HOLY SHIT IT'S DONE!!!!!

i made this in record time, guess that's just the power of being obsessed with something. but god did it take a lot out of me. this short less-than-40-second clip is the result of a lot of struggling with transitions and clips, a lot of stressing over getting the perfect timing, a lot of ranting about how much i love these skins, and a lot of begging my computer to just fucking run properly for fuck's sake

i won't say this edit's perfect, there are a few minor issues i have with it. but i do really love how it turned out and i'm very proud of it. i may remake it someday but at the moment i have no desire to; i just want to put this out there and let my obsession with these skins be known.

i may write a fic based off of this, tbh. don't expect it to adhere to the original song at all because it probably won't, but it's still got me in the mood to write.

song is capriccio farce; the original is by mothy, but i used @spontaneousglitterbees' absolutely phenomenal english synthv cover for the edit (which you can find here!!)

they should've never made ada a hacker (specifically with her intercepting luis' emails to his college friend & that one scene in damnation where she forces the elevator to svetlana's laboratory to open to help leon & sasha + herself escape the self destruction sequence she intentionally activated) because i've taken it now to mean (i watch way too many computer software review & repair videos) she will be annoying about her preferred linux distributions to anyone who will listen, fellow spies, hackers & whichever partner wakes up to ada typing away on her laptop in their living room looking like she hasn't slept the whole night

Sigma's heart jumped into his throat and he eyed Dazai, nervous and wary as he searched the other man's expression for any sign that he was joking ( it wouldn't be the first time, after all! ). Much to his distress, though, Dazai looked much too serious for Sigma to dare to assume that he was playing a trick on him.

The former casino owner let out a quiet whimper to himself and, reluctantly, followed behind Dazai - several steps closer than he'd been before.

"If this is another one of your jokes, I'd rather you tell me now," Sigma stated, voice trembling just the slightest bit despite his best efforts to keep it steady. Grey eyes glanced around them, on the lookout for anything even remotely out of place, but everything was still and quiet. Too quiet. What if--

Sigma's eyes widened, one hand slapping across his mouth to muffle the shriek that threatened to escape, his other hand swiftly reaching for Dazai's sleeve to hold on to.
