

robin making jokes and remarks and dry comments and then there's one that makes nancy laugh. she doesn't even remember what she said, because everything else melts away, and it's just them, only them in the world. nancy's nose is scrunched up and her eye bags almost disappear and the weariness does disappear and she finally looks like the eighteen years she actually is.

god, she takes robin's breath away.

nancy sees her staring, and her smile barely lessens, still grinning widely as she asks: "what?"

I just searched Austin on your blog because I can't believe he was introduced all the way in 2020!?Looking back he honestly isn't all that bad?? I just think maybe because Elaine is so sweet Austin isn't the partner you'd expect her to have I guess? In one of the posts where he still has long hair and it's in a bun. I never noticed that the hair had a little braid on the side. I think it's cute the idea that maybe Elaine was playing with his hair.

someone else actually said the same thing about austin only seeming worse in comparison to elaine and i totally agree. they're just so different in their personalities, the way they view the world, their priorities, etc. but elaine can find something she likes about anyone she meets, so the fact that she's dating someone like austin isn't surprising to me. austin needed to find someone like elaine, who knows better than to take him at face value. so in some ways they make perfect sense to me, even though they're an unlikely pairing!

also yessss elaine loves playing with people's hair if they're okay with it. she finds it a lot more fun than doing her own hair because she can actually see what she's doing. technically we've only seen her doing other people's hair/makeup when they're all getting ready for an event like a school dance, but i like to imagine that she's always offering to do things like that for her friends. it's something that just comes natural to her, a way to casually be close to the people she cares about, whereas austin has never experienced that kind of thing (or at least not since he was really little), so it was probably hard to warm up to at first. even though he's shaved his head since then, elaine still likes to give him head scratches because his hair is surprisingly soft and it helps him sleep :')

NONE :(( I used to have this tshirt that was like. Donatello's chest wearing a bow tie?? but that was when I was a little kid and I think it got worked into the quilt my mom made out of my + my sibling's old clothes (it's very cute). I was super excited to see that the new TTRPG kickstarter was making character dice sets, but then they revealed them and ueeghhgehgh..... they're lame.... -_-

OH WAIT no I lied, I do have a tmnt scrunchy! Actually kind of a batshit story behind that one. But that's advanced Sully lore so you have to pay a subscription to access it
